Ili raised an eyebrow at Cela. Hmm... Miss Celandine was... too darn smart for her own good. "I'll keep that in mind."
"That's right Raiden. Live dangerously," she giggled. Then.... *tap*
"On the count of three, Jake," she said, getting her billywig ready for him.
"One... twoooo.... THREE!" *tap*
Within seconds, Iliana could see that Dylan's head was returning back to normal size. "Mhmm," she answered, nodding her head. "For a long time. Almost 6 years."

Tiberius set down his parchment and stood, making his way to the front where Professor Lawson was overseeing the stinging.

GULP.

"Ready..." Tiberius voice shook just slightly as he held out his hand and squeezed his eyes closed.

Dylan could feel his head getting smaller in his hands. He sighed with relief. "Wow." She was a hot healer. Well she was hot at whatever she did. Hot hot hot. His head was back to normal size. SWEET!

That was a relief. Destiny didn't want the billywigs to lose it's stinger. A billywig without it's stinger would just be a stingless billywig.

Poor billywig would be teased if he didn't have a stinger. She looked down at the immobile billywig in her hand and poked him, which resulted in another question..

'If someone got stung by an immobile billywig, would they still float and stuff?' Like if she just made the billywig in her hand sting Evelyn..

There was the slightest, vaguest feeling of a pinch as the stinger jabbed into his arm. Not even enough to make him flinch, seeing as he had grown used to such things over the past 16 years.

He wasn't used to floating however. And the second that happened, his eyes went all wide and a little gasp popped out of his mouth. This was not at all like hovering on a broom.

Hehe.

Okay this was fun. Raiden couldn't stop the smile that appeared on his face, and who would want to? This was FUN. The world was good, he was floating, and he really just wanted to laugh.

So he did. Giggle. Giggle. Hehehehehe.

Now, as the professor snapped at him, Josh began to wonder if Jake had a second last name of Lawson, as well, since both of them seemed to be willing to protect the boy carefully. ''Well...i...'' he began attempting to defend himself ''It was a joke. No one is hurt''

At least 'more creative' did not always mean 'worse' and Josh thought there was no way staying after class would be worse than being locked in a filthy dungeon. Plus she was a woman and women were more merciful towards kids than men, so he could relax despite the evil smile on her face. And...sitting quietly? Now that could be regarded as a detention since it was sooo boring. Whatever. After a simple ''Okay'' he started to walk back to his seat...

...fighting the urge to tackle this boy as he walked past him. ''I'll see you later'' the Gryffindor whispered as he passed by while he was getting ready to be stung by the blue bug. Oh, yes. He was going to see him at somewhere where there would be no professors to yell detentions at him.

With a last wild look at the Hufflepuff he went on his way and sat back on his seat next to Evelyn.

Jake went tense at the words from Josh, but he ignored them. He knew now not to react. A look at Professor Lawson was enough.

Dang, when could he go home?

Oh no... oh no... FAIL! NOOOO!

And then, *tap* (only in Jake's head it was more like *UNLEASH*) and the Billywig came forth. Jake wanted to panic... if that makes sense, but he stared at the insect.

And then it stung him.

"Owwwwwowowwwieeeeowowowww," Jake whined, hugging his hand to his chest and pouting like a total baby.

It STUNG.

And then...

"Owwwwowyow... yow yow yowwww," the boy giggled in spite of himself, and he didn't even feel his feet raise up slooooowly off the ground. "Yowwwwwyow. Bowowyow..." he kept repeating, glancing up at the sky, and then down at his feet... where he saw he was floating.

Jake began to giggle ferociously, making odd little snickering sounds as though he was breathing through his back teeth, real fast. He even began to float on his back, which was odd, because it made him lower than when he was standing, and stared at the sky.

When at last Jake felt the weird giddy, hurr-hurr feeling start to wear off, he swung himself back the right way round... enough to see how high he was with no broom support when...

FLUMP!

He landed on the floor in a heap.

Smoooooth.

Immediately, Jake stood back up. He appeared to mutter to himself for a moment, and then tugged on Professor Lawson's sleeve again.

"It duh-didn't ggggo awuhh-away..."

The stutter was still there.

From her seat, Nicoletta could see Pierre's feet leave the ground. She laughed at the shocked expression on his face as he levitated.

Pierre was still spinning in circles. He couldn't stop laughing. All of a sudden he got an idea to try doing some somersaults or flips. He stop spinning and prepared to flip in the air. As soon as he was ready, he spun forward and did a somersault mid-air. Once he was done, he laughed even harder. "That was really cool!"

He was going to attempt to do a back flip, but he started to feel the effects of the sting wearing off. His laughter started to slow and his feet slowly returned to the ground. When his feet were on solid ground, he let out a sigh. "Well, that was fun while it lasted." He really wished the effects hadn't worn off. It was the most fun he had had since he came to Hogwarts.

