| | |  Waiting Room for Patients and Visitors
Banner by: GryffindollOOC: If your character is ill or injured, please post in the Check-in Area for Patients first.
Once you've properly alerted Healer Ashford that you are in the Hospital Wing and in need of medical condition, you'll need to proceed to the Waiting Room, the room in which Healer Ashford will look for you when it's your turn to be seen. There is only one Healer (Healer Ashford) on duty, and she will see to you as soon as she can. It's possible that at the time of your visit, many other people may also be waiting to receive medical attention, as well.
Even if your character is in serious condition, though, there's simply no need to worry about the wait time. It's usually very short, and Healer Ashford promises that you'll be seen to and healed within a reasonable amount of time. In the meantime, feel free to sit down or lie across one of the many padded benches Healer's Ashford has put into place so that your wait time can hopefully be a little more pleasant.
OOC: Every character will receive an equal opportunity to see the Healer. Despite how severe you may or may not consider your character's condition to be, please continue to wait your turn rather than proceeding into the Hospital Ward and Healing Area on your own.

This home thing really wasn't working for him. Why was everyone so keen on him staying? The boy hung his head slightly (which hurt) and sighed."I'll guhh-give it one muhh-mmmore year," he said simply. Anymore deaths or staff changes or crazy people or blackouts or floods or mysterious runes or mirrors and Jake was out.
Though it was a shame... Since...
"I mmmmanaged muhh-magic..." the boy murmured, half to himself, a little smile on his face. "Of course you're not slime Jake" Marcus replied giving Jake a pat on the shoulder. He realised that he was going to have to sit down with Jake and have good old man to boy talk. Joshua is only a second year and Jake was in his fourth year. The Huffie should not be scared of that Gryffindor.
Well at least he had managed to convince Jake to stay on at school for another year. When he heard what the boy said next, Marcus almost let a huge whoop of joy. "You did? Really? Jake that is awesome news. I'm really proud of you." And man he so was. Marcus had been getting very worried indeed about Jake's lack of magical ability.

A few blinks later, and he was over it.
He nodded, "Golf sounds quite reasonable. Especially mini golf. I hear it is quite relaxing." He only exerted himself if a part required it. Like stage combat. He was good at that. "Maybe fencing. I like the idea of fencing."

Well, at least the blood was a little slower by now. "I huhh-hate hhhhospitals," Jake mumbled bowing his head and closing his eyes. The throbbing pain just made him want to sleeeep until it was gone. At least this Healer was nicer than the last one... but still...
Hospital waiting rooms were the absolute worst. Especially since the last time...
Having stayed a little quieter, Jake raised one eyebrow and looked straight at Lawson. "Are yuhh-you kkkkidding?" he asked, looking like Lawson was missing the most obvious thing in the world. Which he was. "Yuhh-you're willing tuhh-to give thhhem ccclubs?"
Golf clubs were painful. "I... thuhh-think I shhhhould ssstay away ffffrom your cuhh-class."

Listening to Dylan talking about how even WANDS could be used to injure people, Jake flinched and pulled his knees up so he was sitting on the seat hugging them. Ugh, he was feeling sick, and he was still shaking and gosh darrrrrn it...
Hearing the Healer call person after person in, Jake rested his forehead on his knees and waited, wondering how long he would be, but still feeling comforted as he sat up against Lawson.
"Urgghhhh..." the boy groaned, squeezing his eyes closed. It hadn't even BEEN that long, he was just all anxious.

He gave Jake a sharp look, "You will do no such thing." He lowered his head and whispered into Jake's ear, "You know I need your help." Quote:

"You good at golf?" Dylan chuckled, "You are a rockstar! Rockstars don't play golf. Rockstars throw tvs out the windows of hotels, or smash guitars. They don't play golf." Axe Lawson playing golf would be an interesting sight to see. Maybe he ends it with a bending of the club. Yes! Thats how it would work.

Having a broken bone was nothing pleasant, especially if said broken bone caused a finger to point in the exact opposite direction it was meant to go in.
Gabriella didn't blame the girl for walking a bit on the slow side either. Most people with badly broken bones would have probably fainted by now. Lucille was to be admired for being able to walk on her own at all. "Let's see about healing that bone, hmm? Follow me to the room two, please," she said. Turning on her heels, Gabriella made way to the back room.

Emily walked into the waiting area, she wondered how long she would have to wait because she couldn't breathe.... her right arm jutted out at an odd angle and she sat down and closed her eyes, she could feel herself drifting in and out of conciousness, she eventually went unconcious on the chair, her body fell to the floor and her hair arced around her. Her legs were at odd and uncomfortable angles, but why should she care when she was unconcious?
