"Mean to her, how were you mean to her? Sure, you may have given her a few dirty looks in class but I never heard you say anything about her." 'Jealous maybe but not mean' Marie thought as she remembered those looks Kay gave Alexandra in transfiguration. Marie had kind of gotten the impression that Kay would have rather been partners with Lorcan than with her that day.

"I don't know. She said that when Lorcan and I were in the courtyard I said some mean stuff." Kay said looking at her butterbeer that was empty. "I don't know maybe I did. She took a picture and I was very upset." She said to Marie. "Think I will have anyother butterbeer, do you want one?" Kay stood up to go get one and waited for Marie to answer.

" Well, I am glad we are all togther" Jason said to the table. " Glad you made it" Jason told Carter. " So how are the butterbeers" Jason asked all sitting at the table.

"Um, no thanks, I'm not done with this one yet" Marie said as she took a drink of her butterbeer. "So she took a picture of you. Why would you say anything mean about that? I took a picture and you weren't mean to me." 'Yeah right she wasn't mean. She pretty much bit your head off for taking that picture' Marie thought to herself as she remembered her encounter with Kay and Lorcan in the courtyard.
"Besides, everyone who has muggle studies is running around taking pictures for their homework assignments." This reminded Marie that she still had to get a few more pictures.

Kay nodded to Marie and went to get another butterbeer. When Kay returned she sat next to Marie and listened to what she had to say. "Well, I was snappy with you when you took your picture. Maybe I did say some mean things." Kay stated about that day. She drank a little of her butterbeer and went on. "You see Lorcan wasn't happy about get his picture taken back in our common room and well left. I went after him. Then you did it, and then Alexandra." Kay said to Marie. 'Wow, this was harder than she thought it would be.' Kay had to keep it to just the facts and not all that happened.

Emily skipped into the warmth of the pub and went up to the counter "one buttter beer please!" she said smiling and handed over the money. Taking the butterbeer she sat down at a table and looked around hoping to meet some new friends.

Sipping the butter beer she let the warmth of it fill her up. she removed her scarf and hat she had crocheted herself and people watched.

"Funny, I was just thinking that," Ella smiled. "Maybe I'll work in the Ministry like my mom, or go to St. Mungo's with you." She gave him a little nudge. "My dad works there sometimes."

Tammy chuckled, "christmas presents. but I already have hers, but I need to see how shes coping and stuff. I miss her.." She stopped, and smiled at Torin. "Thanks for this princess. I needed it."

Amadeus just couldn't wait to visit Hogsmeade especially the Three Broomsticks as his parents had told him about the amazing Butter Beer drink. When Amadeus had arrived at Hogsmeade with the rest of the class he then wandered of wondering which place he should visit first. He looked around at the other studets walking passed him wandering if anybody would e his friend. He had passed many shops, he had then found the Three Broomsticks. It looked very old. He had then ran inside, it was very crowded inside and at the bar, so he decided to find a table and sit down, he had looked around at everybody hoping somebody will sit next to him and talk to him. Amadeus had then got up and went over to the bar and had asked the bartender for a Butter Beer, he had then paid the Bartender and waited for the Butter Beer. He had then took the Butter Beer and went over to he table hoping not to spill any. The Butter Beer was very thick and yellow, Amadeus had than drank the Butter Beer, he felt vey warm inside and happy.

"So Lorcan didn't want his picture taken? That's why you got so upset?" Marie just sat there looking at Kay trying to figure out her story. Something didn't add up here and Marie was going to find out all she could. "So what could you have said that made her so mad? I mean why would she confront you two times about this? Also, what did she mean by saying that you better be worried?"
Marie realized she was asking a lot of questions and decided she better give Kay a chance to answer some of them before she asked anymore. She didn't want to scare Kay off, then she would never find out anything about her.

"Hey Jason, yes it is great to be sitting together all of us, The Butterbeers are great!" K then noticed more and more students sitting with them, "Hi I'm K nice to meet you all." K was happy to be sitting with so many people. "Also Vicky yes I think it will deffently snow."

