Hogwarts RPG Name: Kylie Jayde Matthews (Kylie or K-J)
Fourth Year

TO PROFESSOR LAWSON:
Kylie saw Professor Lawson and decided to greet him, she hadn't gotten very close with many of her Professor's as of last year... but she'd really enjoyed Lawson's class. She figured having some sort of adult guidance would be prudent, circumstantially. "It's nice to see you again, Professor." She added, "Have a nice vacation?"
Maybe he could work with her on some even more advanced spell work this year, he would probably be a nicer teacher than her grandmother. She shuddered slightly at the thought.
"It's a pleasure to meet you Evelyn" Marcus replied giving the girl a warm smile. "Yeah Hogwarts is great but I do love the Australian weather and beaches. Unfortunately Hogwarts doesn't have a beach and the weather is...a...bit...yucky." He had grown up in England but when he was in the band he had traveled all over the world and Australia certainly did have the best weather.
Evelyn liked Professor Lawson already. He didn't speak to the students the way Evelyn thought a professor would. He didn't try and act all superior, but Evelyn still respected him. "I much prefer the weather here, and I prefer forests and lakes to beaches. England is just where I belong, I guess. I find the wet and the cold much more bearable than the sweltering heat and burning sun." Evelyn must have sounded crazy. Most people would have killed to have spent the past five years in Australia like she had.
Evelyn used the napkin that Nulu had passed across the table and got what she could off her robes, but most of it had already soaked into the material. "Thank you for that. I'm fine. It's no big deal." She sat the napkin back in front of Nulu. "Thanks for finding that for me. Where were we?" Evelyn squinted her eyes, racking her brain to remember, "Oh yes. Big Family. Well, I'm definitely the quiet one in the family. I usually just listen to the adults conversations, or keep an eye on my younger cousins. Ever since my brother got married and moved out, it's just been my parents, me and my sister at home. I spend most of my time reading or flying my Firebolt."
Evelyn overheard this. "Nulu! Oh my gosh! If it starts hurting, please tell me and I'll take you to the nurse." Of course, Evelyn didn't know who the nurse was or where to find her, but she didn't want to see sweet little Nulu in pain..
"No problem." said Nunually, and smiled. "We were talking about your family." she said and as Evelyn told her about her family she smiled. "Flying?" she asked confused. When Evelyn told her if she was hurting to let her know Nunually nodded. "Okie will do, but I am fine right now." she said giving the arm a look. She wasn't moving it much but she didn't have pain, if she did the whole world would know.

She doesn't know about broomsticks, Evelyn, you silly goose.
"I'm talking about flying a broomstick. The brand I have is a Firebolt. It was a birthday present from my parents. It's the latest model. A Five Forty Six. It's really, really nice, but it's more of a sports broom. I'm saving up for a Moontrimmer. They don't go as fast as a Firebolt, although they're faster than they used to be, but they have excellent control so you can take them up really high. Which is what I love to do. They're also the prettyest," Evelyn giggled. She hoped that at least some of what she had said had made sense to Nulu. "Don't worry. You'll have flying lessons soon. It's so much fun."
"So, do you know any of those new Professors up there?" She curiously asked as she waved her hand towards the staff table.
Hearing Reese's question, Jake glanced... No, he glaaaaaared at the new teachers. He already knew full well he didn't like the guy that told them to shut their pieholes. He shrugged a shoulder. "I dddon't lllllike th-them."
And that, as they said, was that.

