"What.Did.YOu.Just.Call.Me? And you say you aren't rude? I do not wish to be called anything other than my proper name." she retorted in a quite huffy voice. Her hand twitched a tad.... no no Lexi... be calm... there will be none of that this term, especially not after JUST leaving from seeing the Headmaster.

Lexi smiled a crooked little smile when Lorcan approached her. "Nothing is going on... yet. And if you have come here with the same stinking attitude you had in Transfiguration you can keep on walking." she reminded him with a quirked eyebrow. She used her eyes to dare him to say something stupid. He of all people knew she could unholster that wand and hex him before he knew what was coming.

Alexa couldn't help but laugh aloud when the Rude boy straightened up and lost the ugly face he had been making at her. "What's the matter? Were you prepared to fuss with a little second year girl?" she asked in a venomous voice

"Well you didn't exactly seem like you were planning on telling me that now were you?" Jude retorted with an arched brow.

"And no, I did not plan to hurt you anymore than if I needed to defend myself." he replied in the same hurtful tone that she had given him. "I am only trying to control my temper."

"If you told me your proper name than perhaps we can start over on a better note?" Jude suggested, though pretty sure that the girl would not have anything to do with him after his disastrous first impression just moments before.

Oh for pity's sake. Lorcan rolled his eyes. She really needed to get a sense of humour. Maybe there would be a potion to help her with that. He smirked at the thought.

He leaned nonchalantly against the wall, crossing his arms. "Whatever, dude," he told her. "If you're going to hex him, can you get on with it? We've got homework to do."

In light of the fact that Lorcan had just arrived and made her angry, yet again she actually smiled and said, "See there, that wasn't so difficult was it? Name's Alexandra Kennedy. And you are?" Nana nana boo boo Lorcan!

She turned from the boy and narrowed her eyes as she took in Lorcan... she very nearly growled at him. "If you are talking about the homework for that nutjob's class, I am NOT doing it. As a matter of fact I will not be taking that class unless that nutter is replaced or stops creeping me out so much." Alexa announced.

"Jude Harrison." the boy replied matching Alexandra's smile. "It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance Miss Kennedy." he said rather gentlemanly and his face flushed slightly realizing that he must've sounded a little stupid. Jude was rather old fashioned when it came to talking to girls and although he had no intention in pursuing the younger girl, he still felt that she deserved to be treated nicely, a major change from the start of their conversation.

Lorcan scratched his chin. "I'm not doing anything for that bloke. He wants locking up. We've got Muggle Studies homework to do."

He looked at the older kid. He wasn't keen on anyone who annoyed Lexi, but he wasn't about to say that. He'd probably get hexed for sticking his nose in.

"Oh and you are?" Jude asked the other boy with an arched brow. He found it funny that the boy didn't seem perturbed by Alexandra's mood, like it was an every day occurence for him and what not.

"The pleasure is all yours, I am sure." she said with a sideways glance at Lorcan.

"I didn't even go to Muggle Studies class, Lorcan. Mum said it was useless and that I couldn't take it anymore. Which reminds me I need to go send an owl to mum about my meeting with the Headmaster." she said as she scratched her arm absent mindedly.

Teehee... Lorcan didn't interact well with others... but he probably would now that he was being all haughty. Silly boys!

Jude grinned weakly once more, his hands disappearing into his pockets as he waited silently as the two seemed to be bickering over homework. 'Strange, I thought it was Ravenclaws that were all worried about grades all the time.'Jude thought to himself with furrowed brows but dismissed the idea and decided to look up and down the hall as a way to avoid being caught up in another bicker session with Alexandra.

She really had a spit fire personality.

"Lorcan O'Farrell." he told the kid, his broad Yorkshire accent contradicting his Irish name. The bloke could work it out for himself. Or maybe not.


Lorcan smirked. Because he knew it would annoy her he said, "Oh yeah, that's right, I sat with Kylie and Kita. It's a shame, Lawson was loads of fun in that lesson."

"Well if you're not gonna hex him and you're not going to come and do homework, I'll see you later." He started to walk away.

"See you later mate. My advice is to duck."

"Pleasure to meet you Lorcan." Jude spoke up as the boy announced his departure. He smirked at the boy's advice and decided that he was indeed an alright boy. Much more relaxed than Alexandra that is, and that suited him just nicely.

Alexa looked from one idiot boy to the other, then decided to dig in her bag for her sunglasses.

"Yeah, whatever Nems, see you later." she said. She was really trying not to look at him while she fought the urge to breathe fire. Kita and Kylie... grrrr

Finally retrieving.... her lipgloss... that was odd... she made eye contact with Jude and smiled slightly. "I won't hex you this time. Consider yourself lucky, Jude. she said as she stuck her hand out for him to shake. "It was nice meeting you." she added with a chuckle.

