"No!" she called back, grinning. "But maybe you want to join us." She turned around, smirking to herself. Whatever you thought about the Gryffindors, their bravery and courage meant they were training their muscles, not their brains. If Brant wanted to take her raised up at, as it were, face value, she was not about to rob him of that interpretation. And she'd just got her feet all warm, the toes curling into the fluffy sleeping bag, she was not about to wander over the cold stones again.

Oh, and Dylan appeared to be barefoot too. Kiri liked that. Over the years, her aunt had given her any number of slippers with bunnies, dogs, and a variety of other domesticated animals on them because, according to her, walking around on bare feet was "uncivilised and rude", but Kiri liked the feeling of the naked soles on the ground.

Anyone else who did too - thumbs up.

"Wouldn't say no to a Chocolate Frog, definitely," she told him, nodding. As he went to get one for her, she examined his pillow. It was fairly... unique. Kiri had never seen something like it before. It had to be something the Muggles liked; it showed some sort of, what was the word, ro-bo-tick looking thing. "Whassat?" she asked, pointing at it.

"Oh, Gryffindor won" he said , and he didn't mention details for the Slytherin Captain was near. "It was a really great match" he said. he looked strangely at the Nate and asked "Why are these girls insane? what happend to you?" he asked for he was really curious.


"Hey Chris take a seat, How you doing." he said while checking out his jammies. "Super tired eh, They picked a good night to do this storytelling thing eh" he Laughed. while laying back crossing his hand behind his head and looking up at the enchanted sky.

Cadence continued eating her s'more as Ziva talked. She nodded encouragingly, trying to not get sticky, melted marshmallow all over herself. "And? What did he say?" she asked curiously. Did they break up? Did he promise they wouldn't? AHHH! Having someone to have girl talk with was the best!

Legend was having fun. He was just sitting and relaxing, cooking a hot dog because he was seriously hungry and didn't wanna get food poisoning. But THEN the exact moment he had chosen to look up to see if any of his friends had come he saw Jack. Looking at him funny. LOOKING at HIM FUNNNY! How dare he. Legend didn't care if he had caught 2 snitchs or 17! He wasn't allowed to look at him funny.

"Do you have a problem Fritzera?" The third year asked standing up with the hot dog still in his hand. Of couurse he would try to start problems with someone who was so much older and taller than him. It was in his nature.

Seeing that the first two of the marshmallows she planned to eat were now good and roasted, Gabriella moved her roasting fork away from the fire and peeled off the ooey, gooey white goodness. She popped one in her mouth and gave the other to Burrito, who got all icky and sticky trying to eat it. She giggled at the little Chihuahua then tried to clean him up a bit.

Hearing her name, Gabriella glanced up to see a boy who was obviously a member of Gryffindor house. He was dressed head to toe in red and gold attire. "Oh, hello there! Congrats to your house, by the way, for winning today's game!" she said. She didn't know if the boy played or not, but he was still a Gryffindor, nonetheless. "...and yes, things quitened down just in time for me to get down here and join in on the fun!"

Her eyes flickered to Jack Fritzera when she heard the Head Boy call her name. "Mr. Fritzera! I heard it was you who caught that snitch in today's game, hmm? Congratulations to you and your team," she greeted, popping another marshmallow into her mouth. Gabriella hadn't been able to actually attend the match due to being so busy in the Hospital Wing, but she'd still heard bits and pieces of what happened. "I am having fun, yes. It's nice to be able to hang out and just get to know everyone."

Brant noticed that Jack and Chris were both talking to the healer Ashford. and shes has always been nice to him and his players (when ever he sent his injured players to see her). "Ahhh, Healer Ashford very nice to meet you finally. Great to see you here. Im Brant DeVaice, I believe that you have received a couple of my owls but haven't met me yet. Thank you so much for taking care of my team, I appreaciate it."

