Jack nodded as Tate spoke. Leaving the injured students here while there were still psyho cursed students running around wasn't good. He looked at Reese and then at Jake. The younger one was obviously in no condition to move, so he'd have to carry him the muggle way...then again, the kid HAD grown a lot in the last few months. Maybe levitating would be best? He didn't want to hurt him anymore!

"Can you stand?" he asked Reese, before looking at Cela's swaying figure. Someone was going to have to help causeeee Jack couldn't carry/levitate all three of them!

"Headmaster, should I send another patronus for Ashford? Or go to the Entrance Hall and find her?" he asked. Many others had run ahead to go take care of Huxley--Jack would join them if there was time later but for now, all he wanted to do was help patch up his friends. "She might still be healing the students down there but last I checked there were only one or two injured down there..." He wondered if they could maybe move Raiden here. Had she possibly healed him enough for him to move? Either way, she needed to know that the battle had raged on up HERE too right?

Rex sees the Girl RavenClaw Prefect. " "Cela, are you ok?" Rex asked her. "Do you need help?" Rex asked Cela. Cela has been found .

Reese looked over when Arya followed Ivory and the rest of the group up the stairs - since in the back of her head was telling her to follow, but she didn't. And it was only when Marie started unicing the stairs when she really thought about going and joining the fight. Which side was she going to fight on? She didn't know, but something was telling her she was going to regret her decision in the long run.

And she didn't have a wand, which would be interesting.

After giving her brother a little kiss on the cheek, she stood up and looked towards Tate, and then her breathing deepened. Bleh, he made the air thick again! She gave one last look towards Jack and Jake before pushing her way through the thick air. Once she made it to the steps, she slipped a little bit in the water, but besides that, she made it up the stairs.

"Yes, I can stand, Jack," she replied to him before she ran out of sight.

Great.

Just great.

Being tied up during an epic battle is not a good thing. Not at all.

Destiny watched everything going on around her, and she was just helpless. And then Marie took her wand! Oh no she didn't.

How was she supposed to defend the bartender WANDLESS!? It was just not possible.

As she sat there tied up, Destiny squirmed a bit, just like she seen in those muggle movies. They always seemed to get out of tight predicaments just by a little body movement. Slowly the ropes loosened around her body, and she just needed the right time to become free.

It didn't take long for that though. Ivory was recruiting people and almost everyone had followed, including Evelyn. She didn't even untie her! Destiny couldn't blame her though, she would have done the same. They needed to protect Huxley, not each other.

Pulling the ropes off herself, she stood up, only to be slowed down by that stupid spell the Headmaster cast..again! He was killing them, and Destiny would have hexed him..but yeah, no wand. Taking each step as if she was on the moon, Destiny made her way off the corridor and headed up the steps.

She had not forgot to grab the fruit salad.

Celandine smiled blearily at Rex and shook her head. No she wasn't okay but also no she didn't need help. She gestured vaguely towards the headmaster and sort of raised her hand.

"I'm... I can do a lot of basic healing, Sir." Like bandaging and setting limbs and healing scratches and conjuring antiseptic. She was pretty sure she wouldn't be able to do a thing about what 'Samuel Huxley' did to her though.

She looked up towards the stairs again, wondering if they were at the 5th floor yet, but unable to say a thing about what she knew. She peeked at Jack and whispered, "This is Jake's..." The wand in her hand she meant. Hers was... who knew? She hadn't seen it in weeks, she'd dropped it when 'Huxley' had taken her.

And the split second they'd stopped talking at the Imperiused kids... there they went. Cela slumped against the wall, feeling somewhat defeated.

"That's a good thought, lad," Tate agreed, sending a few stunners after the departing students on the stairs. "If you can get Jake to my seating area, I'll make sure Miss Toussaint makes it safely. And then you can... do whatever you can to get Healer Ashford up here. Tell her we need her as far up into the school as possible, and that I am sending for her personally."

She struggled trying to figure out words that weren't going to set the curses off. "I... no apparating at Hogwarts... block the exits..." She doubled over.

Violet didn't look where she was going. "Stupid...Kazimeriz...Stupid...Sapphyre...thin g there so better than me!" she muttered furiously. She ran into someone "Hey watch where your goin-Headmaster Tate?"

Well, so much for that effort. The poor thing couldn't even make it down the hall. Tate scooped Celandine up and hustled her down the hall, allowing the spell to lapse behind him.

