'Listen Gryffindor boy' Yes, Josh was a Gryffindor and yes he was a boy so he paused the struggling to listen to what the Ravenclaw should say. He had a bit of sympaty towards them after all since his mother had been a Ravenclaw. But what this Ravenclaw saying was...weird. Evelyn would not attack anyone. Would she?

He glanced at the girl again. She was looking a little bit odd indeed and the older boy did not sound like he was lying. ''But she wants it now. I am sorry.'' Yet, he eased his grip on the boy resulting the Ravenclaw's attempts of shaking the Gryffindor off himself to succeed. And without even realising what was going on again, Josh was thrown off and thudded on the floor. ''Gaah! My arm! My arm!'' Plus he failed to get the wand....

Evelyn watched as Josh was thrown off the Ravenclaw boy, making her sigh and shake her head. She was really hoping the Gryffindor would have gotten her wand, but apparently not. Now he was bald AND possibly might have to be 'moved out of the way'.

Listening to Ivory speak about, well she didn't know what since she wasn't listening, Evelyn raised the two wands and pointed it at the Ravenclaw. "Alright. Stunners on three?" she asked, glancing at the girls for a moment before going back to staring at the Ravenclaw boy on the ground. Really, what was this guy's name? If she had remembered any time before, she now completely had forgotten.

"And if either of you two, hurt my wand..." she continued, glancing at them one more time before looking back forward, trying her hardest to ignore Josh's yelling from pain. His arm? She was hoping and not hoping at the same time that it was his wand arm. "...I will personally, come after you."

And if they didn't know, they should take into consideration that she was a darn good runner.

Watching Josh get thrown off made Ivory smile slightly in time to Evelyn instructions. Now there was less chance of her wand being hit, they could finally get to the good part.

"Sounds better than holding him down...Don't worry I won't aim at his hand or anything..."

Grinning at the Slytherin who was aiming not one but two wands at the boy,she nodded approvingly as she herself brought out her wand again and aimed the fiery tip at his abdomen.

"One....
....

Two...
...

Three.

Stupefy!"

Grinning from ear to ear she watched the jet of red light fly from the blue flame at the end of her wand and speed towards the bloodied boy.

Barry was incredibly grateful to that gryfindor boy. As one of his final acts he had listened to him. If he didn`t die he`d thank him. Gryfindors were actually brave. Who knew? He stood up to fight.

Oh but too late. One of the girls was already sending a stunner his way. It was two quick for him to be able to block it. But suddenly an idea came to him. The stunner wouldn`t last long...

Barry flung Evelyns wand in the direction of the stairs leading down to the second floor. Then the stunner hit him and he collapsed onto the floor the last thing he saw was the wand bounce off the top step. Then darkness...

Ivory wasn't sure if Evelyn had used the two wands she had to cast the stunner at the count of three like agreed, but she certainly hoped she had. Three stunners were better and lasted longer than one after all.

But then she had something else to worry about because she was too busy watching the wand launched from the boy's fingertips and sailing to the stairs.

Wide-eyed, her feet launched themselves in a sprint after the wand, hoping someone would have the hindsight to tie the boy up. This wand's safety meant Samuel's safety, since she knew Evelyn would never move on without it.

Speeding over the first few steps, she tucked her hand into her pajama sleeve, remembering how the Slytherin got with fingerprints, and took a flying leap.

On the bright side she caught the wand...on the bad side she toppled halfway down the steps.

Breathing deeply she got to her feet.

Nevertheless, picking herself up with new bruises she lifted the wand triumphantly and examined it. Thank Merlin it was fine. Shuffling back up the stairs she handed it to Evelyn.

Now all was right in the Slytherin's world right. She'd been way to loong without her wand and that was a horor in her book.

Josh stopped yelling the pain of his arm when he saw what the girls were doing. Why did they attack him? He did not do anything bad. Was not it too much for a wand? Especially when he agreed to give it back. That Ravenclaw girl did it! His Rose was not the kind. She would not do it. Okay, she was sensitive about her wand but she would not bring it to attacking another student.

Forcing himself and ignoring the pain Josh got up on his feet again and walked to the girls ''Why did you attack him?! It was not necessary! Why ha? Why? I hope you have a good reason for that'' he snapped at the Raven girl and turned to Evelyn. ''Can i have my wand back now, Rose?''

Evelyn listened to the countdown, the spell repeating itself over and over in her mind, but she was surprised at what happened next.

She watched as her wand flew through the air before landing close to the stairs that led down to the second floor, and then rolling off the top step. NO! Sprinting as fast as she could, she jumped down three steps at a time but it was unnecessary. Ivory was already falling down the stairs. Oh dear Merlin! Her wand better be okay! And...

