Sidney can't take her eyes off the gargoyle entrance. Why do I feel like cannon fodder right now. I wish I had just keep my mouth shut. Now Professor Lawson is going to hate me too. I wish I knew what I was doing to get on everyone bad side. I could bottle it and make a fortune. Sidney jumps when she hears an unfamiliar voice calling her name. She turns around to see a Slytherin at the door way. "I don't lecture people. Who are you? Don't you know you shouldn't be talking to me. I'm dangerous."

Smirking a her Lukus walked into the room staring at her as she answered him he chuckled slightly "Names Lukus, and i very much doubt you any more dangerous than a flobberworm." he said as grin grew over his face.
"what you doing in here in anyway, not in trouble are we" he questioned

"Hello Lukus. Yes I probably am in trouble with someone. For what, I don't know. Since I seem to be on the Headmaster's hit list, it might not be such a good idea to be seen talking to me." Sidney tries to calm down. The last thing she wants to do is start crying.

Grinning at her he stepped closer.
"Look, I've been in this castle for a long time now, And trust me i've had my fair share of trouble And yeah us being Slytherins we get branded as being the ones who cause all the trouble.Which i don't thinks very fair, because trust me I've seen some Ravenclaws put up a good fight" He said which a cheery smile.

Lukus sat down on one of the chair in the old dark room. and looked at her again, She seemed upset still.

Lukus pulled his wand from behind his ear as he span in around near the floor. Two birds appeared tweeting to one another as they flew over to Sidney and sat on her shoulder.
"I've never been that great at animals but birds seem to be ok" he said rubbing his head.
"thoose two should cheer you up, i have to head off, Got charms in about and hour and i want some food first, I don't know why but charms lessons always make me hungry....hmmm anyway stay out of trouble. And trust me I'll find out if you dont " he said as he walked to the door

The birds make Sideny think of home for a moment. Not her home in Romania, but her real home in Wellington. She wishes she had never left New Zealand for Romania and this god forsaken place. Sidney giggles as she listens to the birds sing. "Don't go please.... I think I may have some chocoballs and ice mice in my bag. You can have them all if you'll just stay." Sidney picks up her bag and feverishly looks for them. All the while remembering what her father had said about Slytherins. Don't be upset if the Slytherins ignore you or are even mean to you. They are just Slytherins, and they only like their own house mates. So far the nicest students she had met here at Hogwarts have been Slytherins.

Nymphy walked up the the headmasters office and sat on the benches outside it. He had been directed here.

Alexa ran past the Headmaster's seating area, giggling quietly... Running as fast as she could all there was to see was blonde hair and robes.

Wow, what ever the head master was doing was taking along time. or maybe he wasn't even there atthe moment. Nymphy still waited. He had been instructed to go there and was resolute to wait.

The Headmaster strolled into his seating area and smiled broadly at the students sitting there. "What are you lot doing here instead of enjoying the slumber party? I'll tell you what... someone is in my office at the moment, but if you'll wait just a bit longer, I'll be back down in a moment."

And he hurried up the stairs to see who was waiting in his office.

What's going on with the Headmaster? What does he mean what am I doing here? Doesn't he remember I came with Professor Lawson? I wonder what has happen to him. I thought he was talking with Headmaster Tate.

Nymphy was about to say "I was sent here to see you...." but never got the chance. He had partially got up, but now sat back down, to wait once more.

Stepping off the circular stairwell, Marcus strode through the seating area, "Sidney come with me, now" he said without breaking stride as he headed down the corridor. The girl was just going to have to keep up with him because he wasn't stopping until he got outside.

Once again the door opened, but it was not his headmaster to greet him in. It was his Muggle Studies Professor. "Hello sir" he said, sitting back down to wait some more.

Sidney doesn't know what's going on. What had Headmaster Tate told him? "Professor, I-i-i-i. Sidney leaves her bag by the chair and runs after Professor Lawson.

This was a odd situation. Nymphy felt that maybe this wasn't the best time, but then again he had been sent here. So he decided to wait. Wait til what, he did not know. But he was sure that when it happened, he would know.

The Headmaster opened the door and came out to sit on one of the poofy sofas. "Now... who's first?"

Yes, he'd kept them waiting a while, but now he was here.

Nymphy stood up and poilty said, "Me sir." He was never nervous around higher authority, but the headmaster gave him chills. He seemed to radiate power and ciress (<-----spelled wrong). "I was sent here by the sub in Arithmancy." he said, then relizing how it sounded. "Nothing bad" he amended. "I asked him a question and he told me to take it up with you" he finished.

"Ah," Tate nodded. Crispy had sent someone his way, which made some sense as the man wasn't really in a position to speak to the students about the term. "And what was the question?"

"I was wondering where my head of House was. She usually teaches Arithmancy, I had talked to her about it earlier. I asked him if was the new professor and if it were a perment substition. Then he said that he coudn't answer that and told me to come here. So, what is going on?" he asked.

Jake left. Jenny was sad. Her chances - her friendships - ohhh no..

"You're a first year, so you may not be aware of this, but your Head of House has some serious health issues that she is handling at the moment, and has been handling for years now. I cannot say whether she will return or not, simply because I do not know. Your acting Head is your house mod. Please take any house-related concerns to them," he smiled briefly.

Erm ... no house relations ... just kinda a, 'Hi how are you?' thing. And she was sad. And she was cold. AND she wanted to know things. Jenny did not know what to say.

"Thank you sir. I did not realize" he said. "I will send her a get well card immedialy!" he said to himself more than to his headmaster. "Good day!" he finished, starting to leave.

"That's the spirit," Tate smiled broadly. "You let her know we miss her and insist that she get better and come back to us immediately."

His head spun, and whether it was from the lack of oxygen or from the bile that he had to constantly swallow back down his esophagus, Sabel didn't know. All he knew was he had to find the Headmaster. Images of Alexa's condition flashed through his vision every now and then, obscuring it, making it difficult to find proper footing. He couldn't describe the relief he felt when he saw the stone gargoyles and, thank Merlin, Headmaster Tate in the waiting room.

"Headmaster!" He didn't slow down until he was feet away, and then it was only to come to a skidding, unsteady stop in front of the man, gasping for air, his vision blurred by sweat? Tears? Naseau? He couldn't tell anymore.

"Headmaster...we...Professor Kapoor...Alexa's been seriously injured sir." Simple. He had to keep it simple.
