Conan was no way surprised , it was normal especially for Violet , he knew her for years , thier parents were close friends , his reaction was " oh , can i help you ?" with a voice full of excitment .

"Hello!" said Lucille, a little louder. She frowned, no one was listening to her."HELLO!!!" She shouted. "Has anyone seen RAYEDEM!!!!!!" She felt her face growing hott as she emptied her lungs.

"That's it?" Ella smirked, "That's the best you can do? Lemme in on it and I'll spice it up a notch." She reached over to Violet and touched the side of her arm, then made a sizzling sound. "Haawwwwt," she promised.

"So all those mashed potatoes for a speck of meat? Totally something I'd do." she smiled. "And is Rose what you want to be called?" Ella pondered.

Ella looked over at the screaming Hufflepuff girl. "I HAVEN'T!" she yelled back laughing, though she was right there. That's what you get for pounding up Ella's eardrums. Sneer.

Evelyn grimaced at him, shaking her head no. "Thanks, but no thanks." she said, sticking her potato filled napkin on the table and pushing it away like it had a disease. "I'd rather have mine with a little less Josh essence...or hair."


Looking up and over to the other girl, she blanked and couldn't remember what the girl said her name was. Eva? Edna? Evelyn shrugged her shoulders. "My name is Evelyn, Rose is my middle name." she said kindly, smiling slightly. "But you can call me Rose if you want to. I don't mind. Make up a name if you want to." Evelyn quietly laughed. "Yup, all because of a piece of chewed meat. He had it coming."

Ella gasped as a chill ran down her spine. She quickly cut off the 'fr' in 'frenemy.' This was trying to get on her bad side. Her bad, bad side.

"You so shouldn't have done that."

With an effortless flick of her own wand, Ella pointed her pheonix feather wand at her soaky, drippy, sticky back. With a whoosh, it all disappeared. Oh yeah, she studied. Hunter had taught her some of these spells. She recapped the memory.

"They'll come in handy!" Hunter had laughed.

But snapping back to reality, Ella didn't do anything. Simply cleaned herself up and sat. Violet was a Slytherin by nature, but Ella had the courage to stop.

For now.

Because etching in her mind was the greatest prank EVER to be born...

"So," Ella snickered, "If you're prank was that well thought out, it should be much better planned. That kind of prank just spells out, 'amateur.'" She hoped James had seen what had happened.

"Had it coming?" Ella laughed. "My name is Ella, by the way. Rose it is, then. But Evelyn is a very pretty name!"

See, there were the good, sweet Slytherins, and the jealous, amateur Slytherins. Ugh. Her stepsister Sophia was a cross in between both. She kept and eye out for her.

"Hmm?" he glanced to where she was pointing, "No, haven't been quite brave enough to try any just yet. So much for being a courageous Gryffandor," he joked.

"Ranch...yeah, it's different...and if you were a Muggle you'd probably make some crack about dressing," he shook his head, "My mom obviously wasn't thinkin' right when she let my dad name me."

"Pssshhh, oh yeah," Ella scoffed, "People shove ice cream down people's back for fun." Ella just didn't want to speak with her right now. She desperately looked around for her James. Her James. Ooo, she liked the sound of that. Teehee.

Sophia laughed. She was quite fond of Gryffindors; typically, she wasn't sure why she was sorted in Slytherin.

"I know what that's like," Sophia rolled her eyes. She had gone to a Muggle school before she had gotten her letter to Hogwarts. Yahoo.

"Try something," Sophia remarked, then her eyes searched for something sweet-tasting. A blob of red and caramel brown caught her eye.

"Candy apple! Try this," she said, handing it to him playfully. She grinned.

Ella was really overwhelmed; there was Violet, then a disappeared James. On top of all that, she caught her stepsister (possibly) flirting with what looked like an older guy. Out of her league, she thought with a dry laugh.

And to make things worse, she had a secret. A pretty big secret. Not knowing about it, a tear slipped down her cheek, staining her perfect skin. Life sucks, she thought.

"I'm sorry," Ella addressed Violet, voice breaking, "Can we talk later?"

Ella found herself running to the Slytherin table. She just couldn't show everyone the hot tears rolling down.

He grinned at her, and took the candy apple. He took a bite and chewed thoughtfully,"All right, not bad."

He looked for something more...unappetizing. He spotted...fish eyes? Sheesh, British wizards were disgusting! He stabbed it with a fork and dangled it in front of her mouth, "Try this," he dared her.

