Nate took a big lick. He rubbed it on his tongue trying to get some flavor. He pulled it out of his mouth and it said "Hey mister! Thet was t'wet fo' me! Please lick l'ess! Or ah might bite yo'!" (Excuse me sir. That was too wet for me. Please lick slower. Or I may bite you!) Nate look startled and held it away from him. "Wanna trade?" he said to Cad.

...well at least he could say Neptune Bott wasn't a shark?

There was a slight moment of panic when Raiden looked up at the sound of... well it kinda sounded like his name, or the beginnings of it. The end of it took far longer to reach his ears; indeed, by the time the last syllable of his name had been squealed, Neptune was on him. Literally... wrapped around him.

It was a good thing that gravity liked him.

"Hello Neptune," he finally managed to say, one arm moving around her automatically. So she wouldn't fall down and get all pouty and stuff. Once she had ahold of someone... it was easier to just allow it. "We are?"

It took a moment for him to register that 'we' could mean her and anyone, especially since he'd just realised Sabel and Kellen and Daphne were over in the direction she'd run at him from.

Which triggered the embarrassment.

Bluuuuuush.

Cadence burst into raucous laughter: bent over, tears in her eyes, laughter. Then she shook her head, and put the red lollipop back in her mouth, hearing it's muffled flirtatious words in her mouth. "Nope." she mumbled, mouth full of lollipop.

Sabel blinked at Daphne and while his mind registered the cautious warning, his mouth of course was off running the last leg of the race. "Me?" Honest confusion.

"But it was Professor Kade that brought them out." Honest fact.

"I thought you would appreciate him beautifying the world in your honor." Honestly not the best words.

And then Neptune distracted any further blabbering that could escape him as she bolted towards Raiden, who reminded him very much of a startled squirrel. He was thankful that the other boy had a much better grasp on gravity than himself, and that he had a more compactful bubble than himself; if compactful was even a word.

Nate reached up to pull it out of her mouth. He tugged lightly. He smiled and kissed her cheek and then pulled as she began to laugh. He shoved it in his mouth and handed her the orange hillbilly.

Daphne was just going to ignore Dakest now. Turning her eyes and face away from him, Hopton became deeply interested in the little love scene that was being dramatized in the middle of the street. The main stars, of course, were Raiden Kururugi and Neptune Bott.

Such theatrics were worthy of a few giggles.

Cadence giggled as he tried to take the sucker from him. It was very hard to keep a sucker in her mouth while giggling. And before she knew, it was gone, and she had an orange sucker in her mouth. "Hey! Cherry is my favorite!" she pouted.

Nate just smirked and walked down the road. "Let's go back to the castle. Too many people here. There won't be as many at the castle." he said with the sucker in his cheek.

Cadence followed Nate out of Hogsmeade, still wanting her cherry sucker back and wanting the silly orange sucker to be quiet in her mouth. It didn't make any sense! And then she had a great idea! She allowed herself to fall a couple steps behind Nate and then jumped on his back. In his surprise, she stole the sucker back and replaced it with the orange sucker again. Then she just held onto him. A piggy back ride back to the castle sounded nice. And she giggled quietly in his ear, her face pressed against his.

"Grr." he said. He ran to the castle with her on his back. "Where to sweetheart?" he said into the wind.

"Umm... how about... the lake? We haven't been there since... the incident?" She said, adjusting herself on his back.

"Uhhhhhh huhhhhhhhhh," Neptune nodded as best she could with her BODY hanging off of him. Her chin sort of dug into him with every nod. "Some LADY gave me a VOUCHER." LIKE OMG RIGHT? Raiden would get it, Neptune was sure. "We're going to take care of that. Me and you and Daphne Hopton and Kellen Stern. And Sabel. But," Neptune pulled at Raiden to bring him down for a secret, "don't touch him. He falls down and kind of gets mad at me for touching him." She nodded more. Neptune was TELLING on YOU Sabel!

Giggling profusely, Lorelai gave him a little shrug. "Dependsss," On what it depended, he wouldnt want to even KNOW. Hehe. Not that she didnt know. Because she totally did. SNORT Pulling her flowers tighter to her chest, she giggled once more, and looked up at Adam as he squeezed her hand.

Giving him a little pat on the cheek, after he did squeeze her hand, -trust me this was difficult-; Lorelai giggled. And gave his hand a squeeze back. Yes. Two could play at THAT game. Hehe.

