"-violins seem to like her-me not so much." Becca muttered, Good way to get to know people, and much more fun than a "rousing" game of 2- questions! "Okay, love, so what's it that you're aspiring to become?" Becca said, pausing for a moment so Spunky could answer.

"Mmmmmmmm." Enid narrowed her large green eyes just very slightly and looked off into space thoughtfully. "I was considering a career as a secret ninja spy for a monarchy of giant spiders, but spiders don't seem to like me too much so I think I'm gonna have to start thinking of some alternatives," she said quite seriously, and to those who didn't know her very well, it was easy to believe she honestly truly planned to follow this plan. "So if that doesn't work out, I could always become a trainer for Hippogriffs and roam aimlessly all around Europe, collecting souvenirs from each country I visit and then putting them up for auction back here."
Tryouts?"Oh, yeah... It's been...crazy." She shrugged and smiled akwardly. Her gaze fell on what was going on around them. Everyone seemed to be busy having fun out here...whatever they were doing.
It felt like she was holding out the piece of paper for a very long time, and she couldn't look at him any more because she had an idea that she'd just hurt him. That, and the indifferent repsonse he gave her made her wonder if he had cared.
And then he just started to walk away. Again. And his last words sounded so...final, like something you said to a person you would never meet again. She sighed and felt this sadness wheigh her down. Her shoulders slumped, her head dropped and she closed her eyes. "I don't want to fight with you anymore..." she added weakly. But she knew Oliver had probably walked away faster than ever and hadn't even heard her. Would they ever become friends again? It was silly, she thought, but she missed him. Even though he got on her nerves. Even though he sometimes hurt her feelings. Still, there was something there.
Oliver paused, eyes closed he took a breath, then slowly turned back around to face the girl. 'I don't want to fight with you anymore.' Oh boy, did that touch a nerve. She had her head down like she had the weight of the world on her shoulders and that, strangely, made Oliver feel a little better. Not because she was suffering, but because she was hurting over this as well – it told him she cared.
He swallowed and shook his head. How could a boy like Oliver promise no arguments? He thrived on winding people up. He knew it himself. He could try to change but it wouldn't be him. “How can I guarantee that, Miranda?” He asked her gently. “I irritate the hell out of you. You think I'm.. you think I'm obnoxious.” Which was pretty much bang on. He began to walk back towards her slowly “You have no idea how sorry I am for what I said yesterday. It was out of line and I didn't mean it.” She knew that though, didn't she? Or did she really think he was that mean?
“Just.. come for a drink with me.” He asked her again. “I want to make it up to you.” He smiled softly at her. “I'll buy you chocolate.” Ok... so chocolate was like emotional blackmail to this girl but really, the friendship they were forming was too good to just throw away because of a silly argument.. Right? He hoped she agreed.
"I'm not stressing...yet." Nikki said giggling nervously. She was probably going to faint during the examination. That or throw up, either one. They arrived outside of Honeydukes. "I can't wait to go inside! The smell of all those sweets...it makes me drool..."
OOC: Met you at Honeydukes!
"I'm sure you'll do great Nikki! It's just getting over nerves." Georgie smiled encouragingly and took a whiff of the air around them. Nicky was right, she could smell everything. It was postively...heavenly!

"And what about you, Ms. Latrowski?"
"Uh huh." Becca said "Uh huh........Uh huh. No, no, give me a sec!" Few seconds pass by, "Okay, very, very intricate! Well, I would like to be an auror or a surgeon in the muggle world." Becca said, her answer sounding so so simple compared to Spunky's well thought out plan of lifestyle, "But won't that bother you, never settling down, always being on the move?"

Enid allowed her eyebrows to raise at Becca's response. Very ambitious! She nodded her head approvingly before the girl then asked if it wouldn't bother her to always be on the move, never in one place for too long. "Oh, it would be tiring, yes, I can't deny that... But why don't we go get a drink at The Three Broomsticks or something?" she suggested, not really in the mood to interrogate or be interrogated anymore. "Or we could always go to the Hog's Head, too, if you're into the more... 'dark and mysterious' type of environment," she said with a smile.

"Mhm, very tiring indeed." Becca agreed. "We should, seeing as we've been aimlessly wondering for quite some time now." She laughed. Becca's eyebrows raised at the dark and mysterious notation, "It doesn't matter to me, whatever you're in the mood for Spunk!"

Enid turned to Rebecca with raised eyebrows. "Oooh, so it's entirely my choice then? Now, this is my type of friendship - 'whatever you want, Enid'!" said the girl with a grin, giggling lightly before locking arms with Becca and beginning to skip and hop down the crowded streets in a way that made the two girls resemble a scene from The Wizard Of Oz. "Off to the Three Broomsticks we go!"