"Wish I'd thought of that last term," she quipped, giving out a small laugh. "Good idea." Ema cocked her head to the side, pondering. "Well...I mean, I fancy Quidditch a whole lot, you know that. But that's sort of unrealistic in a way. Compared to all those other professional Quidditch dudes I doubt it would be worth trying. I think a healer would be cool, or somewhere in that field. I like helping people...or trying to," she added, thinking of Nunually on the train and countless occasions where she had been of close to no help at all. "...but..." she still wasn't sure, so she shrugged. "What about you?"
Shrugging one shoulder yet again, Jake silently thought about how he couldn't wait to be proven right.
Again.
Ohhhhh jeez. That was really hard. "Pppprobaby th-the ones I mmmmentioned sssince I don't luhh-like cccclasses I'm nnnnot guhh-good at." Which was a logical enough explanation... No?
The boy nodded wisely. He also knew that with the standard of quidditch players these days, he was unlikely to get into that business. Though he'd still try. "I wwwwant t-to ssstudy wuhh-wandllllore at University," Jake announced proudly. That had been what he wanted to do since he was eleven years old.
Without warning the boy sighed and reverted back to his childlike stare. "Wwwhen cuhh-can we gggo to bedddd?" he whined slightly, rubbing at his eyes with balled up fists.

Except for camping.
There will be no camping.
His eyes moved to the staff table and he frowned slightly as he looked at the new DADA professor. Marcus didn't know why they had hired the man but he didn't like it either. He lent down and spoke to Jake in a low voice. "Make sure you behave yourself this term especially in DADA, okay?"
BAHH! However Lawson chose to spin it, Jake was still miserable about the coming year. The boy shrugged and stared quite miserably at the table, when he heard Lawson speak again. At once the boy narrowed his eyes and looked straight at the staff table, seeking out who might be the DADA professor. Hmmm.
"Muhh-maybe," the boy replied quietly, looking straight at Lawson. "I nnnneed to suhh-speak to Kkkazi though sssoon," he pointed out, his own eyes twinkling dangerously. Jake knew more than anyone how good that man was at provoking someone.
Was it just HIM or was Lawson being all nice to everyone. Immediately Jake got insanely jealous. HE was meant to be the one close to Lawson. With a slight pout the boy folded his arms on the table and rested his arms on them. He was dead sure that this year was going tone bad. And his miserable face showed that.
Sigh...

"But don't you get caught by the muggles?" she asked and when she mentioned about flying lessons her eyes widened and she swallowed. "Flying lessons?" she asked turning pale

Carter??? Was it the Carter she got the book for??? "How did you find that out?" Kay said looking around the room. "Thanks for thinking am in shape. and if we have to play each other. Well we might fight about it." kay said smiling at him. She pulled him closer and whisper in his ear. "But think of making up after." Kay said softly and kissing his neck.
" Oh the making up after the Quidditch game would be lots of fun" Rex told Kay. " Well, I have my ear to the ground to hear things" Rex said to Kay. " Oh You are so sweet" Rex kissed Kay's cheek.

