Carter smiled pleased at how well everyone was doing. "I think now we can start thinking about how we want it to look... unless we just want a 4-walled castle... which, is alright too... I guess."

Iris looked at Aaron's hand as he held it out and she smiled as she took it; lacing her fingers through his. She blushed and smiled shyly as he spoke, "I know ... " she said quietly. Iris wasn't entirely sure why she said it quietly, but she didn't really know what to say to it either. So she just looked him in the eye with a small smile.

Aaron smiled back at her. not exactly sure what to do or say. so he just hung there. Waiting for Iris to do something.

Lucy watched as Tyler climbed the monkey bars and smiled at him. "When I was a little kid, yeah. But not anymore," She said as she eyed him, not wanting him to fall and break something. She was probably afraid of going on the money bars, so she walked over to swings, and sat down, not really swinging. She remembered when she met Lavi on these swings--that had been a fun day.
"Is Kat coming?" She asked Tyler apprehensively.

Tyler smiled as Lucy mentioned she used to come here as a little kid, Blondie hair and all. But her blonde days were over, at least for now he thought. He was like a monkey himself, never could he stay still. But when he had to, he just had to. Though it did bother Tyler sometimes. "Don't worry, Luce. I'm sure that kitty can find her way here," he smirked and chuckled.

Lucy tried to smile in Ty's direction, but it might have turned out to be something less than a smile. And then she started swinging slowly, her feet just barely touching the sand underneath her, letting the soft breeze ripple through her hair. As she did so, she watched Tyler on the monkey bars--he seemed like he knew what he was doing. Maybe he could teach her--no, no--monkey bars were not for her.
"Kitty. That's a cute nickname. I'm going to start calling her that now!" Lucy said excitedly, momentarily forgetting about the current situation.

"I've heard sayings that when you find your soulmate it;s like the planets aline. Hmmmmm I guess thats what they meant by it", Avery said.

Kat ran to the jungle gym after handling some ... Lets call it business. She strutted over to tyler and lucy and said "Do not fear Kat has arrived" she flipped her hair and then burst into laughter. "So I see you guys are having fun without me" she pouted. And then went to the swings "Hey Ty would you be a doll and push me?"

Lucy looked up as her best friend arrived. "Kitty Kat!!" She said with a giggle. And then she laughed as Kat flipped her hair--always full of surprises. Guess she was over the hair thing. "We weren't having fun without you. By the way, do ya like mah new hair?" Lucy said, picking out a strand of her red hair and showing it to Kat. How could Kat have missed it?

"More like a fiesty kitty Kat," Tyler laughed. Tyler began swinging himself back a forth, trying not to let all the blood rush to one place. he begun to hum until her heard a certain voice that shifted his eyes in that direction.
Tyler laughed as Kat flipped her big hair. "Kitty Kat!" Tyler greeted her and jumped down from the monkey bars, landing on his feet. "It's never fun until you show up," he said and ruffled her hair, making it look bigger than usual. Tyler walked with Kat to the swings and began pushing her. "Lucy wants to tell you something!" he said and looked at Lucy with a smirk on his face.

Tiberius had heard about the jungle gym, but he certainly hadn't climbed it yet.

Dropping his bag at the base, he scampered up the monkey bars, hooked he knees around a bar and flipped. Hanging upside down, he stretched his arms over (under?) his head, closed his eyes and swayed.

Perfect.

Jake could do magic! Oh frabjuous day! Calloo ca-... wait... No. That'd been done.

Oh well.

Jake was skipping, YES, SKIPPING, to the jungle gym, his spirits soaring and little wilted daisy in his shirt pocket.

Life was good.

Seeing his bestest friend in the whole wide world EVER, Jake approached the young bat-like boy and beamed at him, swaying from side to side to keep eye contact with the boy. "Hi!"

"Jake!" Tibi giggled, opening his eyes as they both swayed. He smiled. Jake sounded in good spirits. His eye caught the daisy that he'd seen Jake with in class. Proof that he'd done magic.

"Good day?" he asked cheerfully, pretty certain he knew the answer. But he wanted to give Jake the chance to say it himself.

Lucy was smiling at Kat and Tyler and watched as he pushed Kat on the swings. But then he he told Kat that LUCY had something to tell him--NOOOOOO. Lucy looked up at Tyler, alarmed. But then she narrowed here eyes, being her ususal self and all. She said, "Ahh, yes. Ty's right, I do have to tell you something, Kitty. You see, I was going to tell you about my new hair, but it looks like Tyler missed that point when I greeted you. So, that's all I wanted to tell you. BUT, I think Tyler has something EVEN BIGGER to tell you," She said with a bigger smirk to Tyler and then stuck out her tongue at him. HA!

How long since he had been this happy exactly?

Well... not counting the adoption... over a year, maybe. AWESOME!