"Miss Lori?," Well, she did like that. ALOT. "Home. To get my shoe collection. Pretty please." But that was impossible.

HMPFH.

"On what?" Adam pressed, determined to know. 'Coz he wanted to know. Needed to know. - He'd do anything to stop people from finding out about his 'freakout'. Over a Butterfly of all things.

But it had been in his hair.

As the hand he was holding stoked his cheek, Adam brushed his lips across the back of it. Because that wasn't cliche at all. Inner-Eye-Roll. But it seemed like a nice thing to do, and plus - moments later their hands were back at their sides. No harm done?

"Home?" he mused, as if pretending to think about it. "Give me to February, when I'm seventeen. I think I can persuade the teachers to let me take my Apparating test-thingy ma bob in fifth year. Because, well, I will be an adult." Confusing. It'd made sense in his head. But he should be able to take the test this year, right? Because he'd be legally allowed.

Hmm... he'd cross that bridge when he came to it.

"Depends on something, that you're not knowing. For me to know, and you to find out if you do ittt" Hehe. She was evil. She was in an evil mood though. Lorelai giggled and looked down at her feet for one moment.

ON. HAND.

Giving a sharp look upwards, Lorelai chuckled. "Anyone else'd think you were a right freak Adam Stemp. But you know what? You're pretty... pretty normal.." Yeah, totally regaining herself. She hadn't INTENDED to stop in mid sentence. Or had she?

"You're NOT touching my shoes. Mine. Mine. MINE." Hehe. "Whats a BOOTAHBEEAR? A bootahbear?" EH. She failed at her pronnunciation.

Hmmm why was Neptune getting all excited over Sabel giving Daphne his coat? Raiden glanced at the girl, then at Daphne, who seemed embarrassed over it. Why was she embarrassed over a friend lending her a coat?

Confused Raiden was confused.

So he simply stared at his feet.

Easiest course of action ever!

"Erm... we can... go?" Now? Before he got even more confused? And before Neptune's cooing caused a scene or something.

Kat was bored!!! So instead of going around throwing pie at people she decided to go to Hogsmeade. After all she hasn't been here since last term. She walked around looking for someone to talk to.

Destiny stumbled out of the Three Broomsticks still holding her wand. Why didn't she just hex them all? She might not have made it alive, but she would have went down fighting.

Since the door was still slightly open, Destiny peeked inside and saw Evelyn catch a bottle that was being thrown. Really good catch. She did have to agree with Kay on that one. And what was Rex saying? Calling them names again, amnesia didn't teach him anything.

Putting her wand away when Evelyn came out, Destiny started laughing. She just couldn't help it now. 'Did you see how mad she was?' Oh this day will live in her memories forever.

Smiling, she put her jacket back on, feeling a slightly cold wind chill blow there way making her shiver. Aw, she suddenly felt light for some reason, like a weight had been lifted off her shoulders, though at the same time she felt even more paranoid and a little frantic at the same time. An odd combination of emotions to be feeling at the moment.

Glancing back at the door to the Three Broomsticks for a moment, expecting Rex to come out and attack them or something, she turned back around and started walking forward when Destiny started laughing. Faking a laugh of her own, Evelyn nodded, looking as if she was agreeing with whatever her friend was saying. What was she saying? "I thought her head was going to explode." she mumbled, giving a few more chuckles before stopping. "Did you hear what Rex said? He just never learns to stop, now does he?"

Destiny caught up with Evelyn. It probably was a good idea to get far away from the Three Broomsticks. She could only imagine what Kay and Rex were saying about them now. Of course being called slime was getting old, and she didn't expect Rex to come up with something more clever than that.

'Could her head explode?' because if it could then Destiny might have to go and make that happen. She didn't even know why she poured the butterbeer on her head in the first place. Last term, that wouldn't have even popped into her head. Times were a'changing. 'Yeah, I heard him.' How could she not? His voice was worse than a Banshee. Even if the door was closed she would have heard him. 'Maybe he'll get hit in the head with the Whomping Willow again.' and Destiny would not miss that this time.

"There's only one way to find out." she smirked, glancing at Destiny for a moment before looking down to the ground, watching where her feet were walking. Watching the whole scene take place, and just rethinking about it, Evelyn had to chuckle again, shaking her head. "You pouring butterbeer all over her head, was brilliant." she said, looking back up and around to the different shops there were.

