She wasn't happy.

Who could expect her to be? She had a missing boyfriend, a missing kitty, and she wanted to seriously just go into hibernation for the rest of her life. Hibernation was warm and cosy, and you most certainly didn't have to worry about other people calling you things or just being mean.

Oh, and you had no friends, which meant you didn't have to put up with silly graduation.

Opening the door to an empty compartment, Lorelai Bristol slipped in quietly; taking a seat besides the window and watching as the train sped through the British countryside. Where it was peaceful.

Unlike her brain.

Torin had been looking for his Lori because he wanted to give her something to cheer her up because she was sad. And he was going to miss her a lot, so he wanted to make her happy the last time that he would see her on the train. He didn't like her sad, 'cause it would make him sad.

"Lori Bristol." He smiled as he opened the compartment door and walked over to the girl, taking a seat beside her.

Lori turned her head slightly at the creak of her compartment door sliding open and sighed once before smiling at Torin. "Hey Mr. Graduated, are you still a prefect, or can I get away with stuff around you now?" Not that him being a prefect had stopped her previously. Bwahaha!

The brunette turned to face him as he took a seat and watched him carefully. "Whats up? Why'd you sit down when we said our emoshe. stuff at the feast." Yes, sh was done with being emotional, for now.

He laughed at her first question. "I'm still a Prefect until we step off the train. So sorry." Not that he took what she said seriously. Because she was a good person and she wouldn't do anything naughty.

"I'm here to give you something to remember me by."

Selena smiled. "That sounds nice, a bit troubling traveling back and forth though," she said. But that was cool, new schools and everything. She saw Bradin walk and smiled at him. "Hiya, yes, I just met him," she said with a nod of her head. Weeh, more people and then she was gone. They were gone, it was going to be one long summer. But she had her friends to visit and people to hug goodbye.

Lori laughed lightly, and dramatically shrugged. "I suppose i'll have to leave now, and wreak silent havoc in someone elses compartment, one without a prefect." Couldn't they stop being prefects on the train? And be all sad, and stuff? Because prefects weren't meant to be sad, were they? It defeated the object of being role models.

Or so, Lori thought.

Something to remember him by?

"I don't need to remember you, I have a mental image BUUUUURRRRNEEEEDDD into my brain, Torjojojo." Mwaha.

He rolled his eyes at her. She was being silly. Then he reached into his bag and pulled out a giant plush banana with yellow glitter on it.

"Because I'm apparently an evil monkey, I thought this was fitting." And hopefully not incredibly stupid.

Lori laughed again and then turned her attention back to the countryside running away from them, and the place she had learned to call home gone. It had been gone for a while, now, but she had only just realised she was without it now, for the rest of the summer. Unlike Torin.

He was without it forever, now.
How sad.

All those poor graduates, Head Boy Chris, Head Girl Cela, Prefect Torjojojo and Prefect Nancy, were the first four to jump to mind. Obviously Brody aswell, but she wasn't graduating, was she. Nope.

A GIANT BANANA! ZOMG!

Lori laughed, and laughed as she sat Glitter!Narna over both hers and Torins lap, before grinning at him. "I love it, Glitter!Narna can sit in my dorm next term. And I'll customise it this summer, so it has a zip, and it can hold all the letters you send me in a pouch inside. " Wssn't she SMART? WOOT!

She hugged at her new toy and reached over pulling a photo album out of her bag. "Give this to Bubbles, it's the other part of her present that I didn't want to give her myself."

He smiled, happy that she was liking her plush banana. It was supposed to make her happy, and he had succeeded. "Yeah, and I'm going to be sending you a lot of letters, so it needs to have a big pouch." And he would get a pen that had glitter on it specially just for her.

He frowned as she took out the photo album. He knew that Lori wanted to give it to Brody, but couldn't because things were hard. "You know she really loves you a lot even if she seems not to care. It's how she deals with things when they are hard. She pretends they don't matter to her." Maybe it was best if Lori gave her the photo album herself.

Lori laughed, and nodded. "Big pouch, suuuure. Remember I have NEWTs to study for, so I can't write much. And, make sure you let me know how Bubbles is...." Oh, Bubbles. Oh, Merlin. She patted her banana plush and rested her head on one end of it. Yet! Comfyyyy! Haha!

Chewing her lip, Lori nodded. "Sure she does." Sure she doesn't, more like. "Just make sure she gets it, and knows I'm sorry. I gave her the rest of it, including her ticket fo this summer. If she still intends to come, that is."

Of course he would let her study for her NEWTs. "You reply whenever you have time. Even if I write you more than you write me. 'cause I want you to do well on your tests." And she was really smart, so he knew that she would.

"Lori, I know what I'm talking about." He shook his head not taking it from her. "When we broke up she was the same way. She acted like she didn't care about me. Like she didn't need me." But obviously that wasn't true, because if it had been she wouldn't be with him right now, leaving Hogwarts.

"I think you should try giving it to her." But if it was too hard, he would. "Are you sure you don't want to try?"

