Plymouth was NOT distracted enough to miss her pinky cheeks. "Hehe. Pink. You almost match your glasses." With his free hand, he reached up to tap the bridge of the glasses. He listened about her different boots, oddly interested in female footwear. Daphne footwear, more like, but hehe. "I'm thinking about getting me a pair to match. To match you, that is. We can go puddle hopping together." |
Daphne gave Plymouth a pained little smile. He never missed a chance to point out her blushing, did he? If Miss Hopton didn't know any better, she'd say he quite enjoyed it. ??? Suspiciously, Daphne raised brow at him. Maybe he did enjoy it. Maybe he did! "That would be interesting," she remarked with a broad smile. Ha. Plymouth in rain boots. How dorky looking would that be? It was enough to make her chuckle. "The matching pair of boots not the puddle hopping. Puddle hopping sounds dangerous and dirty. Maybe we can put an impervius charms on our clothes first." Or hers. Mostly hers. |
"Dangerous and dirty, huh? A little dirt never hurt anyone. Besides, remember? Safe with me? You remember?" Plymouth gave Daphne a LOOK. He remembered... Plymouth fumbled with her hand until their fingers were intertwined. He smiled down at the mess of fingers, clearly lost in thought for the moment. "Next time it rains we'll go. Just you and me. Splish splashing on the grounds. Promise you'll like it." Like skipping rocks and camping hehe. "Unless you want to invite someone else." Ahem. |
"I don't like being dirty," whined Daphne Hopton, shutting her eyes tightly. In a small fit of rage she stamped her foot. She was not getting dirty! And. That. Was. Final. Taking a deep shaky breath, Daphne nodded. "I remember. Safe with you. Always. Always safe with you," assured the Gryffindor and as if to prove it, she stood on the tip of her toes to land a sloppy kiss somewhere along his jaw. He was too tall for his own good; or Daphne's good, whichever. "Why would I invite someone else? Besides, I think it might be a while before it rains. Does it usually rain in November? I imagine it would be really cold." |
"Hehe," Plymouth giggled, more than a little appeased with his weird feelings from earlier. She'd given him LOOKS at Honeydukes. LOOKS. Unhappy looks right after some .. hehe... well, other looks. That's how it usually went with Daphne, though. On one second, off the next. Plymouth didn't mind. He enjoyed it. "I dunno, Daphadil. But either way, you and me. You and me and not Phoebus." Plymouth burst out laughing and bent down to supply his own affection in the form of a nuzzle to the top of her hat. Hmm. Plymouth needed to get a hat. They could have matching hats TOO. |

"Phoebus?" retorted the blond in confusion, a brow going up. Why would Daphne invite Phoebus to go puddle hopping? He didn't seem the type to enjoy it and--Phoebus was her tutor. Her precious poofy haired tutor. At the thought of his unruly wiry hair, Daphne giggled. "Plymouth," she murmured, tugging him along and towards a corner. "We're still not outside. Walk, remember? And if you want alone time with me all you have to do is ask. I'll fit you into my schedule." And with that, Daphne gave Plymouth a LOOK over her shoulder, all heavy lids and lashes. Flutter-Flutter. |
Helena, after taking a few well concealed shortcuts, was up on the seventh floor in a jiffy, a napkin-covered bundle of toast in her hands. She only knew the general area, having very few classes this far upstairs, but she knew what to look for. She smiled upon seeing the portrait of the fat lady that she'd grown so accustomed to the previous year. Settling herself against the wall across from the portrait, Lena sat down and began munching on her toast while she waited for Chris. |
Chris still quite sleepy made his way out of the common room. He had a pair of straight cut jeans, a purple v-neck tee-shirt with a black zip up hoodie and black converse sneakers on. And a blue pygmy puff in his hand. But to day he didn't have a hat on probably because it was soooo early he forget. Well it was early for him anyways. He looked down the corridore and saw Lena he smiled and walked over to her. "Happy Birthday." He said cheerfully and leaned in slightly to give her a-sort of friendly-kiss on the cheek. |

"What time is it, anyway?" Lucy said as she looked at her watch. "Oh, wow, it's getting late, and I haven't even finished my Charms homework! Did you finish all of your homework, Kat? Because if you haven't, I think we should forget about the dungbombs until tomorrow, and go to the common room so we can finish our homework. How's that sound?" Lucy asked, turning to face Katlyn. |

