"Hey Lucy."the third year smiled at the oldergirl. Shana sat quietly listening to Lucy and Fyo's conversation. Until she heard him say something she'd heard quite a few times this year. "Your not coming back ?"

Kevin smiled at Kay and said "I can say goodbye to some of them on the train and i have said goodbye to some of them already"

Smiling Kay leaned into Kevin. "Can you believe all the fighting going on at the head table. I hope next year is better." Kay said look up at where the professor were get moved, fired, and asked to leave.

Kevin shook his head and said "Yeah i know but what can you expect there was a lot of anti-werewolf movements this term"

The end of term feast.

Oh the joy.

Oh the....urghh.

Sarah walked over to the Hufflepuff table, alot later than most it appeared.She plonked herself down in an empty space and surveyed the food on offer.None of it really inspired her to eat, so she just pushed her plate back and rested her elbows on the table.Glancing one way and then the other, she saw Kay talking to Kevin, both friends of hers, but she didn't want to interrupt.She was tempted to look over to the Ravenclaw table but she knew the person she REALLY wanted to see there wouldn't be.With a sigh she placed her arms flat and put her chin on them, looking as miserable as sin.

"Yeah I know and one of my friends were killed, Kyle." Kay said sadly. "It a little scary. I didn't tel my grandmother about it. She wouldn't have care anyway." Kay was shaking a little. It really did scary her when she thought about it.

Kevin hugged Kay and said "Well lets hope nothing like this term will be repeated it will probably be a lot calmer next term" Kevin saw Sarah up the table and thought that he would have to catch up with her soon

Swallowing a bite of food, Fyo nodded. "I'm not," he said. "But nothing has been set in stone, as of yet. I might. I just need to see ... how Nova is. I think she needs me but, if she gets better, I might return." The topic was a touchy one, and he didn't want to continue it, so he quickly changed it.

"So.... you tell?"
Fyo gave Lucy a friendly smile. It was good to see someone so concerned, even though he hated sympathy for the most part. Mainly because the larger part of people didn't mean it -- they didn't understand and, frankly, could not care less about your problems.

"Thanks," he said. "I hope the same... and I've been home-schooled before. It's not a big task to get a tutor, and maybe I can attend some school nearby. I'll probably come back to take my NEWT's. If I go away in the first place, that is."

"I hope so." Kay said when she saw Sarah sitting by herself, and saw how Kevin seemed to know her. "Hey, Sarah. Why don't you come sit by us." Kay said smiling at Kevin. He could say his good-byes and not have to be alone. Kay hold on to his hand a little tighter to let him know she wouldn't leave him, ever.

The third year looked up at her best friend biting her lip as she did so. Uhh oh umm okay right, I hope she gets better I really do. Give her my best wishes will you ?" she said a smile slightly showing on her face. Tears built up in her eyes and she tried but failed to fight them away. "Umm I think Im gonna go to the umm slytherin table Guys, hope you dont umm mind." she said as she pushed herself up and waved goodbye, not yet being able to make herself walk off.

"Water the plants? I hope my mother doesn't tell me to do that...it'd take me all day." And she was being quite serious. There garden was huggee. She probably wouldn't even manage to do it, she'd fail miserably instead.

She giggled at what he said next. "Noo. I dont want her to hit you on the head. You might forget about it." Brody smiled, but then she frowned at what she heard him talking to the others about. She scooted closer to her, resting her head against his shoulder. "I don't want you to go." She whispered, so only he could hear.

"Well, I wonder what you would say if you saw the gardens we have," Fyo laughed, suddenly. His house was no mansion, but the gardens were vast, and the place had as much of nature as possible. In fact, the whole of his hometown could count as a huge, totally awesome, willllldddd garden! He loved that, it always made him happy.

Then she had scooted closer to him, and Fyo slipped an arm around her shoulders. "We're going to meet in Hogsmeade," he whispered back. "On Christmas, too. I'll write to you everyday... I bet you're going to get tired of my letters, Queenie."

