"Yeah I guess we are," she said with a bit of sadness back in her voice. She continued to hang on to him right up until it was time to get off the thestral. The truth was she really didn't want to let go of him yet. She was so confused right now. Her heart was with Evan and she was missing him greatly yet she was really enjoying the time she was spending with Carter. Why did things have to get so complicated? |

Occasionally the two would stop admire the view in the air, looking down on the other students and futher into the forrest at the creatures running around. They were taking fast another lap around the paddock when she heard Lady Lawson. A small frown crossed her face, she was really enjoying herself and didn't want to stop. "A few more laps boy, then we'll land." She whispered to the thestral, and a few more laps they took. On the last lap he began to slow down and came closer to the ground until they touched but didn't stop, just cantered around some. And finally they came to a stop. Slowly sliding off the thestral, she removed her helmet and stroked the creature gently on what felt like his muzzle. "It was fun boy, but now I have to go. Maybe we'll get to ride together again someday." She kissed him on his muzzle and skipped over to the Lawsons, running her hand threw her hair to ride herself of helmet hair. "See ya latter Lawsons. Loved the lesson! So much better than flying a broom." Arya hugged them both then placed her helmet in the box before skipping back towards the castle. |

"Umm, sorry about that," she said as she stood there in his arms. She could tell her face was turning red as she felt it getting warm. Yeah, not the most graceful dismount. |

"I had a lot of fun up there, thanks for letting me fly with you." She was about to give him a hug...you know in a friendly sort of way...when she stopped. Thoughts of Evan came rushing back and she started feeling guilty again. Yep, her life was getting complicated for sure. |
Once all the students had landed their thestrals safely, Professor Lawson called for their attention again. "I hope you've all enjoyed today's lesson. Professor Lawson and I have decided that it is too beautiful a day to assign you homework." She smirked. "So once you've gathered your things, you're free to return to the castle. Class dismissed." |
No homework? Oh well, it really was too beautiful a day. Not to mention, she had exams to worry about. Gold stroked her thestral once more, then looked at her the Lawson. "Lovely lesson, professors," she said brightly. Now to head back to the castle. She didn't want to, though. The thestrals were a nice sight. Eerie, but lovely. |
Dylan smiled, and scrambled to his feet. "Thanks Professor. It was a....lesson," he frowned. It wasn't a good one. But it wasn't that bad. At least they weren't getting homework. |

Hearing the Professor hear that they all had to come in, Evelyn waited until the last moment until she whispered to the thestal to run back in. Jumping off, she stumbled slightly before heading towards Destiny and her stuff. Grabbing her bag, she took one more glance at the thestral and then turned to look at the Professor. Or, Professors. Should she say goodbye? Nah, a wave would be good enough. Waving slightly, she smirked at Professor Lawsguini as she walked by. Yup, he better still be here next year. She had plaaaaaans!!! "'Bye." she mumbled, before heading up to the castle. Well, a wave wasn't good enough she thought in the end. It was the last class after all. |

He looked up when he heard two magical words... No homework! Brilliant! He gathered his things. "Thanks Professors. That was a lot of fun." he said. |

No Homework? Professor's Lawson and Lawson were now her favorite professors. She grabbed her bag, "Have a great day Professors," she said as she left with Carter. |
Mina stood up, dusting herself off. She really had spaced off during the lesson, but did have fun watching everyone having fun flying. Maybe one day, she would get the chance again, but she wasn't going to dwell on it. Picking up her bag, she waved to the Lawsons. "Great lesson as always, professor," she smiled before heading off. Usually the fact that there was no homework would have bothered her, but she wasn't at all bothered this time. Her mind was elsewhere at the moment. |

Such a shame. "That isn't, but you are," she smiled up at him, before turning to give her Head of House a happy!hug. She just felt so warm and fuzzy, and she wanted everyone to feel that way. Not to mention, hugs were absolutely nice. "Have an awesome summer, professor!" "You too, Professor." Those last three words, for Professor MALE Lawson. Then she slung her bag over her shoulder, everything packed and all, and looked at Dylan. "Let's go?" She wanted to hug him, too. He was the BEST person in the world, to hug. She always seemed to fit so perfectly in his arms and -- he was amazing, in general. Lovvve. Love. |