Chris smiled wide. "You are very welcome Miss. Crawley." He said to her. Then he remember the little pygmy puff in his hand. Truth he didn't know what to get Lena. And every time he saw girls see this little things they always go crazy. Soooo...."Oh yeah this little puff ball is for you. I wasn't quite sure if you like pygmy puffs but they are kind of cute sooo I just thought..." He said trailing off at the end holding out the blue ball in his hand. Fooooood!!! "Yes I am." He said smiling as he took the toast and bit into a piece of it. "You know you are like one of the only people I would ever get up early for on a Saturday." He told her taking another bite. |
Helena chuckled at his reply before moving her eyes disbelievingly to the blue ball of fluff in his hand. Are you serious? she asked. That was just....!!! She accepted the small pygmy puff before hugging Chris very tightly and pulling back beaming. Thank you so much! He's absolutely adorable!! And for getting up, too, she added with a chuckle, still looking at her first birthday present in quite awhile. After a moment, she looked back at Chris. Ready to walk? she asked, till smile. ooc: off to do birthday things! :D will be back later (i love how ironic it is!) |

Helena chuckled and nodded as they began walking slowly down the corridor. Hmmmm.... she pondered where exactly she wanted to go. Outside? It wasn't that warm out yet - maybe later. How about.... The Owlery? she asked out loud, looking sideways at Chris and still smiling. I could do with introducing Penny to her new friend, she said, her smile widening. |
Chris walked along with Lena. "Owlery sound good sense it's not really that warm out yet." He said nodding. He saw Lena looking out of the corner of her at him and smiled back. "Ahh yes I guess that does seem pretty smart." He said again looking at the pygmy puff in her hands. "So you seem pretty happy today you excited to be seventeen or what?" He asked raising an eyebrow slightly. |
Helena nodded, glad they were on the same page with that at least. Then her smile widened at his words and she nodded once more, chuckling this time as well. I guess so - I just have a good feeling about today is all. The smile reappeared as she stopped talking, watching where she was going out of her light blue eyes and left quietly in her thoughts. (ooc: to the owlery?) |
Emily skipped up the length of the corridor on her way to the ravenclaw tower. Her scarf swung happily around her neck and her hat stuck out from her pocket. slowing up she saw that this corridor seemed to be dusty, she hated that. looking around at the suits of armour she saw that they also had dust on them. Emily dug out her wand "scourgify" she said as she walked up and down the corridor. When it was un-dustified she looked around at her work "lovely" she said and smiled. |

"Yeah, but he could become as smart as him!" Or maybe not. It seemed as if geniuses like Einstein only appeared every...couple of years. Or maybe every couple of generations? Heh. Either way, geniuses like Einstein were quite rare. Although it would be pretty cool if William were like Einstein...Lucy imagined the scenario in her mind, wondering how amazing it would be. Goodness!! "But what if Einstein was a WIZARD?! Oh, no, wait, never mind." It probably didn't make sense, considering he'd have been mentioned in their textbooks and as far as she was concerned, he was NOT mentioned. Hmm! Lucy let out a loud gasp. "REEEEALLY?! BAAAAD?" Aww. Someone was happy to have her as a friend. She was successful!! "Yay!! I'M AN AWESOME FRIEND!! WAAAAAHOOOO!!" she lunged at Torin and hugged him tightly like a teddy bear. Kind of like that one teddy bear she had for a friend when she was younger...and then she had to throw it away last year when it become overly contaminated. Yes, it was so contaminated that not every single germ could be washed out. Unfortunate, really... "Oh...that sounds like a good plan!! I should that more often. It is pretty quiet in the library and in the dorms." Duh. It was always quiet there. But this year it seemed so boring. Yawn. "I've spent a lot of time in there up until now. Nowadays, I'm just skipping around! SKIP SKIP!" She said, skipping in place. Now, why was skipping in place considered exercise?! Gawsh. |

Celandine stuck up the signs and double checked how many she had left. She could always make more copies but... well she had enough to put some up out on the grounds. Cela siiiighed and headed to the stairs. |
Watching the posters with a grin on her face, Alice stood there, hands fiddling with the hem of her shirt unawaringly. It was funny. Funny professors. She shook her head and smiled to herself. What to do now? She had to do homeworks.. a lot. But..not in a mood to do it. She missed someone special for quite a long time. With his thoughts she moved to lean against the corridor wall, sighed. |

All the same, it was hard to shut out the surprise. Fyo glanced at Cela's retreating back, then shouldered his pride and joy [his latest camera, a beautiful item that produced gorgeous shots] and snapped a picture of the wall. "There," he said loudly, pleased with himself as the photograph slid out, slightly warm and pretty stiff to the touch. He was so busy in examining the picture - a high quality shot, definitely - he did not notice Lissy. Did not notice her until he turned around, and almost dropped the camera in surprise, that is. |

OMG!! Alice's eyes widened in surprise and she started laughing in excitement. "FYOO!!" she pulled herself away from the wall and launched herself on him, arms around his neck. |
Oh my. But that was to be expected. It had been, after all, quite a while since the two of them had last seen each other. A grin curved Fyo's mouth as Lissy threw her arms around his neck, and he leaned down and kissed her. "You have no idea," he said, one arm at her back - he still clutched his camera in his hand - and one in her hair. "How good you taste." He stepped back to survey her, feeling like the moments had melted into sweetness, into a lot of very good things he could only adore. |
