Helena saw Drew's cheeks get red and she immediately looked down and pretended not to notice, though she couldn't help a small smile from being on her lips.... but awww she didn't want to make him embarrassed!! I guess so - either way I have people four years younger than me towering over me, she said with a shrug, finally looking back up at him.

Drew was sooooo hoping she didn't see that! As he looked up at Helena he found her looking down. Okay so either she didn't see it or she was being nice either way he would take it. "Yeahhhh I guess that is true. So you are just short. Get over it Helena!" He teasing her before he laughing lightly.

Oh, gee - thanks for the vote of confidence, Lena said with a roll of her blue eyes before laughing and shaking her head. Okay, I'm so over it, she said with another slight chuckle before walking back over to him and resuming her seat. Sooooo....

"Anytime buddy." Drew said smiling wide as Helena rolled her eyes. Hehe she liked to do that a lot didn't she? Welllll that's fine with Drew 'cause it was kind of funny to watch. "Gooood." He said as she sat down next to him ones more. "Soooooo" He repeated not knowing what say next....Ermmmm hopfully Helena would or the two would be sitting in silence....

How boring.

Tyler didn't have much to do since it was snowing outside, which he didn't like. Luce was nowhere to be found, which made hm feel lonely. Not even Kitty was around, which made ev erything boring. But he had Cadence, right?

Riiiiiiiiiiiiight?

Guess so. Walking along the armor gallery with her, Tyler sighed and looked around. "So where is your short boyfriend?" he asked, with a chuckle. Ahh, Tyler wasn't being ince anymore.

Cadence followed Tyler to the armor gallery on the third floor. She had no idea why he had chosen here, but he had. It looked like an accident waiting to happen. Cadence was terrified her clutziness would come out and cause, well, a really big mess. Tyler finally said something to her, and she gave him a warning look that said he was treading on thin ice. "NATE is... well... actually I'm not sure. Last I heard from him he was going to his dormitory to start packing and work on homework. I'd already finished my homework and my grandmother hasn't sent me my spring/summer clothes yet, so I don't really have much to pack. So, I decided to go play in the snow before we left and I wouldn't have any snow to play in." Cadence checked her reflection in the chest of a suit of armor as they passed it. She smiled at her short hair. Yep, her grandmother was going to be furious.

Tyler noticed the look he got from Cadence. Hmph. You're gonna have to do better than that. "Well then, the holiday is coming quick so make sure you have everything you neeeeeeeeeeeeed," Ty wagged his fingers at her and laughed. "Make sure you wear jeans in case of the alligators,"

Cadence rolled her eyes. "Nate says they're not alligators, they're crocodiles and that if we don't bother them, they won't bother us. And I doubt that jeans will stop an animal with razor-sharp teeth from biting off my leg if it really wants to," she replied sarcastically, and then she giggled. Truth be told, for some reason she was really going to miss Tyler over break. It's not like things were great in their friendship, but there was just something.. comforting about knowing he was close. Not like it had been before... not in a romantic way. More, like, in a big brother way. Cadence had never had siblings, and if she had to describe things with Tyler now, that was the best she could come up with... that he was like her big brother. Sometimes he was annoyed with her and she with him; sometimes they talked about life seriously and sometimes they ignored life; sometimes he seemed really protective of her and other times it was like he couldn't care less. If Cady had to guess, that was what it was like to have a big brother.

SO? They're dangeroussssssssssssss!" Ty chuckled and crossed his arms. Why won't this girl listen to him? Alligators and crocodiles were almost the same animal except one had sharper teeth and was bigger. Well then, no more advicing from Mr. Way. It seemed to be getting late and Ty still had to look for that red head. Turning his head towards the window, Tyler noticed ti was getting late.

Uh-oh.

"I have to run now. I still have to look for Miss Keep Away," he chuckled and headed towards the seventh floor. "Make sure the crocodiles don't get you! But it's okay if they get Nate!" he laughed and waved as he rushed out the gallery.




Looing for someone and homework to do was a LOT of work.

Cadence just rolled her eyes again. "They're no different from any other wild animal. You just don't mess with them." And now he was running away from her. Awesome. She smiled sadly as he exited. "Bye, TyTy. If I don't see you before break, have fun in New York." Once he was gone, she walked slowly back toward the Common Room, hoping she would find Nate there.
