"Well, in my opinion, whether you like it or not, I suggest you tell her sooner before things get out of hand," he said. The more Adam waited, the more things will get worse. Speaking from past evernts, Tyler shook his head and sighed. Yes, girls were veryyyy confusing. "What can you do but tell Lori about the other girl? And maybe you should stay away from the other girl. Who was it anyways?" Wasn't it obvious if Adam was freaking out about telling Lori, then it must've not been her in thr room.

Sighing, Adam removed the cusion from his face and his hand dropped to the floor. He was sprawled out on the sofa and yet his limbs where still everywhere, his legs sprilling over the arm. "I know, but I don't know how to tell her that, however much I like her, I like someone else more," he admitted, groaning. Maybe staying in Durmstarng would have been better. Not that they'd have let him, though.

"Raven Athlon. Slytherin sixth year."

So now there was another girl? ....okay. "Just come out with it. But you're gonna have to bring it up in a way she won't get mad at you," he said and slid more on his chair. A Slytherin Sixth year. Now why were they casuing trouble? Tyler already had problems with one of them, Murdok whatever his surname was.

"How about you stay away from Raven for a while or something?"

"I'm gonna find Raven," Adam said firmly, looking up at the sky, his deciscion finally made. "I'm just gonna tell her that she's cool and all, but I like someone else." Flipping the cusion around in his hands, he imagined it was a football and failed at any tricks, because well... the pillow wasn't round. But true trait of a Slytherin, he thought. Causing trouble.

And Adam had only been here a few months.

"And then I'll stay away from her. And tell Lori that I like her." And it would all be ok then. Or so he wished. He didn't want to hurt Raven, but he realised that if he didn't hurt her, he'd end up hurting Lori. And he didn't want that to happen.

"Don't be rude though, just nicely blunt," Ty chuckled and shook his head. Was that the best he could gve Adam? Nope, Tyler just wasn't sure of what exactly to say. "Well not exactly stay away, just like don't be around her as much as you'd like to be around Lori,"

"Yeah..." Adam said, trailing off a little bit as he thought about what Tyler had said. That's what he'd do. Although it meant the band idea failing. But if he wanted to be able to be straight with them both, what had to be done... well, had to be done.

"But enough about me. How're you and your girlfriend?"

Dalanie just wanted to burst out and say it here but she knew she couldn't. Her brother trusted her not to tell anyone but Mina. Well he told her to ask Mina didn't he? Well she would, later.

"Ok that's great. I think I'm gonna grab a bite to eat. Wanna come with?"

Tyler nodded as Adam agreed to take his advice. But then Ad asked about Lucy and him. "We're good actually," he chuckled. "I'm taking her to New York for Christmas break to visit my mom and dad, but it doesn't sound so exciting anymore..."

Mina shrugged as she looked back downa t her textbook. She was getting a bit hungry but she did want to finish the chapter she was on. She still felt as if she was way behind.

"Sure, but I want to finish this first. Could I meet you down in the Great Hall later." she asked. It would only take her maybe some twenty minutes to finish up.

...Suddenly, there was a purple-haired girl on his stomache. o_O

"SATINE!" Kel exclaimed loudly (after a huff of air was expelled from his lungs and he took a huge breath to get some air back in them...), a grin lighting up his face and his eyes. He laughed shortly at her greeting, looking down quickly to his stomache, where Satine was sitting. "You know, I'd be happy to let you sit on the couch," he teased, shaking his head as he talked. But, since Satine really didn't weigh all that much, he just brought his hands up behind his head and got comfortable.

"Sorry, I've been so anti-social lately." he said, frowning slightly. "How've you been? How's school goin? How's the boyfriend search working out for ya?" As he asked the last question, his voice lowered, and a mischevious glint came into his bright green eyes.

"New York?!" Adam said, thinking about the big city he'd always have liked to go to. He'd never been out of the UK, apart from Durmstrang. But he'd never seen the area around his school, and in the UK he'd only been to London, Liverpool and Hogwarts.

"Why not?" he asked, a little bit surprised when his friend said it didn't sound that exciting anymore.

Dalanie looked down in Mina's lap where there was a book. "Course you can finish that first. I'll see you when you come down!" D said and she walked off and out the door to head on her way to food.

Satine giggled as Kel got more comfy on the couch and didn't throw her on the floor, so she just made herself comfy on his stomach trying not to squash him in the process. She loved talking to him...she instantly became self conscious about the way she looked again, and pulled her top bangs up into a clip to get them out of her face.

"O don't worry about it, I'm used to you avoiding me..." she said with a little punch into his stomach and a wink in his direction. "School's going I guess...nothing too exciting...you know just classes and classes and more classes with some homework thrown in the middle." she paused and glanced over her shoulder to make sure Gemma wasn't bugging Ivy too much.

She was just fixing to ask him about his year when he asked about the boyfriend search. Her face kind of twisted into a weird look, "Well, honestly not too well...I have almost decided to give up on it...I mean no one will really give me the time of day or even look my way..." her usual smile had faded from her fact..."but as my mom usually says c'est la vie....it's prolly just me..." she said letting her words fade off.

"\Trying to change the subject and make herself feel better she muttered, "O well how's Jenn?" she had to admit that she really didn't care about Jenn just hoped that she was treating Kel right.

Kel raised his eyebrows curiously as Satine shifted, and rolled his eyes slightly. She was such a weird girl. But on the other hand, she was also completely awesome. He wondered absently how the two adoptive siblings looked, him lying across the whole couch, and Satine sitting comfortably on his stomache seeming like she did this every day. Surely, it must've been a sight.