Jack shook his head. "Noooo, no problems here!" he assured him. Just a few more months of being nice to him, that was all he needed to remind himself...then he'd be GONE. Hehe. He couldn't wait till graduation!

"Good job during the first session, by the way," he added with a small smile. Strangely enough, he was actually being sincere there. Even though Legend seemed like someone had forced him to play Quidditch, he was pretty good. He should learn to just have fun with it!

Eh, fashionably late was better than not showing up at all, which Constantine had seriously been debating all day long. A sleepover inside the school? Sofftt. Yes, it was cold outside, but that was only a small factor. Smallll.

With Roma faithfully walking at his heels, he neared the fireplace where he was supposed to be helping Ellie. He had gotten her all the wood she required, but he didn't realize that he had to baby sit too.

He walked over to where Ellie was. "Uh, I'm glad to see you went ahead without me," he coughed, hands deep in his pockets while Roma gave the itty bitty doggy quite the stare.

Oh no. Was she calling Brant over here. Dylan didn't really want to sit with a Gryffindor right now. Unless it was his girlfriend. Oh this was the perfect chance to curl up and nap with her. Hmmm he'd have to think about that one.

Ooo Kiri wanted a frog. He delve into his sleeping bag head first. "Whats what?" he called, finding his way back out. He had brought a few frogs with him. Save him going back under. He noticed her pointing at his pillow. "That would be Iron Man. He is a Muggle Superhero. I have started reading his comic books. I enjoy them alot. My parents got me this for my birthday. They sent me a whole load of Marvel stuff. Including my pyjama bottoms."

Yep he had gotten a hamper full. It may have been because they sent it like a week later than his actual birthday. They were saying sorry. Not that he minded. "Here you go," he said, chucking over a frog.

Ziva looked into the fire as she finished chewing and swallowing her bite of s'more. She took a breath of air before continuing. "Well, I asked him about what he wanted to do after graduation. He told me he wanted to work at the ministry, something with potions." Ziva told her as she rotated her body so she was facing Cadence completely, as not to strain her neck.

"Then I asked what would happen to us after graduation. He told me that we'd keep in touch. Letters and he'd see me every chance he got." Ziva smiled, and she hadn't even got to the best part yet.

"Oh. It was an expression. They just are chatting it up over there." he said chuckling and looking over his shoulder. "See the one with shortish brown hair? That's my girlfriend, Cadence. The other one is her friend Ziva." Nate smiled at the guy sitting down. "I'm Nate." he said with a friendly smile. He stuck out his hand for a handshake.

Cadence giggled happily as Ziva told her the store. "Ziva! That's sooooo great! He must really, really love you! I'm glad he wants to keep in touch with you!" Cadence looked over her shoulder at Nate having his boy talk. She was so lucky to be Nate's. She felt like she was the luckiest girl in the whole entire world. Nothing was going to rain on her parade.

Attired in her pink frog pajamas, unruly curls left down as usual, the small girl was rather excited about the school's slumber party. After collecting the things she would need and making sure Waterfall was fed and had water in his dish (because she was not bringing her frog where he could be mistaken for food or end up being roasted.) the Hufflepuff had exited the Third years dorm, then the Common Room all together.

The first thing she did was set up her sleeping bag and leave her backpack along with it, although she hadn't really needed to bring it for anything more than a place for Nova to hide in, and then ventured over toward the group sitting around the fireplace. Katie kept Nova craddled close in one arm against her chest, a finger looped through the bunny's harness. She quickly went around those she needed to bypass to reach Legend, Jack, the school Nurse and Groundskeeper. "Heya Leg, Jack, Healer Ashford, Mister Masterson and everyone else I dunno the names of!" The girl greeted with enthusiasm, smiling warmly she waved her free hand 'hello'.

Ziva smiled even more. "I know." she agreed. "You think that the end of the story?" she asked with a laugh. She took a bite of her s'more, wondering where Pierre was at, wondering if he was even up here at the Great Hall or down in the Slytherin common room still.