... He knew what he was talking about? Sure he d-- WAIT. She pretended she didn't care? Pfft. Anyone could see she HAD cared, or so she did care when Lori first met her, and him. But, Lori was being bitter. "I know what i'm talking about aswell, she doesn't care about me, she'd obviously rather just go off, and not tell me. I'm presuming she wouldn't have told me, if you hadn't. But lets not talk about it, okay? I'm trying to not talk about it. New leaf and all."

Yeah, new leaf. Erg.

"I'm not giving it to her, it's too personal." Personal wasn't fun. Not when the specific gift was more her leaving present than her birthday one.

Sighing, he decided that it was best to just drop it. He took the album from her with a shrug. "So what are you going to be doing during the summer besides the trip?" Because it was summer now, and they would all be doing stuff.

Lori gave Torin a one-armed squeeze in thanks for not mentioning it again, and then settled back against her banana and the window. The vibrations the window was making plus the squishiness of her teddy narna made her all comfy and at peace. She did swing her legs over Torins lap, and smiled at him.

"Err.. Visiting Donnie, having Donnie stay with me and Ad, look for my own place, oooh! and Tyler made me promise i'd visit him." She'd probably be with Sarah and Goldie a lot aswell. And she was intending to stay with Miranda for a while anyway.

Look. People. Move. Look. People. Move. Klaudette repeated these steps multiple times trying to find a place to sit. Finally she came to a relatively empty one and slid the door open and stepped in. Turning back, once she was in the compartment, closed the door and then hopped once to face the window of the compartment again.

Seeing the empty bench she sat down and folded her legs so they were also on the bench. It was so weird to be going home, but it would be good to see her family again. She hoped her sister would be there and her mom and dad. They had still had not told her where they were vacationing this summer, as long as it was a new place, she was excited.

"Brazil would be so cool," she thought aloud.

Jayce walked to the front of the train wearing his skinny jeans and a plain gray t-shirt. As he hopped aboard, he quickly found and empty compartment and claimed it for himself. Taking of his backpack, he opened it up to check that shrunken down Opal was happy and comfy in side of it. Of course she was chomping down on the rawhide bone he had given her to keep her busy and so that she wouldn't try to eat the bag. Upon seeing that she was as happy as a clam, he pulled the strings and closed it back up, leaving the top open a bit so she could have some air. He held the back in his lap as he stretched out along the bench.

"Nice to meet you, Ginny," Aiden said. More people to meet. Exciting and new. Aiden wondered who was picking him up at Kings Cross. Hopefully the whole family.

He smiled as she squeezed him. It was good just talking, because it made him less sad. And being sad wasn't good. Everyone should be happy and laughing and playing outside in rainbows.

"That' good. I need to meet him." Donnie he meant obviously. Though he would love to meet Adam properly too. Meeting Lori's brother would be really nice though, because he knew how much she loved him.

"So what plans do you have for the summer, Aiden?" asked Bradin. Hmm. Maybe he'd see him in LA. Or maybe not. It depended. He would be spending the time either at the skate park, on the beach or with family.

Chase walked along the train compartments and found one with Bradin and some other people in it. One appeared to possibly be Ginny. She slide open the door and peered in."Hey can I sit here?,She asked.

Emma smirked. "Really? Me neither," she said smiling and beginning to laugh. "a howler? Wow Selena's such a rebel." She gave her friend a smile when she teased her. "you just wait.. Next year, I will be the hyper one."

She saw a guy called 'Adien'. She smiled at him. "Nice to meet you Aiden. My name is Emma!" she exclaimed smiling.

Bradin looked up at the sound of a girl. He recognised her voice. "Hey Chase, Yeah sure, go for it" he said. How many people were here now. Selena, Aiden, himself, Ginny and now Chase. A little crowded but o wells.

Trixie was causally walking up and down the train, looking for someone she could talk to as she was rather lonely and Trixie Malfoy never did lonely. Her Kneazle, Moonbeam, ran along side her as obedience as ever. And Trixie was pretty lucky to have found a fairly empty compartment which only housed one person. So she opened the door and....

"Jayce" the young girl grinned happy to have finally found her boyfriend whom she hadn't seen in a while. It was strange that. "I was about to ask whether I could sit here but I guess it doesn't matter now right?" she asked. "Well unless you were expecting someone else?" she raised an eyebrow.

Chase smiled and eventually took a seat very crowded compartment. And she knew nobody, but It's better than sitting alone.

Jayce sat up a bit as he head the door opening. He grinned broadly as he not only recognized the girl, but her voice as well. "Hi Trix." he said, still grinning as broadly as ever. Swinging his legs off of the bench, and putting the bag that not only contained ice-water bottles but Opal as well, he stood and walked over to her, giving her a light peck on her cheek.

"Of course you can sit here. I wouldn't want it any other way. And now, i'm not expecting anyone else. Just you." he replied happily. "Where have you been? I've missed you." he said as he motioned to the benches so that they may sit and talk instead of standing there. His eyes glanced downward as he saw a kitteh! Along side Trixie. Cat's don't usually take to him. Most of the time, they just don't like him at all. The only animals that really liked Jay were dogs, and he liked them back, so it was a pretty good relationship. "Who's this?" he said, pointing down to the Kneazle.