Arya giggled as they danced around the professor. "I do say, won't you join us? We are having a maaaarvilous time!"More giggles spilled out as she adressed Professor Lawson.

As Ivory hummed, Arya felt the need to add lyrics to their music. "We could*giggles*float among the stars together, you and I. For we can fly we can fly...*giggles*"

Nicoletta giggled at Pierre's somersault. Well, he looks like he's enjoying himself! she thought. She'd never seen him quite so happy and as though on cue, he landed back on the ground looking as normal as ever.

Gold gave Professor Lawson a pretty smile. "Ma'am, yes, ma'am!" She waited a bit, and then there was that little tap, and it was time to be STUNG... which, of course, wasn't odd at all.

Hehe.

It didn't feel too bad. Not painful, anyway. It was like a tiny prick, and then she felt all giddy. She didn't giggle or anything, but it was certainly a soft, really light feeling... and then Gold was rising in the air. She sort of floated up, maybe a foot, and then she let out a small laugh.

NOT a giggle.

A cheerful laugh.

"This is great, Professor!" she said, as she hovered a foot or a bit more, above the ground.

At first Kay didn't feel anything. The Professor had been right it didn't hurt at all. She watched everyone starting to giggle and then she felt her feet leaving the ground. Kay tried to keep them down but soon it was to late. With her eyes wide and her hand over her mouth she started to laugh. "hahaha..hehehe...This is...haha..so much fun!" She said rolling over and feeling truely free. "WOW, Professor this is great!" She said realizing that she was shouting. Why? "PROFESSOR WHY IS EVERYONE YELLING?" Laughing she thought 'wow I'm yelling too.' Going a little higher, she felt dizzy all of a sudden. "HAHA I THINK SOMETHINGS NOT RIGHT"

Actually that was a good question. She'd need to know the answer to that one if she was going to through the immobile Billywig like a dart at someone. It would be pointless if she did and it didn't make the person act like an idiot.

Though there was something in Destiny's eyes that unnerved her. Taking a step away from her, her expression full of wariness and confusion, she instead walked back over to her bag was, making sure not to jostle the Billywig that she was holding in her hand, or the one that was stuck in her sleeve. That Immobulus charm better not ware off any time soon...

Though, she did overhear the punishment for Josh. She already knew he got a detention for messing with Jake, so why not another one? Plus it was staying after class! What kind of punishment was that anyways?

Oh....well there could be many choices on how that could be a punishment. It all depeneded on the tasks she had him do. "Don't worry..." she whispered to him, a small smile on her lips as she 'rummaged' through her bag for nothing in particular. Actually, while she was doing this, she was trying to get the Billywig out of her sleeve and into a secure part of her bag where it could fly away if the immobulus charm wore off. "I get the fun job of staying after class too."

And WOW was this blue bug STUCK in her sleeve!! But hearing a VERY big overreaction to a little sting, Evelyn looked up to spot Jake pretty much...overreacting. "Wow..." she muttered quietly. "Mr. Wimpy Stutters."

Dylan frowned as he overheard a girl mutter something. "Oi leave Jake alone. So what if he has a speech impediment. At least he can get it cured. There are other things that can't be." Like being too ig for your boots.

Josh smiled at Rose warmly ''I am not worried. Whatever she thought of, it cannot be worse than Lawsonator's filthy creatures detention in the dungeons''. then for a moment he watched her look for something in her bag and turned to see what was other students up to till the good news came. ''Ooo you are staying too. Great!'' so this was no more a detention. ''But why?''

Then Josh stared at the older Slytherin boy with narrowed eyes as he spoke to Evelyn in a soo rude way. ''Oi to you! So what if she would not leave him alone? I think instead of attempting to protect people for nothing you should mind your own business, i guess...'' No one spoke her like that.

Dylan smiled, "Oh hi Josh. Did you not learn your lesson last time?" Little people didn't know their place. "I would've thought that it was quite easy to learn, don't pick on Jake in front of the Lawsons. Obviously it isn't. Oh well. You have 5 more years left at school to learn that. 5 more years of detention with Axe Lawson. Shame I am going to miss half of that."

Smiling again and shaking her head slightly, holding back on any frustrated expression as it seemed the stinger of the Billywig was caught on her long sleeve shirt, Evelyn glance up to Josh as spoke, nodding a few times before stopping what she was doing completely.

Filthy creatures in detention? Looking directly at Josh now, she narrowed her eyes, sitting down with her feet underneath her before glancing at his arms. "Is that how you got those scars and such?" she asked in disbelief, looking over towards Professor Morgan for a moment.


And who in the world was this?! Glancing behind her, she saw a boy that seemed a little older than herself, and...a Slytherin. Really? A Slytherin standing up for Mr. Stutters? A Slytherin going against another Slyth- oh well, that one was quite common it seemed like nowadays.

