Jake beamed and moved straight forward, tucking his wand away again. Amazing! He didn't have to put the Billywigs in any danger! He got to laugh! He got-...

He got bullied.

Again and again.

Just as he reached Professor Lawson, Jake heard what was said, and his smile dropped off his face. DUDE! Seriously? Why?

The boy paused and looked back at Josh, WANTING to believe the boy was being serious.

Alas, it obviously wasn't.

Hugging the sides of his arms closer to his body, Jake looked dejectedly into the fire. "I dddddon't wuhh-wanna be sssstung no mmmore," he mumbled, feeling as though he'd just be putting himself on show. He didn't feel much like laughing anyway. He was extremely sad.

Giving a laughing smile she curtsied back to the professor. She watched as Professor Lawson removed the charm from Wiggy, causing the billywig to sting her. Arya flinched from the sting that didn't really hurt, but felt more like a finger prick.

A goofy grin formed on her face as she felt herself rise slowly from the ground. Her giggling returned as she floated in the air, watching her billywig being put back into the fish tank. "Hehehe, bye Wiggy!" Waving to her billywig she began to float away from the group. As she floated, she crossed her legs and leaned into a forward roll, causing her to float back towards the group. A light went off in her head as she decided to have some fun while in the air broomless. She continued to do front flips in the air until she was in the center of the semi-circle, giggling the whole way. Once she reached the center she leaned back, doing back flips until she was on the outside of the group. "This is soooo fun!"



She was loving this, mid-flip she noticed Ivory airborn as well and fliped her way over to the girl. "Ivorrry, hehehe..." Reaching out she grabed the girls hands, causing them to flip together, still airborn and still giggling.

She couldn't decide if she was disappointed he did finish that 'hun' sentence, or extremely pleased by it, because that meant he actually caught on to her...trying to hide what was going on. Of course he had to catch on at the exact moment when she was actually thinking of not hiding anymore...

No matter. It would work out. Hopefully...And he caught on to what Destiny didn't. Okay, so yea. It was true she wasn't stupid enough to lose the Billywig. "It involves a few people." she muttered, watching Lawsguini walking away. "Well it did..." Oh well, she could save this Billywig for later and use it on Mr. Stutters or someone. Maybe Bunz if she decided to get all Bunz-y on them or something.

Hearing Josh call out to the exact person she was thinking of, she turned and looked around for the non-pink haired kid that she couldn't understand at times. Good one Josh! Maybe he'll sting himself so many times that he'll-

Ohhh. Professor Morgan didn't like that..."Don't die." she whispered, smiling sweetly again at the professor before scooting closer towards Destiny.

As some if the other people in the class got stung, Nicoletta slowly and gradually drifted back towards the ground. She stood there for a moment wondering whether or not to go back to her seat. She figured she would and went to take a seat.

When Arya grabbed her hands and both girls began flipping together in midair, Ivory felt like her small face would just about pop with how big her smile was.

"Arya!!!!" Giggling uncontrollably, she flipped herself forward until she was upside down and grabbed a small flower from a nearby bush and straightened herself out again.

Placing it between her teeth, she tried to keep a straight face (which of course was completely impossible but at least she tried). Holding onto Arya she started humming a tango and whipped her head left and right as she propelled them into a tango dance in the air complete with dips and all.

"Dun. Dan. Dun. Duuun da dum. Da da da dum da. Dum da dum da deh dum..."

Oh, of course Rose was up to something He he!!!! ''Do not be so dissappointed then. I think we can handle it''. Yes, he was thinking of helping her regardless of whatever she might demand. He did not care and would not care.

Now, the female Lawson was yelling his name demanding him to come to the front. Fine. At least, glancing at the stutter boy again, his little game worked. ''All right professor'' he stood up and...

...tried to smile back at Evelyn ''I'm sure i can survive it'' he whispered back and made his way to where CoMC professor stood looking angry. Why were all the professors were protecting this guy? Meh!

Arya's giggles doubled as Ivory began to hum and propelled them into a tango. She did her best to keep up and failed miserably, deciding instead to let Ivory lead in the dance. "Why I do believe we make a marvelous pair *hehe* don't you?" They bumped into a student as the danced, but Arya paid no mind as the danced away from the student.

