Cam LOVED the rhyme. He could have listened it 24-hour non-stop and he wouldn't go mental--that is, because he already was.

He watched as the box of wands reappeared again and looked at 'em all. Uhhh. Uh. Well obviously there was a certain feeling inside of him that let him know which wand was his. He grabbed the one he thought was his. Ahhh. Yes, yes it was his. THAT WARM TINGLY FEELING. It felt good to be reunited back with his wand. Cam felt compleeeeted. Fer sure he did.

"Alright uh," he said in a worried tone. He wasn't real good with wands. WHAT IF HE SET THE POOR THING ON FIRE?! "Flipnsnipwitit," he muttered but suddenly his wand started vibrating. And cuttttt. And cuuuuuut. Ah, there we go.

He grabbed one of the pots that had the GREEEEN bow around it. Because yeah. Green was cool. Cam put the Flitterbloom in the pot and got a handful of soil from the corner and put 'em in the pot. DONE. DONE.

HUZZZAAAAHHHHHH.

"I think I'll name her WILLOW," he said triumphantly, ya know, 'cause the small piece was SWAYING AROUND SO VIOLENTLY (but not as violent as the Devil's Snare). "So we just take care of it like we do any other ordinary plant? Any special treatment...?"

Juuuuuust reaching out slowly and secretly to grab the wand laying on the desk, her wand, it was taken away again. Pulling her hand back and forcing herself to NOT let out the stream of curses that were just itching to be let out, she huffed and crossed her arms, now glaring at the Professor and forgetting all about the Flitterbloom.

'Give it back, give it back, give it back!' Evelyn yelled in her mind, trying to will the professor into giving her wand back, watching as the bin of wands reappeared using her wand. Then the professor threw it on top of all the others...practically almost sent Evelyn over the edge. Running to the bin, she grabbed her wand and ran to the other side of the room, making sure to stay away from the devils snare.

Hurriedly, she wiped all the 'fingerprints' and 'dirt' and 'greasy stuff' that might have been on it with a clean part on the sleeve of her sweater, carefully checking to make sure there weren't any cracks or split parts in it. Nope. It looked perfectly shiny and new. Evelyn always takes good care of her wand. Closing her eyes, she breathed in deeply, noticing how complete she felt with the wand back in her hands. Finally...

Giving another look to the Professor, and idea suddenly occurred to her, and not one that she mostly enjoyed either. Slowly letting her gaze fall to the floor, a gloom look appearing on her face, she debated whether or not to ask the professor. But, not with all these students around. Maybe after class when no one could hear...Or when she's done with those two Huffie Puffies. Or maybe never...

Oh my, she was still not in her best mood, was she? Fyo shook his head but, if truth be told, he was PRETTYY glad that the bin of wands had re-appeared. Once Professor Bunbury had instructed them to take their wands back, Fyo stepped up to the not-so-little bin, rummaged inside a little, and viola - HIS WAND, yay!

He stepped away from the bin, his eyes on Caaaaaam. Once the boy was done, Fyo blinked - they, the rest of the class, were allowed to pot a sample of their own, weren't they? Fyo was pretty sure that was what Professor Bunbury had said, but he still waited to be sure.

Better safe than sorry. ESPECIALLY where a not-so-happy Professor Bunbury was concerned.

Carter retrieved his wand. He was so excited to have it back. He then grabbed a pot and walked over to the plant that the professor wanted them to take care of. How did it go again? Flipnsnipwitit, accent your t's to cut it sharp like cheese; remember the rhyme and you'll be done in no time." he recited in his head while waving his wand every which way. And sure enough a piece fell to the ground. He picked it up and went to a table with his pot and began to plant it in.

Becca nodded remembering the rhyme. It was quite strange and she didn't think she'd ever forget it, but for fear of not paying enough attention to it, she did not take a piece of flitterbloom. Would be very bad if I killed it. she thought to herself.

