Finding nothing but silence in the peasants (though some were still talking, but to one another, completely oblivious to the girls' presence), Enid's jaw dropped and her brows furrowed disapprovingly. "Why, this is most shameful behaviour, peasants!" she scolded them, "Is this how thou treat royalty, is this how thou treat those above thyselves? Shame! O, just thee wait 'til the king hears of this! Thou will be farming dragons instead of cows!" she continued, quite upset by the lack of respect the peasants were showing.

Enid was now back to scanning the room, until she caught sight of the kitten on Sabel's lap. She gasped at this and rushed over to the boy, dragging Alexa along with her. "Lady Alexa, Lady Alexa! I present to thee... our most gracious ruler, the king of Hog-warts," she said, referring to the black kitten on the boy's lap, and giving a formal curtsy to it with the most polite of smiles on her young face.

Hmmm. It was weird that they still hadn't seen their others. "I haven't even seen Mina sice the train. I can't wait until I see her play.. she's probably a pro by now," Ella said with a small smile.

Brant just started to open his mouth when two younger girls ran over and started speaking old english, what where they playing at. "Erm, Ladies. What do you think your doing.?. and what are you looking for." it deffently looked like they were looking for something or someone. Brant managed to spit out to the other boys in a whisper "Are these lot of girls crazy this year or wha?" he said sniggering. "And her name is Miranda" he had to add that in.

Patroclus walked into the Circular Common Room of Gryffindor,having left in the middle of the last school year to travel to Peru with his family for his father's work, it felt weird to return to a place that had so breifly been his home.
Instilled with a mixture of fear and excitement; fear of having no friends and excitement at once again being able to extend his magical abilities, Patroclus walked across the commonroom, looking for any familiar faces from last year.

Brant Also noticed someone that he thought he saw last year, but he wasn't sure, so Brant being a guy quickly yelled out the boys name "Patroclus" and he coughed and then turned away, but keeping his eyes over there to see if it was him.

Enid turned away from the cat she believed to be the king and to Brant as he addressed her and Alexa, asking what they were doing and what they were looking for. Her eyes widened. How could he speak so casually before the king! "Peasant, where art thy manners!?" she gasped. "Doest thee not see the king?" she asked, gesturing toward the cat on Sibel's lap. She gave the cat another curtsy before turning away from it and to Brant. "Doest thou knowest where the knights' horses are kept, good peasant?" she asked him.

Heaing his named being called, Patroclus whipped around, to find the source. Scanning to room, he saw no one looking at him, thinking he must have just been hearing things he moved off towards the staircases, feeling a twang of loneliness.

Chris looked up with a start when someone addressed him as sir. He hadn't gotten that before. He blinked up at the boy because all the food at the feast had made the sixth year a little bit sleepy.

He smiled at the boy and shook his hand. "Nice to meet you Rex." he then looked down at the shiney badge on his chest. "You noticed correctly, I am indeed a Prefect. A Prefect is sort of a person to help make sure people stay out of trouble and help out students when they are needed. There are two from every house and then there are a Head Boy and girl from one of the Houses, so this term Ravenclaw and us Gryffindors are fortunate to have a combination of two Prefects and a Head Boy/Girl." he nodded as he explained the little system to the boy.

"So Rex you said you were from Texas? That's in the U.S, right?" he asked making sure. He had been tot he US a few years back, but didnt get to see much of it.

As Natalie looked around the room, she thought she spotted Ella, a second year she'd met in Diagon Alley. She bit her lip, debating whether or not she should approach her. She was involved in a conversation with another student.
Well, I'd rather make a fool out of myself that way than stand here by myself looking like one, Natalie thought. Without another thought, she walked across the room.
She touched Ella on the shoulder. "Ella? Is that you?"

Brant walked up to Chirs! "Hey Man, don't forget about those quidditch Captians" he started to laugh while pushing out his chest that had his badge on it.

