Marcus lent up against his desk and smiled at the students sitting in the class. "Congratulations to everyone. Even if you weren't quick enough to get a medal at least you had a go and that's what playing sports is about. Trying your very best." he paused for a moment, okay so some people took it more seriously then others. Lawson's gaze fell on Evelyn and Destiny when he thought of this.

"So you are probably all curious to know how many gold medals were won by each house;

Ravenclaw - 14
Slytherin - 9
Hufflepuff - 5
Gryffindor - 0

And the points earned today are as follows and I have included the extra fifteen points into Ravenclaws amount;

Ravenclaw - 77
Slytherin - 70
Hufflepuff - 34
Gryffindor - 4.

"So very well done all of you. Now I have taken note for those of you who answered but were not quick enough and I will send you an owl with your Hogsmeade coupon (via PM). Now all there's left to do is copy down your homework and you're free to go."

Kay wrote down her homework assignment. She wonder when this was so important to the Muggles. The Olympic would be great fun if it had Quidditch in it. 'Oh, that is the Olympic's were like the Quidditch word cup!'She thought. Packing up her bag and putting on her shoulder. "Thanks Professor, it was fun." Kay said and then turned to see If Rex was ready to go with her.

Jake took out a quill. Careful not to touch and of his papercuts with it he slowly wrote down his homework. As he was puting his stuff away, he realized just how much his head hurt. After massageing his forehead he looked up at lawson.Then went to get the coupon that the professor told him to get after class, he didn't realy care for copouns. But his brain wasn't realy functioning properly anymore. "Thanks for the class professor, but i prefer physical pain more than mental pain."

So if Ravenclaw didn't get those extra points, Slytherin would've totally won?! UGH! So not fair...why should the winner get EXTRA points when they already won. Of course, she would've definitely been thinking differently if Slytherin was the one in the lead. Dang...

Frowning, completely oblivious to the whole 'it's just a game' speech, she took out her notebook and funky quill that she got only a few weeks previously that she had yet to use, and copied down the homework slooowly before packing everything up.

Standing up, Evelyn smiled slightly and waited to pick up her bag for the moment. Instead, she went up to Professor Lawson and spoke from the heart. Or at least tried to as she forced herself not to choke over her own words from their utter wrongness. "This was an amazing class today Professor. I never knew muggle Olympics could be so, amusing. I cannot wait for the next class. You're just...a brilliant teacher." And with that, she gave him another BIG HUG, staring over at Destiny with a smirk before letting go and grabbing her bag.

Two Hugs for Evelyn! And One for Destiny! WOOT! Now to fix this papercut...

Destiny was not curious to know how many gold medals Slytherin had won. It wasn't like she was going to walk out of class wearing those medals. It would be really cool though!

Pfffft, only nine? Lawson must have miscounted. Him and his old feeble mind..no, he was probably right. He wouldn't cheat like the Ravenclaws. The 70 points did cheer her up a bit though. Maybe then they wouldn't be all in last place anymore. They better not be anyway, Destiny did not get a headache to still be in last place.

She quickly wrote down the homework and started packing up her things. She was definitely going to sleep after this. She stood up and waited for Evelyn, mostly to see if she would hug Lawson twice, in one class.

She better not..

And she did. She even added a speech!

Oh Merlin.

Skipping over to Lawson, Destiny gave him a smile. She didn't need a speech like Evelyn, she would charm him with her smile. 'Bye Professor Lawson!' She wrapped her arms around him and gave him a little squeeze.

Letting go, she gave him one last charming smile then turned to Evelyn, 'I hope your finger falls off.'

Because that would just be funny.

She looked at all the papercuts on her hands as she wrote down the homework, shoving it into her backpack when she was finished. Some of the cuts burned her hands but she ignored the minute pain and as she shouldered her bag, walking over to the table with desserts. "That...was...something professor."She said her eyes on the table.She didn't really know a word to describe the class that wasn't exactly fun but, neither boring. She would have prefered a class like the last, but every class couldn't be the same.

She scaned the table til she found a good slice of pie, it was the least he could offer for the paper cuts she suffered. "Thanks for the pie Professor Lawson!"Arya took her pie and books, grined at Lawson and walked out of the class, more cheerfull than she had entered.

Marie looked at the total points and smiled. Sure they came in second, sure Ravenclaw got more medals, but if it wouldn't have been for the extra fifteen points given to Ravenclaw, Slytherin would have kicked their butts, and that is what made her smile, knowing they actually got more points for answering questionis, without the extra free points.

She copied down the homework assignment, put everything in her bag and got up to leave. "Have a great day Professor Lawson" she said as she walked out the door.

Watching Destiny hug Lawson, her smirk turned to a murderous frown as she heard her friend's words. Probably should watch her back around her for a few days. Evelyn had still not forgotten that the Slytherin knew that finger removing hex.

And just as it came, the frown turn back into a smirk, which turned into a happy smile. She was still in the room where Lawson could see her, and it just wouldn't do if it looked like she was going to strangle someone. "Not before your arms fall off." she called after Destiny with a small laugh.

Finally grabbing her bag, she waved towards Lawson, though not looking at him since her eyes were trained on the door, and she followed her friend out. Pssh...fingers falling off...

Sidney writes down the homework assignment. "Great class today Professor Lawson. I felt like I was competing in the Olympics too. I imagine the Olympics are sort of like a Quidditch World Cup or the Triwizard Tournament in our world. Shame we don't have something like these Olympics. I imagine they would be just as exciting."

Ginny smiled back. She was writing down her homework to do later in the Common Room.
