'Whoa, so many students this term!' Demetria thought to herself as she came into the surprisingly crowded Great Hall. She looked around at all of the first years, so eager to begin their studies.......well some of them atleast. It felt like just yeasterday, Demetria herself was a little first year trying to find her way around Hogwarts. So far, there was no sighting of the rest of the fabulous four or her other friends, so Demetria just took a seat somewhere and watched as what seemed like a never ending line of first years got sorted.
Ella laughed, then smiled slightly and let go of James. She sat in silence for a bit, then looked James right in the eyes; big and beautiful. Now, she was ready. She closed her eyes and faced him, and her lips touched his.
Books that were on the school supply list? LouAnn hadn't thought to read any of them. Maybe she should have at least opened a few and glanced at what she'd be learning. Then again, both her mother and father had attended Hogwarts, and they'd been her home-school teachers, so she assumed she'd been taught correctly. She hoped so, at least. "Well, I had to pack my things in the beginning of the summer, so I'd be ready for when we moved. Then after we moved, I had to unpack and go to Diagon Alley to get my school supplies. That's pretty much all I did this past summer," she said, shrugging since she'd pretty much gotten used to moving by now.
"Oh," was all Em could think to say; so, she brought her attention back to her dinner. Em let her mind wonder to the next morning's lessons, wondering what classes are on her schedule. After she finished her treacle tart, Em glanced around at her fellow Gryffindors wondering if she'd ever fit in anywhere. "Where did you move from?" Em asked turning her attention back to the girl next to her.

''Hufflepuff? Well it's not the end of the world, mate. They are yellow at least which is a nice colour but green, eh?'' Josh shoke his head and laughed ''And was joking about both, i mean music and stuff. I'm not into even music which makes me more a sports kind.'' pausing a little he glanced on the table some to find somtehing else to stuff in his mouth ''Yes, she is. And she says she likes green. I like her but i cannot say i like green''
Chris looked over at the two boys who had caused trouble by hitting into the table, shouting, and splattering food on people. He shook his head and would have gone to stop them, but by the time he saw it Professors Lawson, Vindictus, Kazimeriz, and Dumont had already swooped in.

"Is it true there is a Poltergeist named Peeves that likes to play pranks on the students?" Alexandra asked a huge smile spreading across her face. She was so excited to be learning more about the school that she was practically bouncing in her seat.
Chris grinned. "Oh are you talking about Peeves? Yeah he's here. He isn't always causing trouble but when he does come out, you will know when its him. He likes to cause trouble anywhere he wants. No part of the castle is safe." Chris laughed as he remember one incident. "Once a few terms ago, I was in a Potions class, back when Professor Bonticou taught Potions and was the Headmaster, Peeves flew into the room and was thowing things everywhere and on top of everyone. It was funny, but I got some sticky green stuff that took for ver to get out of my hair." he laughed.

Alexandra laughed at the thought of Peeves being such a trouble maker. "Sounds brilliant! Are there any other pearls of wisdom you can pass on to me? I really want this first term to go by smoothly!" Alexandra asked.
OOC: Sorry I took so long to reply; I had to leave for a while.

Ella brushed her hands through his hair, lips still pressed against his. Her first kiss, with someone she liked.. or maybe loved.. so much...
Ella's insides gushed with a warm feeling; it was incredible. She held him tight; she never wanted to let him go. The passion was flowing through her. It was beautiful!

She and Vivianne had sort of ‘zoned out’ of school activities and events near the end of last term, each due to different reasons. “There was that assembly last term about the werewolves. Headmater Bontecou was attacked by Professor Lupa. Nobody really knows what went wrong either.” She had, after a lot of finagling, got her older brother to buy her a copy of the daily prophet and so she had been able to read up on what was going on.
And then Vivianne looked mortified. Oh horney hoptoads, that wasn’t my intent… Daisy sighed mentally. “Sarah Griffin, she’s a Hufflepuff I met in Diagon a few weeks ago, said she was there when it happened. There was a flash of green and then he was dead.” She was certain that Vivianne was smart enough to know what that meant.
As she was struck there in her seat with fear, she didn't know what to do. She didn't want to make a scene... not in front all of those students and the staffs. The assembly mentioned by Daisy, she could barely remember what had happened there. Vivianne had absolutely no idea about the attacking and everything. She tried to settle down, taking deep breathes. No werewolve today Vivianne, she told herself. The staffs are around.
"You mean she's a witness. Did she see the killer?" she asked Daisy toning down her voice again. "She might be in grave danger if the killer had seen her when the thing happened." She would have to meet Sarah, tomorrow.
"You've been investigating all summer then?" she told her bestfriend. "I can't believe what had happened," she murmured as she thought about Professor Forrester and his classes. "Don't you think the ministry already knows about this? Would they interfere or something?"
Ranch glanced around the place, it was so huge. Nothing like he had expected. He couldn't help but gape at the ceiling, it was pretty sweet. He leaned back against the wall, crossing his arms over his chest and studied the endless line of first years.
Sophia wandered off to the Gryffindor table, clashing the red and gold with just a hint of silver and green. "Heyyyoo everyone, what's up?" she smiled, glancing at the boy she just sat down next to. He seemed older than her, and he was observing the wittle firsties (HA! Including her, most likely). She cracked a smile up her face and said, "Hello, I'm Sophiaaa," she stretched her name, then added, "What year are you in?"
Kazimeriz beamed proudly at the man-- apparently the flying professor had picked up some of Kazimeriz's disciplinary approach while he was under his tutelage. Nice to know something of Vindictus' days in detention had stuck with the man (along with that splinter he claimed was still lodged in his rear).
Kazimeriz nodded sagely at the men. "And with their uniquely strong scent, I am certain they will get a full measure of Headmaster Bontecou's sharpest attention." He grinned wickedly at them. Okay, so it was exploiting the headmaster's unfortunate situation a bit... These boys needed to be straightened out, squibbed, or removed from the school permanently. End of story.
"Well, its obvious that these two numskulls are about to lose precious house points for their foul-smelling antics," Vindictus said after a few minutes of deep thought. "Ten points each. Sound good, professor?"