Ema nodded understandingly. "I know what you mean. There are some people that it's tough to hate, even though you really want to and they're really mean to you. Isn't it odd how that works? And then there are those who are tough to love." Ema, OF COURSE, tried to love everyone, but it was quite hard if the person was just impossible to even like in the first place. "But it's kind of a good thing, because when they feel guilty about treating you like that, you won't feel any guilt for hating them. If that makes any sense." What was Ema rambling on about? Hmmm...
Ema agreed. "Yeah, probably a few years. But yes, of course you have to try! That's the whole point, right? Just...building your way up there."
Ema glanced back at Ashford at the staff table. "Yeah...hopefully she doesn't stay true to the old muggle definition of 'witch'." Ema snickered. "But she does look kind enough." Then she shrugged. "No idea...I didn't really get to know her that much. She kinda just disappeared though." Ema let out a laugh. "Ha, yessss! With her little 'Make-All-The-Children-Happy cookies."
Ema gaped. "You really went to the World Cup?" Holy smokes!! "That's great!! Nooo, I didn't get to go. Too much going on, plus ya know...muggle parents weren't into the whole idea." she waved her hands in the air as if she were pardoning her parent's parental behavior. "But how was it?!"
Emalyn turned to Rex. Was she okay? "Oh...oh yeah, I'm fine." she gave him a tight smile. She was starting to get a tiny small headache, but besides that she was in perfect shape. Then she looked at Jake when she realized what Rex was talking about. Oooh, not health-wise! "Who, him?" she pointed to Jake. "Naw, he just surprised me is all." Unless Rex was referring to the mimicking, then that was just another story altogether. "He's a good guy." she assured him. "Cool, those are nice subjects. Flying is addicting." Ema's face lit up at the mention of it. "I can't wait to start flying again."
Ema shrugged. "We'll see about that...I may not be able to stop my clumsy side." she grinned. "Yeah, it will be fun to hang out with you here, too, instead of just on the train."
"Well, I am happy everything is cool with you both" Rex told Emalyn. " I am good at flying and that is unusual for someone clumsy like me but I feel like a bird up there when flying and playing Quidditch" Rex explained to Emalyn.
" Let's make a pact, we will stop our clumsiness this term and the rest of our lives" Rex smiled at her. "Fun, cool" Rex told her.
"Yeah..." Miranda nodded and smiled appreciatevi. Emalyn was definitely supporting her little idea here. Old muggle definition of witch? Miranda snorted and looked at the woman. "I can't see a wart on her nose...So that's a good start!" Hehehe. But the new Healer did indeed look friendly. If any of her players got sent to the hospital wing, knock on wood, they were probably in good hands. "Yeah me neither. But I know Kaika was really freaking out about Melita. She kept saying something about," She put on her best Kaika impersonation...which was hard by the way and totally failed. "...'Don't go taking one of her cookies. If she wan't to give you one, RUN!' Or something like that. Hehe." Miranda didn't really know what those cookies were. "So...those weren't like...normal cookies, then?"Blink.
Her head nodded enthusiasticaly at the QWC talk. "Ema, it was AWESOME. YOu should've been there. The stadium was HUGE, the players were really selfish, and the camping was fun!" Oh, which reminded her. She took out a little animated player of Kizzie Ainsley from her pocket, one of those miniature ones, and gave it to Emalyn. "I got you this. Chaser buddy."

"Well, I just like the view better from up there." Evelyn looked down at her plate of shepherds pie, feeling a little silly for babbling on so much. "And I don't think I've ever been seen by any muggles. Well, except for my dad, of course. There are charms you can use so that muggles can't see you, but I usually don't bother. I'm just careful. I fly in the evening mostly. And I don't go off our property."
Nulu looked scared at the mention of flying lessons. "Don't worry. It's easy. Just listen to your teacher and you'll be safe. And don't try and show off until you know what you're doing. Trust me." Nulu didn't seem like the sort of person who would do anything reckless, but she wanted to make sure.

Evelyn was about to tell Nulu about the time she'd tried to fly to Lord Howe island, when the 'potato face' girl got excited at the mention of broomsticks. She was Quidditch Captain. Evelyn thought this was wicked cool. There was no other way to explain it.
Miranda and Evelyn shook hands. "I'm Evelyn Rochester. I'm a third year."She hopes to see me at Quidditch tryouts!?"Um, I've never really played Quidditch before. Not competitively, just for fun. I'm not really sure if competition is my thing. What positions do you need players for?"

Oh yeah he'd had quite a colorful life. "Well I hope enjoy your time at Hogwarts and I look forward to seeing you in class." Yep it sure was going to be interesting going from DADA to Muggle Studies.

Lawson's eyebrows shot up into his head at the mention of Kazi and then he groaned softly. "Please tell me you are not already in trouble with the old m- I mean Professor Kazimeriz?"
He really, really hoped not because Marcus did not feel like getting into it with Kazi so soon in the term. Although the old guy certainly had been very nice to him at the Leaky Cauldron and he had sent that wedding gift. Even though it gave Marcus the willies when he looked at it.

"Oh really? Well, you should try it out anyway. It's alot of fun! Who knows, you might have a change of heart." At this, she nodded, looking back at the two girls in turn. What position?"Oh, we need all the positions... you know, Chasers, a Keeper, Beaters and a Seeker. It's a new term, so everyone has to try out if they want to get on the team - even if they've been playing for alot of years." She was sure there would be some new awesome talent this year.

