Kay saw marie go down and ran over. "FINITE!" Kay said watching their backs and waited for Marie to get to her feet. "All right there?" She asked still watching Miranda.

Gritting his teeth, Sabel glared at Arya. He couldn't decide whether he was shocked, engraged or felt utterly betrayed by her. By all of them. He tried to think of something, anything that could get him out of the spells that had been cast. Nothing came to mind. He couldn't conjure up a single thing. Lying there, paralyzed, he felt utterly and completely useless, only able to glare up at the girl he knew as his friend.

And then someone, cast 'Defodio'. If Sabel could have screamed at the result he would have. He could only, however, stare in horror at the damage done to the Prefect.

Ugh, she was releasing one of the girls. Turning her wand on both girls she sent a Stunner to Kay and a Full Body Bind to Marie. She ignored the look Sabel was giving her, if he had just stayed in his common room none of this would have happened. A small part of her pained for him, but she had a job to do.

As Marie lay there she heard Evelyn demand she give her wand to her.
Unable to move she thought her wand was a gonner...
Then Kay came along and lifted the stunner.

Hopping up she quickly put her shield back up.

"What do you need my wand for? We need to stop that guy."

That was not cool. Now someone else was trying to hex him. He dodged that one as well. He needed a shield...

He cast Protego upon himself, and ran over to where he saw Chris on the ground.

"Rennervate"

Carter looked around and saw a girl on the ground. Deciding to go to her aid first he cast "Ennervate".

"Hey... you alright?" he asked holding out a hand to help her up. "What is going on here?" he asked looking around.

Reese kept her wand pointed at Torin, her eyes still narrowed. She dodged Torin's next spell, watching it hit the wall behind her. "Have to try better than that," she snarled. She quickly wiped her blonde hair out of her face, and then she whirled around and nonverbally casted Incarcerous towards him.

GRrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! "Protego!" Miranda yelled, moving quick to get away from the spells being cast. "Stupefy!" When would Kaytone lay off!?

"Stop?" Miranda laughed as if hte Beater had said something ridiculous, "There's no stopping, Kaytone! Although you could. I wont mind." Snort. "Petrificus Totalus!" This better work!

Crap, she had to move!
Oliver! "Oliver, need help please!" Maybe he could finish her off? He was good, considering the other's he had incapacitated. Smirk.


And she ran off upstairs.

Chris's back hurt!


The darkness faded as his site came back and he was awake again and someone was standing above him. "Stupefy!!!" he shouted at the figure.

It was Torin and thankfully he had a sheild on him. "Oh sorry Torin thanks." he jumped up and grabbed his wand and placed a spell on himself too. "Protego."

He looked around the room and wasn't sure what to do. "What do we do? Huxley is in the castle with Cela and the others are on his side!"

Watching as someone tried to free Raiden, he pursed his lips as he uttered coldly. "Defodio." His intention was to blow a hole in the wall near them, but at the last moment, he shifted to dodge another spell, and his aim slipped.

Turning back around, he saw that he had hit the unconscious Raiden in the shoulder.

Pain.

White hot pain was what greeted him with consciousness. Something was ripping into the sixteen year old, tearing through first rope, then robes, then the strap of his undershirt, then into his skin. Into his flesh. He wouldn't be surprised if it dug right down to the bone; an eardrum-shattering scream of pain bubbled up his throat and past his lips as eyes flickered wide open.

The blood that immediately began running liberally from the hole in his shoulder warmed his numb fingers.

He couldn't even think to speak for a long moment. Gasping breaths racked his thin body, even as the ropes loosened and fell away, their grip destroyed by the snapping of several the spell had caught.

"Mmm-" His wand arm was loose now, for all the good it would do him. Weakly, he removed the wand from his holster, and gave it a flick. There was nothing else he could do right now, but... "Expecto P-patronum."

The silvery rabbit, wavering slightly, ducked through the crowd, heading for the dungeons, and hopefully to where Professor Kazimeriz was.

And that was all the prefect could manage before he slid down to the floor once more, chest rising and falling rapidly as he struggled to keep himself from the blackness that was once again clouding the corners of his vision.

Oh great. Just when she was about to bend down and pick up the wand, the annoying Huffie came over and revived the girl. DANGIT!

Clearing her throat, and trying her hardest not to glare at Kay but to look determined and confident, she turned her attention back to Marie. "Exactly! And I know how. I just need...two wands."

Wand wand wand. Give her the wand. Two wands. Two wands two wands.

Two wands means more spells. "Hurry! He's getting away." She really didn't want to hurt Marie to get it. Kay, she couldn't care less.

Kay felt the stunner coming through her sheild. 'great' she thought as it hit her. Falling forward onto her knees she sighed. The full stunner didn't get her but now she was down and had to get up. As she turned she had her wand at the ready. She puched herself back until her back was to the wall. puching up Kay let out a little groan. 'god that hurt' Turning her wand she sheild herself again and went back to the fighting.

