Ellie had been standing there fiddling with her brand new robes, trying to ignore her rumbling tummy, when she was nugded by someone. She turned around and looked at the big girl who had spoken to her. If she didn't feel nervous and small enough already! She was actually suprised one of the older students wanted to talk to her, she wondered what year she was in. She looked quite a lot older. "I...I like cauldron cakes and pumpkin pasties," she said. "And chocolate frogs, but I don't think I'm going to get any Bertie Bott's. Wh..what about you?"



A girl asked Ellie what she could buy here. "Oh," Ellie said. "I'm a first year too, my name's Ellie. You can buy cauldron cakes and pumpkin pasties and chocolate frogs and Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans...and I'm not sure what else, but lots of different sweets and things." She wondered if the girl was muggle born, if she didn't know what she could buy.

Warren was starving! he looked at all of the scrummcious food and decided to get two chocolate frogs. One for him and the other for Alex. ''Two Frogs Please!!'' he grinned as he gave the money to the nice lady. 'Thanks!'

He saw two first years by the food trolley. He thought he would be nice !

' Hi there im Warren ' he said, giving them one of his famously beautiful smiles.

Okay, the way the girl stared up at her made Nancy furrow her brow slightly first in confusion and then after a few moments in a little annoyance. She was just trying to be nice after all. And, well, alright, she was a bit hyper at the moment talking to complete strangers, tiny first year strangers even, but she was just being nice. What was wrong with that?! Hmpf...

Oh, at least she chose to answer in the end, not just stand there gazing up at her without saying a word. She wasn't that intimidating now, was she? "Oh, nice. Well, to be honest, I'm not even sure if they have my favorite candy here. Maple Fudge. D'you know it? It's just...it's just the best thing in the world!" Despite the slight hint of annoyance Nancy beamed at the little girl at the thought of Maple Fudge. She just couldn't not beam. "Anyways, I'm Nancy, by the way. Fifth year Slytherin." Yes, she really was in a very good mood right now. Still, there was still the rather dangerous smirk playing around her lips. Hopefully Steven would be arriving soon...

"Hi Warren, I'm Ellie," she said quietly, still a little nervous of the older students. But she was beginning to decide they weren't as scary as she thought they might be (of course, seventh years were scariest, but the other years weren't so bad.) She wondered what year Warren was in. "What house are you in?" she asked, suddenly having a million questions like she often did.


Turning to Nancy, Ellie shook her head. "I don't know maple fudge," Ellie said. "But I do like fugde, it's yummy isn't it? I'm Ellie, I'm a first year. So what's your favourite subject? What do you want to do when you leave Hogwarts?"

Nancy blinked a few times as all of a sudden two other students approached the little firstie she was just talking to. Whoa, she was famous already. Well, probably not famous but you know. Popular. Okay, wasn't that the same thing? Whatever. Nancy chose to not say anything but only granted both newcomers with a small smile before turning back to the first year.

Nancy literally gasped at the girl's next words. She did not know Maple Fudge?! Where was she from? Mars? Simply staring down at Ellie for a moment like she was a complete lunatic Nancy blinked quite rapidly a few times, trying to pull herself together again. But still, how could you NOT know Maple Fudge?! "You don't?! Jeez, if they don't have it here, you have to come meet me at Hogwarts so I can give you some. You just...it's not...it's just irresponsible for you to not know Maple Fudge." Maybe she should owl the girl's parents. What if..."D'you have any brothers or sisters?!" She asked, slight panic in her voice. They wouldn't know about Maple Fudge either then. ZOMG!!

Then there were quite a few questions thrown at her by Ellie, who apparently was the eager first year she looked. "My favorite subject? I'd say Defense Against the Dark Arts and Arithmancy. And about your second question, I have absolutely no idea yet. I still have time to figure that out, though." She gave her a small smile. Maybe she would open a Maple Fudge factory...

'Hey Ellie!' he replied. 'im in Slytherin third year' He could see she was scared and nervous, it was her first time at Hogwarts so he kept it cool. '' How are you?''

Ellie was rather taken aback by Nancy's reaction to her saying she'd not had maple fudge before. "Sorry," Ellie apologised, feeling a little silly. "Mummy never gave me any. I've got a little brother, but he's not coming to Hogwarts for another three years, thank Merlin, I can't stand him!" At least she wouldn't have to see him until Christmas, she thought to herself. "What's Arithmancy like? Is it hard? I like numbers and things, I'd love to do that class. And Defence Against the Dark Arts is what I'm looking to most, apart from Charms." She wondered whether they would have any maple fudge, she quite wanted to try some now. "Do you get much homework?" she asked as an after thought. Ellie was a very keen little first year, but even she did not really enjoy the idea of loads and loads of homework.


Warren was rather nice too. "I'm OK," she said. "How are you? What's your favourite class? I can't wait for classes to start!"