"Hope I'm not disturbing your feast. I just wanted to come over and say hi... Did you have a good summer?" Oh boy oh boy oh boy. Miranda was SO excited to be going to the DADA classes, though she didn't know there was another professor incharche of that class now. Did she ever tell him he had inspired her to become an Auror? Meh.
"I am enjoying it everyone is just so friendly and great." she said smiling. "Why not? I mean are you friendly and by the fact that you talked to me I think you are." she said smiling. "I think its just a house you make yourself into what you want to be." she said smiling and sighed. "Sorry I ramble." she said
"I ramble to. Ask anyone," she told her. "I wanted to be a Ravenclaw and so I'm really disappointed I did not land in that house," Thalia explained. Disappointment was bound to be coming from others and not just her. Especially transfers. Speaking of transfers, Ryan Finche was somewhere at this table, hopefully wearing that bracelet Patrick gave her. She shook her head to regain focus. "Oh and there's the fact I'm with my worst enemy," she added. Here goes another tale of Parker Yorke.

"Oh, you are SO ANNOYING!" She made a face at him when finished mocking her with the hand. "What is that? What are you doing with your hand?" She looked at it like it made no sense, even though she totally knew what it was. She put on a more sweet voice...much to sweet. "No, I'm not done..."Wink. But she wouldn't say anything else. She wasn't done. Not at all. Hehehe. Oh, he'd better watch out. This castle was big and accidents happened. Whoa, easy now. Eh.
Luv!? Her eye might have twitched. And then he WAS TOUCHING HER! AGAIN! She stood perfectly still, concentrating more on her breathing than whatever he was saying right now. Yeah, she would laugh at how stupid he looked with that food on his face. Although...she would probably laugh at this whole thing too. Because she had never been in a food fight before. Heh.
He was squeezing her. SQUEEZING. HER. ! Breaaaaaaaaaaathe. She took his hand with her index finger and thumb, just like you would a dirty dish rag, stepped out of the embrace and let his hand drop. "Ha ha." She said as dully as she could with a mocking face. But for a veeeeeeeeeery short second, her face softened as she thought how silly the part with 'damn poking' sounded. She wondered if he had lots of tiny bruises all over his body now. Hehehe."Hope you don't get nightmares about it."
Swish, swish, flick...something. "Yesss." She said, regaining her respectful smile. And...he did it. Her eyebrows twitched in a surprised way. He was a fast learner...unless he'd actually lied and had done this before. "Nice job."Oh! That was out of her mouth before she could stop herself. And she had been honest. Argh, her Huffie-ness. Her brown eyes looked up at the boy as he thanked her. He was joking right? "Yeah...sure." Noooo, don't get all nice with him now. He is EVIL and ANNOYING and TWITCHY!
Now that he had cleaned up her robes (she made extra sure her badge was shiny again), face and hair, it was time to get everything else cleaned aswell. "Well..." she started, looking at the floor and glancing at Oliver. "I'll go over here then...get this part cleaned up." Why was she explaining this, just go! Hopefully, when they were both done with their cleaning, they'd go their separate ways...back to their own house tables.
“Annoying?” He laughed a little, waving his hand as if to say 'get away'. “Well I do try.” Standing up straight, he tugged at the front of his robes as if Miranda had just complimented him. “This?” He looked down at his hand and back at her. See? She was a thicko. “This..” He did it again. “Is just for emphasis.. you know. It's supposed to be your mouth.. blah blah..”er “...blahing.” Random. But she did ask.
So she wasn't done. He folded his arms and eyed her as if sizing her up. “It's always the little ones you've got to watch.” He said matter of factly. He looked at her legs and smirked. “...and look at you! You DO have little legs.” He had no doubt he could run faster than her judging by the size of those pins. But was she stinky? Oliver didn't think she was – unless you counted the smell of vegetables she was emitting right nowm but when he had been sitting next to her at the table, she smelled... well girly - all sweet like they all do.
He gave her a fake wounded look when she stepped out of his embrace. She was hell bent on getting to him right now but Oliver was NEVER going to let that happen again. Ever. He had thicker skin than a rhinoceros. “If you appear in my sleep, luv. I can tell you now that it won't be a nightmare.” He smirked and winked at her lecherously.
Hehe.
Aww.. but the praise for doing the spell actually sounded genuine and not a bit sarcastic and he smiled sweetly at her... or as sweetly as a boy like Oliver could muster. He nodded to her request for him to clean up the mess at his side and off he went. There wasn't a lot to do really and he soon had the mess of potato-ey peas cleaned up.
He glanced over at Miranda to see what she was doing, then looked up at the Huffies gathered around the area of the table near where the fight had taken place.
“Any of you Yellas need a bit of a clean?” Well the food had splattered a few of the 'dear' 'little' badger types.
She giggled a little at his raised eyebrow. Why did he keep doing that? It was so cute! "I mean..." Cadence struggled to find the exact words, then she turned sideways on the bench to face him. "Who are you? How'd you get to Hogwarts? You told us you got kicked out of school, but I have a feeling there's more to your story than you're letting on. Like I said, you don't have to tell me if you don't want to." She sat next to him smiling, waiting patiently for a response.
"Oh that," Tyler laughed. Why couldn't she jusy say, 'Tell me more about yourself,'. "Hmm, lets see. I'm like the black sheep of my family. Since I'm the youngest, I'm pretty kid-like for a fiftenn-year-old. I'm close in age with my niece, who's in Gryffindor," he said. "My parents sent me to live with my aunt, and she enrolled me here 'cause I had to finish my edcuation, to what she called it," Ty chuckled and shook his head. "I'm afraid of heights, so I don't like Quidditch and I prefer to play soccer,"