She heard her name being called, right?

Sarah's head shot up and looked in the direction of the voice.Upon seeing it was Kay she nodded.Getting up from her seat she walked a little way down the length of the table until she got to Kay and Kevin.Sliding herself in next to them she smiled. "Thanks guys, I didn't want to disturb you before.Looked like you were deep in conversation.Hows things?"

Kevin smiled at Sarah and said "Things have been alright for me well apart from preparing for my trip to Asia" Kevin held onto Kay's hand wishing never to leave her side

"I want to see your gardens." Brody nodded with a smile. She wanted to go whether Fyo went. And that was because he was her best friend. She smiled at him. "My mum pays gardeners to tend to our gardens." Brody mused, with a smile. She was excited to see what her garden looked like, it was the prettiest of them all.

Brody smiled as he slipped an arm around her, and she gave him a sort of half hug. "Everytime I can go?" Brody smiled at him. He wasn't leaving her after all. "I won't. I'll never get tired of you...and you'll tell me how Nova's doing? I want you to know that you can talk to me Fyo."

"Things are good, but sad as well." Kay said looking up into Kevins face. "We were just talking about leaving and...." Kay stopped and took a deep breath. She really had talked about her and Kevin with anyone.

"Waiiit a second," Fyo said, pausing in his attack on the food on his plate. "You mean each of you has a ... separate garden? Wow, that's awesome, Brody. I don't have a separate one, but what we have is brill. You'll love it, if you come over."

"You need to come each time," he said, lightly poking her hand. "... and of course I'll tell you, Brody. I'll write to you and Torin and Shana as often as I can." Then he remembered Tammy. "Tammy, too. I told her I would owl her." Yep, he totally would.
What? "But why?" Fyo asked, eyes wide. He didn't get why Shana was so upset, all of a sudden. He grabbed her hand, and gave her a little tug. "What's wrong, Shanster?" he asked, unhappily. "Shanster'er'er!"

"No...not all of us." Brody smiled at him, shaking her head. "My mom has one, it was a gift from my father, and I have one because they thought they were gonna lose me when I was little. But thats it. Then theres just the big one." Brody smiled at him. She didn't usually tell people this. "Can I come over?" She asked, quietly. She knew that Nova was ill, so maybe now wasn't the right time.

"I will be coming every time. I'll be coming every time you can come see me." Brody smiled at what he was saying. "I'll write to you all the while too my amazing Fyo. It'll be like you're here."

Though not the first to enter the hall, Wesley had been sitting at the table for a while. Very quietly. Just listening. And then choking on her pumpkin juice. Then watching, horror struck, as Prefect Dominic stormed up to the staff table. Which was just about where she was right around now, when a her view was obstructed, (which, for someone of 4'3" was not that uncommon) and she had to move. Because Wesley never stood on tables and chairs. That's how you broke something. And died.

Moving quickly along the Hufflepuff table, she found an empty spot, and, in her enthusiasm rushed over it to as fast as her legs would carry her, practically leaping onto the chair and loosing her balance, causing her head to collide with the table.

"Ow," she mumbled, rubbing her forehead but never the less deterred from her task, which was: making sure Prefect Dominic didn't get himself blown up.

Scrambling onto her knees, Wesley crained her neck to see what was going on...that one tall Ravenclaw guy was...wait, when had he arrived?...Cupping her hands to her ears in a sad effort to hear, she turned her head to the side so that her ear was facing the direction of the table. Then Wesley scrunched up her nose. Listening. Listening.

It was no good, all she could hear was Sarah and a bunch of other peo-WAIT. Sarah?

Glancing around suddenly, hands still clutched to ears, she found herself sitting right next to Sarah and across from some people around Wesley's own age- one of which was...Kaytone. Kaytone from the Quidditch notice. She didn't know the boy though.

