This table seats the noble students of Gryffindor house.

"Thoroughly." she said with a small smile, watching Marilyn sit across from her. "Except the part on Truebridge being fired of course." Shaking her head, Evelyn looked back up to the argument up front and spotting the healer actually walking towards the doors and out of the hall. "I have to admit though, so much more entertaining than the opening feast." she said with a hint of sarcasm in her voice before sighing and leaning her elbow on the table while holding her head up again, bored already. The excitement of what was going on felt like it was dying down now, but who knows, maybe something else will happen. Maybe something good this time...

"This is no big deal. Just stay on Kazi's good side." Very good side. The BEST side if possible. His right hand man!...woman...whatever...

Her attention was diverted to the staff table again when the healer lady started arguing as well. 'She's not going to last lo-' her thoughts were cut off short when Kazi did in fact do just that. Another staff member short now. Not that Evelyn could really care for that one, she never knew the real Healer anyway, though she probably was better than the crazy cookie lady. "Well he just did." she replied to the Slytherin, glancing between her and Josh. Seemed like Kazi was just firing people left and right! ~~Fire Bunstuff!~~*cough cough* 'I mean....oh no! Poor staff!'

So maybe the idea of agreeing with Tibi was a bad one. But if Kazi stayed huuuuuge, maybe they would still have the Headmaster, a History of Magic professor and most importantly, for Destiny's health, a Healer. 'Do you think that little creeper, Tibi, knew this would happen?' How he would know that was beyond Destiny, but if she was to blame someone, why not him? He was friends with Jake, soo..

Where was that Jake character anyway? 'Have you seen Jake?' Not that Destiny cared or anything, its just strange him not being here, comforting his favorite professor Lawson. Maybe they sent him to Azkaban, or St. Mungo's. Either place would be good for him, as long as he was far away from Destiny.

Marilyn laughed...her first real laugh in weeks. "Is it bad that I adore Professor Kazi?...Well, Headmaster Kazi now it seems." Yea, he was mean old man...but vastly intelligent. She had a ton of respect for him. Her gaze followed the healer, as well. "They're a somber looking bunch, yea? Im hoping someone starts slinging hexes soon."

"Im curious to see if the old bat teaches Potions next year. I bet you'll be glad if he doesn't, huh?" She smirked remembering the feathers and boils. Merlin, that had been painful...but the lesson had been effective.

"Doubt it." she mumbled, sighing again. Aw, Tibi. They were going to have so much 'fun' next term, she was actually looking forward to it. Snickering at the thought, Evelyn sat up straight and stretched her back. "Or he may have. I don't know." Not that she really cared anyhow.

"Does it matter if we've seen Jake or not?" she asked, playing with the fork next to her. Now that Destiny mentioned it, she hadn't seen Jake since...well she couldn't remember. Which was nice. The Hufflepuff definitely wasn't one she felt like hanging around with and it was better that he was gone. He was gone right?

"Nope, I actually like him too. Just not as Headmaster really. The thought is just kinda...scary." True, so true. If he could get away with poisoning students in potions class, who knew what he could get away with as Headmaster. But Marilyn did make her laugh when she mentioned hexes. "I was thinking the same thing. That would be a sight to see..." she said, glancing up at the staff table again. Funny way to end the feast too.

'Oh Jason!' Destiny said as she hugged him back. 'I forgot you were a seventh year! And I'll definitely come to your castle.' Well Jason was one lucky duck, he wouldn't have to be here for the Kazi!Karaziness.

" Thanks, I will expect you at my castle" Jason told Destiny. " Well, I just started bragging about being a seventh year and graduating now" Jason said to Destiny.

"well, sorry you cant come to my castle" Jason told Evelyn. " I will miss you" Jason said to Evelyn. "You think your parents would let you come since Destiny is coming?" Jason asked Eveylyn?

''You really think that way'' Josh said eyeing Destiny ''well. thank you...''. He did not comment further neither on this one nor on her other words. His eyes were on Rose who was watching the madness going on the Staff Table. And it looked like she was much more interested in the professor fight than anything else around her. If it was left to Josh, he'd announce the truth to the whole world for lying was never his style to avoid anything. He mostly preferred word tricks, Destiny was hard though so he kinda lied completely changing his ways so a part of his character... but for who? Rose. Rose who was not even listening, not even looking at him. He did a quick nod to Marilyn as she also came along to the lion table. And he watched the three Slytherin girls with narrowed eyes as they exchanged words about what concerned them most right now which made the Gryffindor boy scowl. ''If you are dying to see Jake...'' he said with a cold tone mostly adressing to Rose as it supposed to be ''...you are at the wrong table.''

Carter was so busy watching the dramatics up at the staff table that he barely noticed his girlfriend approach them. It was after a few minutes he finally realized she was there. "Hey, when did you get here?" he asked. "Want to sit down?" he asked motioning to the empty space next to him.

