Though he was focused back on the game, the corners of her lips twitched upward out of amusement. Was she that obvious? "Probably." She agreed, observing him for a moment. Out of the corner of her eye, she spotted Legend and abruptly redirected her gaze. Legend was faster than the other Chasers, he shoots - he scores! "Gooo Legend!" Katie shouted, cupping her hands around her mouth. "So, if we're on the same level here with.. this stuff," she gestured toward the pitch and the players flying about, dark eyes coming to rest back on the blondish Hufflepuff boy. "then what forced you down here, if you don't mind me asking." Turning her attention briefly onto the game, Katie watched as Legend once again got to the quaffle before the others but messed up the play. She groaned, disappointed in him. "Come ON Chosen, you can do better than that!" and he better, she didn't come to this silly match for nothing. |

Like he'd have to next week for Ravenclaw vs. The Badgers match. Never mind he just didn't give a flying chimaera about Quidditch. Oh, well. "Let me tell you something, Livvy," Ian started, seemingly unaware of the girl's exasperation. "I may not know much about Quidditch, and by that I mean that I know nothing of that game, but it doesn't take much for anyone to figure that in order to be a good player, you have be at least a little bit reckless, no? I mean, everything is going so fast,"--Ian jabbed a finger at the match before them as an example--"that you don't really have much time to think." He shrugged. "And just for the record, I really don't think that being foolish makes you a lunatic. Everyone can be foolish, but that doesn't mean that everyone is a lunatic." He didn't wait for her confirmation, and instead worked on getting a chocolate pocket out of his pocket. After using his teeth to open the wrapped, the boy struggled a bit with the chocolate frog, and the bit on its lower body. "Want the head? You are okay, I guess, so I don't really mind sharing with you." And once more, without bothering to wait for her response, Ian simply beheaded the chocolate frog with one pull and placed it on Livvy's lap. "My name is Ian. I-A-N. It's short and not that hard to remember, you know?" But he didn't sound offended. It wasn't like he was always hanging around Livvy or anything of the like. He did, however, shook his wild head a little bit. "And are going to tell me what Estro Boy stands for? No, actually, I don't think I wanna know, so don't bother." Women. |
Ooooooooh the sniiiiiiiiiiitch! Omygooooooosh! There was leetle Oliver, reaching out for the thing. Oh man, she just had to... Oh no, but wait. Brant was the Seeker too! Eeeeek! She clapped like a maniac and nodded along to this little boy who seemed to be rooting for the Quidditch equipment instead of the actual players. Well, that's one way you can do it. And why not cheer for them, they were, after all, important too because if the equipment wasn't there then how the flappers were they going to play!? Breaaaaaaaaathe. Oh, this was an awesome game! Squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! |

And then he pointed out the girl, a Gryffindor too. She nodded in response, "That makes sense. Me too, I blame that Gryffindor-" it was her turn to point to a certain player; blonde, short (compared to the older boys) and often after the quaffle. "-for my being here." She refrained from huffing, frustrated with the missed goal Legend could have, SHOULD have gotten in before. Rather than get herself more upset, she directed her attention to Lorcan. "It's nice to meet you; I'm Kaitlynnh Mae, but just call me Katie." Fidgeting in her seat uncomfortably, Katie straightened her back up, staring out at the players and looked for the girl he had pointed out to her. "She's a Chaser too, isn't she?" |

