"Xaaaaaanderman!! PSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSPUH! Xanderman! Buuuuddy!! PSSSSSSPUH!" she whispered. She didn't want to yell so loudly, for that might be loud and rude and...euh. She wasn't much for yelling inside a classroom like some of her classmates. Boy, they were LOUD!! A little too loud for Lucy's ears. She quickly covered her ears with her hands, and continued whispering her calls to Xander. Boy, she sure has been befriending quite a few guys. |
Arrick sulked into the classroom and eyed the notice on the board warily. Upon reading it, he promptly sulked some more and shuffled as far away from the boxes as physically possible. If it was more dodgy creatures he had to curse, he was out of here, and he didn't care if he had to SWIM his way back to Ireland, he was going to do it. |
Ravenclaws should LISTEN to the HEAD GIRL. And cease the chatter. Just saying. Quote:
Plymouth Morgan came in with Evolette McKenna. He gave everyone a YEAH you LISTEN to the Head Girl look (behind her back though, so she wouldn't see hehe). He grinned and followed after Miss McKenna to the corner. OoOOoo boxes! |
Ella skipped into Transifiguration. More learning. Uh, yahoo. Sighting her friends, she smiled. "Hey Tibi!" she hollered over to her Diagon Alley friend. |
Nikki watched as the head girl came in. She grinned as someone took authority. Most people weren't getting the picture though. Nikki started skimming through her textbook, pausing here and there, and looked at her watch again, waiting for the lesson to hurry up and start. |
Feeling bored, Anna took Toris, her pet turtle, out of her pocket and put it on the table. It started to walk around, squeaking slightly with each step it took. "Hi, Liet." ^-^ "Are you glad to be out?" The turtle turned to her and nodded its tiny head. |
Kate bounded in the room with a wide smile on her face. She was so excited for transfiguration. From all the reading that she had done during break, she knew that this would be her most favorite subject. She took a seat on the floor, quite aware that some would take her excitement for learning as somewhat wierd, but she didn't care. |

"How are you liking your classes?" He asked enthusiastically. "I love them so far!" He was rather excited that he was finding his classes difficult. He figured it meant he'd be learning a lot this year. |
"Hey Josh, Rose!" she exclaimed, waving to her other friends. "James!" she grinned. What a great class. Over at Tibi, she replied, "Classes are fantastic. You're excellent!" She had observed his spell-casting. She took a seat next to him. "Learned a lot so far? I sure did!" |
*shifty* Not running in, nor chattering. :P Just here. Adrienne had been sitting quietly in the corner of the room, watching everyone run in all worried they were late, and entertaining herself by crumpling a small piece of parchment and levitating it while she tried to split her focus and see if anyone was thinking anything entertaining. She hadn't seen many of her immediate circle of friends, and so far she'd managed to remain unoticed in her corner anyway. Which for once she was okay with, since it gave her time to think about other things than socializing. Especially since Evolette had already chastised all the people who were talking, before retreating to a different corner. That in itself was interesting, since she'd never really seen the Head Girl as a corner person. But then, with the exception of Riley, most people probably didn't see her as much of a corner person either. |
Fallon looked around at all of the chattering students. She knew that if they didn't listen to Head Girl McKenna, lots of people in their houses were going to be mad at them for losing points. No professor allowed chatting in the classroom, whether the class had started or not. She sighed, hoping that at least the Slytherin students would come to their senses and stop talking. After all, the Head Girl was in their house. |
After Defense against the Dark Arts, Transfiguration was the subject Patroclus was looking most forward too! As he opened the door, he saw the entire class sitting on the floor, and he could not help but suppress a smile - something of the bigger kids, just looked so funny on the floor. Quote:

He smiled, a little embarrassed. "I really liked Arithmancy... I think I'm getting the hang of it!" He paused. "I just wonder what this class is going to be like." |

And THEN, she shot pointed looks at people who were still chattering. |

"I know! Arithmancy is fantastic! I think my favorite so far. It all makes sense, so I'm good," she laughed. |

Having grown accustomed to her advanced classes was possibly an issue, decided the small Ravenclaw as she danced and skirted around kids all over the floor in valiant effort to make it to the center where and unhappy Quidditch captain was seated. As she dropped to the floor, Issy let out a loud groan. "Is it just me," she began "or are the students behaving worse than usual?" The tiny girl cast a look of irritation about the room. "I swear I thought I was approaching a zoo or something. Why is everyone being so loud?" Another glare cast. Oh! Xander! With a friendly smile, Issy waved at him and then turned to Willow and let out a puff of breath, blowing her fringe from her hair. If there was not so much noise, she'd look over her textbook or something. Instead, she pulled her bag into her lap and took hold of a lock of hair, which she began to examine the ends of. Searching for split-ends could surely tune out this lot. Right? |
Boxes! Anna looked to the back of the room. Sure enough, there were boxes! Her natural curiosity kicked in as she started leaning toward the boxes. |
A small, oddly-shaped box tucked under his arm, Professor Svensson strode into his own classroom rather later than he had intended. “Quiet down, class,” he said, walking around the edge of the room until he reached the front. He set the box down on his desk and turned to face the students. “Before we learn anything new, I want to make none of you have wands that have any serious malfunctions,” the professor said quietly. “First of all, I’d like everyone to sit down, put your wand above your head, and sit as still as possible. Pretend you are a statue.” |
Hmm. Sitting in Transfiguration, waiting for class to start, had to be near the bottom of Arabelle's 'Things I want to be doing' list. Not only did she have nothing to do, but everyone around her were acting like they decided to have a shouting contest. She grimaced. Did no one have inside voices anymore? She put her head in her hands, trying to block out the sound, only to remove them when it proved futile. She sighed. Looking around the room, Arabelle found nothing or no one interesting to watch. She started tracing patterns on the ground with her finger, trying to entertain herself. Finally, the professor walked into the room. Arabelle blinked at him. She reached for her wand and drew it out before raising it above her head. Be a statue. She tried to sit as still as possible. ...This would be a lot easier if her nose didn't itch. |
Amidst all the chattering, Miranda began to unwrap another chocolate frog. This was going to turn out badly, everyone was talking like mad and she would be reeealllyyyy mad if the Hufflepuffs got points deducted for talking. The Head Girl had come in and hopefully everyone would listen to her. I wonder if she can take points... Or maybe that's just something the teachers can do... She probably can! Taking a bite of her frog, Miranda looked around the classroom, wondering where her teammates were and when the professor would come in. And if the professor came in, he wouldn't be pleased at all with the noise in the room. Miranda gulped. She was scared of angry people. They were just so... Shudder. Miranda shoved the rest of the chocolate in her mouth. Oh! the professor was here! As he instructed the class, Miranda took out her wand, looked at it as if she could maybe see anything wrong with it. Her eyes grew wide as she put her wand on her head and sat still. A giggle escaped her at how funny this situation was and then with her tounge between her mouth, she tried to balance the wand. |
