Hmm. She had a point. "Oh, I could do that! I mean I haven't seen her there before, so it would be a new place." And he did like that Healer. She was really nice. But at least she didn't have a problem with Brody. That made him happy. "Okay, good. Your opinion matters to me." And he wanted her to have approved.

Cadence smiled at him brightly, excited that for once Torin was actually going to take her suggestion seriously. Usually he just blew it off or didn't take it because Brody told him to do something different. When he said her opinion mattered, she squirmed slightly, feeling a little embarrassed and nervous for lying to him about how she really felt about Brody, but it honestly didn't matter because she didn't know Brody very well, and she made Torin happy, so any reservations she had about the girl shouldn't matter, right? Looking up at him, she smiled and asked, "Almost finished?"

He wasn't sure why she was squirming, but it was cute. He smiled as he took more notes, not really paying too much attention to what she was saying. But he knew that she wanted him to finish up so that they could go off and do something else. "Mmmm. I just need to finish up this last page. What do you want to do?" Because maybe she had something in mind.

Cadence suddenly began very interested in the nearby tapestry and began examining it, a vacant expressing passing over her face as she thought about the past year and how much something as simple as becoming friends with Torin had changed her life. She was going to miss her best friend, and she was entirely unsure of how she would deal with his absence. Torin was the one who had really got Cadence out of her shell and showed her how to have fun and not take life so seriously all the time. Soon, though, he'd be graduating. Suddenly, she realized that the was an expectant pause lingering in the air as though Torin had just asked her a question. Snapping her head back toward him, she said, "Sorry, what?" And then as though someone had pressed rewind and play, she realized what she had asked him. "Oh, I don't really care. I mean, we can pretty much do whatever we want. We ARE on the seventh floor," she said brightly with a knowing smile. In fact, they were right by the Room of Requirement. They could go just about anywhere and do just about anything.

Torin sat there staring at her as she seemed to be lost in space or something. Odd really.

He was just about to wave his hand in front of her face when she suddenly seemed to come back to reality and answered his question.

"So Room of Requirement then?"

Cadence gave him a dazzling smile and then jumped up to her feet. Looking down at him she nodded and held out her hand to him. "Sure! Let's go!" she said, still smiling as she waited for him to take her hand and join her.

He smiled as he took he hand and got up from the floor. This could be fun. They could do a lot of things in the RoR. It was always a nice place to go to jump on a trampoline or whatever.
