He blinked at Sabel wondering if he was experiencing the same madness as well. He did not look like troubled by anything but appearances did not tell everything all the time as Ryan mentioned before while explaining him how to understand girls...okay...now this was pointless since Sabel was not a girl and it had no relation to the topic. Maybe he should just stop thinking, yes, he should and Sabel was of great help for him when he asked another question. ''No, seriously i am okay.'' he uttered with a half smile ''There's no need to. Phew! At least there was some professor who did not regard him as a mischievous, naughty boy. Okay, sometimes maybe he could be like that but not to the extend of hurting anyone. He was a kid after all. ''I know professor'' he said looking up at her ''Professor Lawson said i might face the worse if i do not change my attitude. So i suppose i'm gonna work on it'' he was saying that but on the other hand there was a strong urge to make Marcus Lawson pay for his unfairness. ''Thanks, anyway...sir''

Chris listened in silence- his face showing no hint of what he was thinking nor any sign of emotion. His mind was whirling around as he listened to the story of the two men and her. If she had a record of leaving guys when this one returned- he would be quite content to just remain friends- no matter what else he was thinking. However, as he watched her curl up on the couch he smiled slightly. "But I'm guessing that you weren't thinking of either of them?" he asked her quietly. "Just think of them- I hate to see you tearing yourself up like this," he said, raising a hand as if he were swatting away all of her bad thoughts.