Warren smiled. 'Good, Im amazing thanks' Being Warren, looking good was his top priority. He checked himself out via looking through the window and replied. '' I love flying '' he said. '' My family are all amazing Quidditch players, im hoping to follow their footsteps'' ''What are you most looking forward to?''

"Ooooh, do you play for your house team?" Ellie asked. "Did you family ever play professionally? I'm looking forward to Defence Against the Dark Arts and Charms! I'm not that keen on flying though, really. But I do love watching Qudditch."

'' im hoping to this year!'' Warren answered. '' My father did play professionally and so did my older brother before he was killed, me and my twin Dave are hoping to follow their footsteps.'' Warren looked down and his face dropped once he mentioned his older brother Harrison. He had missed him soo much, he would have been coming on the train with him if it wasn't for that accident in Azkaban. And as for his twin brother, he had moved to another school. This was the first time they had been seperated. Warren knew he had to keep strong, it was just a matter of time.

Despite the fact that her mother had provided her with enough sandwiches to feed a small country, the first thing Marina did on the train was look for the food trolley. She was now a third year already but still she was as nervous as she had been on her first day. The many students, the noise they made, the necessity to make a good impression on them so she would finally make some friends this year - all of this together made her nervous and crave chocolate frogs.
She kicked her trunk forward with difficulty (it was to heavy for her to drag it and she hadn't found a compartment yet) and stood in line in front of the food trolley.

He was Standing there alone , waitting for his turn , eyeing the others with freaky looks . it was his first year at Hogwarts , he was nervous but excited to meet new friends and new advantures .

"Oh!" Ellie exclaimed, incredibly sorry that Warren had lost his older brother. How very sad he must have felt, and she could not help but notice his face drop. "I'm so sorry," she said, a look of pity in her eyes, and wondering where his twin was. "What position do you play?" she asked, thinking Warren might want a change of subject.

Keeley walked right behind Bella as they finally found the food trolley. Not being familiar with any wizarding candies, she studied them with awe, wondering what things would taste like, and also whether they had something for Aphrodites. She fiddled with her teal, waist legnth hair as her eyes flashed many different colors. She finally settled on a lighter green.

After Kristen settles comfortably at the front of the train, she goes to food trolley to buy some candies. She loves candies and chocolates, she is amazed all the food the trolly has. She asks the lady " Can I have a chocolate frog and two sugar quills?"

Her eyes widdened as he said he choked on a sugar quill. "You sure your okay? I could always trie bringing the bruising down with a spell, or a ice pack."she felt kinda bad for running into him.....since she seemed to be doing that a lot lately. She looked down at the ground, then back up at Kel, a sheepish smile on her face. "Do you want me to buy you another one? Cause I've got plenty of sickles and galleons to spare." For some reason though, she had a feeling he would decline. He was just that kind of person. The kind of person that spent 12 galleons on dress robes because he insisted he buy yours as well as his.


Wow.....a lot of people seemed to have been asking her that question a lot today. First Chris, then Lizzie, now him. Of coarse, with Kel, she could be a bit more honest with him. "Um....okay I guess. It was kind of...rough at home when my mother came back."she sighed. "She didn't want me to go to Hogwarts this year. She said it was getting to dangerous, and that I wasn't acting like a lady should be acting and that I needed to be homeschooled or sent to the school my sister's have been attending." She couldn't help but make a face at that. Going to their school wouldn't have been good for Jenn. "So....I ended up running...off for awhile."she stared at the ground, hoping that Kel didn't start yelling at her like her brothers had.

Cassarissa looked around, hoping for maybe someone to talk with while she waited. She saw a nervous-looking girl, about her age. She let a few people in front of her so she could get back.

"Hello there." Cassarissa said with a smile.

Kel nodded hurriedly. "I'm sure, Jenn. Nothing that won't heal," he shook his head, feeling the urge to laugh. Seriously, even he had been making it sound worse than it was. But trust Jenn to actually offer to fix it, or whatever, and then even offer to buy him another quill. "No, I don't need another one," he motioned to the other sugar quills he'd bought, which he'd also dropped on the floor. "I've got plenty." he added with a small, not-very-happy-sounding laugh.

He made an Oh no face when Jenn started answering his question. He was silent as she talked, trying not to show too much emotion, because he knew that she probably wouldn't be happy if he told her off, or looked like he wanted to tell her off. But when she mentioned possibly being home schooled or going to another school, his eyes widened in horror. He sighed when she stopped talking, but didn't know what to say to her. "Erm...I glad you could come back, then?"

She wasn't convinced but she thought she'd let it drop. "Okay. But if you just happen to randomly cry out in pain, then I'm defiantly going to fix it then."she informed him, nodding. She would, make no doubt of it. She didn't like seeing people hurt....escpecially Kel. She looked down at his little pile of sugar quills and laughed. "Yeah, I guess you do. Your like me with pumpkin pasties."she teased, still laughing as she nudged him playfully in the ribs.

