Once you've properly alerted Healer Ashford that you are in the Hospital Wing and in need of medical condition, you'll need to proceed to the Waiting Room, the room in which Healer Ashford will look for you when it's your turn to be seen. There is only one Healer (Healer Ashford) on duty, and she will see to you as soon as she can. It's possible that at the time of your visit, many other people may also be waiting to receive medical attention, as well.
Even if your character is in serious condition, though, there's simply no need to worry about the wait time. It's usually very short, and Healer Ashford promises that you'll be seen to and healed within a reasonable amount of time. In the meantime, feel free to sit down or lie across one of the many padded benches Healer's Ashford has put into place so that your wait time can hopefully be a little more pleasant.
OOC: Every character will receive an equal opportunity to see the Healer. Despite how severe you may or may not consider your character's condition to be, please continue to wait your turn rather than proceeding into the Hospital Ward and Healing Area on your own.
"I uh..." She cleared her throat. "That has not been discovered, as of yet." Oh, please don't speak up, Neptune.
"It's... cute..." She looked back over at Raiden with a small smile, then shook her head. "And would probably be funnier if he hadn't been scared to death, had Neptune freak out, and have a life-threatening condition come back to haunt him due to this little stunt. I do not appreciate anyone calling him a stupid prefect, however. He's like a brother to me. Closest thing to one I have. Family is a precious thing. I would guard him with my life."
Hopefully Raiden was deeply asleep and didn't hear her. She didn't mind letting the girls know, but having Raiden hear would be embarrassing for some reason.
Elizabeth smiled gently. Her memory wasn't back 100% but she knew enough to know that she was changing the way she saw life. "I'm like that with someone I know but he isn't a student here. Until next term anyway when I leave" she replied.

He always fell asleep after having an attack. Apparently he hadn't dozed for more than a few minutes though; the little prefect still felt tired, and the warmth of the cloak around him didn't make him any less sleepy.
Violet, however, just wouldn't be quiet. He met her glare with as much of a flat, emotionless stare as a five year old's face could muster.
"I'd tell you how little you know about dying," he started, little voice rather sharp, "But I'd rather not terrify someone so young. And I'm sleepy, so I'd appreciate it if you'd quit prattling on about things you know nothing about and be quiet for a while. You'll have plenty of talking to do later when Miss Professor Lupa gets ahold of you."
She'd managed to hit a nerve, at least. Most everything else in the world was tolerable, but this girl was so many intolerable things wrapped into one. She hurt people, intentionally, she talked of things she knew nothing about, and she laughed at others' misfortunes.
She still owed Salazar Slytherin an apology. Or seven.
The little child dozing in the chair hardly noticed Masterson's cloak falling over him; in fact, it wasn't until the raucous giggling uproar started that he noticed anything at all. One hand quietly grabbed a handful of the cloak and the boy shrank a bit farther into the seat, dark eyes averted. He couldn't exactly reprimand the girl in this state, could he.
Masterson's slight movement caught Raiden's attention, and he glanced at the older man. The glare he was directing Violet's way was unmistakeable.
"Words are only words," the pint-sized prefect mumbled, but Lina and Sarah both had heard Violet and told her off. Was... was Sarah green?? Blinking, he shifted ever-so-slightly in the chair and tried to squint at her. Surely his eyes weren't going all cat-like again?
"Thank you, Sarah." Was it bad etiquette to ask? It was then that he realised that there were more greenish people around, and some of them were in a right foul mood. "What... what's going on?"
He was so distracted by green people (alieeeeeeens) that he barely heard what Lina was saying next. He had heard it, however; his ears turned slightly pink and he made a really good effort at looking as if he hadn't. He was (normally) sixteen years old, and if anything, it was supposed to be the other way around.
"It's only funny until it happens to you," he added, staring first at the Slytherin he didn't know, then at Violet. "If you're going to speak then at least speak the truth."
Awww, Sarah had to admit that Raiden was actually quite a cute child.She scrunched her nose and smiled at him when he woke up, and was stunned when he thanked her.She hadn't realised he'd heard what she said. "Yeah, words are only words, but some people need to know when to stop talking..." another glare over at devil child...Violet, or whatever she was called.What on earth made her think she could go around insulting her superiors whenever she felt like it? And in the presence of staff, too! "Oh, and you're welcome," she added with another smile.
Wait, was he squinting at her? It was the green, wasn't it? Odd looking even to a regressed 5 - sometime 16 - year-old.What was going on? Sometimes she wished she knew.She really did. Phyre ground her teeth together. "It's not funny," she hissed under her breath. She was smart enough not to laugh at something so serious. it didn't surprise her that Elizabeth was laughing as well, but it was odd that she was with Violet still. Did she not care that Violet had attacked her? And even if she didn't, why was she acting friendly to both of them? So, with her best interest in mind, she ignored both of them.
"Thanks," she murmured, turning back to Rex. "But I really am... Violet hit me with the Conjunctivitis Curse and I fell back because of the force of it and busted my head open on the bed post... So I'm not exactly the most glamorous at the moment. I can't even open my eyes." She instinctively pulled her hood up more. "You really don't have to stay... It's fine."
" No it is not funny" Rex told Phyre. "Well ec\ven looking like you do, you are more glamorous than Violet" Rex laughed hoping that that wouldease Phyre's pains. "I want to stay, you are my friend and I do not abandon my friends like others do here" Rex explained to Phyre.

"It's not so much her talking that I worry about... it's her tendency to start duels with other students and injure them." The little boy sighed and pulled Mr. Masterson's cloak a little tighter around himself. "I know I'm not stupid, and so does most everyone else. If she chooses to believe it, let her." He gave his fellow prefect a bright little smile. "The important people know the truth."