Jude grinned again as Alexandra took his hand shake. His hands went automatically back to his pockets.

"Right, nice to meet you too Alexandra. I suppose I should let you go back to your drawing." he replied with a firm nod.

Alexa grinned and rather cheekily said, "Well since you have so rudely interrupted I think I am gonna go play for a while. See you around"

"Cheers then." he said with a wave of his hand and he disappeared down the hallway and towards his destination of the library, preparing to begin studying for the first time this term.

Georgiana stopped to admire the suit of armors, but she couldn't focus, her head was still swimming with the thought of all that happened between herself and Barry during his birthday party at Jason's castle over the weekend. She hadn't talked him since he'd basically told her he liked her. She was anxious about it, but she couldn't stop dreaming about him either. URGH!

Delanie walked to where the suit of armors were kept; she had been here before, when she'd scared a girl (whose name she had forgotten) so badly that the girl actually knocked over one of the suits. That had been, well, interesting to say the least. Snort. She looked up to see a familiar head of hair: "Georgie!" she nearly squealed in delight as she shot towards her friend in a blur of furious blonde hair, nearly tackling the other girl with a fierce hug. It had been a while since she last saw her close friend; Delanie had missed her.

Georgie jumped hearing her name and noticed she was being attacked by a head of blonde hair. She recongzied it as Delanie's. She laughed and hugged her friend back, "Delanie!" she said, matching the other girl's own excitement. "How are you? Jeez, it's been wayy too long!" Oh man did she have alot to tell her!

Delanie beamed at her friend. "It has been too long!" she laughed, looking at her friend. Yep, Delanie could tell by Georgie's facial expression that she had a lot of explaining to do. "And I can tell you have tons to update me on, so go ahead and start now!"

Georgiana smiled and nodded, "You'd think being in the same house and all we'd see more of each other!" she chuckled, they must've always missed each other or something because she like NEVER saw Lanie! She blushed slightly hearing her, gah! Even the mere thought of Barry had her blushing. "Okay, so I might've sort of...met a guy." she said looking at the ground then back up at her friend, with a wide happy smile on her face.

Delanie nodded, joining in on Georgie's laugh. She watched as her friend blushed; uh oh! Boy alert! She just knew it. And then G's words confirmed it for her. "I knew it! Call it intuition. I simply knew! Now, DETAILS!" She jumped up and down, clapping.

Georgiana laughed at her friend's antics. Oh how she missed Delanie and her simple excitement for her friends, no matter how big or small the news might've been. Georgie smiled, "Well duh, you should've known, your one of the people who know me best!" she chuckled again then launched into a small detail, "Okay, his name is Barry, he's a 7th year,"

Sigh, this was his last year. That definitely stunk for her! "A ravenclaw, so he is super smart and last weekend we had a party for his birthday and he pretty much told me he liked me as well." Georgie smiled dreamily, last weekend had been the greatest, but she hadn't seen him since.

Delanie listened as her friend spoke. When Georgie mentioned his year, Delanie did some math using her fingers, her eyes cast up as if she were looking at her brain. "So you're three years younger than him?" Whoa. That was a big difference in age to Delanie.
"He sounds great!" Delanie offered. "But, don't you think, well, the age difference thing is a bit... much?" Her friend definitely had it bad.

Georgiana chuckled seeing Delanie use her fingers to do the math, she found that slightly funny. It was a simple problem of 7 minus 5, well actually, 18 minus 15, considering they both just turned those ages. Which was depressing in her mind, she had ALMOST been a 5th year by now, but noooooo!

Georgie frowned slightly and bowed her head, "I know, the age difference is alot, but frankly, it doesn't bother me. He is such a sweet guy, and already I know I can trust him completely." sure that sounded weird, she knew him for like two weeks, but Barry just had a certain aura of...innoncence around him. It was hard NOT to like him, whether it be friend, or how Georgiana felt.

Georgiana lifted her face to look at Delanie, this is what she really wanted to talk to someone about, "Am I an idiot for liking him, Lanie? Like you said, he's older, but I do like him." she sighed in annoyance, why was teenhood so bothersome?

Delanie listened as her friend spoke; Georgie seemed to know what she was talking about, but Delanie wasn't convinced about this guy. Age difference meant a lot to her. She frowned; her friend was too out of it to really notice it. "How long have you known Barry?" She couldn't help the question; it just flew out. Mental shrug. Oh well! "I'm not saying you're an idiot for liking him, I'm just saying to be a little concious about the age difference. Three years is a bit of a gap, especially with girls our age..."