What position?"Oh, we need all the positions... you know, Chasers, a Keeper, Beaters and a Seeker. It's a new term, so everyone has to try out if they want to get on the team - even if they've been playing for alot of years." She was sure there would be some new awesome talent this year.
"I love Hogwarts!" Evelyn beamed, getting a little over-excited, "This has got to be the most beautiful room I've ever been in, and I can't wait to see the castle during the day time. And I'm so glad I'm in Hufflepuff. I kind of expected I would be. I can't see myself belonging to any of the other houses." This made Evelyn rethink the Quidditch tryouts. She had only ever played on a team with her Slytherin cousins and, as much as she loved them, she never agreed with their Quidditch strategies. Maybe it would be different... "You know, if I was going to play in a Quidditch competition, it would be for the Hufflepuff team. I could try out for Keeper, or maybe a Chaser. What position do you play?"
You're not going to tryout, an inner voiced nagged at her, trying to psyche her out, you'll get too nervous and hide in the library. There's no way you'll be better than all the people who have played before.

Miranda couldn't help but grin at the excitement of the girl. But she was talking like she had never been here before, specially when she wanted to see the castle during the day?? "Oh, you mean you haven't been here before? Is this your first year?"Another transfer student! Oh, the excitement! "Well, we're happy to have another Badger with us!"
Ahaaaa! Seee, this kid really did want to play! "Really? That makes me happy to hear!" And she wanted to play Keeper or Chaser. Miranda tried to seize her up, as discreetly as possible, and noticed that the girl seemed pretty strong. "That would be awesome." She remembered playing Keeper...Ick!"I'm a Chaser...have been playing the same position since my first year." At this she beamed proudly with a small smile. "Though, I did play Keeper during a match, but found it was more fun flying around. Hehe." Oh Merlin how she loved the speed.
He tried? Dude, he was a natural. And it wasn't a good thing. He probably knew he drove people insane and loved how they reacted. Hmmm... Could this be a sort of way to get attention? Yeah...like that psychology mumbo-jumbo...? And what had happened with the boy and his goat horns?? Foocuuuus.
She cocked an eyebrow and looked at how he started explaining what the hand was doing. And she stared and stared...and stared some more.
Sigh.
Blahing. Really?
The little ones? Was he talking about the firsties, because if he was, then he was totally right about that. Those firsties were freaky little things. Miranda couldn't quite understand that she had been that little and short once upon a time. Her head turned to glance at a few sitting by the tables... But it jerked back to the boy as he adressed her. She gaped. "I do not-" Oh, flarp it. "I rather have closer to the ground than being a giant." She eyed him. "YOu have a long way to fall..."
Miranda rolled her eyes at the mocking hurt look he gave. But the next thing he said, she did not see coming. Yeah, she actually blushed, and it was probably more visible now with all the food off her face. Say something! Her mouth twitched, wanting to open and say something clever back. But she had nothing. At all. Well, exept for... "I wish I could say the same..."Glare.
That was so going to come back and bite her.
Is he smiling or is that just another version of his smirk? Pursing her lips, she debated this for a moment before walking off to clean. Which, wasn't much, much to her dissapointment. She had been hoping to stay away from the vicinity of the boy a bit longer. Until she heard him calling that... he was going to clean up her fellow badgers? Well, wasn't that nice.