Chris sat beside Brant and then spoke, "Oh Im doing good, still so happy that we won!" he smiled happily he could just sing, or he just might! "but yeah they did, I heard Professor Lupa was good at it from some Slytherins, Im glad we all get to hear her tonight." he nodded.

Chris chuckled a little at the little dog the Healer had with her and put his fingers out for it to smell. "He is so cute Ms. Ashford. What's his name?" Chris loved animals. "I have a pet kneazle named Owen." he smiled at the women as she answered his questions.

"Oh I forgot we really haven't met. Im Chris Potter, sixth year, Gryffindor Prefect." he said almost forgetting that he had his badge in his pajama pants pocket. He took it out and pinned it to his t-shirt. "Well I'm glad you could get out of there and into the fun with all of us." he nodded as he ate the gooey marshmellow.

He beamed when she congradulated gryffindor for their win today. "Oh thanks! I play you know? I am a beater." he said happily.

He then noticed that Jack too was talking to Healer Ashford. "Hello Jack! Again nice catch out there earlier!" he patted his friend on the shoulder.

Chris then looked up as the Groundskeeper joined the little group by the fire. "Oh hello Mr. Masterson! Come to join the fun and listen to Professor Lupa's story?" he asked grabbing a bag of marshmellow and a stick, "Want some?" he offered them to the man.

"That's not the end?!" Cadence asked, sitting up on her knees, now positively radiating excitement. She grabbed Ziva's hand and shook them up and down a little. "Tell me! Tell me! Tell me!" she said, giggling an extremely girly giggle.

Ziva laughed her booming laugh. "Hey there!" she exclaimed, "Watch out for the s'more, I'm not done with that." Ziva told her protecting the s'more.

She rolled her eyes slightly, "We kissed." she said hurriedly with a blush appearing on her face. She hoped that no one noticed besides Cadence.

Taking a bite of his cooked hotdog (well he hoped it was cooked) the third years eyes never left the older boy's. He was sooo lying. Tilting his head to the side he notice something!!! "You....have a really weird shaped head." HAHA like Mutant shaped head.

WHAAT? Compliment from Jack? It was a trick of course. "Thanks. I know I played really well. You could have done better though."

Legend head whipped around as he heard Katie's voice. Wait....did she just...greet everyone? This was...weird.

He was scared. Katie was noooot acting like Katie. She didn't say hi to people she didn't know!! Was something bad about to happen? Like the end of the world?

"Hii Cub." He said slowly, taking another bite of the hot dog. Ah! Mr.Masterson was here! If Katie started exploding he would just hide behind him. He was strong right? Plus if Masterson got injured that was alright, Ms. Ashford could heal him.

"EEEE!" Cadence squealed quietly, squeezing Ziva's hands. She scooted closer to her, whispering now. "How was it? Was it magical? Were there fireworks and butterflies and all that great stuff?" she asked, her mouth moving a mile a minute.

It seemed that the fireplace was definitely the place to be if one wanted to officially be introduced to lots of unfamiliar faces. At least, Gabriella was meeting up with quite a few people she'd never chatted to before. She glanced up and smiled as the Gryffindor Quidditch captain greeted her.

"It's nice to finally meet you, too, Mr. DeVaice! I hear a congratulations is in order, too," she said, remembering that his team had just won the Quidditch match. "I hear it was quite a close match today!" Feeling as if two marshmallows was enough for now, Gabriella placed her roasting fork to the side before turning back to Brant. "I was happy to help the team members you sent my way."

Upon seeing that she'd made the Gryffindor seeker blush in embarrassment, Gabriella laughed lightheartedly. "Well, congratulations on succeeding. Mr. Denver seems to have played quite as well from what I've heard," she remarked. "You know, I was on the Quidditch team back in my day. I was the keeper, though."