She sighed softly and looked up at him. "I'm glad I came back too. Of coarse....my mother doesn't know that I have gone back to Hogwarts. She probably has a idea that I am, but she doesn't know for sure. I left....my house you see. I've been pretty much living with my cousin, and everynow and then I've been staying in Diagon Alley with Devon."she looked away, another sigh escaping, and she brought her hair down to cover her face like a dark curtain. She was slightly ashamed to admit that she had...in a way...ran away from home.

"Sounds fair," Kel replied, rolling his eyes as he looked down. Note to self: Don't cry out in pain, he thought sarcastically. He didn't need to have Jenn all worried about him over a stupid thing like jabbing the back of his mouth with a sugar quill. He laughed shortly in response to her comment about having enough candy, and was actually smiling when he looked up at her after she nudged him in the ribs. "We should go to a Candy Anonymous meeting and confess of our obsessions with Sugar Quills and Pumpkin Pasties." he mused teasingly.

He looked at her, worried, as she looked away from him after telling him more about how she'd ran away from home. Did she expect him to yell at her? If anything, he would've thought that she would realize he could understand. It seemed to him - although he'd never met them - that her parents were a lot like hers. He knew what it was like to have parents that didn't want you to go to Hogwarts, he'd dealt with that problem since he'd first gotten his Hogwarts letter at eleven years old.

"Jenn," he muttered, reaching forward to move the sheet of hair away from her eyes. "I'm not gonna lecture you about running away, I hope you know. I'm just glad that you had a place to stay and that you made it back to Hogwarts." He gave her a look as if to say that if she wanted to be yelled at for disobeying her parents, she'd have to go find someone else.

Emalyn skitted up to the food trolley and eagerly waited her turn. Food food food food food!!!! Glorious food!

Her stomach echoed her eagerness, and she cleared her throat, trying to overrule the groaning of her empty tummy.

Where WAS everyone? She had barely seen any Hufflepuffs that she knew, or anyone else in any other house for that matter. She looked around, scowling. Where were they all? How dare they not come find her? Well, it was inevitable. This was a huge train...

Humph.

Jenn nodded. "Glad you agree." So if he did, she'd be off either healing him, or, finding ice. She didn't know why he was so afraid of her helping him. Must be a guy thing. She couldn't help but start cracking up as he said they should go to a meeting and confess there problems. "Yeah we should. I don't think though they would be able to help us though."she grinned. She liked her sweet lovely pumpkin pasties too much to give them up.

She slowly turned to look at him, her brown eyes wide. As she listened to him, her eyes misted. He was glad she had come back. He really cared about her. And he didn't hate her for running off. "Oh Kel!"she threw her arms around him, giving him a tight hug. "Your so wonderful." He really was. She knew right then, that no matter what she did, he would always have her back. Like then. He didn't care she had run away from home, or that she had disobyed her parents, he just was happy...that she was here.

Kel nodded, giving Jenn a look of fake-sadness. "That's true. But I guess it's okay," he added, a smile playing at his lips, "I don't mind liking candy," And plus, if he knew that Jenn always liked pumpkin pasties, he knew something that he could always get her when he was in the mood for to give a random present, or she needed something to cheer her up, or whatever. He made a mental note to buy a few pumpkin pasties to give to Jenn at random times.

His eyes widened as he saw Jenn's eyes mist. Oh no. Why was she so emotional? He was about to say something - though he didn't know what - to get her back to normal, when she hugged him. Gah, she really needed to stop doing that; Kel liked it far too much. He laughed quietly when she said he was wonderful. "Thanks, Jenn..." he paused, wondering if this was the wrong time for humor, but decided to go on, "I try."

She smirked lightly as he said that he guessed it was okay. "Yeah....I guess too that it's okay. I mean, we'll just be two candy craved people that spend all there allowence money on year supplies of the candy." Her eyes widdened slightly as she thought how that might sound. "Not that I have done that before, cause that's so...."she trailed off, smiling sheepishly at him. He didn't mind liking candy? Who didn't? Candy was the sorce of all happy hyperness. "I love liking candy! It makes me happy and hyper whenever I eat some...well....a lot of it." Oh yes, liking candy defiantly brought some...sweetness to life.

She couldn't help but laugh at his humor. "I'm glad you do Kel."she said, leaning out of the hug, a light smile on her face. She was silent for a moment, watching Neige squeek and look around. Finally she looked back at Kel, sighing. "So....how have you been?"she asked, leaning up against the wall.

Damon led K down the corridor until they found the food trolley, however there were several students in front of it and they would have to wait in line. "Well" said Damon "we will have to wait in line i hope thats not a problem to you. He kept her close by as they waited.