Torin was relieved to see that Chris was awake now. He needed someone to help him. Reese was evil.

"I've been trying to get Reese, but she keeps dodging me. And Denver must be the leader because I got spells sent at me when I tried to hit him."

Jack had been doing his patrols, just minding his own business when he heard someone scream from what sounded like the...entrance hall? Didn't people know this was OWLs and NEWTs season?! People didn't need to hear screaming! He wasn't sure exactly WHAT had been screamed, but it was disruptive none the less.

He was not at all prepared, however, for what he saw as he went down there. The second he saw spells flying around, his hand instinctively went and grabbed his wand from his pocket. WOW. Those were reflexes he didn't even know he had. He wasn't sure what to do now, not even sure he knew what he was really seeing, and out of the corner of his eye, he saw...REESE?! Attacking TORIN?!

"What is going on?!" Jack exclaimed, pointing his wand towards the rope she had just conjured, casting a nonverbal Diffindo to hopefully cut them up before they ever reached the Hufflepuff.

Had everyone gone MAD?!

Another one atempting to revive the others, she sent a Stunner at him before throwing up her shield. With all the spell flying around she didn't want to get hit by a stray.

Torin never had been so glad to see Twiggy in his life.

"Jack! You have to help us stop them." He pointed up to where the people with the bartender were going.

Sapphyre shrieked as a spell hit Raiden. She wasn't sure who had thrown it, but she knew the incantation was "Defodio". But that wasn't the problem... His blood was everywhere! And she was there! Eek!

As Phyre was panicking over Raiden, she didn't see the spell coming towards her. She didn't know it had come at all, only that she was thrown back. But not thrown back, really, because all that was behind her was a wall, which she promptly smacked into. Oww! That was her head! There was yet another crack - hadn't she heard that just earlier today? - and even more blood was around her, and the world seemed... fuzzy.

"Okay." Carter said without skipping a beat. Jack soon joined the choas. "The man from Hog's Head is responsible for everything." he relayed. "He's got Cela and everyone he kidnapped." he said quickly. Hopefully that was enough information. He had other things to deal with.

Like Evelyn trying to get Marie and Kay's wands. "Petrificus Totalus" he said casting it in Evelyn's direction. Oh, he hoped it hit her. Otherwise... well, those would be some dangerous consequences.

Carter then saw a spell coming toward him. He didn't see it in time. He then hit the ground with a thud.

Someone should have paid attention in dueling class.

Chris got up and looked towards the top of the stairs were Jack had just appeared. Most of the bad students had left. "Jack come help us!" he yelled.

He then turned back to Torin. "Reese!?" he had seen her before he was stunned but he hadnt know she was a bad guy.

He turned toward her and then motioned for Toin to join him. "Stupify!!"

Crap. Crap CRAP! Miranda was getting away and now Oliver was going to fight her. "Great. I don't need this. Look Oliver just stop and think about what you are doing." Kay said looking around her. Her back still at the wall help. but Marie was on one side and no one on the other.

Kay was also trying to listen to Evelyn talking to Marie. Why did she want her wand. Kay couldn't listen for to long as she had her own trouble. Evelyn was acting funny and Marie was just standing there. Marie said something about following that guy. "Keep your wand Marie and go get him. Don't give it to her." She said knowing it would make both Evelyn and marie mad.

"What?! NO, I need my wand. How will I protect myself without it?"
There was no way she was giving up her wand.. Not now, not in the middle of this huge duel. She would have to be crazy to give it up now. Even if it was to Evelyn.

Then Carter cast at Evelyn giving Marie enough time to get away from her. She ran over to him, "Thanks" she said.
"Someone needs to go get help. We can't do this alone, we need the proferssors to help us."

NOOO..... Carter was hit.

She pointed her wand at him..

"FINITE!"

"Carter, please get up."

She watched as Sapphyre was hit and felt panic creep into her. No no no... How many people could she? No, Raiden first. He was bleeding badly. But she shouted back, hoping that Sapphyre could hear if she was still conscious. "Sapphyre! Don't move! Don't do anything!" She managed to get closer to Raiden and started casting diagnostic spells, trying to keep an eye on things. She dug in her robes for her little items she's started working on. She managed to find a little crab and stuck it on his chest. Though it, she could hear his heart beat and breathing. "Stay still, Raiden... I... I'll fix you..." She did her best not to cry. No... She wasn't going to let anyone die down here!

Tiberius looked around, wondering if he was suddenly really outnumbered. It was hard to tell with spells flying, who was fighting whom. He needed stop them from going after Huxley. Somehow.

Torin nodded and joined Chris, making sure to keep his shield going.