"Ep-ep-EPIC ddday!" the boy exclaimed, bouncing on the balls of his feet. "I dddid MAGIC!"

Smiling at Tibi, still swaying, Jake observed the Jungle Gym again. He'd been royally ticked off the last visit here. "Th-that llllooks fuhh-fun."

It did.

Truth.

"Well fine then!" Tyler laughed and kept swinging Kitty Kat. "Kat, Lucy and I are dating now. But appearently your best friend couldn't tell you herself. So she made me tell you," Tyler smirked and looked at Lucy. Yes, Tyler was blunt with things and it always came in handy. But at least he knew when to keep his mouth shut.

Tibi's grin spread from ear to ear as he continued to sway upside-down. "Oh yeah? That's awesome. What'd you do?"

Tibi knew full well, but, well, he thought maybe Jake would want to tell him instead.

"And it is fun!" Tibi swayed a little more vigorously before pulling himself up again and sitting on top of the bars. "Wanna come up?"

"IIIIII..." Jake started, feeling (and obviously appearing) so very proud of himself. He pulled the daisy from his pocket with a flourish, and held it out to the younger boy, twirling it in his fingers. "... cuhh-conjured this."

As Tibi pulled himself up, Jake, holding the daisy veeeeeery carefully, jumped up and grabbed hold of the bars, effortlessly pulling himself up to sit on the top next to his friend. "Ain't it nuhh-neat?!"

Kats eyes got huge. "Kitty Cat!?!? Where!?!? Ty you know I don't like cats" she cried. She ran over to him and hugged his arm. Kat was well more or less terrified of cats. So much bad experiences with them does that to a person.

Lucy's hair. Sigh. "Oh well..." she struggled with finding a word that fit what she wanted to say. Sadly the only one she could think of was "No" she looked away trying to make herself believable. "Im only joking it looks great" She grinned a famous Kat grin at her.

Kat walked back to her swing and started swinging. "psh course not. There's absolutely no fun until Kat arrives" She snapped her fingers and returned to her swinging.

Then she heard Ty say Lucy had something to tell her and then Lucy said Ty had something bigger to tell. Sigh. This was so confusing. But then she heard Ty say something that hit her like a flying penguin.

"WHAT!?!?" she yelled surprised. She turnedto them and lost her grip on her swing and her world came crashing down. She landed on her head but was protected by her big hair. Score 1 for her big hair! She rolled over until she was sitting on the ground. "Since when?why didn't you tell me sooner?"

Georgiana turned slightly to smile at Barry, "We were talking about your birthday. Don't you dare think we are going to let it go by uncelebrated! What kind of friends would we be otherwise?" she asked sweetly, smiling teasingly. She kicked her feet slightly so her swing moved a little, she felt a bit guilty. Here she was having fun when she should be with Nulu. But then again she probably needed to be alone right now.

"So Barry, you are turning 17 now right?" she asked tilting her head and looking at him. She definitely loved this place right now. It was just like the little place down the street from her home in America.

Georgie turned to smile at Kay and nodded, "Sounds like a pretty good idea to me!" she replied enthusiastically.

"Told you that you'd be able to. You should press that in a book and keep it." He gestured to the flower. "Pull it out when you need to remember that you can do it."

Tibi's feet dangled over the edge and he stared out over the grounds. "It's gonna be a good year, I think. I hope."

Suddenly, inspiration struck. "Oh, hey! I was thinking about conjuring flowers to send to my mum with Pidgin. I bet your mum would be really happy to get some from you, too!"

Oooooh. Jake'd never heard of doing that to flowers before. He looked a little shocked at first, unable to understand why he should want to HURT his poor little flower. Eh. Maybe he was missing something.

"I thhhink..." Jake started slowly, swinging his feet beneath him on the monkey bars. "My mmmmother would luhh-love th-that..."

Hopefully.

"I nnnneed to st-start ppppracticing on ev-everything I mmmmissed as wuhh-well..."

Jake said this whilst trying NOT to make it sound like he wanted to test spells on Tibi. THAT would be asking for trouble. "I'm sssso huhh-happy..."

"Relax, there's no actual cat here. Just your new nickname," Tyler laughed and shook his head. Kat got back on the swing, so he started swing her again. But Tyler jumped a bit when Kat yelled. But Tyler couldn't help but laugh again when she fell off and landed on her big hair. He kneeled down with his elbows on the swing seat. "Since like yesterday and you were nowhere to be found or else we would've told you earlier,"

Lucy listened to the conversation, not really knowing what to say. She picked at her hair, thinking that Kat really didn't like it. Tyler had explained it all, so there was really nothing for her to say. Hence, she kept quiet and stared at her hands, quietly swinging herself.

"Ooohh" Kat said and rubbed her head starting to feel the pain. She noticed Lucy picking at her hair and said "It looks great really Lucy I love it" She smiled at her.