You know what? Livvy wasn't going to bother. Plus it didn't seem like the boy even really cared whether or not she disagreed with him. And what he said about foolish not being part of lunatic. Oh man... IT WAS. She read it in the dictionary BOY! Buttttt... she wasn't going to tell him that. Chances are... he'd call her a lunatic... for being so insane as to actually read a dictionary or even pick it up. Instead, she shrugged it off and shook her head. Whatever. Men were incompetent. Men were ignorant. Men. Were. Stubborn. Livvy had a feeling that even if she tried to reason with him, it wouldn't be able to get through his thick head. Why bother? Exactly. She wasn't going to. The seekers seemed to have spotted the snitch once again, causing Livvy's eyes to leave Estro Boy and to the field, much to her happiness. So far no dead bodies. HEY! Did that Slytherin just trip that poor Gryffindor?! What a mean trick! ... meh. It was pretty good. Not listening to what the boy had been saying, she watched intently until something plopped onto her lap. Looking down, she yelped. Why. Was. There... a frog's head on her lap? Huh. It looked edible. Chocolate frogs. Livvy glanced over at Estro Boy to see him nibbling on the bottom half. She could only assume that the head came from him. But really... this was just morbid. Staring at the head, she picked it up and bit at its eye. AH. The eyes.... If there was anything that Livvy just couldn't deal with... it was the EYES. Pfft. Like SHE'D TELL HIM?! "If you say so, Ian." Livvy had the slightest urge to tell him... just because he told her NOT to. |

"GOOOOO SNITCH!" let's see how much longer can the Snitch get them flying like maniacs after it! "COME ON SNITCH! RUN...! he yelled, before realizing what his mistake had been, "...I MEAN, FLY SNITCH! FLY!" because the Snitch couldn't run, neither could the Quaffles nor the Bludgers. The only ones that could run were the players and the Quidditch Official, and the people in the Stands. But certainly not the Snitch. And...there was this girl suddenly looking at him...that was not the thing that interested him the most...what interested him the most was that she knew naaaaames!!! "Hey, who's Oliver? And who's Brant? Are they playing, or is that a code name for Quaffles and Bludgers?" he asked, moving closer to the girl, because there was no way she could've heard him from afar. |

He didn't. At least he'd tried? And why was Olivia so quiet? She'd been chattering her head away the entire time and now she'd falled quiet and seemed to be intent on the game. Ian figured this was her actual normal behaviour during a Quidditch she wasn't taking part of; Quidditch players did enjoy watching other people play, did they not? Analize their moves and all those things he didn't particularly understand, nor did he care to. Quirking up one of his eyebrows at Livvy's now silent self, Ian looked back at the game at the same time the Slytherin seeker captured the snitch. Was it over? Eh. Well, he wasn't sticking around to see if it was or not, either way. He stood up, swallowed the last bit of chocolate he had left, and then stretched. "Did you know your hair looks really pretty when it catches the light? It's kind of fascinating. Anyway, this has been fun and everything, but I'm kind of bored now." Which meant he was out of here, which of course explained why Ian was making his way out of the stands as he spoke (and rather loudly, mind you) to the Head Girl. "See ya!" |

"WAy to go, WAY TO GO! Huzzah!" It was freezing cold outside, but Miranda was all pumped and warm with all this hopping and cheering. She was clapping happily, until the boy yelled 'run', which made Miranda stop for a second unitl he corrected himself. Eeehehehehe. Naw, he seemed cute. And ickle firstie, perhaps? Clapping once again, heard the whistle and was all happeh that the first half was over, and then suddenly the boy adressed her. Eh, wha? His quick speach reminded her of Oliver, the twitch- the sensitive to sugar one, and Miranda smiled at the boy and laughed at his code name ideas. "Oh, they're my friends... Yes, see?" She pointed, or TRIED to point at the peeps who were flying REALLY fast, "That curly headed one is Oliver, he's a Seeker. And that one there is Brant. He's a Seeker too, and Captain of the Gryffindor team." Miranda nodded. She took him in and then she decided to ask HIM something. "You a big fan of Quidditch?" Oh, she could use him on the team! "You seem like a first year...ARE you a first year?" Naaaaaaaaaaaaaw. |
Kapoor was just crawling up to the lower stands when he witnessed Slytherin score. He stood shouting at whatever decibel level the man called an 'outdoor voice' while putting his gloved hands together. He reached into his pocket and pulled out his old omniocculars and had a peer at the players. "Nicely done, Greenwood!" He called taking a seat. He could not see the other boys name, but he knew his name would come to him as he looked very familiar from the classes. |

