Lori nodded, and took note of her job in her mind; shoe shop.

She laughed again, and shrugged. "I could totally convert people to loving pink, really I could. ... Welllllll, I was four an-" Oh well that was just darned lovely of Cam, stopping her mid sentence when she was in the middle of telling her pink story. So veryy rude.

"OllyWollyVer the Glitter Poodle doesn't countttttttt in this. Now stay till and let me pat your hair down!" Lori flailed, her hands patting at every inch she could find, she probably even patted the other girls face. Heh.

Yell pink glitter? YEY! Lori laughed and nodded. "PIIIINK GLITTTTERRRRRRRR! -- just testing." Heh. She grinned, and slid down the opposite wall, taking a seat on the floor.

Her eyes widened in horror at the pitch and decibel of Lori's scream. Patting the girl on the head in a slow, patronizing fashion, she nodded. "Yes, Lori. Just. Like. That." Praying that she wouldn't be too absorbed in her Glittery, girly magazine to see a teacher or prefect come their way.

Lori laughed, "I think it suits Glitter Poodle. He looks a lot better with yellow glitter covering him, you should make him wear it during summer." Hah! Then take photo's and send them to Lori so she could distribute them. HAHA!

PFFFT! Lori frowned as her hands slowly returned to her side, and she pouted.. "I'm sorrrrrrrryyyyy. I didn't mean to, but I... ACK." Neat hair was pretty, it wwasn't Lori's fault she wanted everyone to have neat hair. "Fine. Just dont let it get eaten, or touched by water, it might go weird..." She hadn't tested it with water.

"HEY! No head petting!" Lori frowned, but giggled and nodded. She would shout LOUDER than that, 'cos that was only her practice yell. Heh!

Eli followed Gold into the dungeon corridor.

The Head Boy was her boyfriend. Pfft. That figured. Not that he wanted to be. No way! But the Head Boy? Eww. He had never met him, but he already could tel he wouldn't like him, not with a name like "Chris Potter".

He shuffled his feet, his bag over one shoulder and holding his trousers up with the other. He wished he knew tailoring magic, even a switching charm. Something.

"Head Boy? That's nice. He's really powerful in the school, huh?" Maybe that's why she liked him. Or maybe because he got good marks. Eli was going to get good marks. Top marks, in fact, once he got better with his wand. He was going to be way better than yucky old Chris Potter.

Powerful? Gold had never thought of it that way, to be honest. She didn't even know why she was with Chris, in the first place. Or maybe she did know. He kept her happy - he didn't fight with her - he knew how to make her laugh ---- and, of course, ofcourseofcourse, he kept her mind off Dylan. She didn't have to think of Dylan, now.

She didn't have to be hurt, anymore.

"I don't know," she said honestly. "I guess he is. I don't actually care if he has power, or not.... Should I?" She had momentarily forgotten of Eli's little problem. His trousers.

Eli shook his head. "Nah. Being powerful is just a matter of being in the right place at the right time or making the right friends. Plus, power almost never lasts for long. I think it's more important to find someone that's really smart, and someone you can fun with, than someone who has power." He spoke with the tone of someone seasoned in such matters, though he'd never had a girlfriend in his entire life. Not even Emily Bandersnatch when he was eight, not that she didn't try to tell everyone in their primary school that he was going to marry her. Blech.

"Have you been together a really long time?" he asked, adjusting his slipping trousers as they walked. He tried to make the question sound casual, like he didn't really care too much. Just making conversation, yup. Sure.

There was a reason Eli was a Ravenclaw, and Gold could see it staring right at her with big, glassy eyes. Metaphorically, of course. "I think true power comes from within," she said cheerfully. "You know, the power to be who you are, to accept your faults, and have the willingness to change. Learn, unlearn and relearn."

She gave him a small but warm smile. "I think you're right. But I haven't lived half the last I want to yet, so I can't be sure."

"Not really." She shook her head. Six-ish months? Maybe eight. "Less than a year," she said, after a moment of thought. She had been too busy trying to get over Dylan... and in the end, maybe she hadn't gotten over him. Maybe it had been stupid of Dylan to come back to Hogwarts, after he had left without a word. Or maybe it had been stupid of her to stay on, here. Gold shrugged to herself, and turned back to Eli.

"I'm sure you'll like Chris if you meet him. He's really sweet."

... and he didn't make her cry. Ever. Not that Gold was the kind of person to cry, you know? She had only cried, what, twice in this past year? Possibly. But yes, Chris didn't make her cry. Ever.

Leilani walked down the mostly empty corridor towards her common room. She'd never really noticed how cold and dark it was down there, the common room had always been pretty warm. Well, at least she was wearing a jacket. She looked up at the shrouded, dark walls and was surprised that there was something warming about them. Something... homey?

I need to lay off the sugar.

