"I would love to slap Sabel... but anyway.You know, I am not really hungry and I don't really feel like sitting down here anymore. I really need to go find my owl and get her ready and the rest of my things packed up, " she said in a quiet voice, head still on his shoulder. She was of course lying about the packing business, she had been packed for days and Wasabi was in her cage as well.

She really had grown to care for Dylan, they had a connection like she and the others would never share. Too bad she was 13 (newly 13) and he was 16. Sigh.

"Um ok," Dylan nodded, "I'll see you on the train?" He wasn't going to let her get away with not eating. "Take a pumpkin pasty with you." Yes please. "I packed last night, I think." He couldn't quite remember. All the days were one anyway.

He didn't want her to leave, but if she wanted to be by herself he would have to let her go. Was he such a bad person to be with, that everyone wanted to be alone?

Jack couldn't find Reese anywhere. Why wasn't she at the Slytherin table? Was she still shaken up over the whole fight that had occurred? He hoped not! It wasn't her fault and she shouldn't be beating herself up about it.

"Hey, have you seen the Slytherin prefect around?" Jack asked the nearest person. She was a girl that...he was pretty sure was in his year. Had he met her before? He couldn't remember!

Alexa really made no effort to leave him she simply said, "Yeah, sure I'll take something when I go. It's not so bad being here with you instead of all of the others who were... well you know. I think I may just stay here with you a bit longer." Her heavy eyes started to droop and she snuggled further into Dylan.

Dylan smiled, "Good. Because super thin isn't a good look." Not even on those hot supermodels. "Well I hope I am not like those guys. They were kinda mean. You are welcome to stay. I don't need my shoulder back til this evening." He smiled, as she snuggled in closer. At least she was resting, even if she wasn't asleep.

Seeing the commotion die down at the Gryffindor table and what looked like two of the culprits coming to her table she was inclined to leave and be elsewhere, but alas she couldn't find the effort.

Her muffin was only half gone as she looked at the other tables and watched the students talk about summer plans and a Hufflepuff looking supicious like he was about to glue someone to a seat.

She was about to take a bite from her muffin, when she was interuptted by a guy. She put the muffin away from her mouth and blinked at the boy. She turned to look up and down the table and then back at the boy. "Nope, I have not seen the Slytherin Prefect." she responded.

Then finally to another bite out of her muffin.

This was bugging him...Jack KNEW he had seen her somewhere before. But where?! He was pretty sure that she was in his year. He needed to know! Normally Jack would just go off his own way after she told him she hadn't seen Reese but...he was feeling nosy today. For whatever reason.

"Erm, sorry, this is probably weird but...are you in my year? I know I've seen you before but it's driving me mad!" he told her.

If not...ehh. Whatever. He'd be gone in a few hours!

Callie couldn't get the odd feeling this boy was trying to figure something out about her. She knew she was gorgeous but really, starring was impolite. She finised her muffin and looked down at her empty food-free hands. Cupcake time.

Scouting for a cupcake she thought had the best design, she heard the boy say something. Oh. She had found it. She picked up a delicious looking cupcake and took a bite. She turned back to the boy, finally registering what he had said.

Of course it was weird he didn't know her. How could he not know her. She was Callie Elizabeth Long, only the best most wonderful girl in all of Hogwarts. People were so clueless. "I don't know if I am, but you probably have seen me around. I'm everywhere." she responded. It was true. She had no idea if he was a seventh year or not but she had made her face well known around the school.

She took another bite of her cupcake and then asked, "Are you a seventh year?"

He looked like he was, or at least he had the scruff to prove it. How could he wear that fuzzy ferret on his face. She personally preferred clean shavened men. No girl wanted to be with a guy that looked like a hobo. Maybe he could beg for money like one. Or even better roll like one.

Destiny could not be more happy to see Marie. Surely Evelyn wouldn't strangle her in the presence of a witness! Too bad Marie decided to sit opposite of them, though. Destiny would have used her as a shield juuuust in case Evelyn didn't care about witnesses.

'Hey Marie..'

Destiny did not catch what Evelyn had mumbled, and she sure as heck wasn't going to ask her to repeat it. That would be the end of Destiny's life right there. She suddenly wondered if Evelyn knew how to cast Avada Kedavra..

Well that was good! Evelyn was going to have a great summer, and with everything that had happened this term, she deserved it. They all deserved a great summer. 'Ehh, I wish I didn't have to clean over the summer..' she mumbled. Sure, she liked to clean, but she would like a break every once in a while. She smiled when Evelyn mentioned a letter from her uncle, 'Are you going to spend the summer with him?' Destiny couldn't remember if Evelyn had ever mentioned the mans name, but until she learned his name, he would be known as Uncle Quill.

It was fitting.

Oh that's right. Destiny had to clean for chores or something like that didn't she. That must have been an awful way of living. She herself couldn't put up with it for one summer and Destiny practically did it everyday at home. Tough Slytherin.

"Yes!" she said happily, almost as if the killing of her flitterbloom was never mentioned and the year had gone by perfectly. "I'm finally going to be able to see where he goes, what he does, the people he gets to meet..." Could be the turning point in her life she really needed. Like getting away from her parents. Getting out for some fresh air and adventure.