James strode over to ella, looked refeshed after having a shower, he look like the typical pureblood tall dark and handsom and he new it,

james saw ella running and crying and decied to run after her

Violet watched as Ella ran to slytherin table oh no is she going to poison the food or something to try and get me back!!!!!!!!!! said Violet

''Oh, now i'm really heartbroken'' Josh said his mouth full of mashed potatoes ''Happy to know that you are careful to choose my favourite foods to smash on my face but my essence...'' he looked down sadly and sniffed ''...my essence is the best, it should be the best? Rose does not like my essence'' Than he looked up when he heard her talking to the other girl ''Tell'em that only i can call you Rose, Tell'em or i cannot guarantee the results''

if this is what Ella was going to do then she better go there to make sure she gets some food before it happens thought violet then walked to the slytherin table

LouAnn nodded and sort of half-smiled when Chris assured her he was alright. She couldn't imagine how she, as the new kid, would have felt if it had been her Peeves had chosen to play a joke on. She'd probably have to get used to the antics of the Poltergeist sooner or later, though, as she knew it'd be nearly impossible to escape Peeves forever. "I'm glad, then. Does he do this sort of thing often?" she asked him.

LouAnn was happy to hear that Chris was one of the Gryffindor house prefects. It'd help to know at least one of the prefects personally, since she was so new to the school. "Oh, remember, you said you'd show me around once we got to Hogwarts," she said, suddenly remembering what they'd talked about in Diagon Alley. "I'm going to hold you to that, you know." She laughed lightly, showing that she was only joking with him. If he wanted to show her around, that was perfectly fine, but she wouldn't hold him to it if he got busy.

LouAnn glanced around the Great Hall, stopping to stare at the enchanted ceiling for a few moments before replying to Chris' last question. "Oh, I'm loving it here! I really hope I get to stay here and graduate from Hogwarts in a few years," she remarked. She knew she probably wouldn't graduate from Hogwarts, but it was nice to hope, at least. She started to ask Chris another question when she was distracted by something going on at the staff table.

LouAnn spun around in her seat and listened as one of the professors, an older man she hadn't been introduced to yet, explained that the two boys who'd decorated the Great Hall in poo were about to do a song and dance routine. LouAnn laughed a little, then paid close attention to the front of the room. Her first day at Hogwarts was turning out to be one adventure after another! Just then, a slow song that sounded as if it had been recorded back when her grandparents' great-grandparents were alive sounded throughout the Great Hall. Had LouAnn been made to do that, that would have been the single most embarrassing moment of her entire life! She made a mental note to herself right then and there that she's try her absolute hardest to stay out of trouble. Then again, trouble always seemed to follow her wherever she went. Not necessarily trouble, but rather...bad luck.

Anna looked toward Lucille and waited a bit before answering. " (0.0)I don't know a Rayedem. (^-^)But maybe I can help you look."

"Oh, so I give you something sweet, and you give me these gruesome eyes?" she chuckled.

But she was daring. "Fine," she said, smiling and cocking her head to the side. She snatched the fork and in when the eyeballs.

The taste wasn't even half bad.

"If that's the way you want it to be!" Sophia singsonged. "I must be pretty appealing to you, eh?"

"Aw, your essence isn't so bad." she said, putting a hand softly on his shoulder. "I'm just not going to eat it." she smiled her small smile, looking very sincere. "Oh, well ok." Turning to look at the girl, 'Ella.' she remembered, she was surprised to see her gone. 'Where did she go?' Evelyn looked around, and then noticed her at the Slytherin table, crying. "Umm, i don't think i can do that right now Josh. I'll tell her later." she said, looking back at him, starring sadly into his eyes, concern written all over her face. "Do you know why she is crying?" she whispered to him.

''Okay, okay so i will give them someone else who'll happily eat them'' he ate more and more potatoes like it was the first time in his life that he'd encountered that vegetable. ''Hmph...is she crying?'' he looked around to see the girl and spotted her near the Slytherin table ''Dunno. But girls cry for almost everything, dont they?'' he gulped more potatoes and intended to drink some pumpkin juice : the cup was empty. He looked for another cup and took the student's who was sitting opposite to him as the boy was distracted by another student. ''Maybe she's broken a nail or something?'' he glanced at her again and back at Rose ''Should i help her?''

"You do that." she looked around at the empty plates on the table, then became curious. "Did you eat all of this? And you're still eating?!" Evelyn was awestruck that someone could eat that much, but disgusted at the same time. Breaking out of her thoughts, she looked back over to Ella who seemed like she was getting a little better. Hearing Josh speak again about girls and crying, she looked at him like he grew two more heads. In the end she decided not to say anything, especially about his nail comment. "Anyway..." Evelyn glanced over at Ella again and noticed the other boy helping her. "I think she'll be okay. Plus what if it's family stuff? You don't really want to get tangled in that." Evelyn glanced at him. "Unless you want to go over there."
