Laughing a little bit as he heard Lorelai's mutter, Adam couldn't help it. He didn't know why he could find it so funny, but it was just the way Raven was taking the situation so seriously and Lori wasn't. And that made him laugh. "Evil Slytherin is on way to put it," Adam said, pretending to contemplate. "Another way would be interfering little girl." Okay, so she wasn't really a little girl. But it was a polite way of saying what was in his head.

"Really? Well, with that atitude, I'm surprised. I was sure someone would've put their foot down by now," Because there had to be someone whom she'd gotten on the nerves of so much that they'd put her in her place, right?

"She got it right, Raven," Ad muttered pretending to be sincere. "How could I possibly get up on the wrong side of the bed, when my bed is against a wall. There is only one way to get up, and frankly I don't think it is the wrong side." It couldn't be, because if he was always getting up on the wrong side of the bed, then she wouldn't have wanted to kiss him.

Simple as.

"Look, if you've got nothing constructive to say, leave. Yeah?"

Catching Lori's waving hand in his own, he laughed as she comment on Raven's brains state. "A little bit, yeah," he agreed, still grining. Turning around to lean on the bar slightly, he watched her and waited for her to bring out the valentines day present.

"Hope you like it. Well, them. I couldn't think of what else to get you."
He'd gotten her a looot of jewlery. It seemed it was all he could think of. A lot of pink, diamond-y jewlery this year. Merrn.

Mina shrugged. She was feeling a little bit better. Her mind was still a bit foggy and all but she was getting back to normal. "I've had better days," she said. "But you know I'm a fighter so, I'm almost back to normal for the most part."

Mina nodded. "Yeah, tell me about it." she replied. Things had been beyond weird for everyone she knew. She wasn't at all back to 100 percent yet and she was still troubled by things. It was amazing she made it through CoMC without trouble as just being there left her feeling very odd. So many things were happening and so many questions needed to be answered. "Some second year, we are having."

Maybe she'll turn normal." And then leave Adam alone, because seriously, if she hadn't realised yet that Adam was Lori's, now and forever and ever (etcetera, etcetera). So she needed to back off.

Shrugging the little thoughts about Raven off, --because Lori certainly didn't want to think about her anymore. Considering her own best friend, was almost best friends with the cow. That just made it harder. Siiigh.

Lori looked up at Adam, as she pulled the present*s* out of her bag, and sat there opening them. Squealing a bit --something Adam had probably gotten used to, by now--; she grinned up at him. "Definitely." Carter said. Not normal at all. But then again. Hogwarts was not a normal school. He looked around a bit. He wondered if it would be okay to ask what he wanted to. Deciding to he took a deep breath. "Do you remember anything?" he asked slowly. He hoped the question didn't upset her.

Lori giggled as he took her hand, and gave his a squeeze. Before grinning as he spoke. "Good." This was just because she had totally won that. But it still meant she was going to get HIM presents. Giggling again she shook her head. "It cant be ours, it's yours. And I just stay there while we're not at school. It works out. Trust me." And besides, calling it theirs was such a BIG step. Not that she wasn't able to take that step.

Letting go of his hand, as he sat down, she shrugged. "Well, you need .... Furniture for bedrooms, kitchen stuff, but you could get a furnished kitchen in the house.. Talk to an estate agent about that. You'll need a sofa.. A television. Clothe and shoe storage." Hers mainly.