"Sarah!" she exclaimed happily, then turned serious, "Sarah-you guys-did you hear? Did you hear that speech? TheHeadmastersonsomekindofvacationthing,andKazimir ez'stakingover,ooohandtherewherecutebadger'sdancin g,butthenProfesserTruebridgegotfired,andProfesserL awsonisgettingadifferentjob,andProfesserTruebridge stoodup,angry,thenDominicwentup,andtheneveryb-" Wesley stopped, tongue tied and gasping for air. Maybe she'd just find out if they heard it before trying to give a part by part playback.

She sighed as he pulled her back, not that she wasn't happy about him pulling her back it was just more of a chance of her crying infront of him making everyone upset. "I don't want you to go Fyoster." she sad as a few single tears rolled down her face.

Sarah nodded along as she listened to what Kay and Kevin said. "Yeah leaving is always sad, but at least we get to come back," she smiled, eyeing the hand holding curiously.Were they going out then? Would be rude to ask, instead she just went onto the subject of Asia. "Soo you're going to Asia, Kevin?" she asked, leaning on her elbow. "For a holiday, or to stay?"

And then she heard another familiar voice, coming from right next to her....

"Wesley!!"

Sarah was just about to fling her arms around her friend, and pull her into a tight hug, when the girl went off on some tangent and started babbling.Sarah squinted her eyes at her and strained her ears, trying as hard as she could to work out what the soon-to-be third year was saying.She was partially successful, managing to catch the words 'Kazimeriz, badger's dancing and Dominic' but where the hell they all fitted into a sentence she had no idea. "Wesley, hang on! What on earth are you on about? Calm down a bit.What's this about dancing badgers?" Sarah cocked an eyebrow at her friend as she looked at her.If this was to do with the speech, Sarah had completely missed it.

"Awww," Fyo said. "Your dad gifted one to your mum? That's adorable, Queenie!" Then he swallowed, and said, "I'm glad you're here." Thank God she hadn't been ... lost. Come over? "Sure," he said. "Nova loves company, and she's already in love with you." With Torin, too. Because he had spoken a lot about him, at home.

"You had BETTER!"

"I'm so sorry I have to go," he said quietly. He held on to her hand like his life depended on it, and then gave it a squeeze. He didn't like her crying... and it made him feel sad, too. VERY sad. But he couldn't cry. Guys didn't cry, did they? Well, not for the most part.

"But you'll have to let me, Shana. I promise to meet you as often as I can." He wasn't even sure if he would leave, but it really was best to have them all prepared.

"I know you do, I just want you to- " she stopped and wrappe her arms around him before sighing. "I love you, you're amazing and I hope you'll come back soon, I'll write to you every day. And over summer or any other time you know where I am if you wanna talk." she said in a whisper letting go of him and sighing again, this was kind of un-expected, Well very un-expected. She'd expectedto be crying because Ashton and Tammy were leaving but now her best friend was leaving and that was the saddest thing of all.

Miranda was still in the middle of trying to eat her pudding, but there seemed to be chaos going around the hall which was way to nerve racking to even eat! She needed chocolate. Oh, and there was that little girl, Miranda remembered her from the Victory Celebration in the Huffie commonroom...and cringed as she saw her fall. She was just about to ask if she was allright when the litle girl blurted out a name and was heading for Ryders girlfriend.

Which made her think, where was Ryder. And...where the hell were her other teammates?

And what was that Ravenclaw dude doing over at the Staff table with Dominic? Oh, this was looking like one of those mexican standoff's, only that they weren't mexican.

Kaika hadn't arrived yet. Was she allright, or maybe she was just late? Hmhmhmhmmm...

"Yup....because he loves her so much." Brody smiled at him. Her father was amazing. "There relationship is what I want when I'm older." She whispered to him, as she glanced at Torin. It would happen. She was sure of it. She smiled at what he said next. "So am I....cause I've met you." She hugged him again. She would miss this, hugging him. "Already in love with me?" Brody asked, blushing a little, and for once in her life she wasn't vain.

"I will 'cause I'll miss you!"
