Never really a moment dull," Selena said. He made a face at her and Selena stifled a giggle. "Comic books are still a bit childish, we all wanna keep a little bit of our past... and no one really ever wants to grow up," Selena said as she opened a bag jelly beans, "Want some?" He smiled. Good he had made another a friend. And she was a girl and she wasn't crazy. That was always a good plus in his book. "Good. You would have fun. We have tons of things to do at our house." he told her. "Oh yeah its always crazy around my house. This one time for my dad's birthday we made him a chocolate dragon cake and Paris, my older sister, thought it was a good idea to charm it to make it fly. Well it flew for about 4 seconds before it landed on my mom and dad." He told her. It was fun. The whole family tackled their parents and it was chocolate, kids and cake all around. "My dad reads comic books," he told her like that settled the issue. If his dad did it then it was good enough for Diggy. His hands itched to hold the jellybeans. His mouth watered at the thought of the sugar. "Yes I would like some please," he said like a crazed person. "I love all sorts of candy." he nodded holding out his hand.

His house sounded wonderful. always full of life. "Chocolate dragon cake, eh? If it were me, I'd jump and try to eat it as it flew," Selena giggled. Selena handed the bag over to him. He seemed to be staring at the bag full of sugar. "Here," Selena giggled as she dropped the bag in his outstretched hand and pulled out another bag, "it's always good to carry extra!" she said quickly to prevent him from thinking she was a freak for carrying so much candy.

Diggy laughed, "Well my little brothers were chasing it around so maybe they had that thought in mind." He never would have thought that was why they were chasing the cake. He thought it was just because it was a flying a cake. It was a funny thought. He caught the bag and his hand dove into the bag and started shoving jelly beans into his mouth. Hmm, he really liked muggle candy. "I can see me and you are going to get along great," he said around a mouthful of jellybeans. A chocolate cake flying around, of course, who wouldn't chase it? It was chocolate. The best thing ever made flying around. "Hahaha, slow down, don't want you to choke on it," Selena giggled as the boy shoveled the candy into his mouth like no tomorrow. "It's no problem, everyone needs sugar," Selena said simply, "it's the second best thing on earth, next to chocolate."

He nodded his head totally agreeing with her on all accounts, but he did slow down with the candy consumption. But he loved jellybeans. "Candy is the best thing ever invented. I've been experimenting on some candy of my own. Nothing concrete yet." he shrugged. Just different colored bubble when he burped. Now why couldn't all girls be a sane as Selena? She had candy and understood its contribution to the food groups and she was easy to talk to. No hidden meaning stuff. And she was a Slytheirn. So that seemed to help, though Diggy wasn't sure why. "Whats your favorite candy?" he asked her picking out all the blue jellybeans and popping them into his mouth.

He knew that they may get caught ,he would persuade a teacher if they did though, he didn't care as long as she didn't get into trouble. "Hey.....as soon as we can go to Hogsmeade...I'm taking you to Puddifoot's. I , want to go on a real date with you. I should have taken you on one ages ago." He knew that almost every girl in Hogwarts dreamed of having their boyfriend take them to that cafe. He wasn't sure why there was such a fuss over it, but he figured that it would be something that she would like and that would make things more official.

Well then. Fine. If she wanted to take his sock - his DIRTY sock, as she saw it - then....FINE. he didn't care. No, he didn't. This girl didn't get him as angry as she'd like. He wouldn't give her the satisfaction.

It wasn't even about the sock. Really, it wasn't because it was just a sock. He wanted it at the beginning because he liked to keep reminders of previous successful pranks but it didn't matter all that much. This wasn't about the sock. This was about her EVIL, EVIL self being EVIL.

Glaring at her as she walked away, Jimbo went on his way angrily muttering to himself. Yeah, she was going to get it. He didn't care how old she was.

Mel noticed Bella sigh but she kept on staring down to the grounds, looking at the scenery and its beauty.

She nodded slightly and turned to face her. What will happen? She didn't know, she didn't want to know, she wanted to know about the present.

"I don't know," she replied following her and sitting down on the ground. "I'm just thinking about the future, but I guess what really is important is too start wondering about the present. The future needs to figure its self out, anything can happen and we can change that. For better or for worst," she spoke staring at the wall opposite her.

He heard the tone of her voice when she talked about her family. Diggy didn't understand families that weren't happy. His home was always filled with love and laughter. I mean she has 7 of them and our house has like a million bedrooms," he giggled. It was great for hide and seek. Which didn't work out as well when Paris sent her patronous looking for you. "Well my mom sends me stuff sometimes, but I got money so I just order my own stuff. If she knew how much candy I was eating. She would switch my ears or something," he told her. Or worse...take his candy away. "But everyone is my family has a serious sweet tooth. I think its why we stay so active. Otherwise we would all be like a thousand pounds or something." And they would never hear the end of it from his sisters if they gained a pound. Willow was scared of gaining weight as he was of tomatoes.

"Pop rocks?" Selena grinned. She absolutely loved pop rocks. They made the crinkling noise in her mouth when she dumped a whole bag in. It also made her hyper for hours. "Sounds quite interesting," Selena said honestly. The burping part may be a bit odd but a unique twist in the candy.

"I know I can stay at your place sometimes, and it's really sweet of you, but it just won't be right, leaving a whole manor empty," Selena said truthfully. In the three-story manor it was oddly quiet. Only two bedrooms used and the ball rooms when her mother threw parties. Otherwise, it was pretty empty. The dining room was a waste since Selena often ate by herself in her own room. In addition to that, the manor rested on a load of property. Selena only went out to the garden and forest occasionally. It wasn't much fun by herself anyways. Selena smiled to hide her thoughts. "A thousand pounds, eh? I haven't gained much from eating so much sugar," Selena sighed, "most people say I'm underweight, I blame the fast metabolism," Selena said sheepishly. His family sounded wonderful, like a real family. "So, for the candy, have you tested it yet?"

He looked at her, "If no one is there who's to know its empty. And plus my dad makes the best hot chocolate. And then we sit out at the fire pit and roast marshmallows and make s'mores. My mom has the best stories too. She's from Africa so they are like really into telling stories and stuff so she retells those stories to us. She wants us to tell our kids those same stories." His mom called it an oral history. Back in the colony period his ancestors weren't allowed to read or write so the only way they kept their history was through story-telling. Diggy wasn't so sure he wanted kids. That thought scared him but he would tell his kids those stories if he had any. "And plus we have cousins and uncles and aunts there all the time. So it won't be like you're the only guest." he pointed out. "Our house is never empty. I think my parents are trying for a record or something on how many kids a couple can have." Diggy didn't understand it. But he liked it when his mom and dad came home with new babies. Especially little brothers that liked to follow him around.

He nodded, "I was testing it out in the muggle studies club. My uncle Oliver saw a one of the blue bubbles I burped," he laughed. It had been funny. "My mom and sisters are really small. Well short and thin and they are really pretty. I mean my mom is the most beautiful woman in the world. There's nothing wrong with being thin," he shrugged.

He nodded. He wasn't really into birds. Especially big owls. He liked little small ones like Goliath. They fit in the palm of his hand and they didn't attack, "Yeah Stark looks grumpy sometimes. I'm surprised he let you pet him. He doesn't usually warm up to anyone else. He must really like you." And anyone Stark liked was ok in Diggy's book.