Then, she zoned back into class and smiled. She could have her wand back! She quickly leaped from her seat, jogged over to Professor Bins with all of the wands and looked for hers. Finally, she found it and took it back to her seat. Carefully, Rebecca inspected it, examining each grove, making sure that this wand was in fact, her own. She had heard about the wand theft and did not intend on being his/her next victim.

Abby walks up to the front of the class. She gets her wand out of the bin. Abby runs her hand up and down it caressing it gently. She then walks over to the Flutterbloom and cuts off a tendral. Abby then picks out a pot and proceeds to plant the cutting. When she finishes, Abby looks at the plant. Poor thing, I'm sure you would like a mother better than me. I usually kill every potted plant I try to grow. Maybe this time will be different. Either way I can bring you to Bunbury for some TLS if I mistreat you too much.

Mehplant.

Fyo scrunched up his nose a little and, now that he had his wand back, decided to pot that sample of flitterbloom. He wasn't amazing at Herbology, but he usually scraped by with a high E, so this should not be too much of a bother, or trouble.

Wand in hand, he trimmed off a smallish tendril ["Flipnsnipwitit, accent your t's to cut it sharp like cheese; remember the rhyme and you'll be done in no time" - This, with the appropriate wand-movement] of the Flitterbloom and, carefully, placed it in the pot. Thankfully, it neither fell out of the pot, nor grew teeth to EAT him. Huzzah for that?

Maybe.

Once the arrangement bit was done, Fyo grabbed some soil from the compost pile, and added it to the pot - sort of tucked the soil in. His sample of Flitterbloom now potted, he eyed it for a second, then gave a shrug of his broad shoulders. Looked like he had managed the task fine.

Why was he so hungry, today?

Yes! Destiny could get her wand back! It felt like ages she hadn't had it. She ran up to the bin and frantically looked for hers. Sighing in relief, she found it. She wanted to hug it! But not in front of everyone, of course. She made a mental note to never talk bad about her wand, even if she was doomed to become a healer.

Planting flitterbloom. Destiny was a pretty fair gardener. She had her own special garden at home, that did not consist of demon snare. No, mostly flowers and tomatoes. She liked tomatoes. Destiny walked over to the flitterbloom and did that crazy flipnsnipwitit, accent your t's to cut it sharp like cheese and took a piece of the un-demon plant. Now a name... All plants need a name, right?

Seeing Destiny get a sample of the Flitterbloom practically perfectly, Evelyn waved her hands around, trying to get her attention without the professor knowing. "Psst..." she whispered, still trying to get her attention. "Deesttiiny. Get me one..." Evelyn pointed to the pots and then to the Flitterbloom, staring at the other Slytherin with big eyes. "Get me one. Get me one. Pleeeaasse?"

Evelyn did not want to go anywhere near the professor with her wand. It seemed like she had taken an interest in the basilisk fang wand and Evelyn was NOT happy about it. Why did it work so well for the professor anyways? Shaking her head at the thought, trying to make it go away, she looked over at Destiny again, mouthing 'PLEEEAAAASE', giving her a sad puppy dog look.

Destiny was deep in thought thinking about a good 'ol name for her un-demoned plant when she heard a pssssting. Thinking it was just a fly or something, she slightly swatted at the air. Nope, it didn't stop. Looking around for the 'fly' Destiny noticed Evelyn flailing her arms trying to get her attention. 'Oh!' Squinting her eyes to see what Evelyn wanted, Destiny pointed to the plant in her hand, 'You want one of these?' Well of course that's what she wanted!
Turning back to the flitterbloom, Destiny once again did the flipnsnipwitit, accent your t's to cut it sharp like cheese (she was starting to like that spell) and put the piece in a pot for Evelyn. She walked it over to her 'Now you just need a name for it. They like when they are named.'

The potted tendril was a pretty thing, and Fyo wondered if he ought to name it. Cam had done so and, crazy though Cam was, there was no doubt that names were pretty, little things. Even his duckie had one - Little Fyo II it was, the duckie Professor Kapoor had given him, last term.

Had won him thirty points, THAT duckie.

