Eva raised her cup of butterbeer.
"To all the changes in the life. May new challenges come and that friends stand by our side to help us through it. Cheers." That was what she truly believed it was important.

Kevin nodded and said "For the challenges ahead and for friends by our side cheers" Kevin raised his bottle and drank some more butterbeer

Eva nodded at his words and drank the butterbeer.
"Life is good." she commented, first in french and then in english. Being those the only two languages she could speak fluently, she liked to express herself in both languages. She had to practise french more oftenly, otherwise she was afraid she would forget it.
"By the way... If you are going to Asia you msut know the language. Do you speak chinese or japanese?" she wondered. She didn't know much about Kevin, excepting that his father had been a professional Quidditch player and she began wondering about the type of education he had got. She didn't evn know if he was a pureblood or half and half - the prove that thos rtihngs didn't matter to the Hufflepuff girl.

"Oh, that's my best friend Arianna," Rafe answered as he took another sip of butterbeer. "We're a couple of mischief makers, she's just...concerned about me. Thinks a bit off a more than I can chew." Rafe force a smile. This wasn't exactly a happy topic he liked to discuss, though he felt fine about talking about Ari, they were just friends after all.

Kevin smiled and said "Well i can speak a bit of both because i have been there on holiday before i came to Hogwarts but i have been busy brushing up my language skills while ive been at school during the term"

"Nice!" she replied. "At least you will get the chance to practise that out once you are there. It's one way you got to look at your travel around Asia: an excellent opportunity to practise your languages skills..." ... instead of haunting your mother's killer. According to her, it was a better way to look at a bad situation.

Kevin nodded and said "Yeah that is true i am glad that my father told me to learn all the languages of the countrys in asia so that i can be prepared because he excepts me to talk to the locals and stuff while we are searching for my uncle"

Eva raised an eyebrow.
"So you're the brains and your father is the muscle?" she guessed it made sense. Maybe... By that time, she didn't care much. She had just reminded herself what was waiting for her at the castle. I gotta go to that study session.

Kevin nodded and said "Yeah that is the plan but i have to back up my father if he gets into trouble at anytime"

She smield at him. A thirteen year old boy ready to protect his father in case his physical help was needed.
"That is a very noble thing to do, Kevin." she assured him. "You think it will take you much time to find your uncle?"

Kevin smiled and said "Not sure really it could take a year or less it depends how much my uncle moves while we are searching"

Eva noidded,feeling sad about it. Truth be said, she had her wn messed up family in Azkaban. All those years and Chloe Longwood had never found out that her twin daughters knew about her older twin sisters. But they did, since their first year in Hogwarts.
"Crazy families, right?" she commented, taking another sip of her butterbeer. "I gotta tell you, I'm in a different mood today. Nicely weird. If you feel like asking something, just do it. After all, it is our last year here. Sort of."

Lucy smiled at Rafe, and said, "Ohhh, I see, best friends. She's a Slytherin? Cool! You should have introduced her to us! Mischeif makers, huh? Kinda like me and Kat.." Lucy said as she thought about the day Kat and her first met.

"What did you do that made her mad?" she said, slightly aware he didn't really want he did not want to pursue the subject. She took another sip of her butterbeer. Kat was awfuly quiet.

Kevin nodded and said "Yeah crazy indeed and yeah i feel the same as well Eva" Kevin could tell that he was going to miss Hogwarts next year

"Well, I invited her along, but she kind of stormed off," Rafe said with a laugh. "You know girls, they can take things the wrong thing, or tell you one thing and actually mean another!" Rafe took another sip of butterbeer.

"Girls will be girls I suppose," Rafe said. He would never completely understand girls, they seemed very up and down. He wished they would just say what they mean and not be, "Full of riddles," he said out loud. "Sorry, just thinking out loud."

Lucy raised her eyebrows.
"Girls will be girls?? And what about guys?? They're so anti-emotional, you can't even ask them anything personal. All of this "OH, I'm a guy and so I need to be strong" stuff is so lame. Everyone's human." Lucy was getting annoyed and so she laughed and then said,"That was stupid, sorry."

"But I guess we are full of riddles. That's just part of our charm," she said as she winked her blue eyes at him and ran a hand through her blonde hair.

"Anti-emotional? We have emotions, but when we express it, we can either be labeled as too sensitive, or girls will take our emotions the wrong way," Rafe protested. "They look to into things...make mountains out of mole hills!" Rafe finished off his butterbeer. "And it wasn't stupid, you have every right to express your opinion." Honesty was the best policy, it was nice to be with someone who could and was willing to express their opinion so openly. "So, you put Alexandria on the spot. What about yourself, do you have any guys that you fancy?" Rafe chuckled. "Hold that thought!"