There had been another potions accident?! Merlin help her if it had been that Hufflepuff again. Raiden wrinkled his nose and one little hand reached out inquisitively to touch Sarah's arm.
"I like green," he mumbled absently, before realising that he was totally doing that 'invade your personal space' thing again. Oops. Raiden's fingers curled back, away from Sarah's arm, and he looked up at her question. "Uhm... someone slipped me candy laced with de-aging potion. I don't know who it was, though..." He patted the top of his head, where the kneazle ears had been for a rather long time. "I dunno how Lina got those though, mine went away when I got all little."
Had they somehow magically transferred themselves to her when he'd lost them? She didn't have his cruppie tail though...
She muttered lightly and sat next to him, scooting close. "I uh..." She glanced up, though she couldn't see them, then felt them slightly. Leaning closer she whispered into his ear. "I kinda... accidentally did it to myself."
Were Raiden in his normal body, Lina being so close would probably feel terribly awkward. As it was, however, the sleepy mini-version couldn't be bothered about it; even more, when she leaned in and whispered in his ear, he found himself leaning against her shoulder. It was more comfortable than sitting upright in the seat.
"You were playing again, weren't you..." Bare little toes peeked out from under the edge of the cloak as he pulled it up a little bit more. "I told you to be careful... and label things, you should do that too."
Then she wouldn't accidentally take a wrong potion or anything again. Because now she had cat ears, and obviously didn't have the antidote for them, or she would've taken it already.
She gave a bit of an embarrassed smile. "Yeah... It's worse though. I was trying to make it into a sort of costume treat for Halloween, but I accidentally mixed it up with my candy." She watched him as he leaned against her. He really was tired, wasn't he? She shifted so he would be more comfortable and held him. "I think... this year I've learned a lot about being a potions master. And it's not just about making them and getting them right..." She brushed the hair lightly out of his face. "I think I'm going to work on ways of being a safer potions master. Maybe even concentrate more on charms to keep things together and safe."
"I get really sleepy after stuff like that," Raiden mumbled as Lina shifted. Ahhhh, that was better. More comfortable. "Dad explained it once... something about adrenaline and how I don't have any afterwards..." Hmmmm. Snuggle. It didn't matter right now. When Miss Healer Ashford put it right, he'd be more awake, surely.
She'd... put her potions in candy? Were it anyone else, Raiden would be suspicious, because that was what had happened to him and Neptune, but... well she had a reason for putting it in hers. Halloween costume candy was completely different from laced Valentine candy.
"You should. It's no use finding out a new potion or something if you hurt yourself or others in the process." Nuzzle!nod. "And... label things."
She giggled quietly. "Yes, I'm going to label things from now on. Promise." Then she smirked. "And I'm also going to put a timer on these cat ears. They'll be a lot more fun then. Maybe I'll make different ones you can mix and match. Different colors, different tails, puppy ears... That sort of thing." She paused a moment. "And an antidote that will clear all of them."
"I bet they're fun when you don't have to keep them." Grumble. When this all got sorted, and he was physically sixteen again... those ears would be stuck on top of his head all the same as they had been. They were bothersome, and girls seemed to like them. They kept touching them. And though he was loathe to admit it, he was actually growing used to it. It felt good when people scratched them.
Sigh.
"Tails aren't very much fun at all... they knock things off tables and you can't sleep on your back when you have one." He paused, eyes turning to Lina's kitty ears. He suddenly had the strange urge to touch them. It was the five year old part of him, wanting to play with the furry little things. "Linaaaaaaa. Lemme touch your ears."
She blinked a moment. He wanted to touch them? "Okay, hold on." She shifted so that he was in her lap, dipping her head so that he could play with her ears. "I did notice, they are kinda soft... Were yours? I wondered, but I didn't want to make you feel uncomfortable."
Suddenly it made sense, as to why everyone touched his ears. One of Raiden's little hands ran over Lina's ear and his mouth twitched for a moment before he smiiiiiiiiiled. They felt NICE. Soft and stuff. Like a proper kitty cat's.
"Your ear feels like Roscoe's!" he exclaimed, almost excitedly. Were he not so tired, he probably would've bounced a little bit. "I guess mine probably felt the same... people kept touching them."
He'd often found himself playing at the tip of his ear, without thinking about it. That part had been all... tufty and stuff, very fluffy. It had irked him, whenever he caught himself doing it.
"It doesn't make me uncomfortable... well it does if you just grab them and surprise me." The little boy touched the spot where his kitty ear would be if he weren't chibi-sized at the moment. "They made everything really loud though. I feel as if it's all muffled now."
"Oh right. I was noticing that. It seems kinda strange now... I bet it'll be weird once I figure out how to get rid of them as well." She couldn't help leaning a little when he was touching her ears. "It feels kinda nice... Maybe that's why you always see pets happy when you pet behind their ears and stuff."
She glanced at him, smiling softly. There was that smile. "You know, you always look really sweet, but you can brighten things up with that smile. I know that you think I'm harsh with Neptune-" she glanced over to the little bundled girl for a split second "-but I hate seeing that smile disappear, and it does so often when I see you two. Once maybe, I think I saw a genuine smile of pleasure while you were with her. And maybe I just don't see the two of you at your best, but it seems like you smile around her just to make her feel better, but your eyes don't look nearly as happy."
She covered her mouth as she realized what she was saying, blushing lightly. Merlin, how often had she done that now? "Sorry, my mind gets going and I just ramble. I'm sorry. I know you care about her..."