Right? He hoped she agreed.
She couldn't hear any footsteps, which probably meant he was already gone. Gone and Miranda was most likely not going to see him soon, except at classes. Ugh, what a stupid mess!
But then she heard his voice behind her and she turned in surprise. He hadn't left. Though, his question was one that she couldn't answer. She kept her eyes on him and ofcourse knew that he couldn't change who he was. Because...it wouldn't be him. Miranda flinched slightly as he repeated the words she had said that day, and it dawned on her how he must've been hurt by that. Yeah, she remembered how he had looked by the lake, and commentating on how he 'had been called worse'. But he didn't deserve worse. Obnoxious he had seemed to her, but she was slowly learning that it was just his way... and the joking was just not something she was used to.
What he had said... Yeah, that had really brought her down, and she guesses she hadn't forgiven him for it yet. But he was sorry, that she could see, and it was all Miranda wanted to know - because deep down, she was still doubting. She had trusted him and it went away. But, he couldn't possibly be that mean, she did know that. If he had been, he wouldn't be standing here wanting to patch things up. She swallowed, hoping her voice wasn't going to sound strained. "It's okay... " she shrugged and smiled weakly. "I am sorry for calling you...that." She took a step towards him. "And sorry about your robe. I sort of burned it up..."
A drink. Yes, she really wanted that. She was about to reply when the chocolate came up and she couldn't help but chuckle and smile tiredly at Oliver. "That sounds...really good. Yes." She smiled more brightly now and was happy they'd be able to sit and talk. And hopefully, not argue. But everything would be fine now, right?
Gold turned round -- and her eyes brightened. "Dylan," she said, reaching out to give him a hug. A friends!hug. Because she was pretty sure they weren't all enemies, anymore.
"How are you? I wasn't sure if you remembered about the butterbeer." She shrugged, then grinned.
Dylan smiled. She hugged him. It wasn't a hateful hug. It was a real hug. He knew things now. But whether she felt the same way, was a different matter. Friend hugs were good though. He wrapped his arms around her, and squeezed her tight. She smelt so good.
"I am great thank you. How are you?" he beamed. "How could I forget? I wrote it on my arm and everything," he chuckled. Figuratively of course. He could never graffiti himself.

Oliver's weak smile grew a little when Miranda said it was ok. He pulled back his hood and looked at her as she apologised. “It's alright. I think maybe yesterday I subconsciously wanted to get you back for it but...” he smiled broadly and shrugged. But, hang on... she burned his robe? Blink. BURNED IT!? Blink, blink. Oh gawd. He couldn't help gawking her for a moment like she was, well... mad. But he couldn't really say anything, could he? Or could he? No – course he couldn't! Not when they had just patched things up or he'd risk driving her away again. And he certainly didn't want that. He supposed, in a way, he deserved it for what he had done... and said. His dad was going to go berserk mind you, because he always did when Oliver 'failed' him 'yet again'. 'You are no son of mine' – Oliver could just hear him now. What a melodramatic idiot Emmanuel was. A new robe was like peanuts to the man he was so loaded. He smirked at Miranda because of both the robe burning and the vision of his pompous father. “You are one crazy badger, Miranda.” He teased her lightly and elbowed her. “...But I like it. ...Never change.”
“C'mon.” He reached out for her hand, giving it a little squeeze and started towards the Hogs Head. “This place looks kinda creepy.” He muttered. But it would be nice to sit and relax and talk without any conflict. Oliver was going to make an effort from now on not to provoke Miranda. It was gong to be a hard feat... but he would try.
Dylan smiled. She hugged him. It wasn't a hateful hug. It was a real hug. He knew things now. But whether she felt the same way, was a different matter. Friend hugs were good though. He wrapped his arms around her, and squeezed her tight. She smelt so good.

Gold grinned when he hugged her. It was such a nice hug, and she was pretty sure she didn't hate him, anymore. Yeah, she liked him. As a friend, of course. Nothing more.
"I'm good, now that you're here," she said happily, tugging at his arm. "Really? Show me!"
Oh gawd. She smiled crookedly up at the tall boy and was happy to see him loosing that hood. Oliver had looked so gloomy with it on, like he was hiding, but now he seemed more like himself. Or maybe it had been raining before?
And he wanted to get her back? Ugh. Miranda grimaced a little at that and wondered wether the DADA class comment had been his little revenge, or if he had been planning to...jinx her or something. But, she would let it go. There was no need to bring it up again or continue on that awful subject.
And then...her smile slowly turned into a thinner one as she raised an eyebrow, looking at Oliver like he was...something odd. Why was he staring at ther. Was he gaping!? What the... But then it dawned on her that he did not know she was joking. And how could he possibly, it wasn't a good one. "Oliver..." Miranda was about to tell him this, but then he spoke and she shut her mouth. She swayed a little with the elbowing and then there might have been some blushing. Her gaze dropped. "Aslong as you don't either." Because, really, he wouldn't be Oliver if he did.
Miranda gladly took his hand and smiled at the gesture. She agreed, the Hog's Head did look a bit odd and she was doubting that they had chocolate cake. Pout."I'm sure it's...cozy?" Anytwho, he'd have to accompany her to Honeydukes later then, hehehe. Having a butterbeer with Oliver would be nice though, and she'd try not to get on his nerves... But she couldn't promise no poking incase something aquired her to use her battle skills again. Snort.
Nah, she was sure they'd have a good time. They always did, even though they sometime's ended a bit...intense.