He went back over to the bar and ordered himself another warm butterbeer. And then he quickly returned anxious to hear what she had to say. The female psyche was always fascinating. Maybe he could better understand what made Ari so upset at him. Just one step at a time.

Lucy thought it was over--she thought he would forget about what she had said--but no, he was anxious to hear more.

When he came back from getting his butterbeer, she started.

"First of all, I never meant to put Alexandra on the spot! I told her I was just joking--it was her choice to openly tell everyone what she thought about Lorcan! It's not my fault she decided to open her personal life to everyone!"

She was angry. And it showed on her face--it was bright red and her wand had started emmitting sparks.
But she took a deep breath and calmed down a bit. Lucy didn't want to start anything with Rafe.

However, she had ignored the other question Rafe had asked her--if there was someone she fancied. There was someone, but he was sitting right in front her--she could never tell him.

"Sorry, I was over-reacting again. But I hope you get my point. As for the 'boys are emotional thing', yeh, sometimes they are labeled wrong for showing their emotions, but that's only because of how society has labeled them. And yes, sometimes their emotions can be taken the wrong way, but maybe that's because they don't explain themselves properly. Personally, I wouldn't treat a guy like that," she finished, taking another sip of her butterbeer.

"Well, it was pretty obvious that something was going on between those two," he leaned back in his chair and held his mug in both hands. Uh oh, he hit a nerve.

"Calm down and take a deep breath, it was just a simple question, it's not like I'm going to Imperius you and get the answer out of you," he laughed at the thought though. Why was she getting all defensive?

"Let's change the subject shall we?" Rafe said as he took a large gulp of butterbeer. "If you could marry any famous wizard out there, who would he be and why?" That seemed like a simple question, nothing too personal about that.

She looked at him with her eyes narrowed.

"I am calm," she said through gritted teeth. The thought of him using the Imperious curse on her to get the answer made her shiver--that would be really embarrasing. She hoped he didn't know how to do it.

"Fine," she said to the subject changing. She leaned back in her chair as well, licking her lips.
"Umm, probably...Harry Potter. Because he saved the wizarding world and all," she said as she remebered stories her grandmother would tell her about him.

"What about you?" she asked him, poking Kat in the process--was she asleep?

"I suppose Nymphadora Tonks," Rafe said. "She was pretty hot, with the pink hair and all! She's seemed rather feisty! That Lupin bloke was a lucky fellow." Rafe figured his answer would be a surprise. With the way he talked about Quidditch all the time people might assume he would say Ginny Potter, since she played for the Harpies. But, Tonks seemed more understanding and excepted Lupin just as she was. Rafe only hoped that one day he would find a girl like that.

"Plus, she had good taste in music," Rafe continued. "The Weird Sisters were awesome and classic rock. You don't here music like that anymore, it's too pop-like!"

Rafe laughed as Lucy began poking Kat. Kat was probably staring at someone or was in a trance. Though he looked around and couldn't make out who she could have been looking at.

"Tonks, huh? That's really weird! I thought you would pick someone more...I don't know, athletic? But that's cool, too. I guess you guys match; you're both eccentric."

She was surprised at Rafe's choice. She was lost in thought for a couple of seconds, and then returned to the conversation.

"Yeh, the Weird Sisters were so awesome!!" she replied.

She decided to leave Kat alone--she might be catching up on her sleep because she was up all night trying to do her homework.
Lucy decided to ask Rafe the same question he had asked her, but she was unable to answer.

She leaned in close to him, and whispered, "Is there anyone you fancy, Rafe?" she asked with a smile. He would probabaly lie to her, she thought.

Kat spaced out thinking about .... well nothing actually. She was tired and was about to fall asleep when she felt someone poke her. She didnt say anything at first because she really didnt feel anything but a few seconds later she felt the pain. "Owww" she said as she turned to Lucy. "Why did you do that?" She asked while turning to Rafe. "It's not funny" She said to him trying to glare but found it impossible. She realized she missed alot and asked "What i missed?" to Rafe and Lucy.

"Are you okay Kat? You look a bit tired. Or are you not feeling okay?"

"Sorry Kat, I thought you fell asleep!" Lucy said apologetically. She rubbed Kat's arm to make her feel better.


"You didn't miss much, as Rafe just said."
"Yeh, you look really tired. You wann go back to the castle and take a nap? Or nap here? Put your head on the table? Seriously." Lucy was concerned for Kat.

Lucy had noticed that Rafe had not answered her question.
"You were saying, Rafe?" Lucy asked him.