"Guess this might be a little inappropriate, Prefect Toussaint, but you're liable to fall over if I don't give you a bit of a hand. If I set you on one of these sofas, can you keep yourself upright?"

She finished up the stairs and ran closer. Her robes had been drenched in blood from when she was holding Raiden. In one hand was her wand, in the other what looked like a small handful of crab toys. "Healer Ashford's sent me ahead while she's tending downstairs to stablize and heal anyone I can. Please, sir, direct me to whoever's injured!"

Oh somehow his talking to Arya and Destiny seemed to be okay, as he noted the whispered words from the BIG!Boy with the shiny badge . . . obviously a Prefect or something. He grinned at the boy when he was told he was on the right track.

He might not have understood or had the experience others had, but he could follow the leads well!

Now he'd have all the BAD!Student Attackers with him . . . protecting him . . . attacking their home. Sigh, why couldn't he have gotten Mia's courage? Maybe he'd develop it but right now he felt weak and insignificant. Except just not enough to go back to his common room and miss all the excitement.

Aaron blinked as he overheard the blond's words to the Headmaster. Duh; he KNEW that much from Hogwarts, A History. But hmm, . . . the next part made sense. Block the exits. If they could keep the evil!man and the attackers IN the castle, then it'd be a controlled area. Which left him one choice; as only a first year, he couldn't take on those series of spells and jinxes like the older kids could. But what he could do was move down to the grounds and make sure NO ONE left the castle.

"I'll stand guard at the entrance hall, Headmaster," Aaron said quietly. "No one shall leave." At least not over his dead body and since he was too young to die . . . yea.

"REESE! Where are you going?!" Jack demanded, but it was no use. She took off--had the curse possibly come back?! NOOOO! He thought he had finally gotten through to her!

At least the good part was that she didn't have her wand. Then she couldn't attack anyone else--maybe the grumpy bartender would tell her to go away when he saw that she was useless and wandless. He hoped so. He wanted to run after her but...he needed to take care of her brother first.

Jack looked down at Jake, who was still a bit passed out, and scooped him up on the arm pits and started to move him when Lina and that mouthy Slytherin came up. If she was here to tell more people they were going to die...he was NOT in the mood.

"Apparently a patronus is no longer needed," he said to the Headmaster with the smallest of smiles. That was a GOOD thing, right? That meant that Ashford was moving fast and the healed could get taken care of right away! "Cela seems to be the worst, and Jake here is really disoriented," he informed the Slytherin girl.

Jack looked over at the little Hufflepuff boy who...wanted to stand guard? He looked like he was just a tiny first year! He'd get trampled! That was just...no. Jack started thinking about those poor Huffies who had gotten killed last year and he did NOT want to see another one!

"Erm, before you make any rash decisions...do you want to help me move him?" he asked, pointing to Jake. "We need to get him to the Headmaster's and away from the fighting."

"No Im not I was interested in the bad side for a second, but Im on the good side now." hissed Violet. "Headmaster! Shes a crazy! She locked in a room with her and made me pass out!"

Lina nodded and placed one of her little crabs on Jake's chest. "This will monitor his breathing and heart rate." She activated it then touched another to it. They both synced in beeping his heart rate and glowing with his breathing pattern. She put it on her sleeve, then heard a very Raiden-like voice saying 'you should label it.' Right. She waved her wand at the one on her sleeve and it had 'Jake' hovering above it. She pulled out a healing potion and handed it to the boy who had spoken. "Have him take a small drink of this. If you have any injuries, have the rest of it. There's about two doses in there."

Then, like a hummingbird, she was off again. This time going over to Cela. She immediately put the little crab monitor on her and synced it with another one placed on her sleeve... again, labeled with a little 'Cela' above it. "Stick with me, Cela. Raiden will never forgive me if you die." The little beeps seemed too fast, though she imagined the adreniline through the girl's system had to be horrendous.

She started looking the girl over for any injuries when it occurred to her: she had been taken, and anything could have happened to her. She pulled out another small device, this time one that looked like a little toy green blob that smiled at her. As soon as she activated it, however, it turned red and looked angry. A curse... Unfortunately, she had no clue what kind. "Cela, can you talk to me? Can you tell me what's happened?"

Well, this child obviously had hit her head or something... because she had it all wrong. "The school has been invaded, this is true, but they are merely cursed, not cloned." He continued down the corridor with Celandine in his arms.

A traitor? The girl hadn't even pulled her wand on him yet. Tate shrugged and gestured for the girl to join him as they walked. She could keep a wand trained on Violet since his arms were obviously full.