He kept hold of her. He wasn't about to let go of a good thing. Not hate anymore. Nah he wouldn't tell her. He couldn't. She was with Torin. And it was love, from what he knew.
Dylan smiled, and pulled up his sleeve, "It washed of in the shower this morning. I didn't want to look messy for our "date". Wasn't nice."

Ivory looked around, her eyes taking in as many details as possible.
Oh,she'd been here before with her family, but it had been quite sometime ago and her memories of Hogsmeade were fuzzy. So here she was to make new ones.
Glancing around, at the groups of students making their way to this store or that, she couldn't help feeling a tad bit lonely. She'd woken up late for the trip into Hogsmeade and had had to make the trek alone.
Sighing she moved her feet to the nearest establishment, hoping to run into someone.
Lorelai chuckled softly, and took the flowers in her hand shrugging once. "Ah, you were paying attention down by the lake? Good to know, good to know." She grinned up at him and nodded. "You made a good choice with your flowers today, AddiePants." SNORT.
"Theres.. Theres a... ADAM. Flutterby, on your HEAD. Might. Eat. Hair." HIIIIIIDE.
Or run, either way they were going to die.
Laughing a little bit, Adam looked down at the flowers. He couldn't tell wether she was serious or not, but he sure hoped she was. Because it couldn't be good if she wasn't, could it? Not in Adam's opinion, and he just looked at her face, trying to determine her expression. But he still wasn't sure.
"Stopit!" he whined, pouting down at her. "Dun't call me that." Whine. Laugh. But he seriously didn't like that name. 'Cuz it wasn't boyish. Or manley. Or Adam.
"Huh?!" he said, looking around, and trying to see ontop of his own head. It was only after he did try that he realised it was impossible. "GEDDITOUT!" he cried, beginning to run around and shake his newly trimed hair. Which only succeeded in getting his fringe into his eyes.
Taking a deep breath when he saw the butterfly fly away, Adam rolled his eyes. He was NOT going to admitt to having squeeled about that. Not in a million years.

Neptune reminded Kellen of a flash flood. She showed up briefly and then moved on, leaving behind shattered composure. But as he watched her clinging to Raiden with an almost adorable glee he couldn't help but smile. True, Raiden's face was going a lovely shade of red and his eardrums were probably shattered, but he seemed to be taking it in stride.
He turned his head to Daphne with the calm amusement he wished he'd had earlier and remarked, "She's a piece of work, isn't she?"

Giggling a bit, Lorelai smiled at him. "B... buttt..." Cue pout. "I prefer it AddiePants, pweeeease?" And then she batted her eyelashes, and twisted a strand of hair around her finger, still pouting. Because that totally got round anyone. Like her mother and father.
OHEMGEE. Adam was totally FREEEAKING about a flutterby. Even though Lori had comtemplated running away and abandon him. But he was supposed to be MANLY. Not a girl, that just failed. What a GIRL. Hehe. "Adam? You do know I just witnessed your little freakout there right? Like, BIG freakout. About a flutterby.." She laughed at him a bit, and slipped a hand quickly into his.
"Well that was nice of her." She didn't expect him to carry her over to the rest of the group, did she? Because like... he was having trouble keeping his balance and there was a bag in his hand. "Neptune, do you think you could... get... off me for a second? I don't wanna drop you or my bag."
Sabel... fell down when she touched him? Somehow Raiden wasn't surprised. He would probably be a bit skittish too, had he... girls like that one from the Great Hall. Neptune was calm in comparison.
"I'll try not to, then." Huh. "Where did you touch him, that he fell down? And how hard did you touch him?"
Because... if you touched someone in the back of the knee with your foot, and you did it hard enough, they'd fall down. Not that he thought Neptune would do such things on purpose, but... Heh.
Neptune chatted at Sabel the ENTIRE way down to Hogsmeade. She forgot she wasn't allowed to touch him about a thousand different times and kept reaching to take his arm. Or hand. Or elbow. Neptune always found it funny though and giggled as she made a spectacle of REMOVING her hand from his person each time.
Having "forgot" once more, Neptune took Sabel's wrist and pointed at the busy street. "Oh I do wonder if Raiden or Kellen are here!" With a GIGGLE, Neptune started HOPPING as high as her little legs would allow to see if she could SPOT either of the boys.

If he wasn't tired now, he would surely be at the end of the day. He vaugely wondered if this is what it would be like to have children one day and quickly dismissed the thought. He couldn't imagine more than one Neptune Bott, let alone minature spinoff's.
Sighing for the upteenth time, Sabel stood on his tipie-toes and scanned all the students. He didn't even bother trying to unhinge Neptune from him; he had given up trying to reinforce the concept of personal space halfway through the trip. Thankfully she hadn't been overly zealous and preferred to mock his personal bubble with great shows of surprised rememberance.
"I'm sure they would be glllaaaddd to see us." Sabel muttered as he looked around at the main alleyway. First time to Hogsmeade and it was sure going to be interesting.
