Aaron watched Iris go outside before following her. He flinched a little, but it wasn't that bad. Aaron had been waaaaaaaaaay colder before. He walked down the stairs and made his way along the path with Iris...

He'd get to that later. Much later, depending on Daphne's mood. "Daphne Hopton? May I have alone time... right now?" Clearly, hehe, he could, but he wanted her to fit him into her schedule all official like.

Bumping their intertwined fingers against her thigh, Daphne nodded slowly. "Right now? I do believe I have some time for you, Plymouth." Always for Plymouth Morgan. Not that she was about to tell him that. Right out. In public property.

He leaned his back against the big, oak doors that lead outside. "I was halfway hoping you'd actually pull out a little schedule book and check to see if you had time." Mmmm. Plymouth watched her for a moment longer than would be necessary, then pushed the door open for them.

"Tell me about these glasses?" Arianna was making her way out of the castle, heading for the grounds when she saw this scene. A boy opening a door for a girl, she immediately snapped a picture at that moment. She HAD to register it, nowadays almost no one did that. She sang happily a victory tune for achieving the two photos mark.

"Thank you for your keen observation!" snapped the pox-man, refolding his handkerchief and blowing. SNIIIIIRK.
Tino stepped back again, wondering if it was possible to catch deadly viruses from a painting. He could swear he felt the moisture from that last one. "You should really see a doctor for that," he advised. "Have you tried hot chicken soup? Or how about nasal spray?"
"Oh thanks. In five hundred years, I hadn't thought of that," pox-man scowled, rolling his eyes.
"Wow, really?" Tino was impressed by the guy's lack of focus. Maybe he was even worse than Tino. It gave him a slight glimmer of hope. "Say, I've always been curious. If I painted something new into your frame, would you be able to use it? Or would it block that part of the painting like a brick wall, since it wasn't part of the original spell?" Um, hello, wasn't the crazy kid on a (wo)man hunt right now? HELLO??? Annie knew for a fact that as poofy, frizzy and crazy as her hair was right now, it did not match the prairie grass behind her head. CLEARLY she was right in her assessment of Tino's brainlessness if he never noticed her.
Shaking her head at the bits of conversation she managed to catch from boy and portrait, Anastasia began sneaking off in the opposite direction from Tino. Fine. She would just RUN RUN RUN RUN RUNNNNNNNNNN (which she did) all the way down the other end of the corridor, sliiiiiide down the banister, and land in the entrance hall to get the Hades out of here.
It would not be fun sneaking out to the Front Gate without shoes though. Alas. ....and slide down the banister Bunbury did, very stealthy-like, until she reached the Entrance Hall. Oh good. No one was around. She would use this time to her advantage to saunter over to a mirror, fluff out her hair, conjure up a pair of shoes...
Annie proceeded to smooth out her robes and take care of the shoes first, because honestly, now that it seemed Crazy! One had forgotten why he was chasing her, she had forgotten why she was running.
She'd done nothing wrong. Nothing. Upstead had gotten what was coming to him for fighting a plant and a professor. She was absolutely innocent - why, she was practically a saint for transporting the boy to the hospital wing instead of tending to her damaged Devil's Snare!
Maybe exile in Antarctica wouldn't be necessary after all. Maybe just a little time away from the castle would be best... yes.... like a vacation.
With that thought, Annie slipped into the shoes she'd conjured without thinking and glanced down. Ew. Ewwww this was not her top-quality classy, timeless designer style at allll. It sent the wrong message entirely. And what was with the skulls on the side? Skulls and roses?
Hmm. That actually worked for her. And they seemed flexible enough that she might be able to start running again if anyone came looking.