Now that he mentioned it, having another pureblood Slytherin there wouldn't be so bad, so maybe her parents would be more accepting. But then again, they might just think that Destiny would be as low as a Gryffindor and forbid her to ever talk or hang out with her again. Definitely didn't want that. Evelyn suddenly turned towards Josh, surprised by his tone. Dying to see Jake? What? She knew that she was sorta leaving him out, but again she didn't want 'whoever was watching' to think anything other than that they were friends. It killed her to have to do that, but she was going to have to act like this until she herself could handle her parents or she moved out to somewhere else. Ugh, stupid complicated life.

"Jake? Really?" Evelyn shook her head, throwing a fake smile quickly on. "No, definitely not dying to see Jake." Quite the opposite. 'Hope he landed in the crazy ward in St. Mungos.' she thought, smiling at the happy thought. Maybe he wouldn't return next year too.

This was it the end....Chris walked into the Great Hall for last time everrrrr. He headed right for the Gryffindor table. Though he knew the person he wanted to see won't be there. He would just go and see Lena in a little bit or she would come over to him....But whatever he sat down at the table and looked around. He was sort of shocked to fined he didn't know like any of the people there. Though he hadn't like met anybody new this term. Just to many things had happened all at once.....

Helena wound her way between the milling students to reach the Gryffindor table and exhaled a sigh of relief when she did; she saw Chris and immediately went over and sat down next to him, wrapping her arms around him tightly; she was sure he probably needed her as much as she needed him right then. She said nothing.

Chris watched as most of the students around him talked happily to other happy people around them. Sighhhhh. He just sat there sadddddd....He didn't even feel hungry. Normally at the feasts he was alwaysss hungry but not this one. So when he felt somebody hug him tight he jumped back slightly. Though as he looked down he found it was just Helena. A small smile played on his face though was gone quickly. He hugged her back he also didn't say anything he just didn't know what to say.

Lena started to pull back as Chris jumped slightly, but then he was hugging her back and she found her grip once more. She stayed like this for a few moments, not letting any tears slide down her face - she wouldn't hurt Chris by crying in front of him anymore. You okay? she asked a bit shakily.

Chris heard Lena's question and shurgged slightly. "Define okay. I mean I'm not really to happen more like very very sad. But I will live. Everybody has to leave sometimes." He said with a slightly gulp. He then pulled back only to look at Lena as he still held on to her. He looked at those purple eyes. Those sad purple eyes filling with tears even if she wouldn't let the tears come down. "If you need to cry it's okay." He said her softly.

Lena sighed at his words and nodded. But then he pulled back to look at her and couldn't help but to see her eyes.... she shook her head at Chris's words. Sweet of you to say, but I'm most definitely not.... right now, she added with another small sigh before hugging him again. Everyone I know is leaving, she muttered.

"Okay I was just letting you know. If you do later on it's not a big deal." Chris told Helena as he kissed her cheek softly. But she was no sooner hugging him fully again. He did the same when he heard Lena's words though they weren't very clear. "Did you just say everybody you know is leaving???" Chris asked raising an eyebrow. All he could think of is Blake. "Wait is Blake leaving or something?" He asked her quietly.

Lena nodded slightly at his first question, but then shook her head and looked up at Chris at his second. No, it's fine, she said with a little chuckle. Just all my Seventh Year friends - which is most, and then for some reason all of my younger friends, too. It's just hard! She sighed and shook her head again.

Ohhhh so it wasn't Blake it was just everybody else. Chris nodded and sighed slightly. "I know it's hard to have people leave...." He knew this quite well Jason was like the only person still at Hogwarts from when he was younger. The other left for one reason or another. "But hey this gives you a chance to meet new people." He said as he place one of his hand behind his head. "And am I always there if you need someone to talk to, to yell at...pretty much anything. Just write me anytime alright?" He asked....

He would.... God, Helena, of course he would - how could you be so completely self-centered?? She made a slight noise at his words and chuckled slightly at it. New people aren't really my thing, dear, as I'm sure you know, she said with a light laugh before she turned serious at Chris's words once more. I know. And I will. All the time. You'll be so sick of me, she added with a smile at him, her eyes attempting to go back to green but only managing to around the pupils.

"Good. I want you to write me so much that I am sick of you." He joked. "And over the summer I want you to call me so much that I start to hate your voice." He said winking. Well of course he could never hate Lena's voice....How could he? He loved her and everything about her....

Carter shrugged. "Yeah, I guess. But it'll be fun anyway." he said. It just occurred to him that he had no one to go with. Maybe Marilyn would invite him to go with her and her family. But that would be imposing. He'd be just as happy in the cheap seats. "I'm excited to met your family." he said. After all, he had heard a lot about them.

Yes, Lena said with a slight impatience that was, of course, just a joke, But that was because I didn't know anyone - now I do and they're all leaving, ugh. She then laughed slightly and then grinned at his words.... up until he mentioned hating her voice. Then the smile fell slightly and she shook her head with a light laugh, knowing he was just joking and trying her best to get over it quickly. That I will most certainly do - aaaallll the time. Despite the time difference. She grinned.