OK, so now she was holding an unfrozen billywig.One that looked like it wanted to sting her, it's face? had a different look to it than before.Maybe it was because it could move again now.But Sarah wasn't so keen on it.Watching as it moved to a part of her skin that wasn't covered, she flinched when she felt the pin prick sensation of it's sting. "Ouch," she mumbled, scratching the offending area.

Scratch.

Scratch.

It wasn't until she shifted her weight from one foot to the other that she realised she wasn't on the ground anymore.And that panicked her slightly.Whirling her arms around, trying to regain some sense of balance as gravity deserted her, Sarah let out a strangled cry of "Woooaahhhhh, help!" She was getting a lightheaded feeling the more she looked around and it wasn't entirely unpleasent.And for some reason everyone looked really funny.Like HAHAHA funny.She tried to fight the urge to point and laugh at the ones in the air with her, but it was just too strong.Giving up on trying to stay upright, Sarah rolled over and lay flat facing the ground, a la Tom Cruise in Mission Impossible, but without the wires.It was then that the urge to laugh took over and she let out the loudest, snortiest guffaw you've ever heard. "Bwahahaha *snort* Hehehe...he...he...ha...oh dear."

Sarah took a couple of deep breaths and tried to calm herself down.She closed her eyes and brought up visions of things that scared her, hoping it would stop the laughter.But Professor Duskurk didn't help, especially when the thought turned into him in a tutu. "Hehehehe....he...he....." she continued to giggle as slowly she lowered to the ground.With a *thud* Sarah hit the ground face first, and ended up with a mouthful of dirt.Spitting it out she rolled onto her back and sat up, looking over at Professor Lawson (MRS) and grinning like an idiot. "Wohooo, Professor, that was sooo much fun! I want to go to Australia now just to be stung again," she giggled, standing up and brushing herself down.

Destiny watched in amazement when these crazy people allowed themselves to get stung. And now they were floating away.

Sorta like human kites.

She wanted to attach a sting to each persons leg and run on the beach with them. She started to giggle at the thought of that.

She was giggling? She didn't get stung by a billywig, she should not be giggling! Putting on a serious expression, Destiny sat back and watched as the students floated.

Oh, but Destiny had a question!

'Professor Mor..son,' she will get used to that name soon enough, 'what happens to the stinger once a billywig stings you? Do they fall off? Like bees?'

Could you get stung multiple times by the same billywig? Heehee.

Nathaniel watched as his fellow classmates allowed themselves to be stung. No thanks! he thought to himself. He had found out in his younger years that he is allergic to anything that stings. Thanks to those nice spring days on his grandparents farm with the bees. He just smiled at Sarah as she giggled.

Mina watched closely as her fellow classmates volunteered to get stung. It was only a single sting and it didn't look like it hurt all that much. Yet, she wasn't at all sure if she would want to be stung.

Looking up above, her eyes danced from classmate to classmate. Maybe she should have volunteered. They did all seem to being having a little bit of fun up there.

"Daahling," she said in her best Tallulah Bankhead impersonation between giggles." We most certainly do."

As they danced around the Professor, Ivory placed the flower she'd picked earlier in her hair.
"Here you aww Dahling, for those maaaawww-valous Billywigs."

A giggle and a snort followed.

"They were simply deeee-vine!"

More tango humming.

"I will professor," Emily said, after thinking about it for a while.

Raiden had stood back for a moment, letting other volunteers go first and... watching someone's head swell up.

That was just lovely.

The antics of the floating students were distracting, and Raiden almost forgot that he himself had volunteered as well. Oops? He stared at the little bug in his hand before approaching the professor.

"How rare did you say allergies to these were, again?" he asked, trying not to laugh at the other students and their giggling as he held out the little creature.

Cela, of course was willing to try anything. She waved her hand around. "Professor, can we?" As in, she and her Billywig of course.

Still trying to stifle a giggle, Iliana reached into her bag and pulled out a tiny phial. "Here honey," she said, handing it over. "You should feel better in no time."
The crestfallen look on Jake's face was enough to break Iliana's heart. To HECK with that!!

She grabbed Jake's shoulder and turned him around to face her. "Jake... don't let them spoil your fun. YOU'VE earned it." Unlike some others. "Besides, I don't allow bullying in my classes," she added, giving Josh a severe look.

