"I never thought of that. Maybe Muggle Studies would be better." Kay said think about the Professor. "I really like Professor Lawson. He is nice and I love that he gives us chocolate in classes." kay said happily. "Kylie, what's up? You seem worried about something." Kay said watching her working the strap of her back pack.

"Oh...I'm sorry" Avery felt bad for Cadence, she herself had never gone through any of this, I mean after all she is only 11, but Cadence seemed truely hurt. She gave Candence a hug but really didn't know what else to say to make her feel better. "Well...maybe he isn't that nice of a guy after all if he flirts with you but kisses other girls." Avery hoped that was the right thing to say.

"It's okay," Cadence replied, looking at Avery. She seemed so young. Or maybe it was just because a lot of times Cadence felt so old. She was only 14, but she had had a very unusual life, even for a wizard. "There are plenty of other guys out there." Though she truly, honestly believed that, she wrapped the hoodie Tyler had let her borrow around her tighter. She only wanted to be with him right now.

"Now we go up to the owlery," said Esmerelda, getting up from her chair and stretching, "Owls can be really intelligent, when you send letters they always know where to go."

Brody smiled, as she leaned over to stroke her kitten. Tehhe. Coco really liked his daddy. "I'm good." She nodded, as she smiled at Torin. She quite liked Coco's daddy too. "How are you Tor?" She asked, as she leaned against him, friend's did that right? She knew he'd be missing Tammy, but he'd be okay right?

Kita laughed. "Sounds like you had a lot of fun. Rex is from the States? Wow," she said, "And not to mention a Firebolt!"

"Hey Kylie," she said, "I'm good. What about you?"

"Hm..." Kita said, "I don't know. DADA first thing would be great. Although i don't mind some of the other lessons."

"Really? Ashby's gone? Wow. I guess Muggle Studies would be interesting this year," Kita said, "Not that it wasn't before but Lawson's good."

"Yeah. What's wrong Kylie?" Kita asked, also noticing Kylie's unusual behaviour.

"Yeah, hopefully.." she smiled, glancing up at Torin and wondering if he knew the exact same thing was happening between them. "You think?" she looked up at him hopefully. Maybe there was a chance!

"Oh, but Torin, you really are." Peyton smiled amusedly "You got it 'cause the professors obviously feel that you're right for the job." she took the badge happily and looked at it closely. Running her fingers over the badge and eyeing it interestedly, she didn't notice the others coming into the common room.

Ha, her name! Peyton looked up at the person who'd spoken and smiled "Hi Brody.." she handed back Torin's badge and then looked into the fire to avoid watching Brody lean against Torin.

Yay the owler, I don't know what it is but it sounds like owls, maybe its because um so sleepy did you know this room it red?" she asked. It was completely obvious that she was sleep and she was dozing of then suddenly she heard a tap on the window and she smiled. "Esme lookie..." she said pointing to the window. Nunually was always in bed before she turned like this, she could never stay up late, that was because she was an early bird...

Emalyn sprung herself from the sofa and left the common room, hoping to have an adventure. No more dozing off for her, no sir! She would try to start by exploring the grounds a little...maybe...

He smiled back at Peyton and watched as she looked at his badge. "I definitely think so." She just needed to stop feeling glum about it and go out looking for someone. "Is there anyone you are interested in? 'cause I'd say to go out and get him. But that's just me." Hopefully this wasn't bad advice?

"I wouldn't say that I'm the right person for the job necessarily. But thanks." She was so nice to him. He really appreciated it. A lot. He took the badge from her and put it back on.

And then Brody leaned against him and he sorta forgot what he had been thinking about for a moment. But it had only been a friendly gesture. It hadn't meant anything, and he had to remember that.

"I'm better now that you are here. With Coco." He had to add that last bit because he didn't want her to think that he had missed her since he had seen her last. No, he was just glad she was here with her cat. That was all.

Miranda came in, stretching her arms and yawning big, into the commonroom. Smacking her lips together (what for? hehe) she paused by the door and noticed people had already congegrated there to talk whatever nonsense kids talked about. The Quidditch tryouts signups were well underway and Miranda couldn't be more happier that so many people had already signed up! Woot, woot!