She was going to speak up, but Josh beat her to it. He had a point. She wasn't going to leave him alone just because someone said quite pathetically...to leave him alone. It was just darn too much fun! Snickering at the Slytherin's words, she smiled warmly at Josh before turning back to her sleeve problem. Eh, she wasn't going to waste her breathe on that Slytherin. Josh had it under control anyways...

Now to just get this Billywig off...but first! What in the world was this Slytherin's problem?! SERIOUSLY! "Hey, instead of wasting your breathe with pointless words that we are obviously not going to listen to, why don't you go sting yourself. Over there! Would do us a lot of good, and keep the bloody headaches away..."

Why was Rose kinda struggling with her bag? That was strange. Maybe there was some Chocolate Frog jumping on it and she was trying to catch hmm. That'd be lovely if she had a chocolate frog. He was starving! That Slytherin boy made him feel hungry. The boy was about to ask about it when she acted faster than him and spoke ''Ummm...'' he was not willing to bother about the detention much ''...to be frank, yes''

Hmph! What was this boy's problem? Another lawyer for Stutters who was even not tough enough to play football? ''I have to admit that your smile is the most annoying to look at among the ones i have seen so far.'' he said with one of his challenging half smiles ''And since, as i assumed, that detention was not specially for my issue with Jake but for general disobeying of school rules, i have not got the lesson that you are talking about. If, the Lawsons are putting me in detention specially for Jake as you say, then, who has things to learn is not really me'' he shoke his head ''It's not my problem if Lawson does not know that he should treat students aqually as a teacher, plus unlike some certain people i am not a coward''

What just happened?

Destiny was simply sitting there next to Evelyn and then she left and then there was arguing and..this was not good. Professor Mor..son was going to be angry!! Destiny never seen her angry, but she was sure it was NOT going to be pretty.

Looking from Evelyn to Josh to that Slytherin boy, the one that had a huge head, Destiny let out a small sigh, 'Could you just stop?'

Ugggh..

She cupped the billywig in her hands and held it out, 'The billywigs are sleeping.' Not necessarily sleeping, more like immobilized.

Same thing, right?

"Great," she answered. "Here goes nothing." *tap*
Destiny sure was inquisitive today. "Haha, yes Destiny. They would float. Suspending the billywigs motion does nothing to prevent being stung. That was what your gloves were for."
"It was a joke?" she asked. "Well, your humor leaves something to be desired." Oh of all the cheeky things to say. Hmph.
Iliana shook her head and smiled. "Of course it didn't, Jake." Did Jake actually BELIEVE Josh? Surely not.
"I'm glad you're enjoying it, Gold!" she called back to her. "You look great up there."
"Yell if you need to yell, Kay," the professor shouted back. As long as it was all in good fun, she could tolerate a little yelling.
Iliana heard Dylan step in and knew that it was time, once and for all, to put a stop to this ridiculousness. It had gone on long enough.
Iliana marched over to where Josh was sitting and hovered over him. "Mr. Carter, let me get one thing straight with you. You might be able to get away with this behavior with SOME professors but I am your Head of House. You will soon find out, this these little outburst of yours will NOT fly with me." She was fuming mad now and did little to hide her anger.

"Now, you have disturbed my lesson for the LAST time. Gather your things and return to your common room. I will expect you to report to my office tomorrow morning at dawn. Are we clear?" she asked, her expression daring him to sass her even one more time.

He would soon find out, this had nothing to do with Jake and everything to do with respect.

Herminny blacked out just after th prfessor said to bring the billywigs ith them over to her to experience being stung by a billywig. When she was completely with it again she saw acouple of students were having there go. She quickly walked over to the professor with her frozn billywig hoping she would still get to experience the sting of a billywig.

"Yea." She nodded happily. "Why can't I do it again?" She liked it, why couldn't she do it another time? She looked around and watched to other people. Poor Jakey was still falling for peoples cruel tricks. If he was still speaking to her she might have helped him out but oh well.

"Oh," Jake replied, looking a little confused for a minute. So... no only was Josh mimicking him earlier, he was mocking him in the other way of... well... Just mocking him really.

And, only an idiot would miss the argument going on over there... And Jake was... well, he didn't miss it. Sending a thanking smile to Dylan (he'd thank him properly later) Jake began to chew on his thumbnail. So much trouble... all because of him.

Gah.

Sitting back down in his seat, Jake resolved to be real quiet and just stay out of the way from now on.

Le sigh.

"Well, kind of. What I'm asking is ' is there any other use for them?' I mean do people really catch them just for the minute or two of hovering?" he asked, examining his immobilized billywig. Nymphy was now scared that he had asked a stupid question. "Sorry if that question is stupid!" he apologized, "I'm just curious."
