In The Three Broomsticks, you will rarely find a speck of dust or smudged cutlery. In winter months, a fire blazes in the hearth, and the shutters and curtains are thrown wide open in warmer weather. You can stop in for just a butterbeer or a snack, or you can order a full meal. Grab a menu or step up to the counter and the new bartender and manager, Juliette Shepherd, will be glad to help you. So come on in, pull up a chair and grab yourself a butterbeer.

I love Slytherin, well not love it, but like it a lot..." She gasped. Wow, did she talk a lot.

He doubt Marilyn would be here now if he looked the way he did, not that he thought she was shallow or anything, it's just Rafe's self-esteem was much lower back then.

Taking some more fruit, she sighed. "I can understand a fear of gaining weight, though. I remember a time when my father wasn't his perfect 180 lbs." At saying this, Marilyn rolled her eyes. The house had been in an uproar to change some of the richer foods to fat-free selections. It nearly killed her in the process.

"All I'm saying is that things are okay when the portions aren't huge. There are even some things that can be made with less sweetener and butter to reduce the calorie counts. I'll have to make you a few things..." Giving up on the fruit when she seen Rafe going for it, she picked back up on the pie. it really wasnt that bad. "And I bet you were adorable with a little extra weight on you. I would have loved to see that..."

Carter entered the Three Broomsticks holding one of those weird coupons that everyone seemed to have. He had to spend 7 galleons to use it? Well... a free dessert was a free dessert, right? He looked up at the menu. What to get, what to get. He had only ever gotten butterbeer here.

"Well, I think it's a great picture. Just look at those cheeks." She smirked, handing the photo back. "As I said, my sweet tooth is insatiable...So, I've had to find things that are okay for me to eat. I've got a few ideas about some things I'm going to make for you. You'll absolutely love it."

Finishing off her food, Marilyn moved the plate to the side now focusing solely on Rafe. "I do love a good nearly uncooked steak. We'll definitely have to do that one night. Maybe usher all the house elves out and give them a break." She knew this would not happen. They loved their job of cooking and cleaning the kitchen too much. "You cook dinner and I'll handle dessert."

Mina walked into the Three Broomsticks and glanced around. Why was she even in Hogsmeade this weekend, she asked herself. She haven't even really planned on coming, but she did kind of say yes to one of her friends. At least The Three Broomsticks was definitely more comfy and warm than The Hog's Head.

Unwrapping the scarf from around her neck, she heard her stomach grumble a bit. She seriously needed to stop skipping meals. Pouting a little, she started to feel around for her little black coin purse. She could have sworn she had it in her pocket. Patting down her pockets, she finally found it in the inner pocket of her cloak. She should have enough for something small and maybe a dessert before she had to meet her new friend, that's if she even showed up.

Pulling the small coin purse out, she started over to a find a seat. On her way over, she caught a glimpse of some blond hair. She could recognize that hair almost anywhere. Smiling she walked over and knocked into Carter slightly. "Why if it isn't my favourite Gryffindor Chaser?" she laughed.

"But, I think you would even make the goddess Aphrodite jealous with your presence in Greece, clearly there's no competition between the two of you." He gave a little wink.

"And I love you, but I'm still going to take pleasure in aggravating you," Rafe laughed. "I can't help but enjoy the sight of you biting your lower lip and that little wrinkle you get in your forehead. It's just adorable, definitely on the list."

Unwrapping the scarf from around her neck, she heard her stomach grumble a bit. She seriously needed to stop skipping meals. Pouting a little, she started to feel around for her little black coin purse. She could have sworn she had it in her pocket. Patting down her pockets, she finally found it in the inner pocket of her cloak. She should have enough for something small and maybe a dessert before she had to meet her new friend, that's if she even showed up.

Pulling the small coin purse out, she started over to a find a seat. On her way over, she caught a glimpse of some blond hair. She could recognize that hair almost anywhere. Smiling she walked over and knocked into Carter slightly. "Why if it isn't my favourite Gryffindor Chaser?" she laughed.

" hi again" Rex said to Mina. " I guess you are busy" Rex said to Mina. " I will not bother you again and just so you know I had to break up "The Magical Five" because it did not work out like "The Golden Trio worked out" Rex explained to Mina. " Too many problems with it" Rex said sadly.

Kay giggled a little. "Well," Kay whispered "The Slytherind common room is cold and I think her name would be nice. You are so nice to do that for her." Kay said smiling at her new friend. "It would make for a great gift."

" Yes, the Slytherins do need blankets" Rex told Kay . "Elora is nice" Rex said to Kay. " I think we should stay and talk to her" Rex explained to Kay.

Elora thought about this. She truly did not want to interrupt anything. But they did seem to want her to stay."Well...if you don't mind. I'll definitely stay." Elora sat back down at the table.

"I figured you would, I still got my portable fireplace so we could travel anywhere in the world," Rafe said. What an adventure that would be!? Rafe closed his eyes for a moment as she caressed his cheek. He was happy her shaved a bit, but by the end of the night, he would have to do it again. "You're lucky I shaved," Rafe laughed, for most 13-year-olds this would be a weird statement, but for him it was normal. "Wouldn't want to add calluses on those pretty hand of yours." He lightly touched her arm. Her skin was so soft and warm.

Rafe coughed awkwardly as she caught the part of the list. "It's just a list I've kind of made up in my mind of all the things I love about you. Kind cheesy huh?" He couldn't really make eye contact.