His mouth fell open with an audible pop! at what Satine said. "Avoiding you?" he scoffed indignately, shaking his head. "Definately not. I'm not avoiding anyone. I just..." he shook his head again, this time meaning that he didn't know what he had been doing exactly, but he hadn't been avoiding anyone. He laughed at what she said next. "So, to explain it easily, it's school?" he suggested, winking cheerfully.

The teasing look on his face slowly turned into a frown as he listened to her talk about finding a boyfriend. He felt a sense of protectiveness, and his eyes widened when she stopped smiling. "It's not you." he told her sternly. "And you'll find someone, in time," he knew he probably sounded real cheesy, but only Satine could hear him, anyway. "You're beautiful, you know that." he added, trying hard to make his tone of voice conversational. "Fun to be around, too. Any male with half a brain could see that."

He looked down, away from Satine's face as she asked her next question - clearly changing the subject. "Oh, um, Jenn. I, um, honestly haven't seen her around, much. I suppose I could be classified as a bad boyfriend." he frowned. He really wanted to see Jenn, but for some reason, the two hadn't crossed paths. The last time he'd actually talked to her had been...last year at hte end of term feast, when he had asked her to be his girlfriend again. "I'll catch her soon enough, though." he added, more to himself than to Satine, though.

"Yeah, that's where I live now," Tyler chuckled at Adam's excitement about it. There were good and bad thongs about being from New York. Well, at least for Tyler there was. He felt like going back to Spain sometimes, though he didn't know what it looked like anymore.

"Because my mom likes to get me upset and we usually get into big arguments over nothing," Ty sighed and grabbed a pillow from the couch Ad was sitting on and covered his face with it. "Like I've argued with Luce before and I was mad, but with my mom, it's a LOT worse,"

"Luckyy..." Adam said under his breath. Everyone lived in such cool places. Not that Liverpool wasn't cool - it was just, having lived there for all his life, it tended to get a bit boring. However, Adam contemplated, maybe that was what happened wherever you lived.

"Ah..." he trailed off, not really knowing what much to say. He could guess from Tylers tone that the arguments must be pretty bad, not like the petty things he had with his own dad. Over his dislike of flying, and his fathers dislike of muggle music. "I can understand why you're not that excited to take her anymore....

Satine listened to Kel ramble on about not avoiding her. She smiled at him and gave a "Yah Yah...that's what I would say" as she rolled her eyes playfully.

And then he pursued the boyfriend subject with some really sweet comments, "Well, I guess...it's just not really working out for me...it really seems like everyone has someone but me...almost like everyone arrived at school with someone...but it's okay..." she paused glancing around the CR..."I'm prolly better off without one...right?" she said with a squashed up face.

Satine gave him the look as he talked about Jenn..."Really you haven't seen her...don't you think that's kind of...ummm...odd..." she said it before she had thought it through...she quickly continued to try to cover it up..."Well, maybe she's just been really busy...or something..." she said quickly, but Satine had to admit that it seemed that this Jenn girl was always missing, but she would never say that to Kel for fear that he would get mad or frustrated with her.

"Yeah, my mom and I go at it real bad over idiotic things like why I refuse to cut my hair," Tyler chuckled under the pillow. He sung his legs over one armrest and set his head on the other one. Well this was a home away from home, so why not make himself comfortable? "So do you plan on doing anything during the break?"

Adam laughed a little bit, and then smiled as Tyler got himself comfortable. He knew they felt the same way about Hogwarts now - that it was a home away from home. And that was nice -- when there weren't any crazy situations about.

"Erm.. Christmas break... I dernoo," Adam said with a shrug, running a hand through his hair. He actually didn't have a clue. "I'll probably stay here. I mean, I've got no other place, really." Well, he had Liverpool, but he couldn't really be bothered going home.

"Well that's no fun. How about you spend some time with Lorrrrrrrrrrrrriiiiiiiiiii," Tyler teased and smirked when he took the pillow away from his face. Aww, their fifteen and growing up so fast. Well Tyler only wanted to go to New York with just Lucy, but now he had to bring Kitty along.

"Oi," Adam grinned, throwing the pillow he was still holding at Tyler. "Maybe I will, depends what she's doing. I couldn't ask her to mine, cuz she'd hate." What with her being rich and all, and all of the stories he'd heard about her house. Well, then he was pretty sure she'd hate his.

"Hey, I'm just saying," Tyler laughed and took the pllow to his face. Well Adam should spend time with her, but on with oen accord. Ty wasn't going to force him either. "Oh, then you should go to her's, if she'd want or let you," Tyler said and put the other pillow under head.

"Oi, gimmie!" Adam laughed when he saw Tyler put the pillow underneath his head. But he wasn't that bothered about it. Picking up a different pillow, Adam tossed it between his hands, wishing it was his football. "I dernoo, I think I'd have to wait for her to ask me first."

"It's only a pillow, mate. Wanna start fighting over it?" Tyler laughed and stuffed the pillow even more under his head. Comfy much? Most defitnitely. "True, so no pressuring what so ever," he said and wagged his finger at Adam. But then Ty remembered something else. "Did you tell Lorrrrrrrrrriiiiiiiiiiiiiii yet?"

Blushing o no what can I say putting a arm around her O no I'm so sorry. I don't know what I would do if anything happened to my family. Ty wasn't that close to his parent and his siblings but he still loved them and wanted them safe. I bet you'll be an excellent Auror.
