| | |  Waiting Room for Patients and Visitors
Banner by: GryffindollOOC: If your character is ill or injured, please post in the Check-in Area for Patients first.
Once you've properly alerted Healer Ashford that you are in the Hospital Wing and in need of medical condition, you'll need to proceed to the Waiting Room, the room in which Healer Ashford will look for you when it's your turn to be seen. There is only one Healer (Healer Ashford) on duty, and she will see to you as soon as she can. It's possible that at the time of your visit, many other people may also be waiting to receive medical attention, as well.
Even if your character is in serious condition, though, there's simply no need to worry about the wait time. It's usually very short, and Healer Ashford promises that you'll be seen to and healed within a reasonable amount of time. In the meantime, feel free to sit down or lie across one of the many padded benches Healer's Ashford has put into place so that your wait time can hopefully be a little more pleasant.
OOC: Every character will receive an equal opportunity to see the Healer. Despite how severe you may or may not consider your character's condition to be, please continue to wait your turn rather than proceeding into the Hospital Ward and Healing Area on your own.

Thats how you learn to get good at potions. You learn not to do it again."

Nate came in and sat down holding Cad. She was still shaking and blueish. They were both in thier swimsuit and he could tell she was uncomfertable. "It's gonna be ok." he whipsered to more himself than her. He knew the nurse could help her but he was quite scared.

"Well who would have thought a football could cause so much damage? How are you feeling Ziva" Marcus asked as he looked around for Jake, the other casualty of his class. Benjamin took the coupon and stared down at it. What an odd thing to give him, but to be honest it was absoloutely perfect, as it was what Benjamin was planning to buy when the Hogsmeade trip came around. But now, he wouldn't have to pay. Professor Lawson just saved him some money. Well, technically, since he had to buy something else in the store for it to work, but since he was going to do that anyway...
"Thank you, Professor Lawson. I actually really needed this."
He was already starting to love it here. And even though he was the first teacher Benjamin had met, he felt that Professor Lawson would be his favourite. I mean, really, especially teaching a class like Muggle Studies. What a great subject.

As Gabriella eyed the check-in book, her eyes near about popped out of her head. "Merlin Me!" she exclaimed, not being able to help the feeling of pure shock. There was near about an entire Hogwarts house full of children waiting to be seen. Gabriella sure didn't mind healing them, as that was her job, but she just hoped she could see to each and every one of them in a reasonable amount of time.
Perhaps she could see to two at a time, just to help speed things along. Reaching the next two entries, she scanned them quickly and saw that young Dillon was unconscious. Without sparing a second, she turned from the book and hurried into the waiting area. Quote:

He looked up as Lawson walked over to the Hufflepuff who had gotten injured. Then, he remembered where he was and it took all of his strength to keep his cool.

Hearing that Muggle sports was the theme for the whole year, Jake tried hard not to bury his face and whimper. All he needed was to have a lesson with equipment like a beater's bat. Ouch. So Jake didn't respond, he just let his lower lip tremble slightly.
This home thing really wasn't working for him. Why was everyone so keen on him staying? The boy hung his head slightly (which hurt) and sighed. "I'll guhh-give it one muhh-mmmore year," he said simply. Anymore deaths or staff changes or crazy people or blackouts or floods or mysterious runes or mirrors and Jake was out.
Though it was a shame... Since... "I mmmmanaged muhh-magic..." the boy murmured, half to himself, a little smile on his face.

Ok so now Dylan wasn't needed. He wasn't sure whether it was good that Lawson was here. Dylan had finally made a proper friend, and the teacher was taking him away. He sighed. Maybe making friends wasn't his thing.
His eyes widened as Lawson mentioned muggle sports all year. "Um Sir. I was wondering if there was a lesson for people that aren't physically inclined?" Like me