Ofcourse, she didn't want to be less helpful. "I'll...help y- with that." She turned on the spot to see if anyone actually wanted to get clean. Maybe they were too afraid to get close to the two. Specially since the boy was an obnoxious poet with his strange words and Miranda's fighting skills were impressive. Snort.
"Hey, potato locks," Like Golden Locks, but with potato, because he had mashed potatoes in his hair...geddit!? Hehe! "So why did you transfer from Durmstrang...really?" There was no angry face or hint that she was trying to insult him... Damn her curiosity!

Jeeeeeez, the man had such little trust in Jake. Well... there probably were good reasons for that. Jake shrugged his shoulders, holding back the smile that was totally threatening to take over. "No," the boy replied airily, vaguely. He looked up at the staff table. Where waaaaas that man anyway? "Nnnot yet," he added, looking back at Lawson again. "Duhh-did you ev-ev-ever get th-the ammmulet thhhhing buhh-bbback?" he asked suddenly, keeping his eyes right on Lawson.

Cadence listened intently while he talked. "Well, that's okay if you still want to act like a kid. No one has to grow up at 15. As for the quidditch thing..." she giggled a little. "I don't like flying either. I like to watch Quidditch, but I'd probably cry if someone told me I had to play it. I mean, I can fly, but not when I have to fly as fast as I can with other people and heavy metal balls chasing me."

The staring was a little disconcerting, Oliver had to admit, but Miranda was crazier than he thought if she thought he was going to let it show. So what did he do in return? He smirked at her, cocking an eyebrow and looking thoroughly amused by... something.
'I do not...' - why were all the sentences she began with that so darn funny? This girl was a hoot and had made what started as a very dull start of term feast over at his own table a whole lot more entertaining. He was considering sticking with these cool Hufflepuffs for the rest of the year. “True that.” He replied with a smirk. “Good job I have such good balance then innit? Except, of course, when I've got a rabid badger nipping at my heals..” And that was actually a compliment – she managed to knock him to the ground before and yeah, it hurt. But it was quite a feat for such a little lassy. So well done, her.
Aww.. and he gave her that hurt look again and pouted like her words had really wounded him. She had quite the mean streak under all that... yellow.
Miranda wanted to help him now? He glanced over at her looking a bit puzzled as she approached him again. He thought she wanted to stay the heck away but it seemed he had some sort of magnetic pull. Cos he was The Man – yeah. “My name is Oliver.” He replied. “Or do you really want me to call you Snot Girl from now on?” Cos those mushy peas had looked like.. yuck. He cocked an eyebrow. Why was she so interested again all of a sudden. And why THAT question? He shrugged pretending to be indifferent. “Ah.. that. It was all just a big misunderstanding.” Was his simple response.
He turned to look at her. Why was she being so NICE now? Was she up to something? Wasn't it the Snakes who were supposed to be the shifty ones? “Are we, like, you know...” Friends? No – too much. He'd got that wrong before. “..ok now?” he asked her. This time when he spoke there wasn't a trace of amusement. He was being deadly serious. He just hoped her response wasn't going to come back and bite him on the behind.