| Help us we're a bunch of letters stuck in this box !! Quote:
Tino was having a fine time discussing magical paintings with the magical painting man, even if he was a bit snarky about innocent questions. He was right in the middle of telling a very funny story, involving Professor Bunbury's shoes, when he suddenly gasped.
"I did it again!!" Tino shouted, grabbing at his hair in consternation.
Pox man looked interested. "What did you do again? Ask another completely irrelevant question?"
"NOOO!" Tino shouted again. "I forgot what I was doing! I was chasing Bunbury! This way! Where'd she go?"
"You mean that teacher? The one who just went down those stairs behind you?" Pox man smiled mischievously. It was an icky smile with yellow teeth.
The Greek boy wasn't much for cursing, but as Tino fled down the staircase, he let fly all the curse words he knew.
Thundering down the stairs, Tino was furious with Bunbury and himself now. Bunbury for hurting students and trying to squash him beneath seven suits of armor, and himself for forgetting about it. And forgetting what he was doing. And forgetting the question he'd meant to ask Pox Man two minutes ago. What was it again?
"You!," Tino came to a landing, leaping the last four stairs. She was standing right there. In the middle of the entrance hall, fixing her hair or her feet or something, as if she hadn't a care in the world! (Well, technically, she hadn't, for about three minutes.)
Tino planted his feet and raised his wand menacingly. "Stop! Homicidal psycho-witch. Don't eeeeven think about it!" . . . What 'it' was he hadn't considered, but he was sure he'd know it once she did it. At least he had his literary descriptors back. Now he could berate her with class.

Anastasia froze as the voice of the Crazy! One carried across the Entrance Hall. She slowly turned on the heel of her punky pink flats and tilted her head at the boy.
Well well well. Wasn't this confrontational.
"Me," Bunbury answered, managing to maintain a blank expression as she folded her hands behind her back and tucked her wand up her sleeve. "What did I - or am I - about to do that leads you to believe I'm homicidal?"
She wasn't about to deny the psycho part.
"You're the only armed one here, Tino," Annie took a step forward and raised both empty hands. "I'm innocent." Until proven....otherwise.

| *Muggle Studies Okay so Alexandra was pretty sure there was something serious going on here but she couldn't resist snapping the picture of Professor Bunbury looking so windswept. She quickly scurried out of the Entrance Hall before anyone could stop her. |

"You're the only armed one here, Tino," Annie took a step forward and raised both empty hands. "I'm innocent." Until proven....otherwise. "Innocent my foot!," Tino accused, keeping his wand trained on Bunbury's chest. "I know what you're capable of! And I have witnesses! Why else would you run away, and try to stop anyone pursuing you? Your whole face screams 'guilty'!"
Tino hesitantly took a step forward. He hadn't really planned for what would happen when he caught up to her. Maybe he never truly believed he'd catch her in the first place. What should he do now? He wasn't about to assume his skills were greater than hers, or that she was truly unarmed. She used her wand in the hospital wing. And where did she get those sweet new sneakers? . . . Never mind that. Think, Tino, think!
"I think," Tino kept his eyes fixed on Bunbury's, "That if you're truly innocent, you should be able to prove it to the Headmaster and the Ministry of Magic. But we both know that Jake kid upstairs was put there by you, and that Celandine's arm was supposed to be treated by a real doctor, and that you're the fakest teacher Hogwarts has ever known. And that you attacked me with your shoe." Oh that was going to sound convincing. Never mind that. He needed law enforcement backup, and pronto. Where was everyone, anyway? Wasn't this the part where the authorities showed up and took the criminal off his hands? Well, he'd have to find the authorities himself.
He flicked his wand to the left and nodded his head. "Let's go. Hands out, where I can see them."