"Nice to meet someone else with some sense, Katie." He said, flashing her a smile. "Yeah, Lex- I mean Alexa's a chaser." He preferred that other people didn't call her Lexi, it made him feel good that he was the only one allowed to. "What's your lunatic called?" |

Oooooh, poor, poor Snitch. The little golden ball needs something to pick itself up, it's probably not a good thing to lose against Seekers, right? Slytherin had caught the Snitch! That means...they're tied! Ooooh, the second session will be even better. Grin. Evil grin. Until...the girl responded. "The Quaffle and the Bludger are your friends? How does that work?" he could be friends with the poor Snitch, and brighten its day, because the golden little ball was doing a GREAT JOB. A GREAT JOB, you hear! Oh, no, she meant...PEOPLE. Big mistake. Big, big, big mistake. "Oh, I see....or not really, because they're moving too fast...but good you're cheering for your friends, none of my friends are playing, so I cheer for the only one I know in there, which is the Professor, or, Quidditch Official at the moment" he nodded, explaining and gesturing towards the men in the Officiating robes, "And the poor Snitch, which is doing a wonderful job, don't you think?" he said, eyeing the almost deserted Pitch, and letting out a sigh. He didn't like half-times. "Why, yes, I am, my dad used to play Quidditch" he started to say, "Professionally" it must be added, because people played Quidditch in their backyards. "And my sister was pretty good in Quidditch, too" there was something bright on the other side of the Stands that sidetracked him, and he was no longer certain of what he was going to say before the brightness blinded him. "I'm a first year, yes, you don't look like you're a first year, what year are you in?" he asked, looking at the girl, who was NOT necessarily taller than him, but didn't look 'First Year'. "I think Quidditch is a very fun game, don't you think? Do you like Quidditch?" THAT was the question he should've asked first! Just because she was in here didn't mean she liked Quidditch, maybe she was just rooting for her friends and nothing more. |

The Hufflepuff frowned deeply, watching the flyers out on the pitch. She still couldn't understand why the boy - Legend, - had signed up in the first darned place. Sure, his sister had formally been the Gryffindor's Captain in her days but he didn't like Quidditch. Not the real thing, at least not since they were little kids. "They can and do, sometimes. Makes you wonder why they play, am I right?" Katie asked, certain she was. Because they had that in common. Anti-Quidditch people - Hufflepuffs - they were. "Thank you," Katie beamed happily, standing to take a dramatic mock bow and quickly seated herself again. At least someone thought she had some sense! She would have to bring this up to Legend later. "She's good. Kicking butt and taking names, it looks like." She commented. Alexa was someone she'd have to make an effort to meet, and hopefully congratulate after the game. "He's not my lunati-" The brunette tried protesting but paused midsentence, apparently changing her mind with careful consideration. "No, I guess he is. The dumb dumb's name is Legend. Legend Chosen, another chaser for the lions. He's in my year, Third." |

But that would have to wait till later. She was still trying to figure out if Silver Viper was a good thing or not. Quote:
Seriously, what was wrong with her? Talking to Rex in a civil and almost friendly manner like that. PFFT! 'Get it together Ev!' Quote:
"Do you want to stay here? Or try to get move toooo..." Her words disappeared from her mind when she spotted someone quite familiar. Marilyn!! Though, something was different about her? She couldn't quite put her finger on it yet, but something definitely was different about the Slytherin. "Hey Marilyn!" |

How typical... Jake had SLEPT IN on the day of the first Quidditch Match of the season. He had proceeded to dress hurriedly and run the the Stadium. Now, panting slightly and oblivious to the score, Jake stood in the stands, staring out over the pitch. "Is it... over...? Did I... make it?" Well... nobody was leaving, so it might JUST be half time. Hmmmm. Anywho, Jake stood catching his breath, staring out over the stands. Hmmm... just as well he wasn't cheering for anyone, really. The lions and the snakes were each an equally scary bunch to him. |

