"Hmm. Sounds like a good idea. Want to go out with me?" She asked, looking up at him. She smiled a bit and rubbed her eyes. "You'll do great. You're smart, so you definately passed."

She sighed and looked away for a little bit to try and find a way to explain her situation. "My sister...she needs help taking care of her baby..so she wants me to come home and look after my neice when she's born." That didn't sound complicated.

Em nodded. "Sure...anything to help!" He agreed gladly and stood up, offering his hand to help Aly stand up. But then he rubbed his head, HIM, smart?! Cough..."You should see my finals...they're terrible..." He chuckled and looked around. "But thanks for the cheers..." He smiled and shrugged.

Family, studies. It sounded complicated. Well, not really. "Oh I see..." It was his only comment. "Well, I kind of went through a family situation too...but we agreed that I'd help during summer and Christmas breaks..." Enough chit chat, "...but leaving your studies, it's complicated..." He bit his lip.

Lifelong bliss. Still creepy. Shivering, Daphne briefly looked at Plymouth through her lashes before turning back to Tino. "You should just...be as earnest as possible, you know? As long as she understands where you're coming from everything should be okay."

Or something. Right?

Plymouth LOOKED right back at her. Mmm. "Hehe." He was just having one of those moments, okay? Space-bubble-invasion moments. Plymouth reached up and looped her hair behind her ear, letting his fingers linger for... a while.

"Daphne."

Maybe she was over thinking it (or...over sensing?), but Daphne almost believed Plymouth wanted some attention. Just for him though. Plymouth time? "Plymouth," said the blond in turn, she too tucking a strand of hair behind her ear. "Is there something you want to add?"

Yes? No? Later?

"Hehe." Plymouth didn't KNOW what she had even added, so... no. No. He didn't want to add anything. Didn't want to add anything to the conversation anyway.

He blew her a kiss from like... a foot away. "Hehe."


UMM. Yeah. He totally did want attention. "Catch it?"

While Plymouth did Plymouth like things, Daphne stared. She certainly did stare even as Morgan's hand met his lips and and....he blew at his palm. What was that? Had he blown a kiss at her?

Blink. "Catch it?" repeated the Gryffindor with another blink of her hazel eyes.

Daphne didn't do sports.

"I'll take that as a no," Plymouth said, hopping quickly up to his feet. He REACHED passed Daphne and clamped his palm around - well, air - but more specifically it.

Plymouth squatted near Daphne, and again, blew at his palm. Re-blowing that kiss. He watched her attentively, waiting to see if she'd CATCH it..

Squirming where she sat on the step, Daphne sort of weaved around whatever it was that he was blowing at her. "Plymouth," she whined, wrinkling her small nose. "What are you doing?"

"Ahhhh!" Plymouth literally leapt over her head to CATCH IT. Once more, he swatted at the air until he had it safely cupped in his palms. "Daphadil. No one has ever blown you a kiss before?"



Perfectgirlperfectgirl. Plymouth thought she was the perfect girl. HE LOVED showing her new little things. Like, for example, how to catch and keep a blown kiss.


For now, Plymouth kept it cupped in his palms. He knelt down beside her again and gave her ... looks. Warm fuzzy hehe looks.

Duck!

Avoiding Plymouth's limbs just in time, Daphne patted the top of her head. Hopefully her hair wasn't out of place--or, you know, destroyed much. "Why would anyone do that me?" asked Miss Hopton in return with wide-eyes.

Why?!

Why....?


Plymouth inched closer to Daphne and lowered his face to her ear. It was like... secret time. Too bad Plymouth was a known whisper!failure. "Hehe. Because... they like you. They think you're the prettiest girl on the staircase. In the castle. In the country." Plymouth would have went for world, but she'd probably roll her eyes at him.

Even though it was totally true.

"And they want to kiss you but there are people around watching. That's why."


Clearly.


Plymouth held his cupped hands out to her.

Ticklish! A giggle escaped her just as she squirmed away from Plymouth's warm breath. Blushing, Daphne pretended to be fully interested in her slip on shoes. "There's also people around...listening."

Yup.

"He's taking notes," Plymouth totally dismissed the idea of Tino listening. Maybe Tino really WAS taking notes? Couldn't hurt. It couldn't hurt because really.. Plymouth had found and got... somehow... a REALLY really really... perfect girlfriend.

"You're totally don't want it though, do you?" She didn't. Plymouth inched his hands open and watched the blown kiss ascend and start to float away.

SAD.

That made sense. Tino probably needed to take as many notes as possible. It was only a little odd that he was taking notes about what Plymouth was doing; about what they were doing. Odd. Startled, Daphne brought her hands away from her skirt quickly. Squeezing the air, she lowered her closed fist, holding it in front of her chest.

