Gold knew she shouldn't be here, but she was. She also knew she shouldn't be surprised that the place wasn't roped off, but she was. Gosh. She missed Professor Lafay. For all that the professor had done to annoy soooo many people, Gold missed her.
Because, you know, she had always thought that somewhere deep down, Professor Lafay had cared. Not intentionally, either.
She stood in front of the office, wondering where Professor Lafay was, right now. What she was doing. You know. Stuff you think about people you really want to see around again, for some reason.

Then he made off down the corridor. He needed a nap.

There were fond memories of being in the dungeons last year. Well, somewhat fond rather. Getting lost and quoting Lord of the Rings was about all the fondness from travelling down to the depths of Hogwarts. The other time was running about when Remi attacked the school. That...not so fond.
Shoving his hands in his pockets, Sabel stopped a good few feet from the door of the Professor of Potion's. The Professor that had lit students on fire. The Professor that had resigned. And the Professor that was now back. A small frown tugged at the corners of his lips as he considered the wooden frame. Why was she back if she resigned? Was it an act of self-preservation, whereby she forwarded morality and thus gained pity for a reinstatement? Or was it something else? He vaugely wondered if she would be up for answering that question along with his others. Others that he had never intended to ask. But Kellen's words still rung in his mind that perhaps there was a reason, and for once, he wanted to try and understand. He doubted he would, but at least, he could give it a shot.

Cameron didn't WANT to come. In fact she was quaking in her boots. Lafay was SCARY. Like the hair-raising type of person that Cam reckoned belonged in 1950's horror movies.
*shudder*
She gulped and walked down the corridor in the dim light wondering why it creeped her out so much. The lights were wavering and it was probably one of the most frightening experiences.. ever.
Reaching the door she took a deeeeeep, deeeeep breath in and knocked. Hopefully Lafay wouldn't bite her head off.