Slytherin got the snitch. Daaaannng. But no matter. Livvy had complete faith that the Gryffindors would be able to get the other two snitch grabs. Considering Captain Whatshisface didn't seem to be too bad of a seeker. He seemed pretty dang fast. Normally Livvy would be screaming her head off to cheer for the teams, but she wasn't today. Cheering was really only fun if you had someone to cheer with. And Livvy had gotten the idea that Ian, also known as Estrogen Boy, wouldn't be too into the whole cheering thing. Where was Rachel? GRRRR. She hadn't seen that girl in ages? And where was Jack? Even though he wasn't playing, he should at least be here to cheer right? And as Head Boy he should be here anyway. And CELA. Where was SHE? Didn't she usually love these outings? Then again... things were different this term. Meh? She was being spoken to once again. Livvy's head swung towards Estr-Ian... as he said something rather... odd. Blink. Her... hair? She unconsciously glanced down at the strands of hair that flowed down her shoulders, trying to see if there was anything special about it. Mhm. Not really. Maybe the boy was just joshing around with her or had eye issues or an overactive imagination. Oh. He was leaving? "Er... thanks. Bye Ian!" she said, slightly puzzled at the boy's sudden departure but then she just shrugged as she flung her hand into the air to wave goodbye. Men. So complex. |

Ella clapped her hands and decided they should start to cheer when she saw a familiar face. "Oh, hey Delanie! Long time no see. Mina and I were just going to cheer." she smiled. "I'd love to come to your party. When is it?" She turned back to Mina. She started to recite Mina's cheer. "Jump around Scream and shout Gryffindor spirit is what it's all about C'mon let's see some spirit L-I-O-N-S Red and gold yell it L-I-O-N-S Watch out, we're here! Everybody stand clear! Let's shout, let's cheer! Our victory is near! Lions! L-I-O-N-S! Yell for the Gryffindors We can't be doomed So watch out Slytherin We'll knock you off your brooms! Carter, Carter He's our man! Score he will. We know he can!" YAY! Go Gryffindor! Ella thought. |
Bella felt her neck for her scarf, making sure it was there. She smiled when she was sure. She climbed the sps to the stands, looking round at all the other students sat down. But the real beauty of the view was the Quidditch Pitch, it was huge! She was a bit late for the game but nevertheless she had come. She found a seat, a good seat overlooking the pitch, sitting down she waved her arms above her. "Gooooo Teamsss!!" She called loudly |
"Oh, I wish they'd start already!!!!!!!!" Nymphy said. "If we win, we play the winner of this match. This is so exciting. I've never seen a match with all seven players before. My family only has 10, so thats five on each side." HUFFLEPUFF 4 THE CUP!!!!!!! |
Rex came back for the second half. He hopes Kay comes to the match. " Go Slytherin" Rex let out a cheer against his own house. |
That was hte wirdestthing he had ever seen. A boy in obvious Gryffindor robes was cheering for Slytherin. It was DADA was now a free-period, anything could happen!!!! Well, it wasn't his concern who was or was not a loyal person. "That Slytherin keeper is good. I hope we play Gryffindor, our Chaserrs are amazing" he said to no one in particular. |
Brody Summers wandered along the stands wearing a very nice green outfit, including a green and silver scarf that she had "borrowed" from Sylvia, but the slytherin girl should know that she was not getting that back. She shuffled along the stands, until she found a spot at the front. Now she was obviously here to cheer for Slytherin, otherwise she wouldn't be dressed in green, but she hadn't gotten a banner, because a banner was not something Brody waved around. She did though shout occasionally, and that was all her good friend Kiri was going to get. "Go Kiri....erm Woot?" Yes. That was good for now. |