"Name," Fyo muttered, glancing at the sample of Flitterbloom. "Um..." What would be the best name for a plant? What was the first word that came to his mind when he thought 'plant'? Hey wait, that was it, he had it! "Plymouth!" Fyo declared. "I'll call you Plymouth!"

Plymouth Bunbury, to be exact.

"Thankyouthankyouthankyou." Evelyn said hurriedly, glancing towards the professor for a second before staring at the plant...thing. 'I have to name it?' she thought, raising a brow at the waving tendril like thing in the pot. "A name..." Tilting her head to the side, she thought of a couple names that she could call it, but nothing she would actually call it, before she turned to Destiny instead. "What are you naming yours?"

Oh Destiny had a name picked out alright. She had thought about and came up with the perfect name, well perfect in her opinion. 'I was thinking Bunbury. That way, if I ever forget to water it I can say 'hey, I forgot to water Bunbury today!'' Well it made Destiny laugh. Maybe it was truly funny, or Destiny was filled with excitement that she had her wand back. 'Have you thought of a name yet?'

Evelyn snorted, placing her wand quickly on a table in order to cover her mouth so no more sound could come out... but failing. What Destiny said was TOO FUNNY. "Wish i could've named mine Bunbury-OH MY GOSH! That's her name! Bunbury! Professor Bunbury!" Jumping up and down excitedly, forgetting all about her wand laying on the table, she giggled at how silly she must have sounded and looked.

"Sorry, I've just been trying to learn her name for a long time now. Maybe this time it'll stick in my brain." she said, tapping her head and looking down to the plant thing again. "Sooo, a name. Hmm...Think I'll name it...Lyla." Smiling at her choice in name, she looked over to Destiny for approval. "Good enough?"

Destiny looked shocked when Evelyn started laughing. 'Guess it was funny..' So Destiny started laughing too. Then Evelyn was jumping around. 'She must be excited about her wand too!'
'Well if you ever forget her name I will shove this in your face!' she said pointing to her Bunbury.
'Lyla.. Lyla.' she pronounced the name a couple times and examined the plant to see if the name fits. 'I think that is a perfect name!' She picked up her plant and moved it closer to Evelyn's. 'Bunbury, meet Lyla!' They needed a proper introduction.

Holding up his hands in a knd of 'Yes, yes, I surrender already' way, Jake reluctantly (heh) stayed out of the whole plantcutting thing.

Dude.

He should have stayed away from this lesson... but, you know... having skipped every single Potions class the year before... He kinda thought that might not be smart.

Acutely aware of Lucille on the floor some distance away, but being unable to help (he was also leg-locked, and also sitting on a stool quite far off) Jake just... well, he didn't pretend he couldn't hear the girl... but rather ignored all of his surroundings.

Evelyn grinned as her plant name was officially approved. "Good, good." she said, playing with the outside of the pot. Staring at the dull brownish tan pot, Evelyn suddenly frowned. 'Well, that's boring.' she thought. Surely the Flitterbloom thought so as well. "Do you want a different color pot?" she asked it, watching it just sway as if there was a breeze in there. "I'll take that as a yes."

Picking up her wand, she pointed it at the pot and flicked her wrist, focusing on the colors she wanted like always with this spell. Suddenly, the pot was green and silver and glowing slightly. "Perfect! Perfect pot for the perfect Flitterbloom." she said, almost cooing at the plant before stopping herself. 'What am i doing? I hate plants! Especially this one!' Moving the plant away from herself and setting her wand down again, she just stared at it before Destiny 'introduced' it to her 'Bunbury'. Smiling again, she scooted the plant even closer. "Plant buddies!"

Destiny giggled as Evelyn talked to her plant. 'Lyla is an official Slytherin!' she said to Evelyn when she changed the pot green and silver.
Destiny had an idea while watching Evelyn change the pot color.
Turning to Evelyn with a broad smile, Destiny asked 'Do you know the counter-spell to engorgio?' Well of course she wasn't going to try it in class. She already got in trouble once this class, she didn't need to get in trouble for making the flitterbloom grow. Especially if she couldn't change it back.