He flicked his wand to the left and nodded his head. "Let's go. Hands out, where I can see them." "You don't know anything about me," Bunbury warned Tino in a low, dark tone. She took a step closer to the boy. "Nothing. I have nothing to prove to anyone about anything."
And was she really a fake teacher? Really?! The fakest one Hogwarts had known, including Borr and Melita?
That one cut deep, Kolytiris, that one burned. If one didn't know Anastasia R. Bunbury better, one might describe the expression on her face as hurt and... and... almost... tearful?
But the sad moment passed in a flash and all that was left, as usual, was Bunz!Rage. "No. I already showed you my hands," she took another step closer to Tino with clenched teeth. "Now I'm going to show you something else." HOW TO RUN!!!!
Bunbury flicked her wand out of her sleeve and swirled it at Tino, all in one smooth move of the wrist. There was a loud BOOOOM and one moment he was armed and standing there, all upright and evil, and the next his arms were bound to his sides and his legs were snapped together, courtesy of several thick, tight, dry vines. Not strings, not ropes, but prickly and stiff grapevine.
"That," the Herbology professor snarled, stepping over Tino and staring down at his prone frame, "is called education, boy. Now learn how to untangle yourself."
And then she really did take off, bursting out of the front doors and out to the grounds...or wherever her shoes led her.

Fred was walking by the entrance hall on his way to get something to eat when he saw a sight that could only reminise of his years at Durmstrang though even there teachers usually did'nt attack students, what was this world coming to. Before he could even contemplate what he had seen the professor had taken off to who knows where. He ran over to the scene to see the victim was a boy who looked a little bit older then him and said, "Don't worry, I'm here to help you.". H thene turned to him and took out his wand and said, "diffindo", concentrating on severing the vines down the middle freeing the boy's arms and legs. He then asked, "What on Eath was all this about?".

Lyddia smiled at her friend and waved as well. She took hold of the two bags and made her way to her common room, thinking of the day she had today.

His mouth was just forming the P in protego when his head snapped back and his body lurched forward like a stone statue in an earthquake. He'd been hog-tied before by Masterson, but that had all been messing around; the groundskeeper wasn't actually trying to hurt him. This was the real deal. Tino's eyes grew wide as dinnerplates as he crashed, paralyzed, to the ground. He was just beginning to struggle frantically against the prickly vines when Bunbury leaned over him.
She looked angry. Her face was contorted, like she was about to spit acid. Tino realized he could do nothing. His powers were nothing, he was nothing. He'd failed miserably. And now he was going to die.
Only he didn't.
Bunbury disappeared. And Tino lay still on the floor of the entrance hall. Quote:

Then he turned to to other boy. "Why- didn't she kill me?"

He then heard the boy ask him a rather alarming question and reponded saying, "Wait, what, kill, you thought she was gonna kill you. I thought I had at bad at Durmstrang. Anyway I really think what ultimately stopped the Herbology professor from killing you is that ultimately when it comes down to it she does'nt have it in her to kill. Agression problems do come in different stagesand for her she does'nt have agression bad enough to kill. Any how, what actually caused this mess in the first place?".

| Help us we're a bunch of letters stuck in this box !! "A buncha. . . stuff," Tino replied, still dazed. "In the hospital wing. I think she hurt some kid and was making a run for it, and then she zapped Celandine's arm even though I tried to stop her because we were waiting for a real doctor. . . and then she knocked a bunch of armor and tried to do me in. . . and she's always wearing. . . pink." Tino didn't know why he mentioned that last part but for some reason it seemed important.
He got slowly to his feet, feeling every muscle protest, especially his neck from the impact of the floor. The kid had asserted that Bunbury wasn't aggressive. What did you call all that stuff, then? How did you beat a little kid up until he was unconscious without having a buttload of evil intent? "I guess you have a point," Tino said slowly, rubbing the bruises on both arms. "She could have killed me and she chose not to. But I don't know if it's because she doesn't have it in her, or because she just wasn't scared enough. I'm not exactly a threat." He looked down at the floor. He hadn't lasted five seconds. She'd crushed him like a bug. What kind of hero was that?
"I think I better tell someone. Bunbury's probably long gone, but just in case she comes back or something." Tino looked dejectedly up the staircase, where a moment ago he'd charged whole-heartedly into the fray. "Where should we go?"

