Alessia has just finished pulling the desks and chairs the way Tiberius Pryce had said he had wanted them in his note. She took the note out of her pocket again, and looked it over:

Thanks!

She smiled and pocketed the note again... wondering if it had been the boy who sent her those horrid yellow flowers, or if it had indeed been the Upstead boy. Weird...
Rune: Infinity
Meaning: Representing all that is both within and beyond the present creation, the Infinity rune holds meanings of duality, perfection, cycles, unity, the past, present and future at once, endlessness, and truth.
Meanings I added: Never ending ideas. Never forgeting things. Always remembering things.
"Master Pryce," Jacklyn Caroline asks, "Does my paper look correct."
"Yes!" Tibi bounced a little. "Three runes, laid out right to left. So that's the reading we'll be doing. One thing that didn't get mentioned is that you need a question first."
Tibi stopped speaking as he picked up a box full of bags of runes for everyone and walked around, passing them out.
Once everyone had a bag, Tibi stood back at the front. "Do a reading for yourself, and pay special attention if the rune you added personal meanings to turns up. Once you've done your reading, you can share it with another student if you'd like. Maybe they'll see something you didn't."
Gold beamed at Tibi, as she accepted a bag of runes, and opened it, taking out the pretty runes. Clay was so nice, she still loved to play with it. Hehe, this class was fun, fun, fun!
Now to cast the runes.
She frowned, not sure what she wanted to ask. Maybe she should ask about... the castle? The attacks on the students? Would they find out who - or what - was behind it? Or if it would all be sorted out?
But the very thought of such a question dampened her mood, and Gold quickly decided against it. And ... aha! She had the perfect question in mind, now! This, this was brilliant!
Will Raiden mind if I tickle his ADORABLE, kitty!ears, again?
Okay. Now to cast the runes. Gold laid them out, then glanced down at them. She had... East, West and South. She glanced at her own notes, at what these runes depicted, and took a deep breath.
Okay, now what could these possibly mean?
Hmph.
SPOILER!!: Gold's work
The Past
[] Rune -- East
This rune should give an insight into the past, or the 'background' of the situation. I would say that fits, because the rune points towards communication and new beginnings. My friendship with Prefect Kururugi probably did take a totally new turn, and opened some really kinds of windows of communication, when I first lost my mind and tickled his cute, kitty!ears without his permission.
HEHEHEHE!
The Present
[] Rune -- West
Oooh! You can bet I felt a huge number of mixed emotions, after I had TICKLED Raiden's kitty!ears. Thought he would think me insane, or worse. But we are still something of friends, and if there has been a change in the whole atmosphere, it has only been a good one. Nothing bad, yep. This rune also probably tells how MUCH I love the thought of tickling Raiden's adorable kitty!ears, and all.
The Future
[] Rune -- South
Okay, this could tell a number of things. This rune is, after all, associated with fire, and that is both good and bad. It could mean Raiden will not mind, and could also mean that he will not be too pleased that I think of his kitty!ears as a joke. I don't, by the way. They are just awfully CUTE. And it IS creative to tickle them, let me tell you that, even my rune says so! Not to mention, it takes courage, even if I am a lioness, to reach out and TICKLE some cute, kitty!ears. Not everyone can do that.
Bottom line? Raiden will probably think I'm mental, and have too much extra energy that I need to release in some other way. BUTTTT ... it doesn't mean he will be angry, so I should probably go ahead, and TICKLE his kitty!ears, again.
They are, after all, really adorable.
Gold laid her fancy-topped quill aside, lidded her inkpot, and waved her left hand in the air. "Sir Pryce, over here [please, sir!" she said, cheerfully. "Does this look alright?"

Tiberius skipped over to the Slytherin and read her paper quickly. "Yep, that looks great," he said brightly. "Now, how about a three-rune spread?"

Headed back over to Gold as she waved her hand, Tibi couldn't help but smile at her enthusiasm. Reading over her paper, his eyes went wide and he couldn't help but giggle. "Yes, I think that looks great," he said, trying his hardest not to laugh. Kneazle!Raiden had been awfully entertaining.
Straightening up, he looked around the room to see if anyone else had a reading to show him.

Alessia clapped her hand. "Alright students, it's about time to end this class. Thank you, Master Pryce, for doing an amazing job with this class. What do you think I should assign as homework?" She asked the boy.
Tiberius swung around and looked at Professor Lupa wide-eyed. "Time's up?" He frowned a bit as he looked around. Had he talked too much and not given them enough time to work?
Chewing on his lip, he turned back to her. "Well, it looks like most didn't get a chance to finish their readings, so how about that? The homework could be to do a three-rune spread." He paused, thoughtfully. "But, if you added any additional meanings that weren't on the sheet, then those should get mentioned along with why they were added."

"Can you explain the three-rune spread again? I don't really get it." Jacklyn Caroline asks ashamed that she doesn't get it yet.

"Sounds perfect." She said and nodded. "Your final task as my assistant is to put it on parchment, make it worth 10 points and post it on my notice board. Make 4 more and I will post them on the common room boards. Make sure you put on there that the homework needs to be turned into me."

" You first ask your runes a question, then you draw a rune to symbolize the past. This will provide background to the question, laying it out first. Then you draw another rune. This second rune symbolizes the present and you would lay it to the left of the first rune. Finally you draw a third rune, symbolizing your focus for the future. You put this one to the left." She said showing her.

"Alright. Class Dismissed." She said looking at Tibi. "Great Job."
"Ok, I'll post that right after class." Tibi smiled at Professor Lupa as she explained the rune spread again.
"Everyone, keep the runes, cause, you know, you'll need them for homework." Tibi called out to the rest of the class before heading over to his things and pulling out a piece of parchment.

Kay wrote down her homework and started to put her things away. Get up from her desk she smiled at the professor and Tibi. "Thank you Professor for a great class. Master Pryce you did great." She smiled at him and was happy for him. Walking to the door she was off to do homework.

The lesson was over already?
Mina jotted down the assignment and gathered all her things. She was really having a good time and was just getting the hang of it too. Putting all her things in her bag, she got up from the desk and smiled. "Wonderful lesson Professor and Master Pryce, you did great too." she grinned as she made her way out of the classroom, giving them a wave as she left. She needed to get a start on her homework and to the library she would go.
Gold poked her notebook with the tip of her wand. This meant she would have to do another reading, right? Or could she just turn in this one, the one she had done, right now?
New one, she decided, after a moment's thought. She needed all the practice she could get, if she wanted that O, in her Ancient Runes OWL. With a nod to herself, the fifth year noted down the homework, and then began to pack up her things.
"Great lesson, Sir Pryce," she told Tibi, with a grin. She gave Professor Lupa a polite smile as she slung her bag over her shoulder, and exited the runes classroom.
