Lucille stopped.

A crashing noise? A crashing noise that sounded as if something was...crashing?

Peculiar.

She looked to the end of the corridor, brows furrowed, and was pretty sure that she just saw some familiar looking fabric waltz just out of view.

Curiously, she started towards it.

Okay, so Warren couldn't do anything! he would of been seen anyway!! Oh deary dear.. He decided to jump out on her.

''Suprise!!'' he smiled. Well this wouldn't go down well..

Lucille blinked.

And blinked.

And then blinked some more.

Ok, the boy had officially gone insane. Yes.

She opened her mouth to speak, nothing came out at first, but she forced it.

"Erm..." she said, slowly, "Warren, er, why are you wearing my clothes?"

This was going to cost her THOUSANDS in therapy bills later.

''Am i? ohh. i er.. didn't notice'' he said nervously.. He tried to put a smile on her face.. but kinda failed. ''You can wear mine if you like! it'll er.. be fun..ny?'' Unless she wanted to steal his hair gel? NO NONONONO!
But.. he did look good in a dress..

"Is that..eyeliner?" she said, squinting at him. Then she let out a GIANT giggle snort. This was just too funny.

"Erm, you're alright thanks," she said. "Where did you get my stuff from, you crazy child?"

EYELINER OH NO HE WAS WEARING MAKEUP TOO? BUT.. THIS DREAM WAS REAL?!

''You wont believe this but.. i dreamt i was dressed in your clothes and erm.. looks like it came true.. MAKEUP? oh no'' he said turning red.. more redder than the dress he was wearing! Okay, not good! ''Well.. i er.. dressed up like you.. wig and er everything and er.. yeah'' he was suprised it could happen! but it did.

"Hmmm," Lucille was pretty sure she saw a hint of eyeliner there somewhere. Who has that sort of dream? WHO? Well, Warren, obviously. Strange.

"Don't change on my account," chuckled Lucille, "we could go and curl your hair if you like," she winked and smiled.

Warren smiled randomly and tried to make everything one big joke.. well it was really! he wouldn't dress up as a girl for no reason.. would he? who knew..

"Warren!" said Lucille, chuckleing, as she quickly produced a muggle polaroid camera from her bag, "SMILE!"

Waz posed for the camera like he was a model or something.. bad times.
Though he was trying to make everything a big joke.. he was actually digging more of a hole! this wasn't good.. he just hoped he friends wouldn't see this!
''Ahhhhhhhhh oh no''

Dylan smiled as they approached the hospital wing. "Thanks. They are my favourite," he said, looking down at them. "Here we are. One Hospital wing."

"You're welcome," Delanie murmured. Gah, her head was killing her. She looked to the door. "Here goes nothing." She pushed the door open.

Slumping against the stone wall, the tiny Hufflepuff settled on the cold floor. Rubbing her eyes, she moaned softly.

Soooooo tired.

The Hufflepuff had been having a hard time sleeping since the attack on Miranda, and she was getting no where on her case. And even more upsetting, Wesley found herself a little scared about making progress. This killer/kidnapper - he had hurt - he had killed students. That was why she had to catch him, but that was also why she was frightened.

Not to mention the ever increasing load of work that would soon be accompanied by finals.

Maybe she'd just rest for a while. It couldn't hurt, could it?

Carter was walking by the Hospital Wing to check on Mina when he noticed a Hufflepuff girl sitting on the floor looking stressed out.

"You alright?" he asked her.

Wesley had been slowly drifting into the land of plentiful flowers and badger tea parties, a land she'd been gone from for such a very long time, when a voice brought her back to Hogwarts.

Bobbed hair bouncing as she jolted awake, Wesley jumped up, hand moving to her wand, when she took in the figure before her.

"Oh - uh - wait. What?" the Hufflepuff said stupidly, having no idea what the boy had said, only that, as she glanced around the hall out of the corner of her eyes, he had been addressing her.

"Sorry."

"I was just asking if you were alright. You seem out of it..." Carter said. "So... everything okay...?"

Realization lit her sleepy eyes, and she smiled, flashing a set of almost-white, slightly crooked teeth, "Oh, I'm..."

Tired?
Scared?
Overwhelmed?

Fine?

No, no she couldn't say that. Wesley was not going to lie anymore this year. Even if it seemed convenient. So she opted for the first choice, because it was the most normal of the three.

"just...kinda sleepy,"

And to prove it, she yawned, covering her mouth. Giving another sleepy smile, the 13-year-old shook her head in an effort to wake up.

"You too eh?" Carter asked. "Not been sleeping well?" he asked. He wasn't sure if that was a personal question or not. "I haven't been lately." he added just to make it seem more like a normal conversation.

He hadn't been sleeping well in awhile. Not since Marilyn. And not since that not-so-reassuring trip to the headmaster's.

Wesley gave a bit of a shrug and nod, unsure of whether to say yes or no. It wasn't a matter of nightmares, Professor Lupa had taken care of that the previous term. It was more of not sleeping at all. For how could anyone sleep when the killer had actually broken into the dormitory?

Shuddering unintentionally, she rubbed her eyes, but the Hufflepuff's hand quickly dropped when the boy confessed.

"Wh-,"

No. No, too blunt. She needed to be careful. Dominic said to be vigilant.

"Woah. That's awful," Wesley quickly reworded herself, anxious to not be too obvious. You never knew who was listening.

"Too much homework for you too?" Adding a fake, overly-exaggerated yawn for good measure, Wesley watched him eagerly through heavy lidded eyes.

She totally looked tired right now.

Carter shrugged. "No, not really." he said. "Just way too many trips to see the headmaster and to come to the Hospital Wing. I've been to both way too often then I'd like to ever count." he said.

Okay... so maybe that wasn't the best thing to say to some person you didn't even know. But... well... he was having the hardest time lately keeping track of his thoughts. Between his friends going missing, coming back injured, random things being found near the forest, and crazy ex-girlfriends it was a wonder Carter could even have a proper thought. It was true that it didn't happen too often anymore. Everytime things started getting normal something horrible would happen again.

"Sagging" eyes popping open as the Gryffindor elaborated, Wesley struggled to return to an exhausted appearance.

Stuffing her hands in the pocket of her robes before she gave into temptation and grabbed him, Wesley bit her lip as she tried to think of something subtle.

"When I feel upset, I write in my...journal. Do you have a journal?"

Hidden fingers crossed for luck, the short girl chanted in the back of her mind for good luck, Please say no! Please say no! Please, please, please oh PLEASE say no!

Carter looked at the girl suspiciously. Now that was a very blunt question. "Nooooo..." he said still giving the girl an odd look.

"I normally just talk things through."

Alexa let herself be helped out of the hospital wing... something that she would have NEVER allowed under normal circumstances, but considering she had nearly bled to death tonight she was swallowing her pride a bit and accepting help without complaint.

She frowned when Lorcan said she should rest,... "I don't want to rest... I want to find out what happened to me and how I can help stop it from happening to anyone else. THere were several students in there with injuries not unlike my own. There is something weird going on," she said in as strong a voice as she could muster. She pulled Kappor's blankie tighter around her still and tried to walk without assistance, but failed.

"I am not sure what the Healer said other than the potion was to help me regain my strength, Lorcan. I need to see Headmaster Tate... or Mr. Kapoor... or someone," she rambled on, leaning hard against him.