"And I finally get to see where he gets all those crazy quills. Been bugging me for ages!" That was one of the major things she was excited for.

Glancing over to Marie for a moment, she smile turned more into a smirk at the expression on the Slytherin's face. Turning around to look at the Gryffindor table, she didn't spot them right away, but when she did, another smaller smile replaced the smirk on her lips before she turned back to her own table. Carter and Josh finally arrived at the Gryffie table.

"So, Ms. DayDreamer. Did you figure out what you're going to do this summer? Other than reading of course..." she said, taking another sip of water and noticing that she was, in fact, beginning to get hungry. Hmm, when was the feast going to start?

Torin was sorta scafed right now as to what might happen if he showed his face anywhere near Jack and Reese. What if they got loose from the bench? He would be a dead man for sure.

He plopped himself on the bench among the Slytherin students and tried to blend in, piling food on a plate and then starting to eat.

Yes, he was in big trouble.

"I've been good," Natasha said, with a smile. "I can't wait for the summer though, it's going to be so fun." She said to Raven, clear excitement in her voice. It was good to see a friend as well and to talk to Raven, it seemed that she couldn't seem to find anyone in the past few days. It was strange. "How are you? Are you looking forward to the summer?" She asked.

Nat turned when someone sat down beside her. "Hey," she said cheerfully. By the looks of it he seemed to be in hufflepuff, and she grabbed a glass of water, looking at him.

He was just reaching for a roll when someone said hi to him.

He turned his head to face her and gave her a small smile. He was nervous!

"Hi. I'm hiding over here."

Why was he telling her this? He had no idea really. But maybe that would explain to her why he wasn't sitting at his own House table.

"You are? Why is that?" She didn't mean to pry, but she just wondered why. "What are you hiding from?" Natasha asked.

"Oh, and I'm Natasha."

Of course she would ask. She would be crazy not to ask. If she had told him that she was hiding, he would want to know why.

"Reese and Jack want to kill me because I superglued them to the bench at the Hufflepuff table." e cast a glance in that direction and saw that his girlfriend had approached the two.

Great, she very well could be mad at him too soon.

He turned back to the girl again figuring that Brody couldn't stay mad at him for long. "I'm Torin."

Um. "Okay." Natasha said. His explanation didn't make it any more understandable then before. She didn't even know who he was, let alone Reese and Jack. "So why are you trying to superglue them to the bench?" She asked, and chuckled.

She smiled at him when he said he was called Torin. It seemed... Oddly familiar. But she had never met this boy before.

She thought he was odd. He didn't really blame her for that. He was odd as people told him all the time.

"Because I don't want them leaving." And that was all there was to it. If they couldn't get up from the bench, they couldn't go home. And if they couldn't go home, they would be there when he started school in September.

"Tammy's gonna kill me if she finds out about this."

"Oh, I know what that's like." She said and smiled. Natasha remembered last year, she hated that Tammy had to leave. It just seemed to come so quickly.

"Wait, Tammy?" She asked, realising he'd said the name of the exact person she'd been thinking about. It seemed like too much of a coincidence that this Hufflepuff would know a different Tammy. "Tammy Wood?"

He nodded at her sadly. So many of his friends had left him. Karma. Elizabeth. Fyo. Tammy. Reese and Jack now. Adrienne...

It really made him rather sad. And after next Term he would be gone too.

"Yes, Tammy Wood. She's my best friend. Why?"

"Oh, you are?" She asked in a somewhat surprised tone of voice. "Because she's my cousin." Nattie said. "Actually, I thought your name seemed kind of familiar." Of course Tammy had talked of him.

"She's your cousin?" He blinked. Wow. He had no idea. No idea at all.

...

"Wait, you're Nattie!" He had never thought of it. He was used to her just being referred to Nattie, he never figured what the name was short for.

"Well, yeah." She chuckled softly.

Oh. She'd sort of forgotten that he would probably only recognise her by Nattie. "I'm Nattie." She confirmed, grinning at Torin. "I'm surprised I didn't actually realise who you were." She said thoughtfully.

Lexi chuckled a little and said, "Dylan, I have never been anything other than thin. I am not going anywhere, I really packed a few days ago and Wasabi is in her cage." SHe yawned a little yawn and then frowned, "Sabel really cares about me, I know that... but that other boy... if I had the energy I would have punched him in the nose."

"Yes but super thin is not good. I wouldn't want to break you with a hug," Dylan smiled. He had got her to laugh. That was a good sign. "Ah ok. So why did you want to leave then, if you had already packed?" His eyes widened. Artie. Where was Artie? Oh he had better not have lost his crup. Hmm he would have to search for that thing later. "I was about to punch him, before you turned up. I am glad you did. Because it could've got rough."

"I thought to leave because I feel so awkward being around all of these people in one place. Last time I was around was when... But yeah that is why I thought to leave. Thanks for being here. I would hate for either of us to get in trouble at the end feast," she said in a groggy voice. Hmmmm... being around Dylan made her feel like she was safe, like she could sleep. She drifted a bit in and out.
