This is definitely the place to go if you're looking to get rid of some stress or knock out some of your excess energy. Go on, pull up a swing or go for a slide! Act like a monkey on the monkey bars. Or, take a seat in the sand that surrounds all the equipment and build a castle.

Just beware of a certain Herbology professors cat on the search for a new litter box.

He looked at her wanting so badly to kiss her. He leaned in wondering if she was going to challenge it. Who on earth would be spying on her at a playground. Her family couldn't be that crazy, could they?

Everything was going to be okay...hopefully. She laughed and met him halfway, kissing him sweetly before pulling away.

"You're going to get me in trouble, Gryffindor." Marilyn smirked, daring him to disagree...

Carter smiled as his kiss was received. "Any trouble that happens we'll be in together." he said squeezing her hand. He smiled at her and hoped that it would reassure her. Being here with her made Carter feel like everything was alright again. There was no need for him to worry about her while they were at Hogwarts together.

When she was cut off from everyone else...The blonde refused to think about this right now.

A scarlet and gold butterfly fluttered out of his wand. It seemed like the only butterfly he could ever conjure. Everyone said it was very 'Gryffindor' or him. Not that he minded. Conjuring butterflies was something that he never planned on getting good at.

He watched the butterfly fly around for a few seconds before turning his attention back to Marilyn. His life was now perfect again. All that he needed now was a starting position on the quidditch team. But that might not happen.

"Would you like to swing?" he asked pointing over to the swings.

"Yes, my best friend!" Tammy was like the best friend he ever had along with Fyo. No one could beat those two. Except Brody, but she wasn't really a best friend now, but a best friend/girlfriend. As it fluttered away, she turned her attention back towards Carter. "You're asking me to swing?" She smirked before turning and walking towards said swings. "It's been so long since I've gotten on one of these things..." It was another painful reminder of her lost childhood. She'd never really gotten the chance to be carefree. it was really quite sad, in retrospect.

Shaking her head softly, she laughed. "I suppose I'm up for it if you are..."

Marilyn sat in the swing quietly, hoping Carter couldn't read her underwhelming enthusiasm. She doubted anything could take her mind off all the drama and heartache she'd endured and continued to deal with on a day to day basis. She gasped the ropes, hoping not to fall off.

"I'm ready whenever you are, Phillips." She smiled brightly, even though it was a fake out.

As Emily walked along the path she looked all around her. The sky was a beautiful shade of blue. The fluffy clouds were brilliant white and they floated gently along the sky.The grass grew greenly along the path. It was cut cleanly, neatly.

Then Emily came to a gate, she stopped. The gate was more of a fence, and it was open. Emily could easily see over it, and through the open gate. In front of her was the playground. She had been wandering around pointlesely, but she had found the playground!

Emily ran through the open gate and straight to the swingset. She sat down and started swinging, the sun shining down on her.

Okay, Cadence needed some sunshine on her shoulders. She had been locked inside at home, and now she should be taking every advantage to play in the sunshine that she could. She dressed in a warm sweater and jeans and walked through the grounds eventually ending up at the Jungle Gym. Score! Free swing! She ran over to the swing like a little kid and hopped on before anyone else could take it. Cady just began swinging higher and higher, feeling the sun on warm her face and absorb into her navy blue sweater. She leaned her head back, allowing her hair to blow in the breeze, and then she closed her eyes, and it felt like she was flying. Then she sat back up and opened her eyes and giggled to herself. Suddenly, she started shifting her weight, causing her swing to twist and untwist as she swung back and forth.

He frowned thoughtfully as she asked him where Fyo was. That was sorta something that he didn't want to go into seeing as the boys reasons for leaving were rather personal. So it was probably best to not really go into detail when explaining to her. "Fyo had something personal come up, so he had to leave the school." And that was that. No one really knew what happened other than him, Brody, Shana and Dani. And Dani only knew because Torin had told her.

He looked at her as she giggled at the Brody explanation. "That doesn't sound cheesy, does it?" Because he didn't want to seem cheesy to her. Well, he didn't want to seem that way to anyone really, it wasn't him at all.

And now she had gotten off of the swing and was looking at his hair. "Now you have to be careful not to get hit," he teased while knowing that she was totally safe seeing as she was standing off to the side. "See? Isn't it nice and pretty?" He was vain about his hair.

"Yeah, the swings are a lot easier." She agreed. The monkey bars always hurt her hands. But she wasn't going to tell him that. She would look wimpy.

Marilyn nodded. "Artemis is a strong name...I just feel like a lot of wizards and witches use it. Just like my owl's name." She laughed at his Grape joke. "I hate to say this but your owl does remind me of a big caramel apple..." She smiled over her shoulder sweetly, giving her boyfriend a wink before facing forward again.
