After Vashti left, Ellie felt terrible.

"I'm sorry." She said to Jen, who seemed to be the only one left now..

"Well, he's not bad at all." said Savannah. "If she knew him well I bet she'll like him."

"Your friend's welcome here." said Savannah. "Just....oh, nevermind." she couldn't bring herself to tell Ainra.

Jack looked to the girl who was sitting across from Legend and cringed. He felt awfully bad for stirring things up, but at the same time, it was an accident and he thought this guy was over reacting. He looked at the girl. "I'm sorry," he shrugged one shoulder, "Really." He felt embarrassed for having his introduction to this girl be under these awkward circumstances. "I'm normally not this... awkward." Okay, it wasn't exactly the truth, but it normally didn't warrant this much attention. "I'm Jack," he said, hoping to just move past all this. It was an accident. This wasn't turning out exactly as planned. "And I hate to intrude, but I don't really have anywhere else to go. I'll keep quiet." He nodded to show he was serious and willing to be quiet if it meant he could stay here. He felt so stupid. To be honest he hadn't even noticed them when he'd entered the compartment. He'd thought it was empty. He glanced sideways out the window, "Just pretend I didn't do that," he muttered, hoping to start over with everyone, or at least that everyone wasn't always irritable.

He looked over at Legend, who was thrusting another note towards his face. Polite to knock? Understandable. "I apologize." he said, "I was just looking for an empty compartment. Er, yeah..." He was never at a loss for words, but he supposed there was a first time for everything.

"What?" Ainra asked, turning to Sanannah. She could tell she was hiding something. She tuned out the argument that she had previously been involved in. She was not going to let this go.

"Are you sure?" the 14-year-old questioned, eyebrows angled in uncertainty.

It wasn't that she thought the girl was lying. She definitely believed this new kid thought what she was saying was the truth. But Wesley was highly doubtful it was the actual current happenings.

Because:

a) The girl knew her name. Wesley hadn't intro- oh wait. Maybe Miranda told the girl or...The brunette's eyes drifted down to her trunk. And the tag that had her name on it.

b) The girl pulled her AND her trunk single-handedly to the compartment. Which was pretty much imposs - unless the girl levitated her. Like Torin

c) Wesley kind-of sort-of didn't want to believe she had been asleep in front of Miranda and the scary boy all that time. It was embarrassing. What if she had snored? Not that Wesley snored - but she COULD HAVE!

"Yes I'm certain, but I think that you are not. Do you remember anything, at all like when we met or you dragging your trunk?" she asked Wesley watching her movements.

Wait did she just place her eyes on her trunk, it is there Melissa should know she did carry it, well she dragged it like she did with Wesley.

Come on she had to right? "Are you okay?" she asked raising an eyebrow at her.

Sye dragged his supplies onboard the train, and sat down in an empty car.

Melissa sighed and decided to look out of the compartment window by the door. But what she saw made her grit her teeth, SYE. She was going to kill him for what he did to Maddie. She saw him enter a car. Damn, she would have to wait, for now she smirked evily.

For some reason Ainra was feeling very friendly today and decided to go talk to the boy in the compartment alone. "I'll be right back she told Savanna, and headed to the compartment, knocking on the door. "Want some company?" She asked with a smile. "Why don't you join me and some others?"

Nervous, but trying to look confident, Mikaeyla found a car near the back of the train containing two kids her age; a boy and a girl. Hoping she didn't walk in on anything, Mikaeyla started to wonder if she should just back out...

"Um did I just -walk in on... something?", she asked uncerteinly.

Great now someone wanted to join him. "Be right back," she told the group and walked to where the were. "Hey Sye," she grinned at him, but hid her smirk. "How are you?" she asked him, good thing Maddie hasn't seen him yet.

"Oh!" Adelyn said breathlessly, "I'm sorry, I thought this compartment was empty. I was, I'm just looking for somewhere to sit. Would you mind some company?" She asked with a smile and a flip of her auburn curls.

"Oh no." Ainra said. "We don't even know each other, I was just inviting him to come sit with me and some friends." She smiled at the new girl. "You can come too if you like." She said. "I'm Ainra by the way."

Ainra looked at the other girl who had just walked in. She seemed polite but Ainra couldn't help but think she had some sort of issue with the boy in the compartment and wondered about it.

"So do you mind?" she asked them. She actually was hoping to get him alone, she couldn't question him with someone else there. Well question wasn't the right word. Anyway it was his fault, the annoying player.

Ainra raised her eyebrows at the girl. 'Do you mind?' seemed like the wrong words she should have used as Ainra had been there first. She dismissed it, and headed out the door. "You're welcome to sit with us if you'd like." She told the boy, and looked at the other new girl, wondering if she'd follow her.

Wait did she just, wait? Melissa looked confused at what the girl did. Us? Who is us? She turned back to Sye. She would go to meet the girl in a minute. "Fancy meeting you here Sye," she told him, hoping that he'd notice the fancy part. "I know about you, you can't hide it," and with that she walked out and followed the girl.

Ainra looked at the girl suspiciously as she walked out, but a voice in the back of her mind told her to stay out of it. She figured she'd try for now, but she didn't know how long she could stand not being in the know. "Hey." She said to her simply. She leaned back into the compartment. "Stay in here if you like." She said, but if you get lonely you're welcome to sit with us. She turned back to the other girl. "You too." She said. "I don't know if you're sitting anywhere but if you want to you're welcome to come with us." She beckoned to the compartment where her new Slytherin friends were all sitting.

Melissa walked to where the girl was standing. "Hey, I think I should introduce myself, sorry about that. I'm Melissa Bellator, you can call me Lissa or Mel if you like," she spoke, not wanting to make a bad impression, but she thought that she did. "Yeah I'll sit with you guys," she smiled at her before waiting a moment after the girl went in before going in herself.

Magnolia had been following the conversation from behind her book, and when Ainra walked back by the compartment, she gave her a puzzled look. "That was weird" she said.

Jen smiled reassuringly at Ellie. "it's not your fault, you didn't know she didn't want to talk."

Ellie returned with a weak smile, "But I did, I could tell... and I went on..." she bowed her head and watched her hands as she twisted them in her lap.

Jen didn't think it was right for two people to be upset. "it's okay, I'm sure she will be fine." Jen attempted to comfort her

"Yeah." Ainra said. She was curious about what was going on, but determined to stay out of it. "I think they much of had some issue at Diagon Alley or something." She thought back, and shrugged. "I don't remember seeing any of them around though." She smiled. "So this has been... eventful." She laughed a little bit.

Jen giggled. She didn't want to let JP know exactly how awesome it would be if they were in the same class. She didn't want to embarrass herself too much. "that would be amazing! We could be like best friends or something!" her eyes gleamed.

"hahaaa that's one way of putting it!" magnolia laughed, thinking of how much drama happened in Diagon Alley. "We must be nearly there" she said peering out the window at the dark surroundings.