"We're setting up my seating area for triage at the moment, so if you find anyone injured, please bring them here. Prefect Toussaint is seriously injured, as is Mr. Upstead. I'm tempted to suggest you help the prefect first so she can assist you in healing."

"I'm not sure that's necessary... certainly not on your own," Tate wouldn't let the young man guard anything without assistance. "I'd appreciate it if you would head down the stairs and knock on all the professor's office doors until you reach the entrance hall. Tell them what's happening and that we need to mobilize."

Oh.

She was moving somehow. Oh. The headmaster was carrying her around like a ragdoll. He was kind of big and strong huh?

Celandine blinked a few times.

Her eyes went to Violet and she shrugged. "She's not one of them. She's not a danger. She hasn't been.... " Cela choked violently, unable to speak those words. She took a breath and fixed her eyes on Lina. Yay. Someone to help with stuff.

What was this thing on her? She eyed it and smiled blearily at Lina. "I'm okay. I'm not going to die. Not me. Someone else might. Again..." She shook her head at the girl. She couldn't say a thing more.

"Sapphyre Black. Were like enemies but she begged me to do it." said Violet. "She is a devil child, I highly suggest her being expelled."

"Violet, now is NOT the time!!" Lina glared then looked back at Jack. "Once Jake has had the potion, bring him along. I've got him and Cela both under monitor." She touched another little toy blob to the one on Cela, and labeled and put it on her sleeve as well. It seemed to flare as Cela tried to speak. Something triggered... Oh, she wished she could identify curses. Then maybe she could do something. Now she had three little glowing toys on her sleeve, with little names hovering above them. She looked about for other injured students, pulling another set of the toys from her robes.

"No Problem mate", Patroculs smiled at Aaron as he saw Destiny realise that her spell had failed.

The look on Destiny's face was a look of pure determination, Patroclus knew he was in trouble. As an animalist grwol escpaed her lips a spell shot at him, so fast he was unsure as whether he would stop it.
Gripping his wand he cried Protego once again. His shield worked, but the power of her hex was so strong he was blow off his feet and into the Wall.
Getting up and seeing the possesed students flee, Patroclus dusted himself off and gave chase

Carr wiped her sleeves across her eyes, her minor outburst over now, and followed after the Headmaster who was half-carrying Cela down the hall. "Cursed?" she shouted, walking with them. "What do you mean, cursed? Cursed by who? And... and why? Who would want to curse perfectly ordinary wizarding students? Why not adults who know what they're doing?"

She jogged along the corridor with them. "I... I just don't get it," she finished, sighing resignedly.

Professor Kazimeriz entered the second floor corridor, sprinting -- most unlike his normal shuffle. He stopped cold as he saw the Headmaster.. .and Materia? Had he not told her to stay with Kururugi? And... Riddle? And-- he blinked twice as a surge of emotion filled him, making his chest feel tight and bringing a lump to his throat. The Toussaint girl.

"Toussaint!" he said, relief clear on his face. "Headmaster-- I heard... An attack, Prefect Kururugi has been injured and..." What was Materia doing here? And with Riddle?

He felt as though someone had hit him with a Confundus charm.

Lina looked up from her work at the professor. "I'm sorry sir, I know I was supposed to bring Raiden up to the hospital wing, but Healer Ashford actually met me downstairs. She's taking care of him, and I was sent ahead to check on the injured up here." She pointed to the little crabs the the blob toy on her sleeve. "The red one there," she pointed to the blob, "is one of Cela's. It shows she's got a curse on her, and she's triggering it. When she does, it glows a brighter red. But I can't figure out what curse it is."

Ignoring everyone else, Celandine struggled free from the headmaster and took a few wobbling run-steps, finally careening into Kazimeriz and clinging on for dear life, Jake Upstead's wand still grasped in her hand.

CLING

"Is Raiden okay?" She asked in a small voice. Was she allowed to be worried about him considering the last thing she knew about the Slytherin was that he hated her? And with so many other people to worry about...

Lina raced back over to Cela, trying to help support her. "Raiden is fine! He took a hit, but he's been fixed up and he's resting right now. I assure you. And when all of this is over, you will see him. Trust me. He's been worried about you all this time and upset over whatever fight it was you had. So trust me, when we're all safe he's going to hunt you down and apologize until his throat is sore. Until then, let him rest, and we need to help everyone else, if you're up for it."