Hmm, maybe this time the amnesia would stick with him instead of him getting better. He was much less annoying when he couldn't remember things, and if they were lucky, he'd forget how to dance too. That annoying, dancing he did. Ugh. "We would be insanely lucky if that happened a second time." Now that she thought about it, maybe they could lure Rex over to the willow tree. A few taunts about Kay here and there, and he'd follow them as if he were a niffler running after gold.

"What were we talking about again? Before we were rudely interrupted by the vomit inducing creeps?" Did they even have a topic that they were discussing? Or were they just choosing food and drinks. Eh. "Well, whatever. What I really wanted to talk to you about before everything happened was...Lawsguini. Really, who would have thought he would have been placed as the Muggle Studies Professor. No wonder he kept it as a secret."

They would definitely get sent to Azkaban if Kay's head exploded. Azkaban was a scary place, she didn't want to go there. 'If it didn't explode today, I don't think it will. Although it would be funny.' Oh, the butterbeer. What a waste.. 'Ehh, I figured I would get in more trouble for hitting her. And I didn't want to burn her with the hot soup.' She wasn't that mean. Noooo! Destiny can't be mean!! What will her mother think!?

Destiny might have been a little paranoid. She kept glancing back at the store just waiting for one of them to chase them down. Watching your back is not fun. 'Maybe we could feed him to the Devil's snare.' That might be more entertaining than watching him get struck by a tree. 'I didn't think he would have his memory back so soon.' Stupid Healer, healing him all fast. Destiny will have to have a word with that lady..

Vomit inducing freaks? Destiny never would have thought such gross words would describe people so perfectly. She laughed at the name, because it was funny. 'I don't think we actually talked. I leave for one minute and there is a fight!' Why did she miss everything!? Talking about Lawsguini is the best way to take your mind off of things. 'I would keep that a secret too!' How embarrassing would it be to go from DADA Professor to Muggle Studies Professor? 'He was better off being a house elf.'

"So, you won't tell me, then?" Adam said, looking down at Lori pretending to be upset. Truth was, it was kinda cool not to know. Now he'd have to guess, and that would be fun. Hopefully. Unless Lori made it to hard for him.

"I'm pretty?" he said, raising one eyebrow, completely confused. Comment, or compliment? Adam couldn't decide, but then Lori resumed speaking, and it made him smile. "Thanks, I guess..." he added, his eyebrow lowering, and although the confusion over whether he was pretty, more confusion mounted - as to why she'd paused.

Oh well, he'd think about that later. Unless he forgot.

"Oh, I wouldn't touch them. This thing... Apparation, you can take people with you," he said, running a hand through his hair. "So, I'd take you, so you could get your shoes." Simple, yeah. Unless the school said no. He had heard about some magic, that you couldn't apparate in the school.

But still, he wasn't sure. "What's a 'Boothahbear'?" Adam asked, now his turn to be confused. Again.

Okay, so maybe the hot soup idea would have been taking it a little too far at the moment, but Evelyn, for some reason, would make the exception if it was Rex being the one that got hot soup all over him. Maybe that would make him learn to shut his mouth about Slytherin. She didn't care if he thought of them as slimeballs, just the fact that he was yelling it in their faces was a whole different story.

Feeding him to the Devils Snare sounded like a good idea too. Though they'd have to levitate him to the snare. There was no way Evelyn was getting close to that plant...the evil, possessed, plant. Snickering though, she placed her hands inside her jean pockets, moving so she didn't bump into anybody when walking. "Actually...he came over to apologize." she mumbled, looking at the ground again. Part of her wanted to give him a...third? Fourth? chance, but the other part, well that one took over. "But I said I wouldn't accept it, and Kay got all defensive and emotional again." Well, that's what generally took place...

"Maybe we could have totally baked with him in the kitchens if he had been appointed to house elf duty." she laughed, not really being able to see Lawsguini with an apron on and cooking in the kitchens. Dodging a few more people, she suddenly became fed up and turned to Destiny. "Is there any place that isn't crowded at the moment here?! These people have no sense of personal space!"

Gold snuggled all closer to him. Friendly-like, of course. Because he was such a good friend, no?

"It's not a date," she said quickly, her eyes widening at the word he used. She would NOT cheat on Mr. T. Not ever. "It's a .... friendly meeting?" She held on to his sleeve, all happy.