Safe. "You're assuming. You shouldn't assume I don't want it. I'm not someone who wastes good things. Why would I let a perfectly good kiss go to waste?" finished Daphne not looking at Plymouth but at the pocket of her robes, where she was sticking her hand. "I'll just save it for later."

Plymouth's grin crept up his face and Plymouth pretty much leaked HAPPY out of his pores. If happy made an odor, Plymouth would be STINKING up the halls in a big way.

"There's plenty more where that came from, Daphadil. Plenty more."

"You can save those for later too," said Daphne. Her hand had begun to travel up to his mouth, in case they were more kisses ready to fly out. Instead, she patted her boyfriend's arm awkwardly.

Heh. Heh. No...lip touching in front of...anyone. Heh.

She shivered and stood up, bracing herself against the railing. "But you seem smart. I'm sure you passed your tests with flying colors." She giggled and took a couple steps down the staircase.

"Well it really doesn't sound that complicated, but I guess I'll end up explaining more when we get outside." She stopped once she got to the bottom of the stairs to wait for him. "Yeah, I'll definitely miss this school." She sighed and ran her hands through her hair.

Ooh, noo. Blushing moment, yeah. Emiliano Saenz, blushed again after a whole year of nothing. "Well, thanks..." He said, stepping down the stairs like if he was a little kid. Like his mother always told himi to avoid because he would fall down...or maybe step on a missing floor tile on the way. Which he did just then..."OUCH..." he said, trying to get his foot stuck from the whole back into normal.

"Alright..." He said, once setting his foot lose and landing safely on solid tiles.
"Shall we?" Em asked, offering his arm for Aly to hold.

Aly covered her mouth with her hand to stifle a giggle at his blush. "Why are you blushing?" She asked, giving him a grin. "You're even cuter when you blush."

Her grin disappeared when his foot sank into one of the steps. "Oh!. Are you okay?" She asked, about to rush up the stairs to help him. "I've never stepped on one of those false stairs." She mumbled, watching him pull his foot out and continue down the stairs. "You're okay, right?"

She took his arm and nodded, before starting off towards the lake.

"You don't know how long has it been since someone ever said anything nice to me...the last person was..." Em was about to say her name, but he held his tongue for that time. "Umm...well, I...just...thanks.." He mumbled. He looked soo cute when he mumbled.Which made him chuckle, hard when that second comment came into the conversation. He just smiled at Aly.

"I'm alright...I guess it was time for the luck of the seventh years to test the staircase..." He commented with a chuckle.

Plymouth turned his head just slightly to send Tino a look - a look that Tino probably recognize as you've worn out your welcome. All the same though, Plymouth did not attempt anything that Daphne Hopton had explicitly forbidden.

He just wasn't happy with it.

"Later," he agreed. "But soon. Like...," Plymouth raised his rear off the steps just an inch or two, a clear and definite sign that he was ready to walk. Move. Head for higher ground.

Reese was click-clacking down the staircase with her heels. Her long brunette hair was tied into two piggy tails and each piggy talk was braided neatly. Yes, she had actually taken the time this morning to straighten AND make her hair look all pretty. It's amazing, right? Usually she didn't have time in the morning to do all that, but this morning was different. It was probably because she didn't have any classes to attend right away, so she had a free morning. Free mornings with no classes was always a good thing.

She continued down the staircase, heading in the direction of her common room until...the staircase shifted on her. You got to be KIDDING! The Slytherin stopped walking and just stood in place as the staircase moved, and stopped at an entrance to a different corridor. A corridor that didn't bring her to her common room. Grr. Instead of traveling back and taking a different staircase, she just stayed where she was, leaning up against the rail, and just waited. Maybe it would move again...maybe.

Fyo was on his way to his common room. He wore a rather over-sized jumper in blue, and there was a book tucked under his arm, a dictionary of sorts. A Runes dictionary, to be more precise.

Then the staircase shifted, and he heaved a sigh. Great. Now he had to carry this HEAVY tome thingy for a while longer. Well, he didn't feel like it and ... hey, was that Reese? He hadn't seen her in forever! "Reeeesekittyyyy!" He called out, going over.

Reese did not like this waiting thing. Nope, not one bit. She began to drum her fingers along the railing of the staircase as her brown eyes looked up at the top of the stairs. Hmmm. She was now getting the idea of just walking allllll the way back up there and taking a different route, but then she heard a familiar voice...

Reesekitty? Ha! She didn't even have to look at the person to know who it was. "Hey Fyo," she greeted the boy as she turned to look at him. The first thing she noticed was that rather large book the Gryffindor was carrying. "Why are you carrying that book around with you?" She questioned. "It looks heavy."