"Counter spell for engorgio? Why would you need that?" Evelyn asked uncertainly, giving Destiny a 'look'. "Yes i know the counter spell." She didn't really want to give the spell to her though, at least not until she knew what Destiny wanted it for. 'Maybe this plant really is a devils snare and her and Professor Bunbury are partners in crime and out to get me! So she's gunna make this plant bigger so it can strangle and kill me!! THAT'S IT!'

Staring at the table for another minute so, scaring herself to death, she looked back up to Destiny. "It's Reducio. I think..." she herself had never practiced either of the spells, but shrugging her shoulders, Evelyn turned and started to play with the now little silver bow on the pot. 'Herbology is making me paranoid!' she thought, suddenly wondering if they were supposed to water the plant now or later.

'Relax! I was just going to make this a tiny bit bigger!' Destiny saw the look Evelyn gave her. 'But I'm not going to do it here with her.' she shot a quick glance over to the professor. She didn't need anymore trouble from that lady. 'And I don't know the wand movements anyway..'
'Maybe a couple trips to the library wouldn't kill me.'

Blink Blink Sigh.

Well Duh. It's not like she could get up and get her wand, even if she wanted too. Owie!

"Err...Professor," said Lucille, her face still squished to the floor. "Can you let me up now..? I think there's soil in my eye....""

Squint.

"Hmm..." Evelyn sat down on a stool that she pulled closer to her, and just stared at the Flitterbloom. She was surprised that the professor actually gave their wands back to them instead of cutting the plant herself and handing the pieces out. 'Well, can't keep our wands forever.' she thought, smiling down at her own wand now placed in her lap before frowning.

"Hey Destiny? Since the professor gave back our wands and all...did she warn us about something when she made the bin reappear?" she asked, not really sure. She was too busy trying to 'will' the professor in giving up the basilisk wand, so she wasn't really paying attention to her words. Surely the professor would have warned them about using magic. Would that mean she was in trouble? Glancing up to the professor, she suddenly grabbed the glowing green and silver pot and held it under the table and out of sight. 'Hopefully she didn't see that. Homework! Need...it...so we can go!'

'Umm,' Destiny said scratching her head, trying to remember anything the professor said. 'Like I was paying attention.' 'I think she said only to use it to cut the flitterbloom and something about being responsible.' She glanced at Evelyn's pot, which was green and silver. 'I don't think you have anything to worry about though. She seems to occupied with them Hufflepuffs all leg-locked.' Good thing Destiny or Evelyn weren't successful at stealing their wands back. They would have been over there with them two, and down 20 points. 'Poor Hufflepuffs.' *evil grin*

"Pretty much, Cam, that's about all there is to it," Bunbury looked up from writing the homework on the board and gave the boy a nod. "Special treatment... er.... treat it nicely and give it lots of attention?"

But he knew that. The more animated and active a plant was the more attention-needy it was too.

There. Homework on the board. And now Bunz had chalk on her hands. Gross. WHY couldn't she just find her wand?! It hadn't occurred to her to just use either Jake's or Lucille's...

...though now that that idea struck her, the redhead scooped up the remaining two wands from the bin and marched over to the Hufflepuffs. She chose the twirly little willow wand 10 and 1/4 inches long and flicked it at Jake first and then Lucille.

"There. Stand."

Then she marched back to the chalkboard and put the finishing touches on the homework.

"Jot down the homework, don't forget to grab your potted Flitterbloom, and class is DISMISSED!" Bunbury announced wearily. She waggled the stolen wand in the direction of the two 'puffs. "Except you two."

Seeing with a pang that Bunbury held his wand (AGAIN... she always had that thing), Jake looked over at Lucille as the leg-locking majigger was undone, allowing him to slide off the stool and over to Lucille, where he could finally hold out his hand to her.

Noticing the homework was up, but not really... you know, being able to read it after he was in such a state and all fuzzed up in the mind for the moment, Jake resolved to get it from the noticeboard or something later on.

If he lived through this.

"'T were my fault, p'fessor..." he repeated, standing half a step ahead of Lucille, not wanting her to take the blame for whatever he'd done in his black-out moment.