Chris looked up and saw the Gryffindor Quidditch Captain approach his chair. He stood up and gave the guy a quick pat on the shoulder and a huge smile. "Ahh, Brant, how could I forget you rascally Quiddtich Captains? I'm trying out for the team again this year, you think you can handle me and these amazing Gryffindors?" he laughed, offering him the chair on the other side of his.

Brant took the seat next to Chris and said "I was happy that you signed up, a good turn out so far, Im going to wait untill i get alittle more people and then i'll set up the try outs. So what are you trying out for. Forgive me I didn't read everything through on the try out sheet?" he said while putting up his feet.

With their rather speedy and overbearing approach, Sabel had to force himself not to back away and mould into the floor. Putting a hand on Merlin's back to keep him from falling off his lap, he gaped at the two girls for a moment before clamping his mouth shut. He still couldn't believe that they believed him. Maybe the Head Boy was right; his eyes flicked over to him. Maybe there was something not so right with them.

Merlin on the other hand, seemed to find the girls rather entertaining, his ears perking up and forward as his tail swished this way and that. Sabel had to admit, the way he was lying he did present the air of one expecting to be treated like royalty; but then again all cats did. Yellow eyes followed the sway of Enid's hair as she curtsied to him and Sabel could only imagine it that it looked like yarn waiting to be played with.

Being careful to keep a hold on Merlin so he wouldn't fall off his lap, or attack the girl's hair, Sabel leaned over a little to whisper to Brant. "Sounds like a nice girl." He eyed the two in front of him. "They were looking for the King of Hog-warts earlier...and...a bit of a story but I told them he was my cat." Guestures to Merlin vaugely. "They apparently took it to heart." He shook his head a little, smiling as he pulled back. "I do hope this Miranda holds sanity in high regards."

Putting a hand over his mouth, Sabel bit back his laughter as Enid's attention was turned on Brant. Of all people, he seemed to be getting the most adventure today; first sick, now hounded by two Ladies of the court for the location of horses. He smirked behind his hand as he glanced at Brant; he hadn't meant to bring the boy into it, but then again, he didn't think there was anyone who wouldn't be caught in their wake. But he should at least give Brant some credit. Lowering his hand he gestured to Brant. "This my Ladies, be not a peasant, but a Lord of thy house and favoured subject of thy King."

Enid turned to Sabel as he spoke, informing her and Alexa that Brant was not a commoner, but rather a lord of the house and a favoured subject of the king. The young girl's jaw dropped at this and her cheeks turned pink with embarrassment - oh my goodness! And all this time she had been scolding the poor boy as if he was nothing more than just another peasant! Enid bowed her head to Brant. "O, please forgive that most shameful mistake, Lord!" said the girl, looking at him with most embarrassed and apologetic green eyes. "It is a bit difficult for aye, see, to tell the royals apart from the peasants - the garments are the same on everyone!" she explained herself. "Thank thee, kind servant, for clearing that up," she added, turning to Sabel and giving him a grateful nod of her head.

They were unique, that was for sure. And he had to admit, he liked the quirky personality of Enid and Alexa, but things did seem a little strange. He glanced over at the Head Boy, Jack, and remembered his concern over the two girls. Fun time's up he supposed, plucking Merlin from his lap and uncerimonously drapping him around his neck. "My Ladies, do not have fear. Lord Brant is a benevolent soul and hast the heart to overlook. As thee has proclaimed, all thee gathered here appear as peasants."

He gave her a gentle smile as Merlin curled around his neck and closed his eyes in contentment. "However, if thee would be so kind as to follow, there is a man who hast request thy presence." He motioned her to follow and headed over to Jack. May as well lend him a hand with these two.

Ah! The Common Room. Legend jumped up the steps two at a time. He had been waiting until he could come back in. Looking around the blonde was about to dash up to the boys dorm when he noticed, quite a big group. And of course Jack had to be there. How Perfect.

"Uh, Excuse me." Haha. No. "What's going on here?" He asked as he walked over. There were two girls speaking weird and a weird talking guy and more dudes.