Leilani wandered slowley down the corridor, in awe at everything she'd never noticed. The ceiling, the walls, she usually looked straight ahead or down at the floor. There had never really been anything to look at before.

She felt her self stumble, and looked down at her boot strings. Of course, untied. She bent down to tie her shoe and noticed something carved into one of the floor tiles.

Torin was excited. He was to be the Phantom of the Opera.

He got to wear a mask and a cape. He would cover his Trollishness and look really cool at the same time. Miranda was so amazing for daring him to do that. She really truly was.

He just wasn't really sure how to get Masterson in a suitcase. Hmm. Minor details. Right now he needed to go the Potions Lab because he wanted to do super shifty things even though he wasn't even in that class anymore.

So she was surprised when he saw someone standing in the middle of the corridor, looking at their feet.

Leilani turned around. And then she looked up. It took quite a bit of self control to keep her jaw from dropping. He was taaaaaaall. Dang! Which made her feel more smallerish than usual (which is saying something since she's pretty smallerish already).

Ah ha, umm, cough. Uhhh. "Tieing my shoe." she answered. "And you are?" she was probobly pushing it. He had a badge. Oooooh! Mabey he was like Mr. Big Head?!

.... No. Mr. Big Head's badge was shinyer. Hmph!

She was looking up at him weirdly. Hmmm. What was it?

Did he look worse than usual today? He sorta felt off... Maybe he looked bad too.

He nodded as she said what he was doing. That made a lot of sense to him really. "I'm Torin. And you are?"

"Leilani. Nice to meet you Torin." wow, somebody that had a name almost as uncommon as her. Small world.

"So, uh, what're you doing down here?" Leilani asked him casually. Honestly, he kinda scared her. And his badge, his badge scared her. Ooh scary badge! Yeah, she just wanted to look back down at the suspicious letters on the floor.

Well, her name was rather interesting like his was. Weird.

"Nice to meet you too." But he wasn't so sure that it was true judging by the way that she was looking at him right now.

"I came down here to go to the Potions Lab. You?"

Why did he get the feeling that he put her at unease?

"Oh, uh, common room's down this way." Leilani replied.

Okay, he wasn't too scary. He was still freakishly tall from her perspective though. Haha, she was like, an ant and he was

Yeah, waaaay too much sugar this morning.

"Oh, you're in Slytherin." It suddenly made sense to him. He missed seeing the green that would have told him what House she was in. But it was all good now.

"Do you happen to have any candy on you?" He was really starting to feel weird now, the hyperness wearing off a bit. He was starting to have trouble concentrating.

Leilani nodded. Yup, slytherin. If somebody had to guess just by looking at her what house she was in, 9 out of 10 times the'd be wrong.

She noticed Torin getting a bit woozy before asking if she had any candy. She dug around in her jacket pockets before finding a couple pieces of chocolate from Selena. "Yeah, here."

He smiled, thankful that she had some candy on her. He really needed it before he started to feel worse. And there was no way that anything could happen without Brody flipping out at him about it.

"Thanks," he told her as he took the candy and quickly ate it. He really needed it.

Leilani looked at him curiously for a minute. She blinked alot in that minute. And then she understood. "Diabetic?" she asked. Her grandma was a diabetic so she was pretty used to it.

Leilani stuffed her hands into her pockets and crouched down by the floor again, eyeing the markings. Seriously, what was this?

He raised his brow at her question. He didn't figure that she would know like that right away. Usually people he knew didn't even know. And this stranger did. It was weird. "Yep." And he was starting to feel better with the sugar. Awesome, because being light headed sucked.

"So what are you looking at?" Because staring at the floor wasn't in the least bit weird or anything.

Leilani fidgeted a little. Yeah, now she was short and weird. Sigh. Well he must've been feeling better. Shrug.

"Uh, well, there's these little scratch mark type thingies on the floor." *points* "I dunno why they're there. I just saw 'em when I bent down to tie my shoe."

Yeah, then he showed up. Mr. Humungous. And here they are now. Huh, everything always comes back to what you're doing right now. I'm serious. Even if you're picking your nose *glares*

Carson walked around the coridor and sighed in contentment. Being down here felt right and felt natural. He looked around for someone to talk to.

Conan made his way to the Dungeon corridor he was very tired especially that he had to do lots of homework today ..
He sat on a seat and was trying to orgnize his books .

Violet walked along the dungeon corrider and walked past a boy. Wait was that one of her ex-boyfriends? She did a doublet take, it was! She widened her eyes and looked the other way. Hoping he didn't see her.

One of the Conan's books fell to the ground he picked it and at that moment he felt someone was looking at him , he saw Violet , his ex-GF
he stood up and called after her " Violet ? not saying hi ? "

Violet rolled her eyes and turned around to look at him. She faked a smile and sighed. "Oh hey! Didn't see you there." she lied. "I haven't seen you in quite awhile."