Arya grined with an amused look on her face as she watched Professor Lawson devoured the piece of pie she had givin him. Her brown eyes sparkled, she didn't know it was this easy to befriend a Professor."Great! I'm Arya by the way."She wondered if he remembered seeing her at the ice cream parlor."I love pie too, especially before a meal. I don't know how people can stand to wait til the end a meal before eating a slice."She looked at the two pies before her, deciding to go for the chocolate pie. She added a scoop of ice cream before taking a bite.

"Ok," said Lucille. "come sit," she said and made a space for them both on the Huffie table. She hadnt eated a propper meal seeing as she had been busy buzzing around the tables. Well, unless you counted Chaucer's potato..
"I've asked on the Ravenclaw table if anyone has seen Edem," she said, " but no one has. No one really seemed to know who he was - funny, seeing as they're in his house. Except for one girl, who -oddly enough- seemed a little obsessed with cheese. Kept calling him Edam." Lucille snorted and took a sip from a goblet in fron of her.

Okay, he TOTALLY wanted to take a picture with her or something along the lines. A Germophobic and a Germophilic, smiling and shaking hands. Wowzaaa! Sayyy cheeseeeeeee.
Once his excitement subdued, he chuckled and shook his head, "This is NOT your or for that matter, anyone's table. It's a wood table, made out of wood." Snort. He sooo wanted to puke right now, just to see her reaction, you know. "Annd this pretty shiny wood is enjoying the warmth of my bum." Grinning, he started twisting and rubbing his butt on the table and stuck his tongue out at the girl. Oh how he loves to irritate princess-y type girls. Pahahahaha!
"What's a manicure? Is it some kind of disease?" He asked with furrowed brows and examined his nails. Weird cause according to him, his nails were pretty cute. All pink and tiny.
Clear nail polish? NO way..but maybe that's the only cure of a manicure...? "Okay, do my nails...liakeee right now. ONLY if it's going to cure my manicure-ness." Gosh, what is he talking about? Manicureness? Is that even a word?
"For your information, I am NOT a clean freak, but I am NOT touching his hand because it could have been ANYWHERE, in mud... on the floor... in his hair... in his mouth maybe even down his trousies. NO WAY." Lapboy was kinda stupid wasn't he? "I am NOT an obsessive clean freak, but I will NOT stand dirt, and ick and horrible icky unwashed boys with greasy hair." You'd think boys would wash just because SHE THEY were in HER presence. Oh, how their lives would be amazing once that one glimpse had happened.
Lorelai Bristol, actually thought Lapboy was insane. But she did have the urge to hit him. "Look up, lapboy. Badgers. Yellow. BADGERS. I happen to be a badger, you happen to NOT be one. You're not a badger right?" If they were in the same house, that was just disasterous. DEE-SAS-TER-USS. "And for your information, lapboy. The table really doesn't like the warmth. Considering you may have sat on a slice of pie. Might want to check your trousies for pie bits." She smirked at him a little bit, and quickly glazed over her pink nail, making sure there were officially no chips now.
"A disease?" Okay, so there was two ways she could play this.. She could tell him the truth, or she could play along.. The latter of those choices sounded so fun. "Oh.. God! Lapboy. You have one of the..." Face wince. Face cringe. "The worst skin diseases known to muggle medicine. And to magic. It's incurable. . . APART, from a dosage of clear nail varnish.. AND then a layer of..."
He happened to NOT like pink right? Oh this was fun. "Pink..."
" Oh the making up after the Quidditch game would be lots of fun" Rex told Kay. " Well, I have my ear to the ground to hear things" Rex said to Kay. " Oh You are so sweet" Rex kissed Kay's cheek.
"Well I hope that you find out who it is. I don't think thats right." Kay said to him and hope it wasn't the Carter she knew. "Quidditch try out should be soon and that will be great. We can practice together and hopefully our teams don't get mad about it." Kay loved flying it was like be free from everything.