IT WAS! Grabbing it from Ivory, she ran back up the steps, hugging it to herself as she stopped and stood there at the top step, taking in the moment. Oh wonderful wand. Back in it's rightful owner's hands.

Taking a look around, she noticed the Ravenclaw boy was definitely hit with a stunner, and Josh was yelling at the others. Could he have his wand back? Maybe. She kinda liked the feel of it, almost warm to the touch, but her eyes suddenly spotted Ivory's wand. The blue flame. It was familiar, yet it wasn't. And one thing was definitely for certain, she still wanted it.

But, onto Josh's questions again. Why did they do it and could he have his wand back. She was in too much of a hurry to answer either of those questions. They had to get to the upper floors, but well, she would answer them anyways since he seemed a tad bit angry. "Well for one, he had my wand and I needed it back, and two, it really was the only way that would guarantee the successful attempt of getting it back. And for your other question..."

Should she give it back? "No." Smiling, she walked over to the unconscious Ravenclaw boy and pointed both her wand and Josh's at him. "Incarcerous." she said, watching two sets of ropes head straight towards him. So now, if he woke up, he will be in a bit of a sticky situation.

Destiny stood back and watched as stunners were headed to the Ravenclaw boy, a smirk appearing on her face. There was no way he could dodge three of them, and of course he didn't. Then he did something that he would definitely regret later, and that was throw Evelyn's wand. Oooo, she would be angry at that.

Which she was.

Waiting there, making sure the Ravenclaw boy and Gryffindor stayed on the ground where they were supposed to be, Destiny realized now that Evelyn had THREE wands on her. As Josh asked for his back, she shook her head hoping Evelyn wouldn't give it back.

Destiny needed at least one of those! 'Evelyn! Gimme a wand now!'

Didn't she say she would?

Holding his left wrist which was in pain though there was nothing in sight, he shoke his head for a couple of times to get rid of the blood on his face while he listened to Evelyn explaining the reason for attacking the boy. But of course the attempt was in vain so he dropped his wrist free and tried to clean the blood that is annoying him with his hands.

That moment was a great shock for him as he realised that he had no hair “No” however it was nothing compared to the greater shock over Evelyn”s refusal to give his wand back to him. Plus she was tying the Ravenclaw with his wand. Were that boy, Marie and Carter right? Had he been fooled by Rose? The idea was painful but every evidence was showing it. “Rose” he said looking at her with pleading eyes as she smiled at him “What are you doing? This is not good. Please give it back to me so i can help him.”

Oh that's right. Destiny still didn't have wand. Looking at the three wands in her hands, she definitely wasn't giving Destiny her wand, and, Evelyn kinda liked Josh's...

"Here." she said, tossing the Ravenclaw boy's wand and moving slightly behind the others towards the fourth floor stairs, but she paused at Josh's words. Rose. She did like that name, and it made her smile slightly. Turning back around to look at him, her eyes flickered back to their normal hazel for just a moment before going back to their unfamiliar black. What was she doing? Her job, that's what.

"You can help him now. You don't need a wand for that." she said in a pleasant tone as she took another step back towards the stairs. "And I suggest you stay here too. Unless you'd rather end up like him." Taking another step back, she looked at the others, a determined expression crossing her face. She had no problem making sure Josh ended up tied up later on if he was dumb enough to follow them.

"Well, c'mon! Let's go!" she said, before turning around and moving towards the stairs.

Sweet Merlin!

Destiny caught the wand that was tossed to her, and glared at it. She didn't like it at all, but beggers can't be choosers and she was indeed a begger. Holding onto the wand extra tightly, just in case those thieves were around her, Destiny headed towards the stairs right behind Evelyn and Ivory.

'I need to find Ayra!'

And then she needed to pay Carter and Marie a little visit. *insert creepy evil grin here*

When Patroclus finally came too, he found himself bound on the ground. He was glad that he also had his wand pinned to his side. "Finite Incantatem". Standing up he realised that Destiny and Evelyn were gone, and that they had left a trail of destruction and incapacitated students. Patroclus was torn, should he follow those two or help others that were here.
Bending down to Joshua Carter, he asked
"Hey Mate are you alright?"

Skidding up into the third hallway, Sabel was greeted with the presence of what had been absent from the enterance hall. Ragged breaths escaped him as he clutched his side, his other hand holding his wand resting on the wall. He had realized halfway down to the dungeon that he couldn't get in the Slytherin common room, and that Vindictus and Kazi were already well ahead of him and probably had already taken the cabniet up.

He saw a student crouching near another and stumbled a little towards him. "Hey, you guys okay?"