She did notice a girl...a firstie maybe...sitting alone by the fire. So...Miranda decided to join her! Hehe! She walked over to her sitting on the sofa. "Hi there!" She smiled at the girl. "What you up to?" Hmmm, was she drawing?

Miranda looked up, seeing someone almost rushing away and noticed it was Emalyn! Oh, where was she gooooooing? "Emalyn!" Miranda called out to her, hoping she had heard. Aw, it would've been nice to talk to her. Had she signed up for tryouts? Yes, yes I think so.

Jung walked in to the surprise everything seem slightly similar to the year before he sighed in relief happily that he won't be lost to badly Jung didn't have the best memory in things he usually got mixed up in the wonderment in Hogwart's Jung got slightly dizzy so he sat down and tried to catch himself...

Avery's heart hurt for her friend, but she didn't think there was anything left she could say to help Cadence. "So...." Avery trailed off she was hoping to change the subject. "Are classes hard?" She thought maybe if she started asking about school Cadence would forget about Tyler and remember that her friends were more important.

Wish I knew more people. Jenny thought. "Hi!" She said, unafraid and proud, to nothing. She was basically practicing her speaking.

Ziva stretched as she walked through the common room, she realized that she didn't have many friends from her own house, besides her family. An odd look was on her face as she thought about this and other things as she took a seat on one of the overstuffed chairs. Pulling her legs up to her chest, she rested her head on her knees watching her surroundings intently.

Ziva noticed a first year looking a little out of place, she got up and moved over towards her. "Hello there, my name's Ziva." she said with a welcoming smile.

Nunually was tired she stood up to stretch but her legs decided they wanted to remain asleep so as soon as she lifted herself up, her legs gave out and she fell. "Owie..." she mumbled and didn't really want to move. She was wet, and tired, but yet she was extremely happy today. She had made so many friends.

"Hi." Emily said kindly as someone joined her. "Drawing." She said, and flipped over her notebook so she could see. "Im not a good drawer at all, Im mostly good at stick figures, but it's still fun to try." said Emily, grinning widely. The flames she had drawn didnt look much like anything at first, but if you looked at it closely, it sort of looked like a fat penguin doing jumping jacks.

Turning her head around, Emily noticed what looked like a first year. Smiling wide, Emily jumped out of her seat and walked over to her. "Hi, Im Emily!" she beamed, looking up at her. Which seemed to happen a lot.

"Hello, Ziva. I'm Jenny." Jenny said. "How're you?" She said once more.

"Hi, Emily! I'm Jenny." She said merrily. She was so glad to have friends who had the same..as her muggle dad said, 'specialty'.

"I'm happy to be back." Ziva said with a happy face, though she was starting to miss Asher something terrible.

Ziva smiled as another student approached them. "I'm Ziva." she told the other girl. "Are you two first years?" she asked.

"Are you a first year?" Emily asked as she started to calm down a bit.

"I'm happy to be here!" She said, smiling. "Yeah, I'm a first year.."

"Yes..are you?" Jenny asked.

Drawing! Oh, how many talented Badgers they had! "Oooh," Miranda smiled and nodded as she was shown the artsy painting. "That's really cool." She squinted a little at it, not really knowing what it was, but still it was cool. "Oh, I can't really draw either...but you're right, it is fun to try!" She laughed a little and then took a deep breath. "Soooo....have you signed up for Quidditch yet?" Teheee!

Her head turend to a loud thump and was instantly on her feet as she noticed a girl had flopped down on the floor like a sack of PO-TA-TOES. "Hey, are you okay?" Getting closer to her, Miranda noticed it was the girl she had spoken with at the Start of Term Feast. "Nunually! Here, let me help you get up." And so she reached out both hands, bent her knees to help her stand again. Or atleast get her to sit on the couch. Hehe.

"Maybe you should get to bed." said Esmerelda, "We can send the letter letter if you want." She yawned, she too felt very tired.

Willow had just walked into the Huffie Common Room when she saw a young teen boy falling into a chair, or at least that's what it'd looked like from the doorway. Rushing over to him, she stopped abruptly. "Excuse me?" Willow inquired, with great concern in her voice, "But are you okay?"

She turned to the girl who helped Nunually on to the couch. "Thanks." she said, extending her hand towards the girl, "My name is Esmerelda."
