Chris laughed and grinned he loved talking to LouAnn even if it was about ice cream. "Bertie Botts is one of my favorites! I also like the chocolate frog flavor." he nodded again and then reassured her that, "Oh it was nothing you are welcome. If you ever want to do it again I'm up for it!" he laughed.

Chris watched as LouAnn turned away from him for a second as obviously the whole problem that she had was a very serious and touchy subject. He really wanted to get his point across to her. He cared so much about her maybe close to love. He hadn't felt like this much before. He always was happy when she came around. "LouAnn I just want you to know how much I really care about you. I mean I really care about you and I want you to be as happy as possible." he said. Hopefully she got it. He was blushing some and the back of his neck felt like it was on fire.

Despite the fact that they'd really only chatted about ice cream and house points, LouAnn had definitely had a nice time with Chris. He was super sweet and bought her ice cream...what wasn't there to like about him?

The conversation, though, was turning a little more serious than she'd originally thought it would. It seemed that maybe...Chris liked her as a little more than a friend. Or so, that was the impression LouAnn got. She glanced over at him and gave him a small, sad smile. He was such a nice person, but...LouAnn just wasn't the type of girl he needed to get mixed up with. Not that she was a bad person or a bad influence, but...she'd be moving soon, just like she always did. She wasn't even meant to graduate from Hogwarts.

Besides that, she was going through far too many problems right now to drag someone else into her life. "Thank you, Chris. Really...thank you. I've had a wonderful time today, and you've been so good to me. Possibly even better to me than I deserve," she said, giving him that sad smile once again. She just couldn't drag anyone else into her problems right now. She needed to work on solving them first. "I have to go. I'm really sorry, but...I'd like to do this again if you want to. Bye, Chris." She slid out the seat and headed for the door, disappearing into the streets in a matter of seconds.

Kenneth walked into Madame Puddifoot's and found a seat as quickly as he could. As usual he sat alone with a face that practically said bugger off, putting his foot up on the other chair across from him he pulled a car magazine from the inside of his jacket and flipped it open.

Ken idly looked around the shop and checked out the people sitting and chatting and whatever teens do now-a-days.

Arriving inside the cozy shop, Ella took a seat in the corner. They always were so.. comfy.

"So," Ella asked, trying to sound absentminded, twirling a nearby fork around, "Are you and Tori.. together?"
What? She really had no idea. And her fingers were crossed under the table, hoping..

"Together?" Carter asked confused. "What do you mean? I haven't seen her all day. I've been with you."

"Just wondering.. I mean.. never mind." Just striked an awkward moment there, Els. Nice going. Look away, look away.

"Oh-kaaayyyy...." Carter said slowly. She was looking away, that hardly ever happened. "So what's new?" he asked her.

"Yeahhh.. sorry.. that was awkward..." Ella trailed off. Thankfully, the cheesecake arrived right then. Perfect.
"Thanks!" she called out to the waiter, her spirits lifting at the sight of the cake. Hehe.

In response to Carter, she said, "Nothing really. I met a fourth year named Nate, he's fun. How 'bout you?"

"That's cool." Carter said. "I finally did some homework early. A Slytherin girl owled me randomly about doing Transfiguration homework together. So, we did that together." he said.

"Really?" Ella laughed, "Who? I mean, what's her name? You shoulda gotten that, at least."

She still had homework to do. GROOOAN.

"Her name is Marilyn." Carter said. "Yeah, I have no idea why she chose working with me, but it was a lot of fun."

"Ahah, okay." Ella smiled as she took another bite of cheeesyycake. Brushing her blue dress the slightest, she got back to Carter.

"So. How's your week been?"

"It's been good. Rafe and I had a little heart to heart." Carter said reliving their little conversation. "It's been fun getting to know him better. I officially have a friend that's a guy. Are you proud?" he asked with a smile. They had a conversation once about how he needed some of those. "How about you? I haven't seen you much."

"Very," Ella laughed. "It's nice that you got to know him better. Didn't he get striked with love potion? By that chick Lucy? And maybe you haven't seen me much because I've been actually concentrating on classes," she smiled, "Doing my homework and stuff, you know. I've been hangin' out with Nate a bit too. We're just seeing different people here and there, I guess."

"Yeah. That's actually what we talked about." Carter said with a little bit of a laugh. "And congrats on actually doing your school work. I'm proud of you." he said with a smile. As for the seeing different people part he wasn't sure how to feel about that. Of course he expected Ella to have other friends, he just didn't expect her to spend more time with them then him. Was that selfish of him?

Ella laughed. "Thanks!" Potions was her favorite class so far. It was easy, and fun. "What's your favorite class?" she pondered, meeting eyes with him.

"Oh, you know. Everything." Carter said with a laugh. Although he wasn't a fan of all his teachers he loved learning and found everything magic as completely intriguing. "A lot of the classes have been really fun. I'm sad it's almost the end of the year."

Kay entered the little tea shop and pointed at a table. "Is that ok guys?" Kay asked Kylie and Carter.

Kylie's legs weren't happy with her for pushing them to actually work, "Yeah. Anywhere's good." Kylie immediately strode over to the table, looking at the menu. She was waiting for Carter and Kay to come sit with her.

Carter watched Kylie closely. He didn't want her to fall over or anything. He then waited for the girls to pick a table.

Kay walked over and sat by Kylie. She turned and waved Carter over. "So just tea, or do you want to eat?" Kay asked Kylie and smiled at Carter. "I think just tea for me." Kay said looking at the food Menu. Kay never eat very much.

"I think I'll have a tea too..." Kylie said, browsing the menu

Kay turned to the nice shopkeep and asked for tea. "Could we have tea for three please." Kay asked smiling. "Kylie don't you want to talk about it?" Kay asked putting her hand on Kylie's. "I'm really sorry you had to go through that." Kay didn't want Kylie to feel bad. Their great day had just went down hill. Kay didn't think she should come back here anymorre this year.

Carter paid the shop lady for all three teas when she returned. Poor Kylie looked awful. He wasn't sure what exactly to say so he took a sip of his tea.

Keeley walked into the small teashop, Madam Puddifoot's. It was a nice, quiet place to draw, although she really didn't like tea. Then, she spotted Carter and that other girl. This is twice she ran into them, but they didn't seem so sad anymore. Plus, they hadn't noticed her last time, so she decided it was ok. Picking a spot right by the window, she pulled out her worn leather sketch book and started drawing a garden.
