| | |  Hufflepuff Common Room
After your journey through a door to the right of the main staircase in the Entrance Hall and down a staircase there, you find yourself standing before a still life painting. Upon giving the correct password, you are allowed access to a warm, welcoming underground room, decorated in the Hufflepuff house colours. Gathered around the large fireplace are several oversized and overfilled plump sofas, which resemble fluffy clouds, and a variety of comfortable armchairs scattered around for you to rest your weary bodies in.
A long table sits in the brightest part of the room (torches are lit all day long) for the students who would rather do their homework in here than in their dormitories or the library.
Portraits of past well-known Hufflepuffs hang on one wall, among them are Cedric Diggory and Nymphadora Tonks, who died in the dark days of You-Know-Who's power, as well as the Fat Friar. Remember and honour them as you walk to or from your dormitories.
Two perfectly round, barrel top doors are positioned on opposing sides of the common room. They both open to reveal underground tunnels which will lead you to your common rooms; boys on the right, girls on the left. | |

"Anyways Varnish!Girl; i have to go. See y'around yeah?" Blowing air kisses to her, she skipped off back to her dorm.

And the hug was real too.He had spurned her handshake for being....lame? And given her A HUG! Poor Wesley looked like she was about to be on the recieving end of one as well, as he turned in Sarah's lap and put his arms out to her, with a hello.
Dear Merlin.What have I done to deserve this? Feeling the Prefect beneath him fall back slightly and then catch her balance, Aaron wondered for a split second if he did the right thing. She seemed to surprise, yet she had sort of given him permission. But now she seemed to be taking back that permission and perhaps even wishing she was elsewhere.
Cue lip wibble.
"I... I sorry." Aaron sniffled, eyes watery. He didn't want to scare his prefect. He didn't want to make her think bad things of him. He was a good child. A good kid. Not weird. He was just ... missing love and attention. "I.. didn't mean to startle you." Sniff. Quote:

But he was so tiny! And, and as scary as he was, Wesley had this vivid picture of the boy crying. Lip trembling at the very thought, she reached for a pink Zinnia and said,"H-here." Taking one of Aaron's outstretched hands in her own, Wesley formed a cup and placed the flower gently in his palm. "This is J-jean-Claude. You can k-keep him, if you p-promise to take really, really, r-really, really good care of him, O-OK?"
Letting go, she tilted her head, giving a small, wobbly smile. Shifting his teary eyed gaze from the Prefect Sarah to the other, slightly younger girl, he frowned at her reaction to his hands held out. She ... Didn't want to hug him! He wasn't going to hurt her, but he just ... wanted to share the love! He wanted to give her a hug and make her feel appreciated. He didn't want to leave her out, just cause he wasn't like sitting on HER lap. But she couldn't, because, of ... possibility of crushing flowers? He wasn't that big. Or heavy.
Sniffles.
And then, before he could say or do anything else, she took his outstretched hands and placed a flower into his palm. AWW!!!!!!!! She ... gave him a pink flower!!! "I..." Excitement was overwhelming in Aaron's tiny brain. "Aww. I, love it. Jean Claude, aww. Thanks you!!! I promise, I promise, Wesley Reagan!" Sniff. "I should... go and put it in some water," he nodded, at both Wesley and Sarah. Quote:

I need to go find some water and a vase for this flower." The eleven year old shrugged, glancing backward to look at Sarah. He was nearly positive she wouldn't mind seeing him go.

Just when she thought her new friend couldn't get any cooler, she did. They wanted to go swiming! She couldn't believe it, with her other friends she was always the one to suggest outdoor activites, but with Georgie it was like they were thinking the same thing."That sounds awesome! I love to swim!" Completly forgeting it was October and she wasn't in the South anymore, but it bothered her not. So long as it was bearable she would swim.