And Jack.

Not good at all.

Lady Alexa looked on as things unfolded... a cat was the king, eh... sounded kind of shifty to her. Narrowing her eyes at the boy that said they needed to follow him she said, "And just where doth thou intend to take us? I have already been lost once this eve because my maid did not guide me."

She was not sure if she should trust anyone else.. they all seemed to be making a joke out of the whole ordeal. It was no joke! Alexa really was starting to freak out.. internally that is. She was in a different universe and it was no joke at all.


Ahhh.. and now there was another peasant approaching them. She was tired of all of the peasants.. she just wanted to go see the King of Hogwarts and retire to her chambers.

Sighing, Sabel shifted Merlin's weight around his neck. Alexa didn't seem to be so enthrawled as Enid by...well by his joke for one. For two, she looked a little apprehensive. A quick glance to Jack and he considered his words a little more seriously. He vaugely wondered if by 'King of Hogwarts' they meant the Headmaster. A visible cringe came to his face. In that case he had just labelled Professor Tate as having the same personality and demeanour as his cat; probably not the best move.

Looking back to Alexa, and the other boy approaching him that he did not know yet, he let out another breath and inclined his head to Jack. "He was looking for you and wished to speak to you." A frown crossed his face. Maybe he should get one thing straight first. "Lady Alexa, forgive me but may I inquire...when you mention King of Hogwarts, do you mean the Headmaster?"

Evie walked through the portrait whole and saw the Gryffindor common room. It smelt nice and all the Gryffindors looked nice but it was a little crowded. After having a huge feast and wanting to get some sleep in before classes start Evie went straaight up to her bed smiling at a few people on her way past.

Lady Alexa frowned and wrinkled up her nose as she spoke, "When I say the King of Hogwarts I am of course referring to the ruler of this castle, who else might I be referring to, kind sir? Ooohh! The Royal Head Boy has been seeking me, yes let us go speak with him at once. He spoke of a seamstress to Lady Enid, I am most anxious to meet with this lady."

That was it. The last straw. He groaned, putting a hand to his face. Who else would it have been? Of course the King was Headmaster Tate, and of course he hadn't taken the time to reach that logical conclusion and as a result had unintentionally represented the Professor as his cat. He glanced at Merlin through his fingers. Luckily he hadn't been given the chance to explain the reasoning of why the King, or as he now knew the Headmaster, was in cat form, or it would have involved some conversation about sun-bathing.

Letting out a heavy breath he nodded, dropping his hand. "Of course you mean Headmaster Tate." Shaking his head he moved over to Jack, motioning Endil and Alexa over. "Hey...sorry to bother you, but you wanted to see these two, and it sounds like they had something to discuss with you."

Seeing Evie head up to her room, Sabel gave her a quick smile and wave. He was glad he saw her. As usual, she made him feel a little bit better about the current circumstances.

" Rex bows in front of Alexa. " How are you doing mi lady?" Rex asks Alexa.
" I enjoyed talkig to you mam" Rex told Alexa, kneeling in front of her. " May I bee excused mi lady?" Rex asks Alexa.

"Well sir, thanks for the explanation of a Prefect" Rex told Chris. " I do not want to get into trouble but I went to help make Gryffindor topes in the house cup and the Quidditch cup.sir " Rex said to Chris. " Yes sir, Texas is in America, the United States of America" Rex explained to Chris.

Tori giggled again, "Well that's kool and nice. What's it like where you're from, Texas?she asked him with obvious curiosity.

" I am glad that you liked my upbringing, mam" Rex told Tori. "Well, Texas is very interesting, mam" Rex said to Tori. " Well, Texas has wild football fans- I mean American football, not soccer, mam" Rex explained to Tori. He will give her morsels everytime they are in the common room.

"That sounds fun Rex. I love soccer. Do you like football? And what is that like?"she asked her curiosity spiking every minute, "Am I asking too many questions. I tend to get a little a head of myself."she added quickly, her ears turning a deep shade of pink.