"You just tell me when you're ready, ok?"
When Josh arrived at her feet, she stared at him for a full minute before finally beginning to speak. "Josh, I am SURE that we've had THIS discussion before," she said; the intense look never leaving her eyes. Was the kid hell-bent on having EVERY professor send him to detention? Or was it just the Lawsons?

"Now... since detention does little to deter your negative behavior, I will just have to be more creative." She gave him a sinister smile and then added, "You'll stay after class as well. Until then, you will sit quietly in your seat."
"No Destiny, Billywigs do not leave their stingers embedded so they can sting multiple times with no ill effects to themselves. That's why we need to be careful and remember to always wear our gloves when handling them."
"Very good, Emily. Bring your billywig up to me please."
Professor Lawson smiled at Raiden and leaned in close. "They're rare, Raiden but they dooooo happen," she teased. "As you can see." She gestured towards Dylan and another small chuckled escaped her. "Would you still like to go for it?"
"Absolutely Celandine," she replied, tapping the billywig with her wand and stepping back.

Dylan supported his head with his hands. He took one hand off to take the vial off Hot Lawson. His head lolled to the right hand side. He quickly put his hand back up. "Um can you help me? My head is a bit wobbly."

Tibi was torn. He was still scared of heights... but the thought of floating with nothing supporting you, not even a broom? That seemed really really cool.

The stinging? Not so much.

But he decided that it would be a term where, if it scared him, he would try it. So, raising his hand with trepidation, Tibi spoke softly. "I'd like to try, too, please."

Pierre looked around the classroom. A lot of people were allowing themselves to be stung by their billlywigs. He looked at his still clutched in his hand. He thought about it and finally decided he would try. He walked over towards the other Professor Lawson. "Professor, I'd like to try." He really hoped this would be fun.

"You should be careful professor. There aren't any conclusive studies on the permanent effect of Billywig stings..." Cela trailed off and gave the professor a strange little look just as her Billywig stung her.

Cela looked at the sting site and was still blinking at the slightly red mark as she started to float like woah.

"ZOMG. I shoulda worn shorts huh?" Cela pointed out, frantically trying to use her wand to ensure her skirt stayed all cover-y.

"I think I'll risk it," he replied, nodding. "Can't be too bad, can it?"

He'd found out about his pumpkin allergy this way, hadn't he? At least this time it wouldn't be a mystery as to what had caused it.

Jake absolutely refused to let his bottom lip tremble. REFUSED.

Wibble.

But then, Professor Lawson spoke to him, and she made perfect sense. Well... she made sense. His eyes darting back over to Josh, Jake nodded warily. He was just WAITING for another jibe from someone.

There was only one way to go about life now. Give up talking.

Taking another breath, Jake pulled on Lawson's sleeve and nodded again, even managing a weak smile. Chyeah, he was ready.

Giggling openly now, Iliana took the phial from Dylan's hand and unstoppered it. She bent down a little to help her see and brought the potion to his lips. "This reminds me of my Healer days," she admitted, tipping the contents into his mouth.
"Wonderful Tiberius, come on up here."
"That's great, Pierre," she said, looking down at the tiny, blue creature in his hand. *tap*

After you're addressed please RP your character being stung. Lexicon does not go into great detail regarding the Billywig's sting, other than stating it "causes giddiness and levitation". Therefore, please be creative in RPing how it affects YOUR character. Within reason of course. And as always, SS AND CoMC rules apply. Have Fun.

Pierre looked nervously at the billywig as Professor Lawson made it capable of movement again. He was about to change his mind when the thing stung him. He immeadiatially opened his hand and looked at the little mark where he had gotten stung. Who knew such a little creature's stinger could hurt that much.

All of a sudden, Pierre started to float up from the ground. He managed to mumble, "Woah!" as his feet left the ground completely. This is wicked awesome. Out of nowhere he started to laugh uncontrolably. He started to spin around in the air, which was completely out of character for Pierre. He was really glad that he had decided to volunteer to do this.

Dylan's eyes widened. They looked so tiny in his big head. She was laughing at him. She was laughing because he had a big head. How harsh. First she 'forgot' to give him house points. Now she was laughing at him. This was victimisation. On a grand scale.

He took a swig of the vial. His head was still a bit heavy. How long did it take for the swelling to reside. "You were a healer?"