"No, Lorcan didn't want his picture taken, but I also didn't want Alexandra to have that picture of me. You see, I, a, I did a bit of magic in the courtyard that I am not sure we should be doing and well." Kay stopped to collect herself. She was a little upset now. "Anyway, Alexandra saw, and that's way the whole I should be worried thing." Kay took and other drink and waited for Marie to say something.

"That's it, you're worried because she seen you doing some magic and she may have a picture of it, which she took with a muggle camera? You do remember that mugle pictures don't move so it would be pretty hard to say what you were really doing in the picture." Marie couldn't help but laugh at this point, Kay was worried someone had seen her do magic in a school where they teach magic. "You do realize that you were at Hogwarts and that magic IS allowed there right? Who cares if she seen you, she can't do anything about it, that is unless..." Marie wanted to say her next few words carefully, she didn't want to upset Kay but maybe there was a reason she was worried abut someone seeing her do magic "You weren't doing dark magic were you?" Kay didn't look like the type that would do that sort of magic but you can never be too sure, besides why else would she be so worried. There had to be more to it and Marie wanted to find out what it was.

'What?' Kay thought, 'I would never use dark magic. Well not on anyone here' Kay looked at Marie and didn't know what to say. "I know the pictures don't move and all, but she still heard me or should I say didn't hear me, use magic." Kay said looking around the bar again. Something didn't feel right. "I know you think I'm a bit of a nutter, but Alexandra really has me scaried. Not so much about getting kick out, but what she may do." Kay said looking back at Marie. "Now even Lorcan isn't talking to me. After class I tried to say bye to him and he didn't even act like I was there. I really thought he was my friend." Kay said downing some more of her butterbeer. "So, do you think I should tell Lorcan, or talk to Alexandra."

Coping? Coping with what? "What happened to her that you want to know how she's coping?" Was he missing out on something? And why was she thanking him for that matter? There was no need for her to thank him. "Now why would you need to thank me for this?" He took a bit of his fry and shook his head at her.

Tammy shook her head, "No. . . I just want to see how she's getting on with her homework, school and stuff." She giggled, silly Torin. Thinking something was wrong. Bless him.

"Well, I needed to talk to someone, and you've cheered me up Tor."

Okay, that was a relief. "Well, I'm sure that she's coping better than I am." He winked at her and thought again about how tired he was. Maybe he could rest his head on the table for a bit.

"Well, that's what I'm here for. It's in my job description."

Tammy grinned. "Oh, I can help. Maybe. It depends whatcha need help in.. I'm not too good smartwise." She giggled, and leant over, and patted his head. "You tired Princess?"

"Job description? You came with one of those?"

"Can you figure out a way that I can study without getting tired? And I've tried coffee." Though really the problem was in the fact that he couldn't get the coffee into the library to have with him when he studied. But there was no way around that one. "I'm so tired. I have to do good on my OWLs. My parents are really getting at me for it."

"Yep, I did oddly enough. It says that I have to cheer Tammy up when she's down."

Warren stood shell shocked. He could see the image clearly in the picture of Harrison. He couldn't breathe. He was stood next to Torin and near Tammy, he dropped his butterbeer and froze.

Tammy shrugged. "I can sit with you, and scream each time you go to sleep. Maybe. Or me and Shana could - Maybe not..." Tammy grinned, that was funny. OOOH, to see that happen. "AWH, Princess. I can try and help. And theres these study sessions, you should got to them. I sorta be running the next one."

She smiled. "Thats a nice job description. I didnt get one, but never mind."

While sitting at the table with her friends k noticed a crash of glasses. "What was that she said, then she saw a Slytherin drop his glass, "Hey are you okay she asked to the boy she saw frozen. Want help cleaning that up." K wanted to help the boy in her house he was older than her and she didn't really know him but hey he was a Snake and he looked upset.

"And give me a heart attack? I think I'll pass." He gave her a wink, thankful that she was willing to help him. And how did he not know about these study session? "You are? When is this taking place?" He would have to go now. He couldn't miss it if she was heading it.

"It isn't in yours? Are you sure?" He faked surprise.

Sky's eyes lit up. "Hi Jason! It's good to see you."

"Thanks. They're great." Carter said to Jason. He smiled at Ella. That would be fun. Working with Ella. "What do your parents do?" he asked. He was very curious about what people did after Hogwarts.