Barry was regaining consciousness. It`d been a while now and he`d only been hit with one stunner. Barry groaned as he tried to move. The stunner was wearing off. It`d be a couple of minutes before he could move again. He opened his eyes and the light momentarily blinded him.

When his eyes had adjusted he was surprised at what he saw. The gryfindor boy was on the floor, injured more then Barry who had a broken nose. Evelyn. Destiny and the other girl had gone. Had his diversion worked? Did Evelyn lose her wand? And who had his wand. That precious wand. He had done so much with that wand he didn`t want a new one. Oh and he was tied up. Great. He`d have to just sit there. Looking at the boy he said "Hey thanks. I owe you one. You ok?"

Just then two other boys came running. Yes! Thank you! Now he needed to find a wand. There were too of them. Couldn`t one of them help him? "Hey there! Could one of you untie me? " he asked. "Just throw me your wand" He`d feel bad about it later but he needed to get his wand back!

''Rose, what is wrong with you?'' Josh asked as he watched her hand the Ravenclaw's wand to Destiny. Which meant something was not wrong with only Evelyn but also with Destiny and that Ravenclaw girl. What were they doing? Whatever it was it did not sound good deducting from the way Rose spoke to him. 'I suggest you stay here too. Unless you'd rather end up like him.' Would she attack him? Well...he was going to see.

''But it is MY WAND!'' he yelled after the girl as they ran away not following them yet to help the older boy. Plus it was a great relief for him when two other boys from his house arrived at the scene. ''I am fine.'' Josh responded to the boys quickly. His wrist was in pain and he had no hair but he could live with it, could not he? ''But they stunned him'' the boy went on indicating the unconscious Ravenclaw...

Who was fortunately coming back into consciousness. Good good. ''I am okay. Are you?'' he repeated to him. ''They took my wand, too.'' Evelyn took it actually and she was...whatever. ''I am going after them'' he went on determinedly ''Someone should teach the girls not to take what is not theirs'' with that then he made his way to upstairs.

Seeing the boy lying on the ground, tied up and just regaining conciousness, Sabel ran over, kneeling down beside him. His wand snapped up in his own had and pointed down at the boy, "Finite Incantatem!"

He watched in relief as the ropes fell away, the image of Raiden being tied up lashing sickeningly against his mind. The image of his shoulder being torn into a mess of blood and torn cloth. It was all he could do to keep from vomitting as he gave the boy a weak smile, tucking his wand close beside himself; unfortunately he couldn't give the boy a wand. He need to keep his. "You're okay...look if you don't have a wand everyone is gathering in the Headmaster's seating area you should go there and ----"


Sabel's words were cut off as the other Gryffindor darted up towards the stairs...towards the stairs without a wand. "HEY! ARE YOU MAD?!"

Suddenly terrified for the students safety he scrambled to his feet, gripping his own wand tight in his hand, daring after the boy. He turned back briefly to the student he had just helped untie. "If you can, help the others here to the Headmaster's seating area. There are people there who can help you. Please. Don't do anything without a wand." He didn't want to see another person get hurt.

Without waiting to see if the boy would listen he dashed after the other student. Why, why was he going after the other students without a wand?

That Gryffindor was brave. That was for sure. Barry would be sure to thank him. It was going to be an eventful end of term feast. So many goodbyes. An epic end to this chapter of his life. It fit nicely. This was the most eventful term Barry had had in all his seven years. Missing students. Destroyed castle. A weird teacher and fighting. Lots of fighting.

Barry watched as the other student followed the gryffindor boy up. Barry was tempted but he couldn`t. He needed a wand and if he didn`t do anything about his nose he`d have a broken nose forever. Barry got up and his whole body ached. He`d have to see the healer first. Holding onto the wall and then the handrail, he slowly descended to the second floor

"A little wobby. But other than that I'm fine." Carter said. He reached up and felt his head with his free hand. He winched a bit when his hand made contact. Yep. That was a bruise. "Is it just me... or does the walk down to the dungeons seem a lot longer now?" he asked with a laugh.

Finally they had made it down another flight of stairs. Hearing Carter wince when he touched his head Marie wished there was something she could do for him. "You know the healer is on the next floor. Maybe we should stop there so she can look at your head." What if he had a concussion...he might not wake up if he fell asleep. It might be best for him to get checked out...or not. "No it's not you, I think Peeves added more stairs. I sure don't remember there being this many before."

"Oh, it's fine. Really. It'll heal up on it's own." Carter said. Plus, the healer probably had a lot more things to worry about then a bump on his head.

He laughed a bit when she said Peeves added more stairs. Yes, that would be a very Peeves thing to do. "Oh look." he said. "A few more steps to the landing." They'd be down to the dungeons soon. Maybe he would just take a bit of a rest there.