When he asked if Burrito was her dog, Gabriella nodded then reached down and scooped up the Chihuahua. "This is Burrito," she said, nodded towards the little pup. It seemed she had scooped up her dog just in time, as the groundskeeper was now entering with his rather large dog (especially compared to Burrito) accompanying him.

Ugh. What a friendly way to greet her. He didn't even offer a hello or a how are you. He'd just complained of the way the party had started without him. This was so typical of Constantine Masterson. Gabriella would eventually win him over, one way or the other.

"Actually, things were already underway when I arrived. I haven't been here long myself," she admitted. "Things got a bit busy in the Hospital Wing, so I had to clear it out first." She spared a small smile for him before passing him a roasting fork. It was a small offer to try and break the ice between them.

Gabriella smiled and waved when a young Hufflepuff girl approached the crowd. She seemed quite cheerful and full of life---just the kind of person Gabriella liked to have around! "Hello, dear. I don't we've been introduced yet. You know my name, but...what's yours?" she replied. Gabriella had worked at Hogwarts for five months now, and she was slowly getting around to learning most of the students by name. There were still some she had to be introduced to, though.

Gabriella smiled when the boy asked her about Burrito. She ran her fingers down the Chihuahua's back then glanced back up at Chris. "This is Burrito," she answered. "Kneazles are nice pets, too, but I've just got Burrito and my snowy white owl, The First Noel. I call her Noel, though."

"Oh, yes...Chris! Now that you mention it, I have heard your name around the school. It's not often the name of a prefect escapes school-related conversation," she remarked. She remembered hearing the names of the prefects fairly early on in the school year. Not only was he a prefect, though, he apparently played on the house Quidditch team. "Oh, yeah? Congrats on the win, then!"

Ziva blushed deeper, and looked around to see a few people looking at them. "Well, I always have butterflies when I'm with him. But they flew a lot faster. It was great, though it lasted only a couple of seconds." Ziva told her, still with a crazy fools smile on her face.

Cadence giggled for a few seconds after Ziva stopped explaining. "Ahh! Zi! That's so great! I remember my first kiss with Nate. It was... so... magical. It was great. I'm glad yours was, too!" After a few minutes of smiley silence, she said, "What do you think Asher will say?" and she laughed out loud as she imagined the look on Asher's face when he found out.

Katie could have cringed upon noticing the thing Legend held in his hand, and almost did when he took a bite of it. Ewww! "I'm not a Cub!" She said all huffily, refusing to look at him while he ate that.. THING. "Don't talk with your mouth full either, it's rude." She warned him, being the proper little girl she was. Katie cuddled Nova closer, dark brown orbs traveling from one dog to the next; both belonged to school staff.
Katie redirected her attention onto the school nurse as she spoke, pointing out that they hadn't formally met before. That was true, and mostily because she did a wonderful job of avoiding injuries for the sake of not ending up in the Hospital Wing around anyone or anything that may or may not be bleeding. "Kaitlynnh Mae," she answered, her tone becoming one of a polite, sweet young girl (the opposite of how she usually spoke to Legend) as she fidgeting just a little bit with the hem of her sleeve that fell over her hand. "You can call me Katie though, lots of people do."

Oliver was busy sitting by the fire on top of his sleeping bag, tucking into his pizza and not really taking any notice of anyone else. His mind kept wandering to the Quidditch match of earlier and how he really wasn't Seeker material. He didn't know what Kiri was thinking putting him there for the first half. He wasn't good at working alone. He needed to be with the team.. er.. beating or chasing stuff.

His gaze was drawn to someone with a very familiar voice yelling excitedly about chocolate. Miranda. Of course. Wearing a very cool t-shirt. He smirked as she headed his way with a boat load of food. “Hey Jabberwocky.” He greeted her aptly. “Park your bum down.” He gestured next to him. “This is different, innit?” Yep. VERY different.

Constantine looked around as he heard his name called. "Oh, hello," he responded, trying to give the best smile he had, but it failed. Tonight was going to be a long night.