Chris Potter walked up beside Professor Vindictus as he was about to punish the boys that had caused a scene at the table, he, Chris was prefecting. He stood there and watched the punishment being handed out. He himself knew that Vindictus was pretty good at handing out punishments. He admired him for that.

Chris thought for a moment of anything else that would be useful for Alexandra. "Um I can't think of anything else major that would be of any other major help. Do you have anything specific else you want to know about?" he asked nicely.

Standing up, she gave LouAnn one last questioning look before making her way towards the Ravenclaw table.
LouAnn's face fell when she caught Daphne's reaction. She hadn't meant that she didn't want to accompany Daphne at all. LouAnn just wanted to wrap up her conversations with the people she'd been talking to before she headed off to another table. "Oh, I'll be along shortly, Daphne. Thanks for inviting me. See ya soon," LouAnn remarked, smiling to hopefully the convey the message that she really did appreciate Daphne's offer. No sooner had Daphne left for the Ravenclaw table, LouAnn heard a loud noise---stomping and yelling---coming from the other end of the table.

"DOOD WILLIE, WE'RE REBELS. FLAT-OUT REBELS!" He snorted maniacally and continued running full-pace.

Willie loved it.
"WEEE AAAA'EEE MATE WE AAAAAAAAREEE!" Wilie cried out excitedly, still holding onto Cam's arm and watching him with blazing green eyes as he declared that they were better. BECAUSE THEY SOOO WEREEEE.
"LET'TH GOOOO!" The boy hollered once more, tightening his grip onto Cam. What he did NOT know is that when they were about to jump off the table, something squishy, possibly mashed potatoes from the table caught his barefoot and caused him to SLIIIIIIP.
Slipping onto the Gryffindor table, dragging Cam down with him, the food made a large. SPLAAAAAAAATTTTTTTTT, flying all over the students faces.
Eyes wide with horror, LouAnn watched while two younger students, third year or so, proceeded to completely destroy the Gryffindor table with---just what in Merlin's name was that smell? With the appearance of one, two---oh, she'd had lost count---professors, LouAnn turned her attention away from the drama and back to Em. Apparently, those two boys were in a whoooole lot of trouble, and LouAnn wanted to stay as far away from trouble as she possibly could. She hadn't even met her professors yet! She didn't want her first meeting being one where she was right in the midst of some sort of chaos.

LouAnn shrugged, not really being able to answer Em's question, then said, "Well, I've moved around a lot, so I'm not really from one specific place. I sort of wish we could just settle down here and stay forever, though. I'm really loving the school, and everyone seems so nice." She poured herself a cup of pumpkin juice, then took a few sips before replying again. "Have you met many people yet?" she asked.
Nathaniel felt like he should be talking to the new students and making them feel at home.. but he was too shy to do that. He wanted to eat but with the smell of that poo that certain nimrods had been playing with had taken his appetite away. Plus, he'd over heard a Professor saying that they were taking only a few points away from that. This incident was totally worse than him throwing mud on BunButt. He didn't want them expelled but he though that maybe they deserved a LOT of detention. They were just lucky none of it got on him. That would have been bad for those other boys. He looked over at the Ravenclaw in hopes that Mariel had gotten the package that he'd given Sammi to slip to her. Ehh.. that smell was getting to him. Uggg.
Carter laughed and continued to watch the situation with the two boys and the professors. Somehow it seemed much more entertaining then it probably should have been. After a while he looked around the table taking in all his new housemates. He paid special attention to all the kids that looked his age. He wondered who he'd be rooming with. He then began eating his food. "Wow, this is delicious." he said excitedly taking another bite. It was amazing, almost magical.
"Whoa slow down cowboy." Tori chuckled, as she began eating her food. The began eating and was rather amazed at how great the food tasted. She especially liked the pudding. "You know I can get used to this." Tori being an only child it would be the first time Tori was having to share a room. She was excited yet unsure about it. Tori thought to herself, "I wonder what kind of year this is going to be?"

Kazimeriz scowled. "It is a start. But this is a serious transgression... requiring severe punishment." He turned to the frozen boys.
"You boys may think you were pulling an innocent prank, but what you fail to acknowledge is that you have robbed each and every first year and transfer student of something you yourselves received: the memory of a pleasant, incident-free introduction to life at Hogwarts. Whether they are expelled or not, Max, I think that first these students owe every student here something to make up for what they have stolen with their selfish, boorish behavior. What do you think?" Kazimeriz raised an eyebrow. Expulsion --or worse-- was definitely still very much on his mind.
