| | Mandatory Pep Rally for all Gryffindor Students
Antonio walked into the room he had prepared for the meeting. It was just a spare room outside the regular common room, a room which was unlikely to be noticed by anyone unless they happened to be looking for it. But it would serve the purpose of this meeting very well, as Antonio could enlarge it to accomodate as many students as needed to be here in attendance at the meeting.
There was a very important point of his calling the students in here today. The school term had started a few weeks ago and Gryffindor was in last place, nearly 400 points behind Gryffindor. Antonio understood that not all the homework had been added in yet, but he wanted to motivate the students and get them worked up to do a good job. Seeing Gryffindor win the house cup was something which was very much overdue and if they could pick up the quidditch cup in the process, so much the better.
He waited as the students entered the room, ready to greet each one upon their entry. "Everyone, just have a seat so we can get started on the meeting. We're just going to wait for more people to show up and we'll get going." |

"Are you ok? Jason asked LouAnn as she seemed to lose her concetration in the meeting. "What do you think about Jack and my ideas?" Jason asked her.
"Hi Skye- I am glad you are reading your books" Jason said to her. " Professor wants us to give ideas on being the top point getters for our house" Jason said to Skye. "Any ideas?" he asked her.
"Actually, I like the idea "Jason told Daphne. " Keep your friends close and your enemies closer, right ? " Jason asked Daphne. Jason let out a small laugh. "Oh, hi! Er, how about us students start doing extra credit? You know, projects and homework? I know the students will hate that, but it's all I got," she said desperatley to Jason.

Ella chewed on her lip as she entered the classroom. There wasn't an actual class going on, so she plopped down on a seat next to some familiar faces she had seen at Quidditch practice. "Hi!" she smiled at Jack, as she remembered from tryouts. "I'm Ella," she added. Maybe that'd ring a bell. She grinned at the other students surrouding him too.
"Sorry I'm late!" she called to the Head of House. She listened to the conversation and couldn't help but think glumly, We don't have hope unless somebody gives us a 500 point boost.
Eh, but why so negative..? Quidditch was starting soon. Maybe then they'd rack in some more points. A hopeful look rest on her face. She quietly listened to the others ideas, hoping one would pop up in her head too. She had attended a fair share of classes, but she had to work harder. That was really all she could do.. right?

It was weird--- really weird.
"Yeah, I'll be alright. Thanks for asking, Jason," she said, nodding when she heard Jack mention being sleepy. She turned to the boy and continued her conversation. "Yeah, sleepy. Maybe that's it. You know, adjusting to a new school and all. I guess it's kind of hard coming from being home-schooled to going to a regular school." Feeling as if she needed to contribute at least something to the conversation, she said, "How about recognition? Everyone likes to see their name hung up somewhere."
OOC: This is what LouAnn is suggesting. Antonio listened to all of the ideas. Suddenly, he heard the topic of recognition mentioned, and LouAnn spoke. "Yes, that is an excellent idea!", Antonio agreed excitedly. "This way, the students will be able to see some recognition that they are doing a good job and that their efforts are appreciated. I think that is positively brilliant. This, along with the support for the quidditch teams, the study area, the partnering up idea and the party at the end of the term, this should all be good incentive to get everyone going. Unless any of you have any other ideas?" He looked around the room.
"I want to let all of you know that my door is always open. You can come and talk to me any time," he said. "I am here for you, and I want to help. Gryffindor for the house cup!" With these words, he did a fist pump into the air.
"Anyone who wants to help with any of the events like posters to support the quidditch team or planning for any of the parties, please come and see me," he said with a smile. "And I want to thank all of you for the ideas you've come up with."