Fred just gave Tino a look and said, "Um, okay, it really does'nt matter her color of choice or why she did'nt kill you. What matters is she attacked you and regardless of why you right to tell someone. I would suggest we go to the Headmaster but first get support from a professor." Fred then paused for a moment and realized he never asked the boys name then quickly added, "By the way, whats you're name?".

| Help us we're a bunch of letters stuck in this box !! Tino strongly disagreed. He felt one's favorite color was indicative of one's character. For instance, he steered clear of anyone who wore puce green. And pastels. . . pastel people were just creepy.
"Okay," he exhaled. "I guess we should go find. . . Truebridge. He's an okay chap." Maybe he wouldn't laugh Tino out of the office for being such a miserable dueler. He heard Truebridge gave private dueling lessons, so he'd probably seen worse, right? "Oh. I'm Tino. Kolytiris. Thanks for the help anyway. . . I guess I would have laid there awhile if you hadn't come.
You don't have to come with, you know, if you were going somewhere or. . .busy." Tino felt it was only considerate to give the boy a way out in case his afternoon schedule hadn't involved rescuing people and chasing errant professors. In fact, he wouldn't blame the kid for running away screaming.
Tino headed for the stairs, trying to remember what story Truebridge's office was on and praying it wasn't too many flights. He was feeling like a giant bruise.

"Hey wait up", Fred said as he rushed over to catch up with Tino by the stairs and said, "I'm coming, look a I don't think you're weak cause Bunbury beat you like that so quickly. She's much older then you and has a lot more years of experience. If you went up against me I you would probobly stand a good chance at winning. Anyway, I'm you're only whitness and it is more important to me then anything else right now that I can help you plead you're case on the incident.".

"NYAH!!!!" Celandine did not care if her knickers were showing. They were nice knickers. She wriggled her butt at him before jumping on a bannister and sliding the rest of the way down, her feet hitting the ground with a click as she reached the foyer at the bottom.
She jumped around and even did a cartwheel, and she'd have done a whole lot more if Garret wasn't catching up to her. His legs were LONGER than hers, so she had to use tricks! She crossed the threshold and, for old times sake, paused for that little bit longer to glisseo the soles of her shoes and then she was OFF again.
You could always count on a Ravenclaw to employ trickery wherever possible. They were possibly more competitive than the Slytherins, if only to prove their know-it-allness! He pulled his wand out and quickly cast a spell he'd been practising in his dorm, "Impedimenta!"
The flash of light glanced just at her shoulder so while it wasn't ideal, she did slow down considerably, "Lookie wot I learneeed!" he taunted as he overtook her and slid past the threshold of the entrance to the kitchen levels.

As soon as Kiri took her picture, she waited a couple minutes so that their eyes could settle, before preping for her picture. "Alright make a goofy face." Simone stuck out her tounge and crossed her eyes, while still clutching Kiri close so that they would both be in the picture. She snaped the picture quickly. "Yay! I'm sure our pictures will turn out amazingly. I had so much fun today Kiri." She smiled and pulled her friend into a hug. Kiri went for cross-eyed as well, staring at the tip of her nose until her head was spinning. (The flash didn't help.)
When they were done, she let herself be squeezed and hugged. "I did, too," she said, nodding happily. "Let's, er, get inside though, before we freeze to death." She tried not to walk too quickly as they set off - that might have looked as if she was trying to get away from Simone.
When they'd reached the Entrance Hall, Kiri waved at her friend one last time before hurrying down the stairs into the Dungeons.

But what to take a picture of? |

But what to take a picture of? Chris Potter was walking down the stair into the big Entrance Hall and stopped to tie his shoes on the second to last step. When he bent over, he knew he hadn't thought this out right. He fell down the last step and landed on the ground. He quickly got up, and brushed himself off, hoping that no one saw it.

Apparently the fates were on his side today, 'cause just when Torin was about to give up, he saw Chris falling down the last step of the staircase.
Trying not to laugh, he snapped a picture before the boy got up again. "Thanks, dude!" he called out as he put the camera away. Then he headed over to him. "You're alright though?" He seemed to be, but Torin couldn't be too sure. |
